Seriously I was gonna put this off until I finished my tomb raider fanfiction but someone asked me for an update so I decided to do it anyways.

It's been 3 years since I was sentenced to mukou. A lot of things happened during those three years. Thanks to Stella and the others I finally found the will to live again. I had also learned a lot of things concerning this half of the world and the prison. Like the fact that there is a seal that keeps people in this prison from accessing their powers acting as a power suppressor.

It was the reason why the prisoners of this jail were unable to resist or rebel against the prison, even the most ferocious ones could do nothing but behave. However, the warden and guards bare a special mark on their body that makes them an exception.

Old man ken taught me everything he knew about Energy Core during this three years. Although we could only learn the theory aspect and not the practical method, I had still learned a great deal about it.

Today was supposed to be like any other day, filled with darkness and isolation. But the unexpected happened.

Beep ! beep !! beep ! ! !

A loud alarm suddenly sounded in the dark cell block startling the cell block's inhabitants, especially those that have never heard it before.

"What is that?"

"Why is the alarm go off?"

"Is it faulty?"

The alarm suddenly going off filled inmates with confusion. But while everyone else was wondering the reason why the alarm suddenly went on. Old man ken was shocked for a completely different reason.

'Did someone break out?'

It should be noted that he had only ever heard the alarm gone off a handful amount of times.

Moreover, each time was when someone had tried to escape the prison. But during those times the alarms were short lived. Since nobody has ever managed to escape this prison, people stopped trying. It's been almost four decades since anyone tried to escape this prison, so why now?

"Naruto-san, what's happening?" Stella asked her cell mate/father figure. In the past three years that they had been together she had developed a close bond with Naruto and sees him as a father figure. So whenever something happened he was always the first person she turned to. However, she didn't receive any response from Naruto as even he didn't know what was happening.

However, before they could figure out what was going on, a strange sound echoed within the dark cell block.

Clank! Clank! Clank! Clank!

"What is happening now?"

"Wait this sound sounds familiar?"

"isn't this..."

"The cell gate... it's open!" A voice exclaimed in the dark cell block filling those who heard it with disbelief.

'What?'

'He must be joking right?'

'Is that possible?' Even naruto found it difficult to believe, thinking the voice was playing a hard prank on them. In the duration he had been in the prison the only way the cell had been opened was by using the key card, which will only be given to the assigned guard. To avoid prisoners from scheming with the guards. The guard would be different each time. So it was nearly impossible for the same guard to appear twice.

without the key card there was no way else to bypass the cell unless one has assess their powers.

Moreover, even miranda who had monstrous strength couldn't pull the bars apart talk less of getting it open.

Therefore, they found the voice's words hard to believe they still subconsciously walked towards their respective cell gates, hoping it was true.

It was only when they walked out of their cells unhindered that they realized that the voice wasn't lying.

"How can this be possible?" Naruto looked astounded as he stepped out of his cell.

He never dreamt that he would ever walk freely out of his cell without any guards escorting him. Even now he was afraid that the guards would jump out of nowhere and shout that it was a prank.

"That's not all" As soon as the voice finished speaking a small orangish red flame lit up in the dark cell block. As soon as it appeared everyone turned towards the source in shock. In the dark cell block, the flame stood out like a sour thumb.

Shockingly, the one responsible for it was none other than Miranda.

"You can use your Energy?!"

'So her Energy is fire?' Naruto scrutinized Miranda when he saw the flame dancing in her palm that matched the color of her hair. He couldn't help but have the misconception that a person's energy might be related to their hair color. After all, old man ken say that people will exhibit some traits of their respective Energy sources.

'Woah' Stella's eye sparkled when she saw the red flame finding it beautiful.

However unlike their reaction, Paul was opening gawking at the flame.

"That shouldn't be possible, right?" Paul asked in disbelief when he saw the flame on Miranda's palm. However, his eyes immediately light up as he thought of a possibility.

"Does that mean..."

"...The barrier is down!" Old man ken said with widened eyes. Although he said so, even he couldn't believe the words he said. Unlike the others he had been here for a far longer time so he knew everything there was to know about the prison.

