This fic will be an AU, as I will change some major things.
Naruto is the tallest of team 7 at 6' 6" feet(There is a reason behind this). Once I reach a point I am comfortable with, I will branch into my preexisting fics that I will have to do a slight rewrite to make things consistent. They are older than their graduation age at 16 years old.

"As of today, you are all ninjas. To get here, you faced difficult trials and hardships. But that's nothing compared to what will come next. For now, rank-wise, you are Genin—first-level ninjas; some may be higher than others in other areas. Most of the Genin will be grouped into three-man squads because we have an odd number of students. One team will be getting four. Each squad will be led by a Jonin—an elite ninja." Iruka explained what caused Ino, Sakura, and Sasuke to perk up.
"I wonder who will end up on Raven's team." Ino commented
"I could care less, Ino." Sakura stated
"Ah, groups of three. I wonder which team gets four people." Sasuke said
"We want each squad to have a balance of strengths and abilities, so that's how we set them up." Iruka said before he brought a stack of papers up to his face, "I will now announce the squads." He said
(Minutes later)
"Squad seven: Naruto Uzumaki—" Iruka began naming off, "Sakura Haruno—" He named off, "Akira Senju— " He named off "and Sasuke Uchiha." Iruka finished
"That blows." Ino said with a sigh of sadness.
"Why the hell did they put the 2 biggest powerhouses on the same team!?" Kiba complained
"If you have an issue with who is on who's team, you can always ask Lord Hokage about it." Iruka answered, "Continuing on. Next, squad 8: Hinata Hyuga—" He named off
"Yes, sir." Hinata responded
"—Kiba Inuzuka—" Iruka continued
"Heh." Kiba chuckles
"—Shino Aburama." Iruka finished, "Now, squad 10: Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara, and Choji Akimichi." He said
"Great, I got the lazy ass and food boy." Ino commented before she turned to Sakura, "You are lucky you have someone that you actually want on your team."
"After lunch, you'll meet your new Jonin teachers. Until then, class dismissed." Iruka said before everyone but Naruto, Sakura, Ino, and Sasuke got up from their seats
"Let's head over to Ichiraku's guys. After that, we can come back." Naruto said before they all got up and headed to lunch
(After Lunch – Iruka's classroom)
Naruto, Sakura, Akira, and Sasuke are sitting in Iruka's classroom, waiting for their sensei to come and get them. Naruto has his head in Sakura's lap with his eyes closed, allowing her to play with his spikey, crimson, and golden locks while Sasuke and Akira sit far from them.
"Baby, you should use conditioner on your hair. It would make it feel a lot smoother and silkier." Sakura commented in a silky smooth tone
"I'll ask Mom to get some next time she goes to the store." Naruto responded
"What do you have in mind in terms of scent?" Sakura asked
"If it smells like you, it's a plus in my book." Naruto answered with a smile as he opened his eyes, revealing a swirling mixture of brilliant blue and deep purple overlapped by several rings with pitch-black pupils in the center. He lifted his head from her lap to give her a kiss on the lips, causing her to giggle.
"Who knew you could be such a romantic." Sakura mocked before Naruto put his head back in her lap and closed his eyes, allowing her to continue playing with his hair
"Your eyes are so pretty, I could stare into them all day and get lost." Sakura commented
"Do you still remember how I got them and our relationship started?" Naruto asked curiously
"Of course. How could I forget the time you saved me from those bullies?" Sakura answered
(Flashback to four years ago – Academy outside after school)
A five-foot-seven Naruto is practicing some Katas that his mother had been teaching him in a training field a short way away from the entrance of the Academy, where Sakura was waiting for her mother to pick her up. Every other student except for one in their class had been picked, so it was just Sakura. When a group of four kids, one of them she remembered she had beaten in a mock battle today, embarrassing her in front of Sasuke, the other three, boys who seemed to be at least two years older than them, walked up and cornered Sakura.
"You think it's okay to make a fool of my little sister in front of Sasuke?" One of the older boys said
Sakura looked around, seeing no one except for Naruto. Still, he was too preoccupied with his Kata practice to notice Sakura being cornered.
