Welcome Back, Gleeks!

I know I said that Kurt wont be romantically inclined with Blaine in any way in this fic, but unfortunately, I had to change some things to make it work! But of course, this is a Hevan rewrite, so they will get together this season!

Hope you enjoy it! : )

Kurt's week has just been getting worse and worse. Like it'll never end.

First, Mr. Shue wouldn't let him join the girls group once again after doing another "boy v.s girls," competition. Kurt wants no part of it really, but as if he had a choice.

Second and more importantly. Karofsky...

Dave Karofsky.

The tormentor of Kurt Hummel. Today was his week to make Kurt's week a living hell that the boy couldn't escape from. Kurt cares very deeply about school and would hate to miss a day because of a football player. He was tempted to play sick so his dad would let him stay home but he knew that wouldn't do any good. He'll have to go to school the next day and it'll start all over again. As well as the work he had to make up from being absent for a day.

Finally, after the fifth time the neanderthal pushed him into the hard metal of the locker, Kurt had enough and something inside of him snapped.

"What is your problem?!" He exclaimed. Suddenly regretting his words once he saw the jock turn around to face him, with a very furious and shocked look on his face.

"You're talking back to me?" He asked as he stepped forward to square up the boy. "You want a piece of the fury?"

Kurt admits it was a very lame combat for sure.

"The fury?" He questioned, with squinted confused eyes.

"That's what I named my fist!" He raised his fist and shook it with repressed rage. His knuckles turned white from his compressed blood vessels.

"Well..." Kurt began. Feeling quite daring. "With that level of creativity you can easily become a manager at a rendering plant!" He spat.

The jock in front of him looked confused. Kurt should have figured that his responses were too complex for a bully with a Iq lower than a flies.

"I don't know what that is..." Karofsky started. "But if I find out it's bad, then the fury is gonna find you!" He warned as he shoved Kurt to the side, into the lone lockers once again.

Kurt looked around. Desperate to find someone who cared enough to help.

But no one came.

Kurt just watched people walk on by. Not giving him the time of day. A simple "are you okay?" Would suffice.

Unfortunately, the boy was used to it. It's been happening his whole life, and he guesses that it won't stop anytime soon if he wants to continue being himself.

He shut his locker and he felt a hand on his shoulder, and it made him jump.

He was slightly relieved to see that it was just Mr. Shue. One of the only teachers that cared about his well being.

Even though, in the back of his mind. Kurt knew that another certain blonde football player had his back as well.

Mr. Shue led Kurt to his office and handed him a small cup of water to hopefully ease his tension.

The teacher could tell from the boy's face that he was drained. He even had bags under his eyes. That made Mr. Shue wonder how long he had them? He never noticed till now.

"How long has this been happening, Kurt?" Shue asked the boy and he sighed in annoyance.

"Since I was six." He simply responded. Mr. Shue looked down and tried to lower his head to hopefully meet eyes with Kurt, he was adverting them.

"Is there any way we can help?" He asked again. Simply feeling helpless.

Kurt looked up and over to the glass window. Sightseeing. He noticed that blonde boy walked by. He didn't seem to notice Kurt but Kurt noticed him, and that's all that seemed to matter.

"Kurt?" Shue asked again.

Once Kurt made eye contact again with the teacher, he got fed up with his sympathetic look. It almost looked like pity and Kurt hated that look. He would get it all the time for simply being gay in an all straight accepting world.

"There's nothing you can do, Mr. Shue." He simply responded. He's unaware if the teacher was calling his name and trying to draw his attention once again, or wasn't.

Kurt can admit he could look a bit like a hypocrite. He wants people to care but the moment someone does, he shuts down.

Sometimes, he really doesn't know what he wants.

The highlight of his week though was when Mr. Shue said that the girls would be originally singing songs by guys, and guys will be singing songs by girls.

It was a small gesture but a nice one. Something to make Kurt happy.

Kurt was definitely happy about this change.

He's an expert about all things girly pop. He decided to take charge of this assignment. He had a whiteboard all ready for his discussion but wasn't prepared to be shut down by it.

Once again. No one stuck up for him.

"Hey, give the guy a break!"

Or maybe he spoke too soon.

Kurt was already to pack up his whiteboard but the blonde boy spoke up for him.

"Why? My bullying days are over. This is just some teasing." Puckerman laughed as he leaned back in his chair. The other guys stirred in their seats.

"Well it's not funny if Kurt doesn't think it is." Sam admitted. "Then it's not a joke, it's just being an asshole." Sam spoke again.