The reason prison's island was called the land of no salvation was not only because it was impossible to escape the prison but also because the Energy sealing formation dome surrounding the prison was almost impossible to bring down. Information about the seal was considered a national secret so nobody knows anything about.

There was even a rumor that the person who created the seal was killed after it creation to ensure that it remained a secret and avoid information leak.

Moreover, many have tried to escape this prison but because of the seal, all that tried had been recaptured before they could even saw the prison's main gate. This earned it the nickname, "The land of no salvation". So now that the seal has suddenly been removed, how could he not be shocked.

Even Miranda was afraid that the flame in her hand was just an illusion but would fade away soon.

The others immediately tried to feel their energies as well.

"I don't feel any different" Naruto said after observing himself and his surroundings. Although the air felt a little denser now, that was all. He couldn't tell what was different about it. Maybe it was because of his sealed chakra.

"That is only natural since you still can't utilize energy" Old man ken said, not finding the situation surprising. After all, an ordinary person who hasn't trained in utilizing Energy would at most feel the air become a little denser, nothing more. He might have taught him what he knew about Energy but that was it. Due to their environment they had yet to put their study to the test.

"Since the barrier is down. Doesn't that mean the prison is in chaos right now. This should be our chance to escape" Naruto brought up which made everyone's heart skip a beat at the possibility. There had all thought of the same thing. After all, it was every prisoners wish to roam free again, and they were not an exception.

However things were more serious now. Now that the barrier was down, it begs the question, if their cell block was the only exception or if the whole prison was experiencing the same thing. If so, then the guards won't be the only thing they have to worry about.

After listening to Naruto's words, old man ken coughed lightly and said. "He is right. If we are going to do this, now is the best time. But do you guys plan to go through with this"

"I don't see a problem with it." Miranda shook her head. After a short breathe, she continued, "After all, there's still something I have to do in the outside world"

"I don't have an issue with it. Moreover, there's someone I wish to see again" Paul said with a huge grin when he saw old man ken turn to him.

Naruto felt someone pull on his sleeve. He looked down to see stella staring at him with determined pink eyes.

"I will go as well. Although I am not good at fighting, I can still help somehow"

"Sure thing." Naruto said with a small smile. The others nodded as well. They never planned for her to leave her behind in the first place or intended for her fight.

When old man ken made sure that everyone was in the same boat, he said. "Since it's decided. We should get moving before it's too late"

"I'll go scout ahead!" Paul excitedly said before disappearing on the spot, catching them by surprise. Even naruto couldn't believe his eyes when he saw that. Subconsciously, he turned to look at Stella who has been by his side the entire time with an astonished gaze.

Did she know about it? or was it just a coincidence? Naruto thought but when he saw the look on Stella's face he realized that she was just as shocked as he was.

"So he really was a ghost ?!" Stella blurted out. But who could blame her. They were just as equally surprised as she was.

"Let's go after him!" Old man Ken said snapping them out of their daze. He sighed, feeling that Paul was too impulsive for running off on his own.

The others nodded in agreement. They have already wasted enough time. Hopefully it wasn't too late. With Miranda in the lead, using her fire as a torch, they were able to safely navigate through the dark underground.

Meanwhile...

"Warden, Bad news!" A guard barged into the office unceremoniously, panting like he had just ran a marathon to get there. His clothes was ruffled and light wounds covered the exposed part of his body. His fearful eyes moved around the room before landing on Susan. A sense of urgency could be delt from them.

"What is the meaning of this?" Susan glared at the guard who had barged into her office.

The guard however ignored her glare and hurriedly reported. "Warden the seal...the seal surrounding the prison has been broken down!"

"What?" Susan looked at the guard like he had just said something funny and was about to reprimand him for it. However, when she saw the look of terror on his face her expression became serious.

"Are you serious? That shouldn't be possible." Susan asked the guard with a scrutinizing gaze. No matter how she though of it she still found the guards word hard to believe. The seal has been operating fine fir so many years so why the hell would it suddenly break down on it own?

"I don't know. I was on my patrol duties when the seal broke down. I immediately came to report it to you" The guard said, sweating nervously. He has been a guard in the prison for a few years now, so he understood just how much the prison relied on the Energy suppressing barrier seal.

