Hi, guys. Now, I've thought of another crossover story that you would really like.
WARNING: I DO NOT OWN TMNT AND KIM POSSIBLE OR ANY OF THE CHARACTERS.
In the Caribbean, in his lair, Dr. Drakken, the mad scientist, grunted and groaned in anger over all his past failures to dominate the world, being foiled by Kim Possible.
"Curses! It's not fair!" he said. "Kim Possible always stopped my plans all the time! She thinks she's all that… BUT SHE'S NOT!"
Drakken's sidekick Shego was reading a magazine, yet she's annoyed with her boss' raging.
"God, why do I have to put up with him?" she wondered. "Dr. D, don't get all grouchy about it. I'm trying to relax here."
"Shego, are you not frustrated about Kim Possible foiling my plans?" Drakken asked.
"Well, I'm used to it, makes a perfect record." Shego answered sarcastically.
"Shego, why do you joke around while I am feeling upset? All my life I've trying to take over Earth. Rule it as king, or emperor, or even a god. But no, Kim Possible always stopped me! I've tried everything to destroy her. Mind control, froze her, making her disappear permanently. All of that, SHE KEPT ESCAPING MY TRAPS!"
"Yeah, I was there all the time." Shego said bluntly. "And she always kicked your butt."
"Lord knows I've tried. I've worked on my evil schemes from A to Z." Drakken said.
"Huh. They would have worked if Kim hadn't been foiling them all the time." Shego said.
"She's humiliated me enough. We have to do something else. Something bigger. Something more evil." Drakken said.
"Oh, really? What?" Shego asked.
"Let me think." Dr. Drakken started thinking of a new latest plan ever. He kept thinking and thinking.
Shego was back on her magazine until she saw a vast of green glowing ooze. She gets off the chair and walked to it.
"Uh, Drakken? What is that stuff?" she asked.
"I don't know. I found it in New York City a day ago after Kim Possible stopped my mind-controlling machine." Drakken answered before walking to the ooze.
"You found it without telling me, and you don't know what it does?"
"Don't start, Shego, I'm starting to experiment it right now." Drakken said before opening the lid. "I was thinking it could be useful to me."
"How?" Shego asked.
"I told you, I don't know." Drakken said. "But I need a test subject for this."
Then he looked at a rat in a cage. Drakken had an idea.
"This rat will do." he said with a grin.
Drakken walked to the cage, and pour the ooze into the rat. He backed away in case something will happen. When he stands next to Shego, nothing was happening.
"What kind of joke ooze this thing…" Drakken was about to say before a squeal from the rat was heard.
The rat was in pain from the ooze Drakken poured onto it. It was beginning to grow and grow into a monster. The rat grew into a twelve-feet tall monster. Drakken and Shego was shocked at the transformation and tried to back away from the monster.
"Drakken, what did you do?" Shego asked.
"This thing did this." Drakken said before turning to the monster. "Easy there, boy. I'm your master, and I command you to stand down."
The rat monster did not do nothing unless it was listening to Drakken's command.
"As you command, Dr. Drakken." it spoke.
Drakken and Shego were surprised that the rat creature was obaying him. It hit Drakken in his brain, a devious, sinister plan.
"This ooze is like some kind of mutagen." Shego said. "You just turned that rat into a mutant."
"And this mutagen is gonna make me king of the entire world!" Dr. Drakken said. "We must go back to New York and find the rest of the ooze."
"You've got a plan now?" Shego asked.
"Yes, and Kim Possible won't stop what I about to use the mutagen." Drakken said.
He walked his way to the door with an evil grin in his blue face.
"Shego, Ratzilla, come. We've got work to do, mutagen to collect, enemy to destroy, world to conquer. OUR TIME HAS COME!" Drakken shouted evilly.
He walked to the window, staring out the sea.
"Enjoy your fun, Kim Possible. But with this mutagen, I will destroy you, and I will rule the world!"
He laughed evilly in his diabolical humour in the room. His laugh echoed in his lair outside.
What evil plan has hatched in Dr. Drakken's mind.
