Vacation

Prologue

Vulture didn't know how he was still alive. For the first time in his life, he was actually terrified.

Darkstalker could just, teleport him? That in itself is horrifying. Not even considering just enchanting him to be a different dragon, oh was that awful. Even worse, he had to put all this together from other dragons, since he was enchanted not to even remember it ever happened in the first place. At least it helps that he has a secret spy that saw everything, in every horrific detail. But Vulture wondered, what if he had animus power like Darkstalker? Sure, he was menacing enough as is, but with that power he could do anything he wanted to! But, how would he get it?

4 months later….

So, according to his spy, who was spying on Jerboa for a while, she shattered animus magic. That means he can't just capture an animus dragon anymore. But it also means that none can help fight back against him. He is pondering for a while when his spy asks him what he is trying to figure out. Vulture shouts, "None of your business!" His spy calmly says,"I have an idea if you're still pondering about animus magic, if you want to hear it." "Fine, but make it quick." Vulture says. His spy looks around, makes sure no one is listening, then whispers in Vulture's ear. Vulture grins as he hears this, and says, "If you weren't such a good spy, I would make you my advisor. Let's get to work, old friend." We just need to wait for the perfect opportunity to strike."

Couple more months go by…

"Are you sure? We don't want to be hasty about this!" Vulture says. "Yes, I am certain, this is the perfect moment. The two that know about what we are after will be leaving, alongside their friends, and also, the queen herself. I believe this is the perfect time to put our plan in motion, as it will be easy to cause ourselves some chaos, and get what we want, in one swift attack." Says his spy, who has been watching the target in secret for months, waiting until the perfect opportunity to strike. "Our only concern is if the Stand in Queen will actually be competent at intervening. Shouldn't be more than a minor bit of resistance though, all things considered."

I am so happy to have finally gotten around to this, one year later.