Unlike the guard, however, Susan was having a harder time believing that someone had managed to break through the sealing barrier.

As an high ranking officer in the Congregation she knew to what extent the congregation had gone to ensure that the information about the barrier remained a secret. Anything regarding the barrier was considered a major secret of the highest order.

The barrier itself couldn't be broken through with brute force alone. Even a peak energy user would find it difficult to do so. So how wouldn't she be shocked when she was told that the barrier that was supposed to be indestructible has suddenly broken down.

"Warden!" Before Susan could wrap her head around the whole situation another guard charged into her office looking worse for wear. Compared to the forner guard he looked like he had just escaped hell.

"Warden the prisoners have escaped from their cells! It's a prison break!"

"What?!" Susan was shocked when she heard that. It felt like a bomb had suddenly went off on her head. Even the former guard felt his heart go stiff as he stared at his colleague in horror. The situation had just gone from bad to worse. Before he had be worried about the seal breaking down and how they could quickly repair it. But now that all the prison inmates have been set free, even they safety wasn't guaranteed.

However this time Susan quickly reacted and started issuing out orders to the guards. Things have already escalated before she could even figure out what was going on.

"Immediately sound the alarm and put the whole prison on lock down. I want all the prisoners back in their cells by the end if today. Also send a message to HQ requesting for backup."

"Yes ma." After receiving their instructions the guards immediately ran out the door to relay the orders to the other prison guard

After the guards left Susan picked up her coat and made her way towards the door in rage.

"I don't know who is responsible for breaking the seal. But I'll find you...and kill you." Susan made up her mind as she set out to find the one responsible for all of this. After all, whoever could infiltrate the most secured prison in the world and set the prisoners free all the whole being unknown could not be an ordinary person.

...

Unaware of the chaos taking place outside, Naruto and the others continued through the maze like underground pathway. Earthquakes occured occasionally along the way but after half an hour of walking they finally made it to the surface and what they saw was nothing short of a battlefield.

"Is someone waging war on the prison?" Miranda asked as she stared aghast at the dead bodies of prisoners and guards scattered around.

"So we're not the only ones that were freed, after all." Old man ken felt that the whole situation made sense now. This was really a prison break. But who could have succeeded in pulling such a stunt. This was the world prison they were talking about. If it had only been them that were set free it would be understandable, but the whole prison? There was no such thing as a miracle or coincidence.

Stella shakily fell to her knees when she saw the bloody and dismantled corpses lying around. Her whole body shivered and she felt nauseous.

It was a time seeing such a horrific scene and it terrified her. She feel like she has just fallen into a nightmare. Was the same thing going to happen to them too? Will they escape the prison or will they also die trying?

At the sight of the gruesome scene she started to doubt their chance of survival.

However before she could go any further a voice reached her ears.

Are you okay?" A big hand pressed softly against her back snapping her out of her daze. When she looked up and saw Naruto's concerned gaze, her body relaxed. She gave him a small smile and said. "I'm fine now. Thank you"

Hm_ Naruto nodded when he felt her body relax before returning his attention back to the dead bodies scattered across the hallway with a solemn look and said. "Looks like the situation is worst than we imagined"

"I won't be surprised if the warden has already taken action. It's only a matter of time before reinforcement arrives." Old man Ken said. It was better to take advantage of the situation to make a quick getaway.

"He is right. The prison is facing a crisis right now so we best take advantage of it and try to escape before reinforcement comes" Miranda said, solemn. She understood the gravity of the matter. Now that the prison was experiencing a crisis, the congregation might make an exception and sent some of it strongest enforcers to help quell the situation. By then it will already be too late to think of escaping the prison much less leave the island.

However, she would be lying if she said that she wasn't a bit exhilarated. In the history of the prison there has never been anyone who had successfully infiltrated the prison or managed to escape. But today they got to witness it happen how could she not feel a little excited.

"So it's a race against time" Naruto sighed. Knowing this makes him feel like he was walking on a ticking time bomb.

