Reader20448: Thank you!
SulliMike23: They can try.
ProjectIceman: Men of culture want to know.
Guest W: Thanks! And yeah, I'm not a fan with how Bakugou hasn't really dealt with real repercussions since attending U.A., he's only gotten a slap on the wrist. I'm gonna really make him go through it for some proper character development in the future, and he's gonna have a huge attitude change.
Floatyy: If they can will it, it will happen.
SonicMax: Read and find out.
Gouravsilentreader: Thank you!
HalfQuetzalcoatHunter: Not decided yet.
Guest 2: It won't end here. I just need to take a break unfortunately.
"Thus, Marases emerged as the pivotal hub for the sector-wide trade," Midoriya educated.
He was currently teaching the second-year students about the expansive historical narrative unfolding across Earth's timeline. The events he was recounting transpired centuries ago, around the renaissance period.
A student raised her hand. "Why didn't they interact with humans when Earth was within their reach?" she asked.
"There are strict laws in place that prevent advanced civilizations from intervening in the development of nascent societies. While they've visited Earth on numerous occasions, they've avoided any direct contact with its inhabitants." He explained.
Another student's hand shot up. "Midoriya-Sensei, there's a record here detailing an infestation that nearly swept across the planet. Could you provide more insight on that?" He inquired.
"Of course. This incident dates back a couple of centuries when a vessel carrying unidentified cargo crashed on the outskirts of the station. Upon inspection of the wreckage, their scouts encountered ferocious predators that escaped out of the ship and attacked any living thing in their sight." He explained.
"Yet how did they manage to infiltrate the planet undetected by border patrol scans?" He questioned further.
"The ship reportedly carried cryo pods housing the animals, rendering them undetectable due to their frozen state and lack of heat signatures." Midoriya clarified.
"The horde quickly overran the entire west wing of the station. Fortunately, a researcher stationed on the planet was able to identify the creatures, and helped the soldiers lure them back onto the ship. They rigged it with explosives when it was cleared earlier, and effectively eliminated the invasive species off the planet." He concluded.
"Did they ever learn why they were being transported there?" Another voice chimed in.
"Unfortunately, due to the urgency of the situation, there wasn't any time to read the ship's logs. Whatever purpose it served was engulfed in flames along with the creatures." Midoriya said.
Just then, his ring began to beep, interrupting his lesson.
"Uh, I need to step out for a moment. Please, don't cause any disturbances while I'm away. I'll return shortly." Midoriya told them.
Leaving the bewildered class behind, he flew through the empty halls to find the principal's office. He burst through the door to find Nezu and All Might, the latter in his shrunken form, enjoying tea. Nezu appeared calm, while Toshinori seemed taken aback by his sudden entrance.
"Is everything alright, Midoriya?" Nezu inquired.
"My ring detected a break-in on school grounds." Izuku revealed.
"A break-in? Where?" All Might questioned, his surprise evident.
"At the USJ, and I'm not receiving any signal from there." He said.
"This might be connected to the incident with the gate yesterday. All Might, please head to the dome immediately. Midoriya, can you transport multiple individuals with you?" Nezu inquired.
"With ease." He said as All Might disappeared in a flash.
Nezu reached for his microphone. "Calling all hero teachers to the front gate. We have an emergency at the USJ!" He urgently broadcasted.
Midoriya had already begun flying out, leaving Nezu behind. Upon exiting the school doors, he encountered several pro heroes standing outside.
"Is this everyone?" He questioned.
"Hold up!" A loud voice echoed behind him.
Turning around, he spotted Present Mic, Midnight, and Cementos rushing out to join them.
"Now it's everyone." Hound Dog clarified.
"Hang on then." He told them.
Izuku quickly constructed a large dome around them before lifting them off the ground, soaring towards the distant USJ at incredible speeds. He spotted All Might leaping towards the entrance and met up with him, allowing the distorted pro heroes to exit the construct.
"You ready?" Izuku asked.
Toshinori nodded before bursting through the doors, with everyone following him in. They were greeted by the sight of a purple mist man advancing towards the few students there, with an injured Thirteen on the ground and Aizawa nowhere in sight. Midoriya was the first to react, pushing back the villain with a green barrier, allowing the students to run past the teachers.
"Where is the rest of your class?" Midnight questioned.
"They got separated by the portal villain! He scattered them across the USJ before you stopped him from taking us." Ojiro explained.
