Victoria Engle said, "Ms. Potter attacked me, Mrs. Allen."

Lily sighed. Everyone was shaking their head. Mrs. Cutter was reviving Brandy who had been stunned. Several people were defending either Lily and her friends or defending Victoria.

"ENOUGH! Ms. Engle, Potter, Donaldson, Detrick, Little, and Murphy to follow me to my office. The rest of you back to what you were doing!"

Mrs. Cutter made sure Brandy was able to stand and helped her to Mrs. Allen's office. Mrs. Sumter sent a message ahead to the school nurse to meet them there to make sure that Brandy was alright.

In Mrs. Allen's office, she conjured chairs for everyone. Mrs. Allen then turned to the girls. She said, "Ms. Little, I will start with you, as you didn't have your wand out. What can you tell me of this incident?"

Deidra said, "Well, Mrs. Allen, My friends and I were sitting in the grass by the pool just talking about anything and everything, but mostly about our classes, when a spell came out of nowhere and hit Brandy. Lily stood up to figure out what it was that it came from and we all saw Victoria walking towards us with her wand out. Lily had Julia go and get a prefect. Ms. Engle started to mutter another spell, but Lily was able to cast something and next thing I knew it she was holding her wand. That's when you and the other prefects showed up."

Mrs. Allen said, "What was the spell you used, Ms. Potter."

Lily replied, "The disarming spell, Mrs. Allen. My father taught it to me along with a shield to protect myself should I ever find myself or my family under attack at the hands of another."

Mrs. Allen took the wands and did a prior incantum on them. Victoria's spell was showed to be the stupefy spell and Lily's was the disarming spell like Lily had said. Mrs. Allen said, "Ms. Engle, do you have anything to say in your defense?"

Lily watched as Victoria thought about her options. She said, "I plead the fifth."

Mrs. Allen raised her eyebrows at that. She picked up her phone and dialed a number. "Mr. Engle, its Mrs. Allen at Ilvermorny, I would like you to floo to my office immediately. Yes this is important…I don't care who you are, Mr. Engle. Your daughter has attacked another student."

Victoria paled.

Ten minutes later, Mr. Engle was knocking on the office door. He said, "I was in a very important meeting, Mrs. Allen. This had better be her attacking a pureblood and…"

"SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN MR. ENGLE. I don't care about your pureblood politics shit. Attacking another student is a crime at Ilvermorny. Not to mention, I have received multiple reports of bullying from many students here at Ilvermorny. And if you must know, the student on the receiving end of her spell was a pureblood of the Detrick family! Also, among the group that she was targeting today was Ms. Murphy, Ms. Little and Ms. Potter."

Mr. Engle was paler than even his daughter. He said, "What is your punishment?"
Mrs. Allen smirked. Ms. Murphy, Ms. Little, and Ms. Detrick were children of prominent families in the United States. Then it was a known fact at Ilvermorny that Lily Potter was the daughter of Harry Potter, the boy who killed Tom Riddle aka Lord Voldemort 21 years previously in England. Mrs. Allen said, "Girls, will you excuse us. Ms. Donaldson, Ms. Little, Ms. Potter, and Ms. Murphy will you please escort Ms. Detrick to the infirmary where she can be looked at by the nurse. Mrs. Cutter, please accompany them."

Mrs. Cutter nodded. After they left, Mrs. Allen vanished the remaining chairs and said, "Mr. Engle, your daughter is in serious trouble here. Not just because of the attack, but because of the bullying. As you know, Ilvermorny has a zero tolerance for bullying other students. We have spoken to her on numerous occasions, but we have been unable to get through to her. Unfortunately, with this latest problem with your daughter, we can no longer keep her as a student at Ilvermorny."

Mr. Engle sent a glare at his daughter. He said, "Are you going to snap her wand?"

Mrs. Allen said, "We're not that cruel. You can hold onto it. Mrs. Sumter will escort your daughter to her dorm to pack her trunk to leave, then one of our pukwudgies will take you two to the station. Owl me where you would like her scores on her classes so far sent, and I will send them."

Mr. Engle said, "Thank you, Mrs. Allen. It will be a few days before we make that decision."

In the infirmary, Brandy was cleared. The stunning spell since she was already sitting down didn't do any damage to her. Julia was worried though.

Julia said, "What's going to happen to Victoria?"

Mrs. Cutter said, "Like Mrs. Allen said Ilvermorny has a zero tolerance against bullying. We've given her a few chances to change her act in the past few weeks, but it hasn't changed. Then the attack today on the five of you, mostly Ms. Detrick here, was the icing on the cake. Sorry to say it, but she will be expelled and made to attend school elsewhere."

Julia looked down. She didn't want someone to loose out on their magical education because of her.

Mrs. Cutter saw this and stopped walking. She knelt down to Julia and said, "Julia, this is in no way your fault. Ms. Engle is a bully and she would not have stopped bothering you and your friends or her other victims."

Julia said, "If I hadn't come to Ilvermorny…"

Lily said, "She would've just chosen someone else to bully. My father always told me that when people bully, they do it because they are miserable and they want everyone else to feel the same way."

Mrs. Cutter said, "That's a good way to put it, Lily. However, we can't fix Ms. Engle's actions."

Julia smiled.
