The rest of the time leading up to Spring Break passed with relative ease. Lily was enjoying her time with her friends though she did see Renee looking at the group with longing like she wanted to join them again but was hesitating.

The day before she was to leave, Lily was in her room contemplating the email that she was about to write to her cousin Allen. How could she voice her concerns over what was going on with Renee?

Dear Cousin Allen,

I hope this email finds you happy and healthy. I wish I could come to the ranch this break, however with the tensions between Renee and me, I didn't think it was wise. Hence, I am staying with another of my friends, Deidra Little in Seattle. I got permission from my father. I am looking forward to seeing what Seattle has to offer, especially the magical district as Deidra informs me that the district is in underground tunnels.

I am writing to you concerning Renee. My friends and I have noticed that she looks at our group like she wants to join our group again and make up for what has happened, but something seems to be holding her back. I don't know if it's pride or worse, someone controlling her outside the family. Not sure if that is possible, but if it is, I am concerned for her welfare. I hope I am wrong in so many ways, but if I am not, I pray that we get to her in time.

Looking forward to seeing you possibly for Easter.

Your Loving Cousin,

Lily

Miles away at the MACUSA office in Houston, Allen was just about to finish up for the day, when he noticed he had a last-minute email. Confused to see who it was from, he opened it. Lily had his personal email, so he knew that if she was emailing his work, it was something serious. As Allen read the email, he smiled at the greeting from her. His smile then turned into a frown and then a scowl. If what Lily said was true, heads were going to roll.

He closed his office and rushed home. His father was home thankfully and working in the study. Victor looked up and was startled to see the furry on Allen's face. Before leaving work for the day, Allen had forwarded the email to Victor. However, Victor hadn't read it yet.

Victor said, "Allen? What's wrong?"

Allen replied, "You haven't read the email I sent you yet?"

Victor turned to his laptop and saw the notification for a new email. As he read it, he scowled also.

Allen said, "What can we do?"

Victor said, "I will be picking the children up from the station tomorrow. The best thing to do is get them tested. I won't be taking them to the hospital. Might as well take them to the goblins. They have good facilities. I'll take them to Gringotts in New York."

Allen nodded. He said, "What will we do if we find someone has been tampering with Renee or even worse Emily?"

Emily was the next in line for the Ravenclaw title. They had made that decision over the Christmas holidays but hadn't told anyone yet. They were waiting for the summer holidays when they were going to go to England for a vacation and to affirm her place as the Heir. They were concerned that there may be stipulations on it, that Emily must reside in England, but seeing as Victor didn't need to, they didn't think it was required. If it was, they would talk to Harry and/or Dudley about either Lily or Iris taking the position.

Victor said, "We will figure that out when the time comes. Not much to do until then."

Allen nodded.

The next day, Lily and her friends had their bags and boarded the train to Boston. They chatted about their plans for the break. Henry was talking that his parents were wanting to take him to France on a vacation, but not sure when that was going to happen.

Julia said, "Dad Allen said that we would mostly be staying at the ranch most of the time. Maybe a trip to Galveston Beach in there."

Lily nodded. She had heard about that herself, back before her plans to go to Seattle.

Deidra said, "Mom and dad can't do anything for the break. They have given me permission to go about as I normally do if I take my phone with me and let them know where I am going and my planned return time. There are several places in Seattle I would like Lily to see."

Everyone nodded. Lily smiled. She was glad that her friend was making plans for them to see the sites in Seattle.

A few hours later, the train pulled into Boston's Central station. The friends grabbed their bags and left. Lily stuck close to Deidra so that she knew who to look for.

"Deidra, over here Hun!"

Deidra turned and started heading in the direction of the voice. Lily quickly followed. The two of them soon arrived close to a gorgeous blonde woman with stunning blue eyes. Deidra said, "Mom, this is Lily Luna Potter. Lily this is my mother, Martha Little nee Wolfe."

Lily stuck out her hand and said, "Nice to meet you, Mrs. Little."

Martha said taking Lily's hand, "Same to you, Ms. Potter. We're waiting on one other person."

Deidra said, "She is staying with us this time?"

Martha sighed. She said, "Yes. Her parents refused her to come home due to business commitments. I don't understand Zachary. But he's your father's problem not mine."

Lily wondered who they were talking about. Soon they were joined by a seventh year that she knew all too well. "Andrea!"

Andrea turned and smiled at her former roommate. Andrea said, "I forgot you were friends with my baby cousin."

Deidra huffed. She said, "I'm not a baby and I'm not your youngest. Your forgetting Evan."

Lily remembered Deidra talking about her brother Evan Little, who would be starting Ilvermorny next year. Then she had a cousin, Margaret Wolfe from her mother's side who would be starting the same year as Evan.

Andrea said, "You'll always be my baby cousin, Deidra."

Martha laughed. She said, "Let's go. The floo will be busy." They headed to the floo. Martha turned to Lily and said, "The name of the floo address where we will be going is called Puget Sound Broomsticks."

Deidra said, "We are flooing directly to the store?"

Martha said, "Might as well. You know the floo room is closed off to the rest of the store."