"Those of you who are here, run back to the school. Additional pro heroes and policemen will be arriving soon," Midnight advised, her tone firm and reassuring.
The few students present hastily made their way outside while the pro heroes got to work to find the missing classmates. Down below, All Might and Green Lantern noticed Eraserhead fighting several villains until a large beak-faced man approached him.
"Midoriya, with me!" All Might shouted before leaping into action.
Before the behemoth monstrosity could grab Aizawa, he was intercepted by All Might instead. As All Might went for a punch, he was shocked to see the beast remain unmoved as it retaliated by delivering a powerful blow to All Might's face.
"Finally, All Might is here." The hand man gleefully remarked.
Just then, the portal man appeared next to him. "Shigaraki, I'm sorry to say the entire staff of pro heroes has arrived." He apologized.
"What!? How did they know and get here so quickly, Kurogiri?" Shigaraki demanded.
"I am unsure. However, they have an additional ally with them." Kurogiri pointed out.
In the distance at the water environment, green light was being thrown around with many villains being tossed away. They then saw the Green Lantern carrying two students away from the scene on a green construct.
"Dammit! That spaceman is here too!" Shigaraki complained.
"What should we do about him?" Kurogiri inquired.
"Keep him away from the nomu and All Might. I don't want him ruining the fight because Sensei isn't sure how strong he is." Shigaraki ordered decisively.
Midoriya deposited both Asui and Mineta at the entrance, the latter scurrying ahead with his short legs, outpacing his classmate. Asui gave him a nod of thanks before leaping after the purple midget, as Midoriya flew back into the action. From his scanners, he could see that the remaining students were being intercepted by the teachers, so Izuku began focusing on the dozens of villains scattered around the dome.
However, he immediately noticed a crowd of villains surrounding someone who was fiercely fighting them off. As he drew closer, he realized it was Gogo, using her disks to fend off the villains as she sprinted at high speeds to evade their attacks.
Suddenly, she was nicked in the helmet by a purple ray, shattering its front. Sliding against a rocky wall, she collapsed. Just as a criminal leaped towards her to deliver a crushing blow, he was quickly swatted away with a giant green fly swatter. Everyone, including Gogo, looked up to see him create multiple cannons before firing a barrage of projectiles at the villains surrounding her. There were screams of terror as she became enveloped in smoke from the destroyed surface until silence descended upon the area. The smoke was cleared away by a large green fan, revealing a couple dozen villains knocked out cold and buried in rubble.
"You alright?" Midoriya asked, concern evident in his voice.
She took off her destroyed helmet. "I'm hanging in there. This took most of the damage." She replied, gesturing to the damaged helmet.
"Huh, when did you dye your hair?" He asked, noticing something unusual.
"What?" She asked, puzzled.
Gogo turned her helmet to look in the reflective visor and gasped. There was a purple streak running through the front of her hair, right where the beam had hit her helmet.
"Look, let's deal with that later. Right now, let's get you to safety." He said reassuringly.
She nodded silently, still staring at her reflection, not paying attention to the green bubble around her as it was flown to the front entrance. Immediately upon landing, she was engulfed in a hug by Momo, shaking her from her stupor.
"Thank goodness you're alright. Come on, let's leave this to the pros," Momo said, leading the way.
Momo guided her away with Kyoka dragging Kaminari who was giving a thumbs-up, likely having fried his brain earlier with his quirk. Midoriya watched them exit the building before going back to join Eraserhead and All Might. He spotted a man with blades along his arms about to attack Aizawa and swiftly flung a constructed boulder at him, knocking him away into a group of villains. Eraserhead gave him a nod of thanks and continued fighting.
Izuku shot down into the ground, creating a crater and throwing off the villains. One quickly recovered and unleashed long claws from her fingers, diving for him. However, her claws were lodged in a green barrier, and she was immediately uppercut by a fist extending from the wall, effectively rendering her unconscious.
"Who's next?" Midoriya goaded, his voice enhanced for intimidation.
It didn't as he was met with several people dogpiling him before he unleashed an energy wave that flung them off, clearing the immediate area around him. A bull-man came charging at him, and he retaliated by creating a bullet train much to the villains' shock before launching it at them. The bull-man was caught in the force and propelled away with it into the flood zone.
Midoriya quickly surveyed the area and saw All Might engaged in a fierce battle with the large monster. He was surprised to see blood dripping from All Might's mouth and side. Assessing that Eraserhead had the situation with the remaining villains under control, Izuku flew in All Might's direction to provide support.