The other guys tried to contain their laughter.

Puck blushed slightly but kept his head high.

"I'm not an asshole. It's not my fault he's sensitive--"

Sam gave him a warning look. He didn't want to fight, he really didn't. But he had to say something.

Sam saw what happened with Kurt in the hallway, and he hates to admit it, but he was indeed a bystander.

He saw Kurt cowering in fear but he didn't have the guts to say something. Even though it's not a huge issue, he could still stick up for him now.

"Look Hummel." Puck started. "Why don't you make yourself useful and see what the rival team is doing? The garglers!" He snapped.

Kurt knew that wasn't their name but Kurt also knows that it's an all boys private school. Something that seemed interesting.

"Fine." Kurt replied as the other boys looked at him in surprise. Shocked that he didn't want to fight about it.

So overall, this week sucked for Kurt. First, being bullied by Karofsky and being pushed around by people he thought were his friends. Luckily, Sam stuck up for him but it wasn't enough.

If they really didn't care what he had to say, then maybe he should go visit the other rival school.

Kurt made it down the steps of Dalton Academy after making it inside and saw how amazing it was. So bright and beautiful. Way different then the slushie covered floors of McKinley.

As he walked down the stairs, his phone started ringing. The worst time.

He grabbed his phone out of his pocket and looked at the caller ID.

Sam

Suddenly, Kurt lost his footing and almost tripped down the stairs. Bumping into this shorter dark haired boy who was already on the last step.

"Sorry!" Kurt gasped as he felt the boy grip his shoulder to steady him.

He looked up at the boy and expected to see a very annoyed look on his face but he was wrong. He had a very pleasant and charming aspect to him.

"Whoa! Where's the fire?" He asked with a smile. He recoiled his hands after Kurt had found his footing.

Kurt got immediately nervous. If this sort of thing happened in McKinley, Kurt would be writing his will.

"Sorry, I was just... uh, sorry.." He kept saying. Not paying attention to his words. He just held his phone in his right hand.

"You say sorry alot." The boy chuckled. Kurt was still amazed at his charm and grace.

"Sorry..." Kurt dumbly responded.

"I'm Blaine!" The boy stuck out a hand for him to shake.

Kurt was once again taken back. A hand shake? With him? He always offers hand shakes but people find it too formal or cringy, but this guy offered it first.

"Kurt." He took the boy's hand.

After the week he had, Kurt needed this. He heard Blaine and his own Glee club sing Katy Perry and Kurt felt like he was singing to him, and Blaine invited him out to coffee with two of his friends, Wes and David.

Kurt also found out that Blaine is gay.

Which Kurt would have never guessed. Someone like Blaine who is well liked, attractive, popular, talented and is friends with two straight guys. Kurt could only imagine. Especially since they had a "zero bullying policy," which he feels like all schools should have.

This revelation brought tears to Kurt's eyes.

He got embarrassed as he saw the other three boys staring at him with those same sympathetic eyes that Mr. Shue was using before.

Blaine asked the other guys if they could leave him alone with Kurt, so they did.

Kurt's chest felt tight from trying to hold back the tears. He looked defeated.

Blaine has been where he's been so he wants to help him anyway he can, but didn't know how at the moment.

"I take it you're having trouble in school." Blaine stated simply. The tears to the boy's eyes was the giveaway.

Kurt cleared his throat before speaking.

"I'm the only out person at my school." Tears rolled down the boy's eyes as he looked up at Blaine across from him.

"And I try to be strong with it, but there is this neanderthal who made it his mission to make my life a living Hell... and nobody seems to notice." Kurt whispered the last part and he refused to look up at the boy.

"Nobody?" He asked to clarify.

This made Kurt think about the only boy that made a difference. It's a small difference but it was something, and that meant the world to him.

"Nobody." Kurt sighed. He didn't want to get into it. He's starting to get more comfortable with Sam but he feels weird talking about him. About a football player.

"Sam!" Kurt exclaimed, making Blaine flinch and squinted his eyes in confusion.

"Excuse me?" Blaine chuckled.

Kurt looked back over at Blaine's confused expression. "Sorry, not you! It's..."

Kurt remembered that Sam tried to call him before he fell down the stairs.

"Will you excuse me?" Kurt asked as he was already getting up from the chair. Blaine nodded as Kurt walked to a corner of the room.

He inhaled deeply as he pressed Sam's contact number. His hand slightly shakes in anticipation.

"Kurt?"

He answered almost immediately.

