King glared at the so-called God of Minecraft as he laughed.
"Oh, King, your still just a desperate man trying to save his son, and failing miserably!" Herobrine cackled, moving towards Purple and the others.
"YOU STEP AWAY FROM PURPLE, YOU MONSTER!" King screamed, already running after him to protect Purple.
"KING, DON'T!" Second screamed, just as King was violently thrown backwards into a wall.
"I wouldn't recommend getting any closer." Herobrine said.
"Then...then step away from my son!" King snapped angrily.
Herobrine was taken aback a little. "Son? I thought he wasn't good for anything. Just a pawn in your little game."
King growled. "Get. Away. From Purple."
"Oh, now your being protective from this precious little boy!"
King suddenly ran forward and tackled Herobrine, seething with rage. "You lay one hand on my kid. I swear to Alan, I will hurt you in more ways than you can imagine." He snarled.
Herobrine smirked. "Oh, why don't we put that to the test, shall we?" Pushing King off of him, he threw Purple into a wall.
"PURPLE!"
In an instant, King ran towards Purple, worry thrashing around his body and it just wouldn't stop.
How could he have been so stupid?
How could he have known he'd get this attached to Purple?
Why didn't he tell Purple how much he meant to him sooner?!
"Purple! Are you okay?!" King slid to the floor, moving rubble away from the floor.
Purple didn't look as bad, a perk from currently being dead. He didn't look good either.
"I...think so?"
"Oh, thank God your a ghost. Your not injured too badly because of that." King sighed, relieved that Purple wasn't injured.
"Hey, we've gotta get Purple and the other outta here before Herobrine cause major damage." Chosen said.
"But I just got Purple back!" King begged. "I can't lose him again!"
"Do you want him to get seriously injured?! Yes, he's already dead, but we can't risk these guys not being able to come home. They need to actually get to the portal, which is almost a 5 day journey in itself!"
"But-"
"We can't risk it. They need to get back up there so they can get to the portal. We can't let them get hurt!"
King reluctantly let go of Purple's hand that he didn't realize he was holding in a tight grip. "Alright.."
Chosen blasted the ray at the small group, and within seconds, Purple and the others were gone.
King didn't get to tell him he loved him.
Second and the others landed on the hard floor of Gold's house after their narrow escape from Herobrine and his sudden attack.
Had it caught them off guard? Yes
Had Second been given a marvelous idea? Also yes.
Did they have their mission? Another yes.
That attack had given them a mapped out mission that could potentially bring them home.
"Please tell me we have the same idea. "Second said as he stared at Purple.
"Mission: Defeat Herobrine?"
"Yep."
Gold stared at them. "What?"
"Mission: Defeat Herobrine. That's our mission for the Day of Surrection. We stop Herobrine and save our friends." Second explained.
"Ohhhh...and how do you propose we do that?"
"There are a number of ways. But one of them being we use the Nether battle to our advantage."
"...wait...do you mean what I think you mean?"
Purple seemed to read Second's mind.
Second stared at him, the two sharing the same idea. "We need the Minecraft staff back. Meaning King and the others need to get the staff and the two blocks."
"How would that do anything? Herobrine obviously survived the first time.
"Imagine a beam of energy similar to what King created when you died, but 50 times stronger. If we make it that strong, we might be able to defeat him, or kill him entirely." Second explained.
"You think it'll work?" Purple asked skeptically.
"If it killed all of us then, it should work now. 50 times as much more power could kill someone faster than a snap of our fingers."
"Well, you've got less then 5 days to get to that portal, and once sunrise passes, that things closed till sunset, if you fail your mission."
Second stood up and ran for the door. "Let's go! We've got friends to save!"
"Hold it!" Victim yelled. "There's a lot more bad than you two think. Those monsters Orchids been fending off are just one of them. There's a lot more than that."
"Like what?" Second asked.
"Trauma bouts. You'll be bombarded with past trauma in the woods just before you reach that portal, and if your lucky, you'll survive."
"Did you just call Purple and Orchid out without actually calling them out?" Second asked.
"...whatever. There's a lot of evil out there, and if your not careful, that stuff will halt your journey. Can't count how many people have never made it out of that forest with their souls intact."
"So be careful. The other hollowhead took that legend as a challenge, and we've never seem them since."
Second and Purple shared a glance, Seconds hand still on the doorknob. "Trust me, Vic. If we've both survived the antics of a young Alan and his underdeveloped brain, we can survive whatevers in that forest."
"Your relying on the confidence you gained from taming the Warden, aren't you?"
"...Maybe a little."
Purple rolled his eyes. "Of course."
"Now let's go rescue our friends!"
Herobrine cackled as the others mourned their second loss of their friends.
"And you thought they'd actually permanently stay here, didn't you? Poor King just had to witness both of his sons vanish into thin air!"
King growled.
"So much for a loving parent, am I right? Couldn't even protect his kids!"
"YOU STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM MY KIDS!" King screamed, tears of anger forming.
"Pfft! You couldn't even protect them! What makes you think your worthy of holding a parental title?"
"Herobrine, stop! Your one to talk when you don't have a family to protect!" Yellow snapped.
Herobrine growled, jumping towards him.
"YELLOW, LOOK OUT!" Blue screamed.
King jumped towards them, tackling both him and Yellow out of the way, causing Herobrine to crash into a wall.
"HAH! TAKE THAT!" Red screamed.
"And now we get the hell out of here before he does more damage!" Chosen said.
"But-The communicator!"
"We don't need it! They'll get to the portal, no matter how much they have to face. Now let's go!"
