Welcome back my friends. This time, we are doing a special chapter as it involves three different characters from three different games all made by one company known as Interplay Entertainment!

The characters in question for this chapter are...

Earthworm Jim, the superhero earthworm from the series of the same name, Earthworm Jim!

Boogerman, the gross out super hero from Boogerman: A Pick and Flick Adventure!

Bad Mr. Frosty, the clay snowman with an attitude from ClayFighter!

Interesting, Jim and Boogerman would go on to appear as playable guest characters in ClayFighter 63 ⅓ and ClayFighter: Sculptor's Cut. This will also be the first chapter to feature multiple franshises.

So, how will these three unsual heroes fare in Smash? Let's get a good look and find out!

Earthworm Jim

Final Smash: EAT DIRT! - Jim summons a cow to fall in front of him, which can capture up to three opponents. If it hits at least one opponent, a cutscene plays as he gets on his rocket and starts to shoot his Ray gun haphazardly at the ground, yelling out "EAT DIRT, SUPER SMASH BROS.!" and laughing maniacally, hitting everyone. Fox McCloud and Falco Lobadrdi are fighting Ryu, Ken, Wario and Wolf aboard the Great Fox flying over Corneria. Fox and Falco battle the four invading fighters, but even with cover fire from Slippy and Peppy in their Arwings, it was proving to be difficult. When Ryu fired a Hadoken, it was intercepted by a Ray Gun shot. All six fighters sees something flying a breakneck speed as the figure jumped off the rocket. It's a muscular figure with a thin head, until it is revealed to be an earthworm with eyes in a super suit as he holds an invitation to Smash.

?: "Well now... I hope you're ready to eat dirt! World famous Street Fighter!"

EARTHWORM JIM IS READY TO MAKE PEOPLE EAT DIRT!

As everyone takes notice of the strange presence, a toilet lands behind Wario. Just as he turns around, a figure comes out and farts in his face, sending him flying. Everyone turns around to see the figure. Jim groans in annoyance.

Jim: "Ugh! Not him!"

The figure the toilet turns out to be Boogerman as he takes Wario's place in the fight and sides with Ryu, Ken and Wolf.

BOOGERMAN IS READY TO TAKE YOU TO THE DUMP!

Boogerman: "I have come here to save the day! You're washed up Earthworm Jim!"

Just as Fox, Falco and Jim are about to fight, a snowman made of clay lands in front of them. At first, it's cute until if shifts into a much more menacing figure. He than tears the corncov pipe and scarf from his mouth and turns toward Boogerman.

?: "You may have helped me and the worm out before, but I came to even things out Fartman!"

BAD MR. FROSTY IS READY TO CRUMBLE SOME CLAY!

With the sides even, it cuts to Gameplay as Jim battles Ryu and Frosty fights Ken while Boogerman is fighting Falco. Each of the three fighters shows off their special moves. Frosty uses his Little Buddy on Ken, Jim uses his Worm Ball on Ryu and Boogerman defeats Falco with his Down Smash.

It cuts to the Boogerville stage as Falco lands. Boogerman grabs the Smash Ball and hits Falco with his Final Smash by bombarding him with toilets.

It returns to the cutscene as Falco is sent flying with Slippy catching him. Fox growls as he battles Wolf with it returning to gameplay as Jim battles both Ryu and Ken in New Junk City. Eventually, Jim secures the Smash Ball after some tricky fighting and uses his Final Smash on them. It cuts to the cutscene as Ryu and Ken go flying with a twinkle as Wolf and Boogerman stare down Fox and Frosty.

Boogerman: "Can't belive your siding with thay chewing link of worm flesh!"

Bad Mr. Frosty: "Bring it garbage day!"

It than cuts to the Freezing Fortress as Psy-Crow is summoned by Boogerman with Fox summoning The Blob, showing off their unique skills. Eventually, Fox KO's Wolf while Frosty grabs the Smash Ball and performs his Sno-Cone Squeeze on Boogerman and eats him.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate X Earthworm Jim X Boogerman: A Pick and Flick Adventure X ClayFighter 63⅓

Bad Mr. Frosty: "Rancid snowcone ever..."

The four than laugh as iris out occurs. It than cuts to Boogerman as he sits back up before an annoyed Wario walks up to him as Boogerman offers a can of beans.

Boogerman: "Snack?"

