Penelope balanced the tray that held the smoothie cups in her left hand as she finagled the door to the gym open. She couldn't help but throw a shady glance at the man who was on the treadmill closest to the door as she flounced over to their yoga room, setting the smoothies down on the table in the back before unrolling her yoga mat and then setting a cup next to her spot. "I see that there's an extra cup in that tray this evening, Penelope. Does that mean Jessica has agreed to join us?"

"Yeah, though she needs to feel welcome, since she's not really part of our group, yet. She's dating my boss."

Moira nodded as she continued to set up the room. "I will do my best to make her feel at home with us."

"Excellent!" Penelope gave the older woman a brilliant smile before she went out to the lobby to wait for Jessica. JJ and Blake arrived together, and she gave them a small wave. "I'm just waiting for Jess, but there are smoothies for you both in the room already."

"Jess?" Blake asked as JJ started towards their room.

It was then that Penelope realised that Blake had never met Jessica before. "Yeah, Hotch's…Jack's aunt will be joining us for our classes. Hotch mentioned that she was kind of lonely, and had been going through a rough time lately. He thought being with women her own age might mitigate a bit of that loneliness, and I agreed. I mean, you can't say no to your boss, right?"

"Right."

"And I think that you'll like her. She's a ray of sunshine, like me, but she doesn't talk nearly as much."

Blake laughed at that, reaching out to pat Penelope's shoulder. "I cannot wait to meet her, then." She nodded as Blake turned to make her way over to their room, and then she was turning back to the door to watch for Erin and Jessica. They reached the door at the same time a few minutes later, and she felt herself relax as she noticed they were talking, though she wondered how Erin knew Jessica.

"Hey! You made it!" Jessica nodded, smiling brightly at her. "But how do you know Erin?"

"She was there for me at Haley's funeral, after you all had to leave on that awful case. It was nice to have someone who stayed the entire time."

Penelope nodded as they joined the others in the room. JJ and Blake were stretching, and she smiled as she joined them in warming up, letting Jessica and Erin set up their mats where they wanted. As the class got underway, she couldn't help but peek over at Jessica, to see if she was getting the hang of things, and tried not to look shocked at how graceful and natural she looked. Of the five of them, Penelope felt like she was the most ungainly, and that thought made her so tense.

Moira noticed the shift in her mood almost instantly, and she stepped over to her, resting a warm hand on her back. "You look frustrated this evening, Penelope. What's holding you back?"

She sighed as she shrugged. "I feel like the elephant in the room?" she murmured, not wanting the others to overhear.

"Are you going through the stretches I've sent you?" Penelope nodded. "Well, then you're doing what you can to make your body more limber. Didn't you tell me that you have a desk job, so you're stationary through a good portion of the day?"

"Yes."

"There you go then, it will take you a little longer to become more limber, like your friends. Don't beat yourself up over things that take time to change. This is only our third week together. You can't expect results so soon. Right?"

Penelope felt mollified by Moira's words, and nodded even as she rubbed her lips together. "Right. And I am trying."

"But don't try so hard that it makes you tense. That's the opposite of what this class is trying to prepare your body for. Okay?" She nodded, giving Moira a small smile. "And if you find yourself getting frustrated, shift into your most comfortable yoga position, take five calming breaths, and then rejoin us. Actually, ladies, that's a good tip for all of us. If you're starting to feel a little overwhelmed with certain positions, just slip into your most comfortable pose, take those calming breaths, and then rejoin us. This class is meant to be relaxing, to encourage Penelope's body into becoming a vessel for the child that she so desperately wants. Try not to overthink things and go with the flow."

Moira gave her an encouraging look and a soft pat on her shoulder as she made her way back up to the front of the room, guiding them through the next pose that she wanted them to learn. The rest of the class passed more smoothly, and Penelope did her best to focus on relaxing and having fun with things, even if she still felt like the worst amongst them. Finally, the hour was up, and she sat heavily on the floor, feeling a little more settled and relaxed.

"All right, look for instructions to next week's class in your email by Sunday. Have a good week, and I hope to see all of you next Saturday." Moira smiled gently as she began to clean up, and Penelope dried her chest off with her towel as she looked at her friends carefully. Though it had only been three weeks, she still hoped that she could see any slight changes that would speak to one of them being pregnant.

"So, I know that we almost always go home when all of us are home, but I was wondering if everyone would like to head back to my apartment and have a nightcap, since Jessica joined us for the first time tonight."

There was a brief pause before JJ and Jessica answered in tandem, "Sure!"

"Great! Erin? Alex?"

The older women looked at each other, having a conversation without words, before Erin met her gaze. "We could be persuaded, yes. And one of us will stop and grab ice cream before we head over, since I don't want to bring the mood down with no alcohol."

Penelope smiled widely as they left the room, and then she was glancing over Jessica. "Do you want my address for your GPS, or would you like to follow me?"

"Both. That way, if I lose you, I can still make it to your place."

She nodded and tapped away at her phone, sending her address to Jessica through a text. "All right, I'm heading out now!" She waved to her friends, giving Moira a grateful smile before she turned and headed out of the room. Penelope wasn't surprised to hear slapping footsteps hurrying to her side. Looking next to her, she found that JJ had reached her so quickly, and she chuckled a little. "What's up, Buttercup?"

"Will actually dropped me off tonight, since he and Henry were going to use the hour to play soccer in a nearby park. Can I hitch a ride with you? And maybe spend the night?"

"Of course! You'll always be welcome at my place," she replied as they made their way outside together. "How are things going? Any closer to being ready for a little one?"

JJ laughed as she climbed into the passenger seat of the car. "You and Will have one track minds, I swear! And I would love to be knocked up, even if Hotch would have a fit about maternity leave, when that time came. I just don't think that it's in the cards right now for us. I got pregnant so quickly with Henry, and the baby I lost, but this time it seems to be that much more difficult. Just, keep thinking good thoughts for us, and maybe the universe will hear." Penelope nodded as she backed out of her spot and started for home, glad to hear that at least one of her friends was in the mood for a baby.
