Maroon wanted to know what the hell happened.

One minute, he, King, and Purple were busy trying to find the best way to escape, and the next, Maroon and King were being pushed out of the way, and Purple was missing.

What the fuck just happened?

"Gah, fuck...King? King, you good?" He asked, looking at his friend.

"Augh...I think so? But...where's Purple?"

A smoke line traced up to the sky where Purple once stood, but Maroon couldn't tell if he had been teleported or murdered.

"Either these people have teleportation abilities, or they just committed first degree murder."

They had, thank the Lords, committed the former of the two.

Because as Purple pushed himself to his knees after regaining consciousness, he had found himself in a very unfamiliar place.

Well...a sort of unfamiliar place.

The area around him looked familiar, yet unfamiliar at the same time.

"What the...What the-Where am I?"

The grass around him was brown and dead, and the sky was...well, the sky seemed to be permanently rust brown-colored.

Yikes.

The giant pit in front of him gave him a slight reminder.

"Is that...?"

Purple let himself fall onto the cliffside ledge, unable to move swiftly enough to do much of anything.

He felt the Harming potion taking away his health, but almost didn't care anymore.

He just wanted to die all over again.

"Purple!" He heard King yell out. It sounded very close. He just didn't know how close.

"Purple!" The voice suddenly ended up right next to him.

"Purple! Come on, kid, open your eyes! Please!"

While he could hardly muster up enough strength, he found plenty to open them a little bit.

"Purple?! Oh, thank Alan your alive!"

God, every inch of his body hurt like a bitch.

"King..."

"I know, you hurt. A lot. It's okay." King grabbed a splash healing potion and slammed it on the ground.

Purple felt a tiny bit better, and thankfully he was able to speak a little better.

"What..happened?"

"Herobrine stabbed and slashed you God knows how many times before throwing you into the cliff. Somehow, your not dead, but your close to being dead."

"Wouldn't be the first time."

Chosen hopped down and stared at the afternoon sky. "We've only got until sunset to stop him, and that time is getting pretty damn close. We've gotta think of a better plan.

"Like what? There's only so much we can do!" King exclaimed.

Purple slowly tried sitting up and moving towards the edge. "We've gotta stop him."

King grabbed his hand to stop him from going farther.

"Purple, please. He's already tried to kill you. You'll get yourself killed out there."

"I'll manage, King. It's okay."

"I can't lose you, Purple. None of us can. You mean a lot to them, and everything to me. We can't risk losing you to him, not after we just got you back."

Purple suddenly noticed the Minecraft staff sitting next to King's crafting tables. Grabbing his torn elytra, he ran for it.

He grabbed the staff and launched a beam of light at him.

Herobrine was caught off guard by the attack, but flew past it to double his damage from earlier.

Herobrine tackled Purple so hard they both crashed into the cliffside, and the staff was thrown into the water.

Purple joined it soon enough as Herobrine threw him into the water afterwards.

Smirking evilly as the small child splashed into the blue abyss, he looked around at the horrified sticks who just saw the events that had just transpired.

"Now," He began, looking at each one individually.

"It's showtime."

Thinking of how they were going to stop Herobrine became priority number two as he tried getting his body to move so he could grab his elytra, the staff, and swim to the surface before he drowned.

It wasn't going well.

Purple began trying to flail his arms or kick his legs, but his entire body felt like a feather as he floated down the the bottom of the lake.

Now he wanted to die more than ever.

He was fighting for his life by this point, and if anything, most of his friends were dead.

Now he knew how Gold must've felt when he died.

Suddenly, he felt a surge of adrenaline run through him, and in an instant, he grabbed the elytra and staff, and began swimming to the surface until he remembered he was holding an elytra.

He quickly put it on and grabbed a firework from his inventory, and flew up to attack, Minecraft staff at the ready.

"The quarry? But..."

Wasn't he just in the city?

Weren't King and Maroon just with him?

Didn't he just get blasted with-

"Wait a damn minute. Did that ray..."

Holy shit.

It took him to another dimension.