"S-Sam?" Kurt cringed as his voice. He cried earlier and forgot that his voice was still recovering from it.

It was silent over the phone for a few seconds.

"Have you been crying?" Sam asked.

Kurt was honestly mind blown how Sam could hear. He guessed Sam really does notice these things after all.

"No, of course not." He simply responded. Trying to clear his throat to the best of his abilities. "Why did you call me before?"

Sam was once again silent for a few seconds.

"I was wondering if you wrote the math homework down from today. I forgot too." The blonde boy said, sheepishly.

Kurt sighed deeply and hung his head low. He was hoping for something more.

He turned back to look at Blaine sitting alone at the table, using a pencil as a drumstick and beat boxing slowly to himself. In his own little world.

Kurt smiled to himself.

"Sam, I'm not in school, remember? I took Puck's advice and checked out the rival team." Kurt responded. He could be wrong but he thought he heard Sam gulp.

"You actually went there? You didn't have to." Sam wanted to clarify but Kurt sighed again. He really doesn't know why he's bothering Sam when he has an open gay guy who is willing to help right there at the table? Someone who actually wants to hear what he has to say? Someone who wants to help to the best of his ability! Not someone who wants to get the homework off of him.

"Will you be back for Glee club?" He asked.

Kurt just shrugged, "We don't have Glee today, Sam."

"I mean, we are going to practice. We decided we were gonna do a mash up of "Stop! In the name of love," by the Supremes and "Free of mind," by Tems. You know it?" Sam asked. Probably trying to spark a conversation.

Kurt had to roll his eyes.

Of course when he leaves, they make up their song choice without him.

"I won't be able to make it, Sam. I'll practice tomorrow." He had the urge to hang up. It hurts more and more when they talk to one another.

"Oh. Okay..." Kurt couldn't help but notice a slightly disappointed tone in his voice.

He didn't wait a second longer to hang up on the boy. He had to, or it'll be awkward silence forever. He sighed and turned back to see Blaine, who was now scrolling on his phone. Probably playing a game because it was being held sideways.

"Sorry for the long wait." Kurt spoke as he sat back down. Glad that he was able to pull himself together.

"No worries." Blaine smiled, putting his phone face down on the table like a gentleman. "Do you mind telling me who Sam is?" He asked, curiously.

Kurt was surprised by this question. He forgot he exclaimed Sam's name out loud just a moment ago.

"He's just a football player at my school. He's also in Glee with me." He replied, simply. "Whoa! A football player in Glee? You don't see that every day!" Blaine blinked.

Kurt chuckled to himself and bit his lips. "Surprisingly, Glee is filled with football players, and cheerleaders. As of now, we have five football players and three cheerleaders." He mentioned.

"Is Sam one of the football players giving you a hard time?" Blaine asked in concern, reaching a hand out to ease Kurt's building tension.

"No!" Kurt said immediately. "In fact, he was the one who's been the most helpful toward me. He seems to really care in a sense." Kurt mentioned as his voice trailed off at the end.

"Is he gay?"

Kurt was taken back once again at this question, and he scoffed.

"No." He simply responded.

"How do you know?"

"He has a girlfriend."

"That sucks."

"Yeah..."

It was silent for a few moments more, until Blaine broke the silence.

"Well Kurt, you do know that someone can like both girls are guys? It's called being bisexual." He stated, calmly as Kurt scoffed again.

"I know what bisexual is. I live in the twenty-first century... I just can't see him being with a guy. He has the head cheerleader! The most popular and prettiest girl in school. Why would he want someone else?" He asked as he looked down again. Tears threatening to spill.

Blaine sighed and scooted his chair closer as he cupped Kurt's knuckles.

"Are you saying you don't understand why he would want anyone else? Or why would he want you?" Blaine questioned.

Kurt looked up at him sharply and didn't notice the tear that dripped onto the table below.

"What?" He asked in a low whisper. "Are you insinuating that I like Sam in that way? He's not gay, and I am! It won't work!" He exclaimed. Almost getting the attention from other guys walking by.

"Kurt, it's okay to have these feelings for someone. It's normal at our age. As for your bully, I would say to refuse to be the victim! Confront him! I regret running from my bullies everyday! I don't want you to make the same mistakes. If Sam won't stick up for you, then you have to be your own hero." Blaine spoke calmly.

Kurt looked to the side and let out an exhale.

"My own hero..."

"Should I apologize to him or not?" Sam questioned in the locker room as always. Right before gym class started.