He made a large fist to punch the beaked man but was caught off guard by a portal opening up in front of him, pulling him through. He found himself on the other side far away from All Might, and felt the hairs on the back of his neck stand on end. Reacting quickly, he created a wall behind himself to block someone attacking him.
"What! Why isn't this turning to dust!?" He heard a man question.
He turned to see the leader covered in hands. "So you're the one who disintegrated the gate yesterday." Midoriya accused.
"Of course I was! Now tell me why this wall isn't dust yet!" He demanded.
Izuku rolled his eyes. "It's light dumbass, it doesn't rot away," He retorted.
Shigaraki was instantly ensnared in green chains, unable to break free. Panic gripped him as he yelled.
"Nomu! Save me!" He ordered.
If it weren't for the super strength the ring granted him, Izuku was certain he would've been mince meat. He soared through the air before crashing against a mountain, buried beneath the falling dirt.
"Midoriya!" Toshinori yelled out in shock.
"Good. Now hurry up and finish All Might-" Shigaraki was saying.
Rumbling was heard from the landslide until Midoriya burst through into the air. Shigaraki actually felt a chill run down his spine as Midoriya glared his way.
"Is that all you've got?" He taunted loudly.
"...Nomu, kill them both," Shigaraki demanded before Kurogiri appeared to take him elsewhere.
The Nomu obeyed and leaped after Midoriya, who flew at it to clash mid-air. Midoriya was actually pushed back as the Nomu appeared unbothered by his attack. He would have been pummeled by it if it weren't for All Might tackling the monster away.
"Midoriya! It has shock absorption and regeneration." Toshinori revealed.
"But it must have a limit." Izuku guessed.
"Exactly. Whatever it is, it's not human. So let's hit it with everything we've got." All Might declared, clenching his fists.
"No holding back." Midoriya murmured to himself, his ring glowing brightly.
The Nomu didn't have time to react when a large green hand lifted him up and threw him, only to meet All Might's fist and be flung back towards Midoriya.
"In brightest day." Izuku started.
He constructed a hammer and smashed it down, sending the speeding Nomu crashing into the ground. Then, he formed a giant piston that repeatedly crushed the Nomu deeper into the surface. His construct broke when the Nomu smashed through it, temporarily surprising Midoriya before he retaliated.
"In blackest night." Midoriya said.
Midoriya conjured massive claws, hurtling towards the Nomu with the intent of driving them deep into its chest. Unwavering, the Nomu remained steadfast as the claws pierced its form. Despite Midoriya's relentless slashes and stabs, the Nomu's healing quirk quickly restored all inflicted damage. It seized Izuku by the head and hurled him aside, only for All Might to swoop in and snatch him up. Together, they launched a dual assault on the creature, rendering it incapable of concentrating on either opponent as they relentlessly battered it from both sides.
"No evil shall escape my sight." He continued.
The Nomu managed to catch All Might's fist and was about to attack, but an electrical blast from a cannon crafted by Midoriya blasted it back. From a distance, Shigaraki watched with wide eyes that quickly turned to anger as he noticed the damaged parts of his Nomu struggling to regenerate.
"He's cheating!" Shigaraki protested.
The Nomu glanced blankly at its wounds before roaring and dashing at Midoriya once more.
"Let those who worship evil's might!" Izuku chanted.
He conjured a massive fist with spiked knuckles crackling with electricity and hurled it forward to meet the Nomu's punch, watching with satisfaction as its arm was mangled. The Nomu was blown away by the shockwave, its head meeting All Might's fist in a powerful uppercut that nearly blasted it out of the dome.
"Beware my power!" Izuku shouted.
He aimed his fist at the airborne Nomu, channeling immense energy that enveloped the stadium in a brilliant glow. With one final word, Midoriya unleashed his most powerful attack yet.
"GREEN LANTERN'S LIGHT! " He finished.
A massive and powerful beam of pure will shot into the sky, and Shigaraki watched in horror as it struck his Nomu. The creature let out its loudest roar as it was blasted out of the dome, the immense green beam visible for miles. Unable to heal fast enough to counter the damage, the Nomu slowly disintegrated within the beam, leaving nothing of the abomination as it was propelled into space.
Midoriya lowered his ring to his side, green smoke seeping out of it. He exchanged a glance with All Might, who gave him a thumbs up, and Izuku returned it with his own. He noticed All Might's eyes widened, and suddenly heard multiple gunshots ring out as something behind him was hit. He quickly turned to find the leader of the attack behind him, nursing bleeding gunshot wounds in his arm and legs from Snipe's pistols while glaring with pure hate at Midoriya.