"What about yurei?" Stella immediately asked when she heard them planning their next course of action. Paul had left them behind in the prison, saying that he was going to scout ahead and hasn't returned since then. Maybe it was because of the gruesome scene she saw, she couldn't help but worry that something bad might have happened to him.

Although they argued a lot during the three years that they had known each other. On the inside the two of them genuinely care for each other.

Naruto and the others exchanged looks after being reminded of their fourth member who still hasn't returned. They even started to worry. Especially now that they knew that the situation was worst than they expected.

Old man ken gave it a little thought before saying "He should be able to take care of himself. After all, he has that teleportation ability of his. If he encounters any danger he should be able to escape unharmed."

Stella nodded at his reassuring words. That's right. Yurei won't die so easily.

"We have wasted enough time. We need to hurry." Miranda said before turning to Naruto and said, "The arrangement will be this. You and Stella will be in the middle since you can't use your powers yet and Stella can't fight. Old man ken will cover the rear for us. Do you have a problem with that?"

"I'm have no problem with the arrangement" Naruto said not seeing any problem with the arrangement. In fact, it worked best this way.

Everybody else nodded in agreement as well. Also avoid Stella from slowing them Naruto carried her piggyback style. Stella could only hide her face in embarrassment and pray that Paul doesn't see her in such a situation.

When miranda saw that everyone wss ready, she nodded and said. "Alright. let's get going"

With her in the lead the group of four made their way through the prison hallway heading for the nearest prison block. Since none of them were familiar with the prison layout they decided to follow the path of destruction.

Clang! clang!! clang!!!

Boom! Boom!

Along the way they encountered guards and prisoners alike. Whenever any of them tried to get in their way Miranda would always take them down with her flames before they could even approach them. In the case that someone managed to slip past her Naruto will immediately deal with the person. Although he can't use his chakra right now, he was still a taijutsu master.

After relentless running for sometime they finally reached cellblock D. However before they could progress any further Naruto came to an abrupt stop half way through the hall prompting the others to do the same.

"Is something wrong Naruto?" Miranda asked with a serious expression. Even old man ken and Stella turned to him with serious expressions.

Naruto was one of the reasons they had been been able to avoid many fights along the way, and make it this far. If it wasn't for his ability to sense other people's presence they wouldn't have been able to avoid any of more dangerous fights on their way here.

Honestly, they thought he wouldn't be of much help without his power and would have to rely on them more in order to escape the prison. But ironically, they ended up having to rely on him instead.

"A group of people are approaching us" Naruto immediately warned the others when he heard footsteps approaching their destination.

Everyone immediately went on guard when they heard the warning. It has always been like this. They would immediately tense up whenever they received a warning. Then the question followed would be. was it Prisoners? or guards?

"Moreover there are four of them. They look like prisoners." Stella added from Naruto back. The others, however, didn't question her words.

Shortly after they had escaped from their cell block they found out that Stella has a special ability called "Soul Gaze" which allowed her to see the souls of both the living and the dead. It was thanks to this and Naruto's sensory abilities that they had made it this far without any major incidents.

Unfortunately, they are in prison Block D. It wouldn't be surprising if they were to run into some of the more frightening inmates. So they had to be careful.

Soon, a group of four men dashed out from a corner. They ran as if their life depended on it. They only came to a stop when they saw Naruto at the others standing in their path.

"Monsters!" The man in the lead screamed as soon as he saw them.

When the other three behind him heard his word they started to freak out as well.

Previously, they had run into a monster they and had barely managed to escape with their lives. It was why they had been running in the first place. But they didn't think that their luck was so rotten that they'd immediately run into another group shortly after.

Say what now?

"Monsters?" Stella looked at the one who said that word as if she had just heard something funny. "Do we look like monsters to you?"

Eeeeeek

It was supposed to be a harmless question but the four of them took it seriously as they covered in fear, dumbfounding Stella.

Are these guys for real ? !

"Okay, enough of this drama. Who the hell are you guys?" Naruto demanded seriously when he saw them behaving foolishly. They had no time to waste right now. If they were not enemies then they should quietly get the hell out of their way.

When the prisoner in the lead felt naruto's glare, he swallowed nervously. He immediately gathered his resolve before hurriedly saying. "I...I am called Gorr. T...the others behind me are my cellmates."

