As the sun rose over the cliffside, Chosen knew shit was about to go down.

He had a really terrible feeling it wasn't just Herobrine they were being forced to fight.

As he walked outside and towards the cliffside, he stared at each station which was loaded and ready for attack.

An attack at all sides.

Perfect. Exactly what they needed to survive what was already possibly a losing battle.

King had the Minecraft staff with one of the blocks, doubled with god knows how much protection.

Green had crossbows, ready for battle.

Blue had multiple potions, all ready for an attack.

Red had gotten an army of mobs to attack from behind as their first move.

Chosen had come up with the plan of using the forests around them as camouflage, once the mobs attacked, Herobrine would be too caught off guard to realize the stick figures were attacking him.

Was it a solid plan? In a sense, no. But they had it mapped out and they knew it could go horrible wrong or horribly right.

They'd just have to roll with whatever issues came their way.

As Herobrine makes his way into the area, Chosen grabs Yellow and ducks behind one of the traps.

Here we go.

Purple stared at Second in confusion. "How did you..."

"Don't know. Just found it after running for God knows how long." Second shrugged off.

"So YOU were the one who ran past me!"

Second turned to look at the voice and where it came from, and was met with...

"The Dark Lord himself." Second smirked.

"Yeah. Long time no see."

"You two...know each other?" Purple asked.

"I killed him a while back...apparently." Second muttered.

Dark glared at him for a minute before softening his gaze towards Purple. "We've got to get to the portal. There's little time before it opens, and barely any before it closes again. We've got to hurry."

Purple thought of what happened in the forest.

"You're all I have left. I can't lose you. Not again..."

He had to do this.

For King.

Second led them through the forest until they reached the gap Purple noticed earlier.

The portal lay a few yards away.

"Holy shit. The kid who basically ended my life is about to save it." Dark said.

Second glared at him. "Sure. Whatever you say, Dark."

"Okay, Mission: Defeat Herobrine?" Purple asked, looking at the two hollowheads.

Second grabbed Dark's hand and jumped towards the portal. "Mission: Defeat Herobrine is a go!" He grabbed Purple and jumped into the portal.

Second opened his eyes and stared into the blinding yellow light known as the sun.

"Ugh...what happened?"

Suddenly he felt himself laying on soft grass, and trees blanketed the clouds around the sun.

Where were they?

He glanced up at the area, noticing his hotbar above him.

Wait...

His hotbar?!

He shot up, looking in his inventory. Everything was where it was before he died.

Were they...

"We're alive! Hell yeah!" Dark declared.

Second stared at him, his eyes widening. "Holy shit...it actually worked."

Purple smiled. "Thank Alan."

Suddenly, there was an explosion from far away.

"The cliffside!" Dark exclaimed.

"Herobrine." Second said, looking towards Purple.

"We've gotta go rescue them. Now." Purple said, getting to his feet and looking for his elytra.

"It dissipated, remember?" Second reminded.

"Damn it."

"I can fly. Don't worry, I've got this." Dark said, flying into the sky and scanning the area. He pointed in a direction. "This way!"

Second and Purple followed suit.

Blaze firing a fireball was not the best idea.

Herobrine had dodged it, and Blue countered it with TNT before anyone could get hurt, causing an explosion.

Yellow motioned for Chosen to set off one of his traps, a cannon he'd made during their snowball war.

It was made to launch TNT accurately aimed towards Herorbine, meaning unless he dodged any of them, it was unlikely for anyone else to actually get hit.

The battle was in their favor, for the most part.

And then King was almost ambushed by Herorbine.

Without aiming, Yellow launched another TNT out of the cannon, exploding almost the entire area.

King was lucky to have gotten out of the way in time. Green caught him with a fishing rod, pulling him back up onto solid ground.

Herobrine turned towards Yellow and Chosen.

"Ah, shit," Yellow muttered. "That was probably a bad idea."

Herobrine advanced towards them.

"CHOSEN! AIM AND FIRE!" Yellow screamed.

Blue used his fishing rod and catapulted a splash potion of poison at Herobrine. It did some damage, but not as much as he hoped.

Herorbine was somehow still standing.

The mobs could hardly get a good attack on him!

Yellow had done research and Herobrine was pretty strong, strength and speed wise. Judging by King had almost gotten killed by him, it was safe to say he might've had a plan, too.

Maybe a better plan than they could come up with.

Suddenly, Herobrine moved so swiftly neither Yellow nor Chosen saw it coming.

Before he could reach them, however, he was blasted by obsidian blocks.

King.

Yellow sighed. It was good to know the blocks were still functional after being merged like that.

Herorbine snarled. "Safe to say your still trying to protect your kids."

"Don't you dare harm any of them!" King snapped angrily. "You've already hurt Purple. I'm not letting you hurt any of his friends!"

"Oh? Well, let's put that to the test then, shall we?" Herorbine turned on Green.

"Oh, shit."

Just as Yellow fired another block of TNT at Herobrine, Herobrine threw it towards Green's side of the cliff.

"LOOK OUT!" Red screamed.

King attempted to put a barrier of bedrock between the block and the stick, but to no avail.

The cliff edge exploded.

"GREEN!"

At the familiar voice, everyone shot their heads up, most of them beyond confused.

Seconds later, Purple flew past Herobrine, catching Green with a fishing rod and swinging onto a ledge.

"Purple?!"

"Hey, Green!"

"Holy shit, your alive?!"

King...had been caught very off guard.

"Purple's alive...Holy shit, Purple and Second are alive!" Red exclaimed happily.

King stared in complete shock.

His kid was alive.

His kid was okay!

Less than a second later, King began running towards the ledge Purple was heading towards.

"King, wait!"

No, he couldn't wait.

He had to get to Purple.

Green let himself fall onto a confused blunder as soon as he was placed on solid ground.

The ledge exploded, he almost died, and then...

Purple was alive.

"Green, are you alright?" Second was alive too?!

Second sank to the ground next to Purple, checking for injuries on his friend.

Almost without thinking, Green hugs them both tightly.

"Your alive."