"This is all your fault! You cheated and ruined everything!" Shigaraki protested.
Izuku met his glare with a steely gaze. "You ruined everything when you attacked my school, my coworkers, my students! Consider yourself lucky this is all that happened." He retorted.
A portal opened, dropping a crumbling building to collapse onto Midoriya, while another portal beneath Shigaraki whisked him away.
"Midoriya!" Toshinori yelled out in alarm.
His fears subsided as a green light blasted the debris away, revealing Izuku unharmed. Midoriya looked disappointed, having been caught off guard like that.
"I'm fine. What about everyone else?" He questioned.
"All the students were found and are unharmed, thankfully." Snipe replied, walking over with Cementos lagging behind.
"The remaining villains have been apprehended and are being watched over by Aizawa. The police are about to arrive." Cementos added.
"That's good. All in all, this looks to be a victory today." Midoriya said.
"Only because of your ring notifying us of the attack. May I ask how it knew about the break in?" Toshinori asked.
"Well, I may or may not have had it hack into U.A.'s systems and install some special security programs after the incident with the gate. Glad I trusted my gut." Midoriya explained.
"I think Nezu will let it slide, considering it may have saved the lives of the students. Who knows what could've happened if we hadn't gotten here in time." Snipe said.
"Best not to dwell on it. Today was a victory for us and our students." All Might said.
"True, but we'll have to wait and see what the media thinks." Midoriya replied.
"The media is going to tear U.A. apart for allowing a villain attack during the first week of school." Cementos lamented as he began walking away.
Snipe followed, with All Might close behind, but Toshinori stopped when he saw Izuku staring at the dome above them, fixated on the scorched hole.
"Is something the matter, Midoriya?" He asked.
"... Did you see its eyes?" Midoriya questioned.
"I'm sorry?" All Might asked again.
"The Nomu's eyes. They looked so dull, as if there wasn't any life left in them." Midoriya said.
"You... wonder if it was alive at all?" Toshinori questioned.
"I'm not sure. I've seen many atrocities during my time away from home, and the Nomu reminded me of some creatures I've had to face." Izuku revealed.
"And what were they?" Toshinori asked.
"Abominations. Monsters of science." Izuku finally said before taking his leave.
All Might gazed with concern at Midoriya's back as he walked away, wondering what kinds of horrors he had encountered in deep space.
In an obscure bar somewhere in Japan, Kurogiri conjured a portal and dropped Shigaraki onto the floor, his body bearing fresh wounds.
"Dammit! That cheater and his accursed ring!" He complained, writhing in pain.
The TV flickered to life in the background, emitting a chilling voice. "Tomura, it appears you've returned. I presume the raid didn't unfold as planned?"
Shigaraki seethed with anger as Kurogiri tended to his wounds. "That cheater and his damn ring ruined everything! The moment we showed up, he summoned all the heroes here in an instant and decimated the entire force of henchmen I painstakingly assembled. And to make matters worse, he and All Might to killed the Nomu!"
"His ring? Are you referring to the Green Lantern?" All for One inquired, his tone betraying a hint of curiosity.
"I want to kill him, Sensei! I want to humiliate him just like he humiliated me!" Shigaraki yelled, his voice filled with rage.
"I'm sure you'll get your chance, Shigaraki. But for now, you need to heal. We'll discuss our next course of action soon." All for One said before cutting off the connection.
"Master, I dedicated countless hours to perfecting that Nomu, pouring over every detail and adjustment to ensure its superiority. Yet, it was effortlessly overcome, all due to the power of that ring " The Doctor frowned.
"Very true. We must exercise greater caution with this Green Lantern in the picture. Nevertheless, his ring piques my interest significantly." All for One commented.
"But you witnessed the hearing. If what he claimed is true, you might not be able to wield it." The Doctor remarked.
"Perhaps. But I have a knack for corrupting anything that falls into my hands." He said with a sinister smile, letting out a quiet chuckle that reverberated across the lab.
"No, I'm okay, Mom. Yes, I saw Recovery Girl, and she said I was fine. Really, I'm okay. Nobody else was hurt except for the villains. Okay... okay, I'll see you later. Bye." Izuku said into the constructed phone before hanging up.