Deidra nodded. She went first. Next went Andrea, followed by Lily and Martha. As they exited the floo room, Deidra ran to her father who was behind the counter. He turned and hugged his daughter quickly before continuing to help a customer. A boy who looked about eleven was helping another customer pick out riding gear.

Deidra walked over and overheard the conversation.

"But dragon hide is strong."

"It's not flexible for what you want, sir. How about this one with the horned serpent skin? Its very flexible for what you are wanting it for in riding your broom."

The man sighed. He took the recommended skin up to the counter. The boy turned and saw his sister.

"Sis! Welcome home!"

The two hugged. Deidra said, "Very good on the sale. Evan, I would like you to meet my friend, Lily Potter. Lily, this is my little brother, Evan."

Evan said, "Nice to finally meet you, Lily. Deidra talks about you and the rest of her friends from Ilvermorny all the time all the time."

Andrea walked over and said, "Okay guys. Aunt Martha said for me to take you guys home, while she helps with the shop. We'll be taking a taxi there."

Evan pouted. He loved working in the shop and hoped to take over when their father decided to retire. They walked outside with their bags, and Andrea hailed a cab. She told the driver, "1135 21st Ave E, please."

The cabi turned and said, "That's a bit of a drive, miss. You sure?"

Andrea confirmed. Half an hour later, the taxi pulled up outside a two and a half story home. Lily could only say one word about it, and that was beautiful. It had beautiful curb appeal. Andrea paid the taxi driver with her card and led the way to the front door. After pulling out a set of keys, she said, "Welcome to the Little House. Don't let the name confuse you."

Inside, Lily was struck by the character in the house. She loved the beams in the ceiling. It gave it a homey feeling. Andrea led her upstairs to one of the guest bedrooms. Andrea said, "Aunt Martha said that this was to be your room while you are staying here. I'll be next door. Deidra is across the hall. Evan is down the hall. The master is on the top floor where Uncle Stephen and Aunt Martha sleep. The bathroom is next to where Deidra sleeps."

Lily nodded her head. She began unpacking the things that she had brought with her and putting them away. Just as she was finishing up, Deidra walked in. She said, "What do you think?"

Lily said, "It's a nice home. I love the character to it."

Deidra replied, "I do too."

Meanwhile, Victor had just taken the rest of the family to New York City and to Gringotts. Victor walked up to the concierge desk and said, "Good evening, concierge. I wish to visit your healers with my grandchildren."

The concierge looked up and said, "Your grandchildren appear to be healthy, Lord Murphy. What seems to be the concern?"

Victor leaned in and whispered about mind altering substances. The concierge growled. He said, "Follow me, Murphy family."

The Murphy family followed the goblin through the halls to what appeared to be a door with a medical sign over it. He told the family to wait there. He stepped in and spoke with the healer.

Fifteen minutes later, Victor had his results. He was spitting mad. Only two of the children showed having mind-altering potions in their system. Henry and Renee. Henry was potioned to be loyal and obedient to his father and grandfather Ruttle. Renee was potioned with loyalty and obedient to Henry and his father, along with a distrust potion keyed to Lily. Henry and Renee were immediately given purging potions which made them violently ill for a couple hours. While they were being purged, Victor was meeting with his account manager about dissolution of Heather's marriage to Michael and getting a copy of the testing.

After the purging, Henry and Renee felt bad. Especially Renee. Victor finished up with them, and they left to floo home. Renee immediately went and shut herself into her room, refusing to come out. Henry went to the stables and saddled up a horse.

Victor sent the rest to unpack. He called Allen, Victoria, and Catherine into his study.

Allen said, "What's wrong?"

Victor said, "Henry and Renee were potioned."

Catherine said, "What!"

Both ladies were demanding answers.

Victor said, "Allen here received an email from Lily yesterday stating some concerns about Renee. He brought it to my attention. Victoria, do we have more room for one more? I'll be inviting Heather to live here shortly. I've dissolved her marriage to Michael and going to be seeking charges against Michael and his father for crimes against the family."

Victoria said, "We may have to double up or even triple some rooms. I will talk to the house-elves about this."

Victor nodded.

Just then, Victor's phone rang. He looked at it and said, "Its Heather." He answered the phone, "Hello Heather…. Yes, I dissolved your wedding to Michael…Of course there was a reason…. Pack a bag and come home and we will discuss it. Leave Michael at home. He is not welcome at the ranch anymore."

He hung up then.

Allen said, "Good way to get her to come home without telling her the reason for the dissolution. What is the possibility that she was potioned too?"

Victor swore. He got on the phone to their personal healer and asked them to come within two hours to look at Heather for possibility of potions.

Three hours later, Heather was hugging a trashcan while her mother rubbed her back.

In the office, Victor and Allen were meeting with the Head of the magical law enforcement of MACUSA. Not just the Houston branch, but nationwide.

Troy said, "This is serious accusations. You do realize that this could ruin the president's reelection bid?"

Victor said, "I don't care about what the president has to say. I want the full law book thrown at Michael and Nathan Ruttle. Judith Ruttle too if she has been in complicity of this. However, I would like you to make sure she hasn't been potioned also. Three members of my family have been potioned. I am Lord Ravenway of England even though my family and I are Americans. If I must do so I will make an international mess of this."

Troy said, "Gathering up the evidence. That will not be necessary, Mr. Murphy.