The others fidgeted when naruto's gaze landed on them.

Gorr then turned around and pointed at the giant c imprinted on the back of his cloth before continuing. "A..As you can see, we are from Block C."

"Block C?" Old man ken muttered as he rubbed his beard subconsciously. After silently contemplating, he said, "That's a long way. What are people from the East wing doing here?"

Indeed, just as old man ken had said. The prison was divided into four parts which are the North, East, South and West wings. The four parts are independent of each other but they are also connected to one another. Each part is supervised by a vice warden.

The jurisdictions of all four wings falls under the warden. That means there are four vice wardens working under the warden herself. The prison blocks are distributed among these four wings.

The North wing houses Block A and D. This is known as the Dark wing because of it monstrous inmates. The East Wing holds Block B and C. Block E and F resides in the South wing. And the West wing's Block G and H. Finally, in the middle of them all, underneath it was where Block I was located. Out of all the Wings, the North wing was the most dangerous. After all, It was a common occurrence in the prison for inmates to kill each other.

"Block C?" Naruto and the others looked at Gorr's group with doubt. It should be noted that although the East wing was the closest to the North wing, the area where they two connected was called a Junction and was always under heavy surveillance. It wasn't just the north wing, every connecting point of each wing was under heavy surveillance and guarded by the prison to prevent inmates from escaping to other wings.

So they wondered how a weak group like Gorr's own not only managed to make it across that junction but also survive up to this point in the north wing.

This feat was nothing short of miracle for a group such as their own.

"Are you guy also from the East wing?!" Gorr asked with an hopeful expression. He thought that like them they had also managed to escape to the North wing amidst the chaos.

Moreover, his group wasn't the only group that managed to escape to the North wing. They were many others like them. So he assumed old man Ken's group must have been one of those group.

Even if it was just one person from the entire group, it would seriously help their situation right now.

"No, we are not." Stella said blankly, completely shattering his hope. Although she wasn't familiar with the prison's layout like the old man, she was certain that their block doesn't belong to any of the four wings.

"We should get going. We have wasted enough time here already" Miranda said as she glared at Gorr's group with contempt for wasting their time. In fact, she contemplated wiping out the group as punishment for the time they wasted.

The other group subconsciously took a step back when they felt the killer instinct directed at them.

Naruto and the others nodded. Their chance to escape was now that the prison was still in a state of instability. Once the prison stabilized, it would already be too late.

Is this it? Are we going to die here? Gorr panicked when he saw the other group talking among themselves. When the prison had first fallen in a crisis, he and his cellmates had banded together and prepared to escape the prison with the rest of the inmates.

Although they were weak and could barely compete with the others, they still took their shot at freedom rather than wait for their doom.

Unfortunately they didn't realize how tough it would actually be to escape. Much less the fact that their enemies wouldn't just be the guards but their fellow prisoners as well. By the time their realized this things they were already running for their lives.

The situation didn't change even after they reached the North wing, Instead it got even more worst. Ambushes from inmate became frequent. Moreover, each group or individual they encountered was always trying to kill them. At that was till now.

When Gorr looked at naruto's group, he knew if he didn't manage to follow them, he would make it out of this prison. He might even die before he even saw the prison's gate.

Right at this time Naruto and the others also reached a conclusion. However,

before they could take a step forward Gorr suddenly jumped in front of them and got on his knees before they could walk passed him.

"Wait!"

As much as it scared him to do this, he knew that if he didn't manage to join this group the next one they meet might not be so merciful.

"What are you doing?" Naruto asked blandly when he saw Gorr bowing. The other three behind also stared at him nervously. They couldn't under what he was trying to do.

"Please take us with you! We can be of help. " Gorr pleaded. Sweat covered his brow as he waited for their answer. He didn't care how pitiful he looked right now. As long as there was a chance for him to escape this prison, he wouldn't mind going to the extreme. The other three behind him also expressed uneasiness.

However before Naruto could reject him, a deep voice intervened.

"Wait, naruto-san." Old man ken reached out a hand to stop Naruto.