Izuku rubbed a hand down his face, observing as concerned parents reunited with their children by the ambulances. Off to the side, Midnight and Present Mic handled the press swarming the gate while Nezu and Eraserhead conversed with a detective with other police officers escorting criminals into police vans.
All Might himself was confined in Recovery Girl's office, undoubtedly receiving a stern lecture for exceeding his time limit once again. Izuku wasn't certain how much time All Might had left, but he estimated it to be less than three hours now.
Izuku observed as every student inside the school was being released early due to the incident. He couldn't help but feel relieved that he didn't have any more classes to teach for the rest of the day.
Gradually, the crowd outside of U.A. began to disperse back into the city, leaving only the staff and officers to handle the remaining tied-up criminals. One thing caught his eye though. Gogo, sitting alone against a tree, clad in her school uniform. She cradled her damaged helmet, the very one that had saved her life earlier. Intrigued, Izuku left the front doors and flew his way to her side.
"Hello, Amari. May I ask why you're still here?" Midoriya inquired.
"Oh, hi Sensei." She muttered, smoothing her hair aside, the purple streak still noticeable.
He settled down next to her. "Is something the matter? Where are your parents?"
"Mom didn't bother to show up." She replied.
"And your dad?"
"Gone." Gogo said quietly, her gaze averted.
"... My dad is gone too." He confided.
Gogo remained silent.
"Why isn't your mom here?" He asked.
"Living with her new family right now. I used to live with Dad before he... anyways, Mom doesn't exactly want me in her life, so she has me living in an apartment in another city far away from her family." Gogo explained with a scoff.
"I'm very sorry to hear that." Izuku said sympathetically.
"It can't be your fault. I just don't understand how she wasn't worried or concerned over the phone that I almost died." Gogo ranted.
Midoriya remained quiet, simply listening as she vented her frustrations.
"How can she not care about me? I just wish Dad was back. Everything was fine when he was around." She sniffed.
"You know, I don't really remember my dad. His loss didn't affect me as much as it did my Mom. I could see how hurt she was without him, and it was taking a toll on her health. But what got her through life was her best friend, and me." Izuku revealed.
Gogo looked up at him attentively as he spoke.
Izuku gestured toward the school. "This place is not only a school that trains you to be a hero. It's also a place for second chances, to find others to bring into your life and to become a better person. So know this, you are not alone. You have your teachers, your friends, and more. None of that is going anywhere for the foreseeable future, I promise you." he said reassuringly.
Gogo fell silent for a moment, then chuckled. "You know, for corny speeches, that one wasn't so bad."
Izuku responded by playfully punching her shoulder. "So, are you feeling better?"
"A bit, yeah." She answered.
"Great. Now, would you like me to fly you home? I don't offer this to many people." He said.
"Seriously? Hell yeah, I would love to— I mean, sure!" She blushed, correcting herself.
"Alright, hang on." He warned before wrapping a protective bubble around her.
Gogo let out a girlish shriek that soon turned into screams of joy as they soared over Japan in the clouds.
13 Years Ago:
Near Seletris, on one of its neighboring planets, there was an outpost frequented by the more 'uncivilized' types, known for engaging in shady business. Beyond the surface lay a modest station, purportedly operated by a mining company. However, beneath the facade, lay a network of deep tunnels leading to an underground city where criminals gathered to rest, conduct deals, and gamble. When both Green Lanterns arrived, they were met with a less than warm welcome.
As they strolled through the streets, criminals shot them glares, yet Tomar-Re remained unfazed, while Midoriya attempted to do the same. Eventually, they reached a pub adorned with a flickering holographic sign, its interior filled with the sounds of laughter and brawling. As they passed, the crowd fell silent, eyeing them warily and instinctively reaching for their holsters. Midoriya braced himself for a potential fight, but to his surprise, someone broke the tension by shouting out a greeting.
"Tomar-Re! Well, I'll be damned! How the hell are ya?" Exclaimed a man with pale, crusty skin and a robotic eye.
"Sigh, Narvo. It's... good to see you again." Tomar-Re reluctantly replied.
"I bet it is! Why, the last time I saw you was... ah, back when you and I were captured by those savage tribals on Aitora!" He chuckled.
"And you left me behind after I helped you escape." Tomar-Re added with a hint of bitterness.
"Well, you did destroy my cargo ship before we crashed there, so I suppose you had it coming." Narvo laughed, slinging his arm over Tomar-Re's shoulder. "Let's have some drinks on me."