The tall boy he was speaking to turned around to the blonde one and shrugged his shoulders. "You don't have to." He simply responded as he took off his shirt and placed it into the locker.

Sam looked his way and his eyes lowered into small slits. "There's a difference between wanting to and having to, you know." He responded.

"Well, do you want to?"

"I don't know!"

"Then why are you asking me?"

"What are you assholes talking about anyway?" Puckerman walked in on this discussion and over to his locker.

Sam glared at the taller boy. "We're talking about apologizing to Kurt. Something you should do more than any of us!" Sam snapped as he closed his locker shut.

Puck gaped at him with a mouth full of water he just finished pouring into his mouth. "What did I do?!" He asked as he swallowed the water. His voice went an octave higher.

"You basically told Kurt to get lost and chose a song to do without him!" Sam exclaimed.

"Two songs, actually." Finn chimed in before Sam rolled his eyes. "Not the time or place, Finn!"

Finn snapped his mouth shut and went back to play with the shirt in his locker.

"Look, Kurt needs to grow up! He'll be fine! My dad never apologized to me and I turned out fine."

The locker room became dead silent and even the guys they didn't know were listening, stopped in silence.

Puck rolled his eyes. "As you were." He spoke to the other men. "As for you!" He pointed to the shorter blonde boy.

"If you're so scared of offending your sweetheart, then call him and apologize! Big deal!" Puck snapped and closed his locker and walked away.

"Alright, boys!" Coach Biest exclaimed as she walked out of her office to gather the boys outside. "Kickball today!" She chanted. Half the boys groaned and half the boys cheered.

"Look, man..." Finn began before Sam walked out with the rest of the boys.

"Incase you haven't noticed, reputation is everything around here. Lots of guys still don't feel comfortable being buddy- buddy with an openly gay dude. That's why we convince Kurt not to sing with you. We knew you were too polite to say no. People are starting to think you're gay!" Finn continued on.

Sam shrugged out of his light touch. "Three things..." Sam started. "First, Kurt told me you told him to break it off even though I couldn't care less, second, I don't care what people think of me and you shouldn't either, and lastly, I knew you had a problem with gay dudes." He began to walk away but was stopped when Finn grabbed his arms tightly.

"Bro, for the last time! I don't have a problem with gay dudes! We saved your ass from being harassed every day by these guys! You should be thanking us--"

"Thanking you?!" Sam exclaimed, making Finn flinch slightly.

"Finn... Kurt has to deal with your guys teasing him every day just for being who he is. He can't escape it, so why should I?" He finally asked.

Sam saw Finn turn red for some reason. He couldn't tell if it was anger or embarrassment for being called out for his shallowness.

"Fine!" Finn almost snapped as he heard Coach Beist call again for the missing boys. "If you're worried so much about what Kurt thinks, then call him and apologize for all I care. It won't matter." Finn grunted as he finally made it outside of the locker room.

Sam is now alone.

Should he call him?

Should he call him right now?

He does have his number. When they were going to do that duet, they exchanged numbers real quick.

Without thinking, he went to his contacts.

He sighed and saw his fingers moving faster than his brain, and he clicked the call.

It rung

It rang some more.

It rang a third time and still nothing.

Kurt just didn't answer.

Sam sighed deeply and placed his phone back in his locker.

"Hey! Where's Sam Evans?"

Sam cussed to himself and ran out of the locker room for a roll call.

Once gym was over, Sam tried to call Kurt again. He made a pledge that this would be the last time. Maybe the guys were right. Maybe he was overreacting.

The phone rang and suddenly, the ringing stopped but still no voice from the other end.

"Kurt?"

He heard deep breathing from the other side.

"S-Sam?" Kurt replied with a really cracked and dry voice. This made Sam's chest tighten for some reason. Was he crying?

"Have you been crying?" Sam actually asked. He had to make sure.

He could hear Kurt gulp from the other end and more silence was heard.

"No, of course not." Kurt simply responded. He tried to clear his throat the best he could. "Why did you call me before?"

Sam was once again silent for a few seconds. So he did see the call?

Should he apologize or not? He's starting to regret his decision. He didn't plan what he wanted to say.

He panicked.

"I was wondering if you wrote the math homework down from today. I forgot too." The blonde boy spoke. He sighed at this excuse and smacked himself on the forehead.

Kurt sighed deeply

"Sam..." Kurt started. "I'm not in school, remember? I took Puck's advice and checked out the rival team." He responded.

Sam gulp. So he really did "get lost..."