It than cuts to black as Wario beats up Boogerman for stealing his spot and humiliating him with his own fart themed attack. The sounds of punching are heard.

Boogerman: "HELP ME!"

Jim, Boogerman and Frosty are then added to the Smash Mural.

Palutena's Guidance (Earthworm Jim)

Pit: "What in the world...? Is that an earthworm in a robot suit?"

Palutena: "Yes. This is the intergalactic super hero, Earthworm Jim!"

Pit: "Um... how?"

Viridi: "Well, it happened when the criminal Psy-Crow lost a Super Suit meant for his boss, Queen Pulsating Bloated Festering Sweaty Pus-Filled Malformed Slug-for-a-Butt."

Pit: "Who names their kid that!?"

Viridi: "Essentially, the super suit landed on an earthworm, which happened to be Jim. The suit evolved him, increasing his size and intellect along with giving him eyes and a mouth."

"He has since went on to become a super hero, even going as far as to rescues Queen Slug-for-a-Butt's more benevolent sister, Princess What's-Her-Name, from her older sisters evil claws."

Pit: "First of all, thanks for Jim's origin story. Secondly and again, who name's their kid that!?"

Palutena: "Your guess is as good as mine. Jim however pits that super suit to good use, using it's muktiple functions from it's super strength and a big ray gun. He even utilized his head as a makeshift helicopter and a whip even."

Pit: "Talk about using your head! Literally!"

Palutena: "The good news is you can reflect Jim's ray gun with your Guardian Orbitars. You can also deal more damage to Jim by striking his head, especially when he's using it as a whip!"

Pit: "Gotcha! Hope this worm is ready to eat dirt!"

Viridi: "Yeah..." (Hey, Palutena... should we tell Pit that line is Jim's thing...)

Palutena: (We'll let him find out should Jim get the Smash Ball...)

Palutena's Guidance (Boogerman)

Pit: "Hey Palutena. Who's the guy in the ragged clothes?"

Palutena: "Snotty Ragsdale, an eccentric millionaire who fights evil as his super hero alter ego, Boogerman!"

Pit: "Ugh! Boogerman!? Does that mean...!?"

Viridi: "Flings his boogers? Unfortunately yes. He also farts, spits loogies and belches at people. He makes Wario look hygienic in comparison."

Pit: "Gulp... that's just sick!"

Palutena: "He also proclaims himself as Earthworm Jim's rival, which Jim reciprocates in kind."

Pit: "How did they meet?"

Palutena: "No one really knows. All I know is that when Jim tries to do something heroic, Boogerman will always try to upstage him or even beat him up, even if they're on the same side against a common foe."

Pit: "Sounds insecure, don't you think?"

"Anyway, I better take out this guy before he flings his... whatever at me!"

"By the way, he's not gonna do bathroom stuff on me? Right?"

Viridi: "Thankfully no! I don't think the E rating would be retained if he did THAT kind of thing here!"

Palutena's Guidance (Bad Mr. Frosty)

Pit: "Um... why does Frosty the Snowman look like he's not a jolly, happy soul?"

Viridi: "That's because he's not the Christmas character. That is a ClayFighter named Bad Mr. Frosty."

Pit: "ClayFighter...?"

Palutena: "Bad Mr. Frosty was created as a result of a meteor made of clay crashing into a nearby circus. It brough an ordinary snowman to life, creating Bad Mr. Frosty."

"His life is of constant fighting and slapstick. Originally a villain, than a rebellious fighter and finally, thanks to therapy, became a hero for fights for the force of good."

Pit: "Glad to hear he's turned his life around. So, the fact he's made of clay... is that why he doesn't melt?"

Viridi: "Supposedly. But because he's made of clay, he can shapshift his body into different attacks to beat the living clay out of his opponents."

Palutena: "Frosty's Final Smash even has him turn his opponents into a fpice cold Snowcone dessert before eating them!"

Pit: "Yikes! And you say he's a good guy now!?"

Palutena: "Well, Earthworm Jim and Boogerman can vouch for him. After all, the three of them fought together to protect Klaymodo Island from the evil Dr. Kiln's evil plans."

Pit: "What an unsual couple of misfits. But, I guess that's where they fit in."

Viridi: "You know? Maybe we should get ice cream after this. As long as it's not on the floor!"

Pit: "But floor ice cream gives you health!"

Hope you guys enjoyed the Interplay Special with these three old school heroes!

See you in the next one!