And if anything, it was an alternate dimensions.

"O...Kay. In another dimension. An alternate dimensions. But..."

His eyes wandered to the direction of the city.

"Maybe King and Maroon are still here."

Pushing himself to his feet and readjusting his sweater, Purple ran into the woods, towards Stick City.

And Stick City...looked like absolute shit.

It looked like it had either seen a massive tornado recently, or been a victim of a war.

"Jesus Christ...what the hell happened here?"

The city was covered in overgrowth and moss, the city was covered in a thin layer of smoke and haze, and the buildings looked cleanly shaven, like a strong gust of wind went straight through the city and sliced everything up...or even the aforementioned war or tornado.

Jesus fucking Christ.

"What the...hell?"

Something slithered behind him.

"What the-?!"

Purple instinctively grabbed the upper half of a sliced-through street pole, holding it out in front of him.

"Alright, bastard. Time for you to die."

The creature moved past him in a fleshy red blur, and Purple swung the pole behind him, hitting the creature.

"Gotcha, you son of a bitch!"

The creature, insteading of succumbing to Purple's attack, simply swung its tail, sending Purple into a bush, and his weapon overhead into the building above him.

"Owwww."

The creatures face, or whatever the hell it was that looked like a face, looked at him with what he could only guess was anger-maybe slight amusement with Purple getting thrown across the street-and slithered towards him.

"Hell no." Purple grabbed the window ledge above him and threw himself upwards into the building. The street pole was another floor above him, but if he was lucky, he would be able to make it and maybe take the creature out.

And he didn't have much this time. During the battle with Silver, he'd had razors, a knife, a box cutter, and a lockpicker. He really only had his phone, which probably had shit service, how shitty the city looked.

The creature let out a guttural bellow, and Purple took that as his cue to run up the stairs and towards the floor above him, grabbing the street pole.

"Alright, you little bitch. Your gonna pay."

Purple jumped down, aiming for the creatures stomach. Instead, it just swung it's tail upwards and slapped Purple back into the street.

Purple landed in the street, wincing at the pain that erupted from his forearm.

"Ow...fuck. You little bastard."

Glancing around, Purple wished there was a familiar place around him. The park, King's neighborhood, his school, anything-

"The corner store!"

Purple remembered there was a corner store close to where Maroon's corn dog stand was set up mainly. And he was kind of close to it...

All he had to do was escape this fleshy, oversized worm, and he'd most likely have access to at least a lighter and matches.

He prayed that the store still had at least something.

"Okay, Purple. You can do this..."

Purple jumped to his feet, diving for the opening between the building and the creature. Escaping, Purple ran across the street, diving into the corner store.

"HAH! TAKE THAT, BITCH! YOU CAN'T STOP ME-ow!"

Purple kicked away the can that hit fallen on him before jumping up towards the register counter, grabbing one of the fallen lighters and a box of matches.

"Okay. Let's do this-"

The creatures tail swung into the wall of the corner store, sending glass and debris in Purple's direction. The boy hopped over the counter, pulling the hood over his head and ducking.

"Jesus!"

Quicking striking a match, Purple threw it at the creature and didn't stick around to hear it's guttural screeches of pain. They were far too unpleasant.

And Purple was done with that bastard.

Jumping out one of the spare windows that hadn't been destroyed by the creatures massive tail, he landed safely on the grass below and started running hoping he would find at least some type of familiar place.

Purple already hated this new dimension.

Because everything now looked exactly the same.

And sliced clean in half, so that made it a thousand time harder to figure anything out.

"Maybe Victim has answe-ACK!"

Something-or someone- had jumped from somewhere and attacked him.

"Hey, hey! What the hell, man?! Let-me-!"

The figure on top of him froze for a moment, before getting off and dragging Purple to his feet.

"Okay, what the hell was that fo-Mar?"

It was, in fact, Maroon. Although he looked like he'd just seen the world succumb to an apocalyptic fate.

"...Mar?"

Maroon stared at him, but Purple couldn't pinpoint any emotions.

Now he was pretty freaked out.

"Purple?"