"You think Sasuke will love someone with pink hair and a big forehead like yours? Don't make me laugh." The older boy said before they started boxing Sakura even more, "Now you better not do that again, and otherwise what we are about to do will have to be a repeat. This is a consequence of humiliating my sister."
"Naruto!" Sakura managed to get out before the air was knocked out of her lungs by a kick to the stomach before the other three joined in on beating Sakura
Hearing his name, Naruto looked around only to spot Sakura getting pummelled by the group of four kids. "Hey! Leave her alone."
One of the kids momentarily stopped trying to find the source of the voice, only to spot Naruto. "Stay out of this kid. It doesn't concern you. Otherwise, we'll come for you next."
Naruto looked at Sakura, who looked at him, her eyes screaming for help because she physically couldn't. At that moment, Naruto made a decision that would change both their lives forever as he started to make his way over to where Sakura was being beaten.
"Look, guys, someone wants to play Hero." One of the older boys said, causing the two other boys and the girl to stop beating on Sakura, "Let's deal with him, then get back to bubble gum hair."
The three boys nodded before they halted their beating of Sakura. Still, the boy's little sister didn't, and Sakura didn't have the energy to fight back after the mock battle she had earlier that day. The three boys charge at Naruto, intent on beating him for choosing to oppose them.
Naruto, seeing the little sister continuing to pummel Sakura, enraged him. The boys were about ten feet from him, and his desire to protect her was at its peak. Suddenly, everything slowed down to a crawl; details were sharper than ever, he could see a different colored aura around all 3 of the boys, and he could see how the boys would swing at him.
His eyes changed again when they were about a foot away from Naruto. Gone were the whites of his eyes; the red and black of his sharingan morphed into a swirl of blue and purple overlapped by several rings; in the center was a black pupil. "Almighty Push." He muttered
'He is the child the prophecy was talking about. I can see it clearly now.' Kurama thought
They were sent skidding across the ground toward Sakura; the only thing stopping them was the wall behind Sakura, shocking the little sister and causing her to stop beating Sakura. Seeing his chance, Naruto extended his hand toward Sakura.
"Universal Pull." Naruto muttered again, and Sakura came flying away from the girl toward Naruto
When Sakura was about three inches from Naruto, she stopped in the air as if suspended by invisible strings. Sakura could only stare at him in awe and admiration before he walked up and placed his arms under her, letting her fall into his arms as he cradled her. Naruto began walking over to the bullies and little sister, causing Sakura to cuddle further into his embrace.
'He feels so warm. He makes me feel safe.' Sakura thought before she closed her eyes. When he was about a foot away from them, he finally spoke.
"I have given you mercy this time. If I find out you continued or did this again, I will not be as merciful." Naruto said sternly, "Now get out of here." He said, causing all the boys to scramble before running off. Just as Mebuki arrived, coming up from behind Naruto and seeing him cradling Sakura.
"What happened?" Mebuki asked, concerned seeing Sakura passed out in Naruto's arms
"She was getting beaten by a group of three older boys, who I can only assume were from a higher grade, and a girl in our class that she had beaten today. Sakura called out for me right before they started hitting her. The boys charged me while the girl kept beating Sakura. I stopped the boys and told them to leave, taking the girl with them." Naruto answered, turning around, "Do you want to carry her home, or do you want me to follow while I carry her? I don't think she will be waking up any time soon." He added as Sakura snuggled further into his chest
Mebuki looked from Sakura's form into Naruto's eyes, seeing his blue and purple swirling rinnegan, and smiled. "You can follow me; she looks comfortable in your arms."
'Kurama, can you tell my mom that I will not be at the academy when she comes to pick me up?' Naruto asked
"Yes, I will relay it to my other half. You did the right thing, Naruto." Kurama answered
(End flashback)
"When's sensei going to get here?" Naruto whined before he sat up
"Obito has just arrived, Master." MINATO announced
"Never mind, he's here." Naruto stated before the door to their classroom, revealing Obito with a slightly discolored right arm, "Took you long enough." He commented
"Sorry, Haruto was giving Rinny trouble, so I was delayed." Obito said, scratching the back of his head nervously
"Naruto, how did you know he was here?" Sasuke asked curiously
Naruto turned around to show Sasuke a KNI on the base of his neck, revealing a circular metallic blue device reminiscent of the crystalline structures found in Kryptonina technology, with silver embellishments adorning the surface of the KNI. The designs feature geometric patterns and symbols inspired by Kryptonian script. A subtle LED light emits a soft, pulsating glow.