"You actually went there? You didn't have to." Sam wanted to clarify but Kurt sighed once again.

The silence was deafening. This was a bad idea. He really should have planned this better. What was he thinking?

"Will you be back for Glee club?" He asked, simply. Wanting to desperately break the silence.

"We don't have Glee today, Sam." Kurt mentioned.

"I mean, we are going to practice. We decided we were gonna do a mash up of "Stop! In the name of love," by the Supremes and "Free of mind," by Tems. You know it?" Sam asked. Still trying to spark a conversation.

He was worried Kurt would be mad at them for choosing a song without him. The silence showed that he was most likely correct.

"I won't be able to make it, Sam. I'll practice tomorrow."

Sam chest started to get tighter as he saw he got a text message but it wasn't from Kurt

Quinn: Hey! Wanna meet up later? :)

Sam smiled at this. Butterflies sparked deep inside, but he remembered he was still on the phone with Kurt

"Oh. Okay..." Sam spoke sadly. He was happy he could hang out with Quinn but felt bad that Kurt is going to miss practice.

He flinched slightly as he heard Kurt hang up.

He must still be upset about the whole situation.

Sam looked at the text message from Quinn and smiled again. Why is he worried about Kurt when he is the quarterback of the football team and is dating the hottest girl in school?

He exited the locker room with a head held high. Sure, he may not be able to befriend Kurt but not everyone can like him. At least he has the queen bee herself, Quinn Fabray!

Right?

Sam made it to Quinn's house after school. More like eight o'clock because her mother was out so the house was empty.

The boy got excited and giddy when the hot cheerleader pulled him to the couch. She was still wearing her cheerleader's uniform.

That's something Sam still doesn't understand. Why do the cheerleaders always wear their uniforms? Even after hours? Quinn wore hers on their first date.

The lights were dimmed in the house and the fireplace was lit and crackling.

Sam sat down on the couch before he even had time to register the kiss she was giving. More like a full on make up session.

He smiled into the kiss. This was so exciting since he never got any action at his old school since there were no girls.

As the kiss got deeper, they started to lean back. Sam steady his weight so he wouldn't crush her as they went down slowly. Sam had his right hand on her lower neck and his left hand was stroking her thigh.

He broke the kiss as she pressed her lips to his neck. He smiled so much, but tried to conceal his urges. He closed his eyes as he felt Quinn stroke his cheek while sucking on his neck.

As his eyes closed, he didn't see the hot blonde cheerleader.

Instead he saw the brunette haired, blue eyed, pale skin, gay boy. He was now the one stroking his cheek.

Sam didn't notice that this wasn't right for a moment. He heard the girl making out with him whisper in his ear "Say my name, Sam. Say my name."

He smiled as the vision got bigger and clearer.

"Kurt."

That made the stroking on his cheek stop and the kissing entirely.

Sam opened his eyes and saw the girl now hovering over him, with a confused expression on it. He suddenly widened his eyes after realizing what just happened.

"Quinn! Quinn! I'm sorry!" He exclaimed as he straightened up. The bulge in his pants became smaller by the second.

"Now you remember my name?" She asked as she sat criss cross on the couch with her arms resting across her chest. "Did you say Kurt?" She asked. Still equally confused.

Sam didn't know what to say, or what came over him. He started sweating from both embarrassment and confusion. "I- I didn't mean too! I mean, I tried too... but it didn't-- so I wanted.."

He had no clue what he was saying, and he knew it didn't make any sense. Especially by the look of Quinn's face.

"Are you okay?" She asked.

This took Sam back a bit. He didn't know Quinn for all that long but from what he heard, she is not one to apologize. People say she is very self centered in that way.

"I'm sorry..."

Was all Sam said before he scurried out of the house. Refusing to look back.

It was the next day and Kurt was back at school. He expected to get yelled at by his dad when he got the call that Kurt wasn't at school, but it was worth it.

Because he got to meet another gay boy. A real living gay boy right in Ohio. Better yet, he's out and proud of who he was. He was here to be a mentor for Kurt. Someone he could trust.

He was walking in the hall to his second period when he got a text from the boy he was thinking about.

It was a simple text that said "courage."

Kurt couldn't help but smile down at it. It was simple but he never got that kind of encouragement.

His thoughts were cut short when suddenly he got shoved into the lockers once again by none other than Karofsky himself.

Kurt was just standing there against the lockers as the boy walked away.

He had enough. If no one wants to help him then Blaine is right. He has to be his own hero!

He rushed down the hallway after the jock. His face is hot with rage and his teeth clench.

