Place: A hospital delivery room
Situation: Lucky's traumatic difficult birth
Peyton (feeling the weight of the forceps that are inside her): Ouch..
Doctor (has a good grip of the baby's head ): Peyton, you must push and get this baby out
Peyton (pushing hard against the forceps): AHA...AHA
A group of nurses (holding Peyton's legs or pushing down on her stomach): Bear down, Peyton, Push
Peyton (crying and screaming): AHA...AHA...AHA..AHA..
Lucas (choked up): Peyton, you are a strong woman. You can do this.
Peyton (hyperventilating but squeezing Lucas' hand): I can't breathe
Lucas (becoming more worried and emotional about Peyton): This not normal
A nurse (putting an oxygen mask on Peyton): This oxygen mask will help you, honey
Peyton (contracting again): Thanks
The Doctor (still has the forceps inside Peyton): It is back to business again. Lets get this baby out.
Peyton (pushing hard against the forceps again): GRR...AHA...AHA...AHA..AHA
Doctor (pulling out the baby): Thats a strong push, Peyton. The baby is almost here.
Peyton: AHA...AHA...AHA...AHA
A group of nurses (holding Peyton's legs or pushing down on her stomach again): Bear down, Peyton, Push
Peyton (exhausted she collapses back in Lucas' arms): I am done with this. I can't do this anymore.
Lucas: I understand, honey. The baby is almost here. Just one more big push.
Peyton (screaming and pushing one last time): AHA..AHA..AHA
(Peyton pushes until she feels a great release. Bloody and yet beautiful, Lucky Haley Scott enters the world)