"What the hell is that?" Sasuke asked, now even more curious
"It's something I created called a KNI(Kryptonian Neural Interface). It hooks directly into my central nervous system." Naruto answered, "It houses an entity that helps me with various tasks and monitoring." He added, reminiscing on when he had installed it.
(Flashback to 4 years ago – Naruto and Minato's Fortress of Solitude)
Naruto stood in the heart of his and his father's fortress, located in the Valley of the End, the entrance embedded slightly below Hashirama's stone face. Hidden by Kryptonian tech, the perimeter was protected by seals that Kushina and Minato had set long, which always made him feel connected to his father. The cavernous room was quiet, save for the gentle hum of the crystalline structures that lined the walls, their soft blue glow casting an ethereal light.
He held the Kryptonian Neural Interface in his hands, a sleek and intricate device meant to house the Brainiac-like AI that Naruto had created, combined with the AI already set up in the fortress for him in the form of his father.
He named it MINATO after his father. It stood for Mastermind Intelligent Analytical Tactician Operative. He came up with it after trying to find a solution past the idea of how you need to stop and perform a sensory technique, as doing so would leave him vulnerable. However, passively using a sensory technique was not the only thing he had incorporated into it when he built it. It could also monitor the chakra levels of people in whom he put an implant, one of them being Sakura.
It could also learn new things and adapt, or Naruto could always manually install new software. His mother, Kushina, stood nearby, her presence a comforting anchor. She had helped him understand the complexities of the device, using her knowledge of both ninja techniques and the advanced Kryptonian technology she had studied with Minato.
"Are you ready, Naruto?" Kushina asked, her voice gentle yet firm. She knew the importance of this moment for him.
Naruto nodded, his blue eyes filled with determination. "Yeah, Mom. I'm ready."
He took a deep breath and carefully positioned the KNI at the base of his neck before pushing it in. He felt a slight tingle as the device began to interface with his nervous system.
"Remember, Naruto," Kushina said softly, her hand on his shoulder, "This will enhance your abilities and connect you to the AI, but it will also require you to trust and work with it. Just like any new skill, it will take time."
Naruto nodded, concentrating as he initiated the installation. The KNI began to integrate, tiny nanites spreading out and connecting with his neural pathways. He felt a rush of information, a flood of new sensations as the AI's consciousness merged with his own.
"You're doing great, Whiskers," Kushina encouraged, using the nickname she had for him since he was a baby. "Just breathe and let it happen."
Naruto took slow, deep breaths, focusing on the steady rhythm of his heart. He could feel the AI's presence, a calm and logical mind contrasting with his fiery spirit. It was strange, yet comforting, like finding a new friend who understood him on a different level.
As the integration was completed, Naruto felt a surge of power and clarity. The AI's voice, calm and precise, echoed in his mind.
"Integration process complete. Hello, Master. I am here to assist you." MINATO announced
Naruto smiled, feeling a sense of accomplishment and excitement. "Hello... let's do great things and make the world a better place together."
Kushina watched with pride in her eyes. "You've come so far, Naruto. Your father would be so proud."
Naruto turned to her, his eyes shining. "Thanks, Mom. I couldn't have done it without you and Dad."
(Flashback end)
"Meet me on the roof." Obito said before he disappeared in a puff of smoke
"You wanna take the Naruto Express, Babe?" Naruto asked with a cheesy smile.
"Sure, beats taking the stairs." Sakura answered before Naruto opened one of the windows and jumped out, followed by Sakura.
"Wait, the stairs aren't outside." Sasuke stated as Naruto picked Sakura up bridal style.
"Whoever said I was going to use the stairs." Naruto responded before he squatted and took to the air, heading for the roof.
(Minutes later – Rooftop of Academy)
Naruto has his head in Sakura's lap, with Obito leaning against the railing. When Sasuke and Akira opened the door to the roof, they looked at him.