"Jiji?" Naruto turned to old man ken with a questioning gaze.

"Let them come along." Old man ken smiled as he scrutinized Gorr's group. "After all, the more the merrier"

The others might not have noticed but he could tell that Gorr and his group must have gone through a great deal to get here. It should be noted that the difficulty of escaping from one wing to another was second to the main gate.

However, not only do they have to watch out for guards but hostile prisoners as well.

Should he be considered fortunate for escaping the east wing? or unfortunate for escaping to the North wing? Maybe I am growing senile. Old man ken chuckled inwardly.

"Jiji, you can't be serious"

"We don't even know them"

Miranda and Stella immediately rejected the decision. Naruto however remained to keep quiet.

Old man ken listened to their complaints silently before saying. "We are all trying to escape this prison, so there is no harm in bringing them along. Moreover, if they could survive up to this point they shouldn't be completely useless."

The others were unable to refute his words when they heard it and could only frown. When Gorr saw nobody denying the old man's words he hurriedly said.

"I promise we will obey your every command. We won't go out of line. Right guys?"

"Yes it's true. We swear on our life"

"Yeah, yeah. Certainly"

"We wouldn't dare lie to you guys"

The other three frantically nodded in agreement not daring to be slow in their response.

If one wanted to escape they could only do it through the main gate which wasn't an easy task. Gorr also knew of this fact. He didn't dare to imagine the kind of monsters he might encounter there.

Naruto and Miranda exchanged looks before turning to look strangely at old man ken.

"Is that so?" Naruto muttered before his gaze wandered to Gorr's group. "Seems like we have no choice"

"Hey you guys" Miranda pinned them with a murderous glare causing them to freeze up.

eeeeeek

'What's with this ominous aura? Did we do something wrong?'

"You" Miranda pointed at Gorr causing him to shrink back timidly.

"Yes ma'am"

"If you try anything funny. I'll kill you" Miranda said with a dark expression. In Gorr's and other's eyes her figure turned into that of a demon causing them to shudder in fear.

Eeeeeek

Even Stella felt a shiver run down her down when she felt Miranda''s ominous aura. 'Creepy'

'I really should try and stay on her good side ' Naruto chuckled awkwardly. If this was her giving out a warning then doesn't want to see her mad

"Yes, yes, yes" Although they don't know what was going on when they saw old man Ken's smile they rapidly nodded their heads in fear.

What the hell is wrong with this group? I feel like they are even more scary than the groups we have encountered so far_ They really felt like crying right now

"Alright. You guys can come along" Naruto finally agreed after much consideration. Though Miranda still thought otherwise, she decided to respect old man Ken's decision.

"For real?!" Gorr immediately brightened up when he heard naruto's words. The other four also had elated expressions.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you."

"Right." The others nodded and prepared to head out.

However before they could move they heard a voice shouting out to them from behind causing them to halt their step.

Miranda was immediately ticked off at being stopped twice and was about to give whoever it was a piece of her mind. However when she turned around she was surprised by who she saw.

"Yurei!" Stella shouted beating Miranda to the punch. Naruto smiled when he saw the youth making his way to them with a huge smile on his face.

"Right." The others nodded and prepared to head out.

However before they could move they heard a voice shouting out to them from behind causing them to halt their step.

Miranda was immediately ticked off at being stopped twice and was about to give whoever it was a piece of her mind. However when she turned around she was surprised by who she saw.

"Yurei!" Stella shouted beating Miranda to the punch. Naruto smiled when he saw the youth making his way to them with a huge smile on his face.

"Sorry about that. When the seal has been lifted I couldn't help myself and immediately went to check on the outside situation. But then I got lost."

"Right." The others nodded and prepared to head out.

However before they could move they heard a voice shouting out to them from behind causing them to halt their step.

Miranda was immediately ticked off at being stopped for the second and was about to give whoever it was a piece of her mind. However, when she turned around she was surprised by who she saw.

"Yurei!" Stella shouted beating Miranda to the punch. Naruto smiled when he saw the youth making his way to them with a huge smile on his face.

"Thank goodness. I finally found you guys. I thought I was on my own" Paul said as he reached the ground nearly bursting to tears. He had immediately regretted leaving the group behind the moment he left their prison block.

