Magical Graffiti
A/N: Yet another story inspired by things I've seen in real life. Enjoy.
"What the bloody hell are you doing?" Draco questioned, seeing his two pals giggling and snickering as they drew their wands.
The trio of Slytherins had taken a trip to Hogsmeade, and were exploring the village when Crabbe and Goyle had what they thought was a brilliant idea. For these two, having any idea at all was quite an accomplishment. But still, as Draco stood back and watched them use their wands to carve words into the side of the Shrieking Shack, he couldn't help thinking that this was a poor decision.
Looking around, the blond aristocrat noticed that several people, probably students like himself, had also left their share of graffiti on the outside of the building. He saw the words, "from life to death a lost cause" which was signed with the initials J.R.
"What does that even mean?" Draco wondered aloud, his brow furrowing in confusion.
Someone had also scribbled the image of a wand on the faded surface of the wood, though it wasn't the sort of wand you'd want to whip out in public. Draco frowned at this, shaking his head in disgust.
Another person had written the words "143 always", which was a curious sight. It was accompanied by an eternity symbol. Oddly enough, the handwriting resembled that of Professor Snape.
When he looked back at his friends, Crabbe had just finished writing "Hermione is a whore" on the side of the building.
Goyle was standing beside him, laughing stupidly. He then wrote, in big, bold letters "caca" directly below his friend's message.
"Idiots," Draco muttered. This time he'd had enough and decided to walk away, leaving them to their childish antics.
