Eclipse Party

There was something in the air tonight, something that Heather couldn't quite put her finger on, nor could she describe the feeling in the atmosphere that made her nerves tingle with anticipation as the eclipse of the super moon drew near.

Scabior and Violet were outside on the porch, while Hige and Rowan were play fighting and rolling around in the grass near the edge of the woods. Severus was off by himself, leaning with his back against one of the oak trees in the yard, his arms crossed and folded over his chest as a gentle breeze tugged at his long strands of dark hair.

Heather walked up to Severus, standing beside him as the sky grew dark and a shadow began to hide the moon from view. It was deep crimson in color with faint purple hues, darkening the moon's bright silver face.

On the porch, Scabior leaned closer to Violet, his arm around her as they stood side by side, watching the moon grow darker by the minute. All was quiet until -

"Whhhheeeeeee!"

The noise shattered the peaceful silence of the night, splitting the sky wide open as Sanderson Azandi flew through the sky, half naked and laughing like an idiot.

Scabior looked up at the half naked animagi. "Bloody 'ell, wha's gotten into 'im?"

The winged wizard was doing cartwheels and loop-de-loops through the sky as the eclipse reached its peak. He'd been drinking a bit too much wine that evening, and had decided it would be a good idea to rip his shirt off and go for a spin to celebrate the eclipse.

Severus sighed, watching as the drunk wizard flew in circles through the air. The next thing he knew something came drifting down from the sky and landed on top of his head. Heather laughed as Severus stood there with Sanderson's pants draped across his head. She then looked up a second later to see a completely naked wizard flying through the air above her.

Sanderson spun around and struck a pose in midair, before darting off through the trees and landing in the yard in front of Heather. The witch gasped as she saw his naked form approach her in the dark, unable to keep her eyes from traveling down the length of his body then back up to his face.

"I'm so sorry, darling," Sanderson apologized, his words slightly slurred from the amount of alcohol he'd consumed that evening. "Forgive me, for I did not mean to get nude in your face."

"No, don't apologize," said Heather. "In fact if this is the way you behave when you're drunk, I might have to start buying wine more often."