"Hey!" He shouted after him. He ran past groups of kids and made it to the locker room to see Karofsky getting changed. "I'm speaking to you!" He exclaimed.

"Girl's locker room is next door." He grunted without even looking back at him.

Kurt knew he didn't understand his anger so he just stalked in front of him to get his attention better.

"What is your problem?!" He yelled again. He finally looked a little more taken back by his demeanor. "Excuse me?" He asked, as he faced the smaller boy.

"What are you so afraid of?" He asked, getting more frightened as the other boy faced him. But he stood strong.

"Besides you sneaking in here. Peaking in on my junk!" Karofsky huffed as he went back to putting stuff into his locker.

"Oh yeah! Every straight guy's nightmare! That all us guys are out to molest and convert you. Well guess what ham hock, you're not my type!" He snapped and this definitely got Karofsky attention.

"That right?" He asked. Sounding weirdly offended.

"Yeah. I don't dig on chubby boys who sweat too much and are gonna be bald by the time they're thirty!" Kurt knew his combat was lame but he was too heated to care.

"Do not push me, Hummel!" He raised his fist as his face got a darker tint of red. His teeth were clenching. Kurt didn't move his stance, he just looked down at his first with a tight gulp. If he gets a black eye, he might as well get one for making a difference.

"You're gonna hit me?" He questioned. "Do it!"

"Don't push me!" The taller boy warned again. His fist now shakes with suppressed rage.

"Hit me because it's not gonna change who I am. You can't punch the gay out of me anymore then I can punch the ignoramus out of you!" He yelled even louder.

"So get out of my face!!" His voice is almost at a screaming level but he has yet to punch him. Kurt wanted to see how far it'll get.

"You are just a scared little boy who can't handle how extraordinary ordinary you are!"

Suddenly, Karofsky's lips were on his. He was left standing in the same position except the boy's lips, and his meaty hands cupping his face.

They soon broke apart and Kurt's face was left frozen. He felt Karofsky was about to lean back into him, so Kurt got the urge to push him off.

It was silent but Karofsky's face gave away that he knew he really messed up. Kurt now knows his dirty little secret.

To let out his frustration, he slammed the lockers and stalked out of the locker room. Leaving Kurt alone with his thoughts.

But no one noticed a certain blonde boy was a witness.

After the previous night with Quinn, Sam's mind has been all in a jumble. He could barely pay attention in class or read the textbook.

Part of that could just be his dyslexia. But still!

He was wearing his letterman jacket to assert dominance. Sure, he doesn't care about reputation but the jacket makes him feel tough and powerful. He doesn't see himself as bigger than anyone else, just... different.

He looked up and saw Kurt in the hallway. He wanted to already give him a small wave to let him know they are cool, but Kurt was too preoccupied with looking at his phone.

Sam saw him stop in the hallway and smile at it. The kind of smile that made his eyes crinkle and flutter. He was almost shoved aside suddenly by another jock wearing the same letterman jacket.

Of course, he went right towards Kurt, who was still too preoccupied with his phone to see the jock heading his way.

His phone was slapped out of his hand and he was brutally shoved against the lockers. Sam cringed at the roughness. Kurt would definitely get a bruise from the blow later.

Sam was disgusted to see how not one person helped. Not even to ask the guy if he was okay. People would watch but no one said a word.

Sam knew he couldn't just stand around this time. He had to do something, even if it was stupid. As he was about to step forward, he saw a furious look on the boy's face. His cheeks turned red.

"Hey!!" Kurt screamed as he ran after him.

Sam stood still. He didn't expect this reaction out of him. Sam still wanted to follow the scene to investigate.

He followed Kurt down the hall and saw him enter the locker room. He could hear the conversation clear as day.

The tension. The fighting. It all kept getting louder and louder but it sounded like Kurt was handling it.

Maybe Kurt didn't need Sam after all.

"You are just a scared little boy who can't handle how extraordinary ordinary you are!" He heard Kurt yell and Sam was expecting Karofsky to yell back but he didn't.

Sam wanted to see what was going on. So he leaned around the corner of the door, to see Karofsky's lips on Kurt's.

He turned away in fear of getting caught. Sam has never been more confused in his life but he knows walking in would make the situation worse. For both Karofsky and Kurt. As much as he dislikes Karofsky, he's still his team mate and he doesn't want to make him angry.

Sam did what he knew was best and bolted down the hallway till he was far away from the scene he wished he hadn't witnessed.

See ya next Tuesday!