The chaos was worse than he thought. He never imagined that in just a few hours the prison would have fallen straight down to hell.

With what he had seen he was surprised believe that he was still alive right now.

"You really are a piece of work you know that" Miranda scolded him as she pulled on his ear.

"Good grief" Naruto shook at the scene. Contrary to his word, however, he had a small smile on his face.

"Um " Gorr raised his hand causing everyone to turn to him. He shrink back when back when he felt their hard gazes and nervous said. "I don't want to b a party pooper, but I think we should hurry before it's too late"

"He is right guys. On my way here I heard some guards saying that the warden has already called for reinforcement and it was only a matter of time before they arrived" Paul said seriously causing everyone's expression to turn gloomy.

"Then we can't afford to wait around anymore. Let's get going" Old man Ken said sternly and the others immediately nodded.

"Okay"

With that the group continued their run through the block with additional members. After spending an hour running and fighting their way through the prison block they eventually left Block D and reached Block B. However the scene they saw when they got there was horrifying.

Corpses were strewn around in the prison block in disgusting manners, some were even missing body parts.

Stella closed her eyes and buried her face on Naruto's back, her body shivering uncontrollably. Even Paul who always acted bold felt like throwing up right at this moment.

What a ruthless way of killing. Miranda shook her head at the disfigured corpses. The prison block looked like the grim reaper had passed through it. Although they had seen many dead bodies and blood battles on their way through the prison, however, the bodies here were completely disfigured. Whoever had done it definitely wanted his victim to suffer and to make matter worst all of the disfigured corpses were putting on the prison uniform of this block.

'This brings back memories?' Naruto thought at sight of the corpses of both prisoners and guards alike. Just like the fourth Shinobi war, the prison break right now was also a battle of life and death.

Gorr's gang also felt that whoever could have killed so many prisoners was definitely not ordinary. Some of them even threw up, unable to stomach it after seeing so much blood.

Has reinforcement arrived already? They tried to reason, after all, it was a prison, the guards were already stretched thing trying to cover so many areas so how could they have enough force to kill so many inmates belonging to Block B. In fact, they doubted there was even a guard who could achieve such a result unless the warden or vice wardens took action, it should be impossible.

"You guys should watch your back and keep your guards up. Whoever did this might still be nearby" Old man ken warned as he stroked his beard with a frown, deep in thought. There was only one crazy person he could think of in the entire prison that could achieve such a feat.

After that warning the group carefully transversed the death ridden cell block and stepped into a huge hall. Almost as soon a they stepped into the hall Stella abruptly raised her head and turned to looked into the distance.

"Stella, what is it?" Naruto asked when he felt her sudden movement. If it wasn't for his quick reaction she would have fallen off his back.

However Stella wasn't bothered by that. Instead she looked fearful and was sweating profusely. Immediately she turned to others and shouted.

"Everyone be careful, someone is coming!...and they are coming in fast!"

Boom!

As soon as she finished speaking, the wall a few feets in front of them exploded and a figure walked through it.

Naruto and others came to an abrupt halt when the wall in front of them exploded.

The whole gang wore solemn looks when they saw the person standing in front of them. Even old man Ken's expression turned serious.

"Well, well, well. What do we have here?" A deep voice said as a tall silhouette appeared in the dust clouds created by the explosion.

Gorr and his gang felt their legs shiver unsteadily when they heard the malice hidden in the voice.

The frown on Miranda''s face deepend at the sight of the last person he expected to meet. Had their luck been so rotten that they would encounter the devil himself during their escape. The one nobody prayed to ever meet during such a crucial time.

Everyone tensed up when they saw the bloodlust in his eyes. Some even took an involuntary step backwards. Naruto frowned when he saw the giant of a man. He got a feeling that the man standing in front of them wasn't human. He wasn't the only one either.

Old man ken immediately recognized the person when he saw his face. Who also happened to be the variable he had been trying to avoid.

"Why does it have to be you...Toga!"

"Rahahahaha!"

So there you have it. I've been cooking it for a while now but it's finally ready to be served.