Midoriya observed that Tomar-Re was attempting to suppress his irritation towards the man, though it was evident he was having difficulty. Despite this, he dutifully followed his superior and the pirate to a nearby table, where a sleek, feminine android on wheels approached to serve them an assortment of random drinks. Displaying a clear lack of trust in their contents, Tomar-Re promptly pushed both his and Midoriya's drinks aside, while Narvo, unconcerned, had already downed his with apparent nonchalance.
"Are you going to drink those?" He asked, pointing at the discarded drinks with a hint of desire.
Tomar-Re waved his hand dismissively, indicating for him to take them. Narvo gladly obliged, downing the drinks immediately.
"So, what kind of business are we conducting today?" He asked the two Lanterns, his curiosity piqued.
"That depends. How well informed are you about the smuggling activities in this sector?" Tomar-Re questioned.
Narvo scoffed at the question. "Very. If there's something going on around here, then I've heard about it." He replied confidently.
"Then what have you heard about Seletris?" Tomar-Re inquired, his eyes narrowing.
"... you really shouldn't go around asking questions like that." Narvo warned, his tone serious and eyes darting around cautiously.
"So you do know something?" Tomar-Re prodded and leaned forward.
"Maybe I do. Maybe I don't." He said looking away.
Midoriya watched as Tomar-Re retrieved some credits from his suit and slid them across the table. The criminal quickly snatched them up, ensuring no onlookers noticed the exchange.
"Can you give us some privacy?" He asked, and Izuku himself created a dome around them to block out any listeners, ensuring their conversation remained confidential.
"Thank you, little one. Now, there's not much known about Seletris, but whatever is going on there is all hush-hush, you know?" He told them, his voice low and secretive.
"So what do you know?" Midoriya suddenly asked, leaning forward with curiosity in his voice.
"There have been rumors that some new criminal group has taken residence on Seletris. They're very good at remaining anonymous, so I can't exactly help you there. However, I do know they are hiding cargo aboard delivery ships that pass through the planetary border patrol." He revealed.
"That shouldn't be possible. The security scanners would've noticed them during inspection when entering." Tomar-Re remarked skeptically.
"Ah, but I didn't say the cargo was being taken to Seletris. It's being taken from Seletris." He clarified, raising an eyebrow knowingly. "The security can be pretty relaxed when it comes to ships leaving their planet. Plus, I bet you they have someone in border patrol on payroll."
"Hmm, do you know what's being taken?" He questioned again.
"Anything of value that someone would wear, I believe. But... I have heard rumors of them smuggling something that I would never deal in." Narvo said cryptically, his expression darkening with concern.
"What is it?" Midoriya warily asked.
Narvo looked grim as he eyed them. "... bodies." He said quietly, his tone conveying a mix of solemnity and unease.
"What?" Tomar-Re exclaimed.
"You heard me right." He said.
"Wait, who's bodies? Why?" Midoriya questioned.
"As for whose bodies, that would be the tourists who visit the planet. They snatch them up and hide any evidence of their presence. The reasons vary: selling parts on the black market, conducting research, and, worst of all, using them for food." He explained grimly, his voice tinged with disgust and horror.
"Food?" Midoriya whispered in horror.
"Some species can be a delicacy to others. And some would do whatever it takes to get it." He said solemnly. "So the best place to start would be the border patrol. You know, to find out who the rat is and all that. Now, if that's all, I would like to go back to drinking, please. A Pluvian woman has caught my attention for the night." He requested casually, signaling the end of their conversation on a serious note.
Midoriya let the dome disappear, and the two Lanterns watched as the pirate left to mingle with others. Tomar-Re suddenly got up, and Izuku quickly followed him out of the pub, back into the gritty streets outside.
"Where are we going, sir?" Midoriya asked.
"To do what Narvo suggested: find the mole and put a stop to this crime." He growled, determination hardening his features.
Together, the student and teacher flew off from the planet, heading straight back towards Seletris and its border.
Hey everyone. I do have some unfortunate news. I'm having trouble writing this story at the moment and I'm slowly losing interest in Green Lantern. Not saying I'm dropping the story, I'm just putting it on an indefinite hiatus until I'm in the mood again. Plus unfortunately I believe I might have Covid, so that really kills my mood for doing anything. I don't know when I'll post another chapter, but know I'm not gonna drop this story. Thank you all for reading and liking this story, it's meant a lot to me since I didn't know if I could right a good story, but all of you have shown me I can do it.
See you soon!