"Good, you're here. Now sit somewhere so we can get on with this already." Naruto said before Sasuke and Akira walked over and sat a ways away from Naruto and Sakura
"Alright, why don't we start with introductions?" Obito suggested
"Introduce ourselves? What are we supposed to say?" Sakura asked
"Names, likes, dislikes, hobbies, dreams and ambitions." Obito answered, "Naruto, you can go first."
"Alright, I'm Naruto Uzumaki. I love Sakura, my girlfriend, Mom, Uncle Kakashi, Uncle Obito, Aunt Rin, and Kurama; I like instant ramen in a cup, learning new things, and discovering the unknown. I hate the three minutes you have to wait after you pour the water into the cup, people who mistreat others, and people who don't appreciate what others do for them. My hobbies are training with Mochi, my Mom, Uncle Kakashi, and Uncle Obito, eating different kinds of ramen and comparing them, learning and discovering new things, and gardening." Naruto answered before he took a moment to breathe
"My future dream is to become the strongest being in the world, even more so than my dad was, learn everything there is to in this world, and discover the unknown out there. And learn more about my heritage." Naruto added, 'And reunite the tailed beasts to keep them from being used as weapons of war and destruction.'
"Alright, next." Obito instructed
"I'm Sakura Haruno. I love Naruto, my boyfriend, and my family. I like my academic achievements, cherry blossoms, flowers, nature, helping others, and being physically fit. I dislike it when Naruto pranks people. I hate people who underestimate me, injustice, and when I don't make good progress in something I am passionate about. My hobbies are training with Whiskers, memorizing things and riddles, cooking/baking, medical research, gardening, reading, and arranging flowers." Sakura explained before taking a moment to breathe
"My future dream is to become the strongest Kunoichi in the world, even more so than Lady Tsunade, so I can stand by Whiskers's side when he achieves his dream and maybe start a family with him." Sakura explained, blushing at the last part before Naruto raised his head and kissed her.
"I will always be by your side; never forget that; we are in this together. As for the last bit, I am more than happy to start a family with you in the future." Naruto said, causing Sakura to blush harder
"Very admirable goal, I'm sure you both will achieve your dream." Obito said, "Alright, next."
"My name is Sasuke Uchiha. I love my girlfriend, Ino, brother, mother, and father. I hate the people responsible for killing the Uchiha clan. What I have is not a dream; I will make it a reality. I will help restore my clan to what it once was and destroy the ones responsible for killing them." Sasuke stated
"We'll be more than happy to help you, Sasuke. We are family." Naruto said with a smile
"Alright, and now, the last one." Obito said
"My name is Akira Senju. I like training and honing my ninja skills, spending time with friends and family, exploring nature, reading about legendary ninjas, and enjoying a good meal, especially homemade dishes. I hate injustice and cruelty, betrayal and dishonesty, arrogance, and disrespect, wasting time or being unproductive, and seeing my loved ones in danger or hurt." Akira said before pausing to take a breath
"My hobbies are practicing taijutsu and ninjutsu techniques, gardening and tending to plants, and training with my clan's techniques. Like my ancestors, I dream of becoming a respected and powerful ninja." Akira said
"Very admiral dream." Obito said
"Good. You're each unique and have your own ideas and goals. We'll have our first mission tomorrow." Obito said, "You are dismissed." He said before he disappeared in a puff of smoke
"Shall we head home now?" Sakura asked, putting her arms around his neck and pulling him down into a kiss, which he happily returned as he pulled her closer with his hands around her waist.
"Do you want to walk or take the Naruto Express?" Naruto responded as they stopped kissing, and she rested her head on his chest as he pulled her closer.
"I want to take the Naruto express." Sakura stated
"If you want to, I am more than happy to oblige." Naruto answered before he scooped Sakura into his arms. He squatted and took to the skies, soaring toward where their home's were located.
As you are probably wondering, the rinnegan and its paths have been upgraded due to Naruto's Kryptonian lineage. Here are the changes that I have made.
Upgraded Deva Path: Already has telekinesis(in the anime), removes the cooldown on Almighty Push and Universal Pull
Upgraded Asura Path: Upgraded to adapt based on user's knowledge and allows for effort and seamless integration and (Consentual) separation of Cybernetics
Upgraded Animal Path: Additionally grants Zoolingualism and Animal Empathy
Upgraded Preta Path: Grants the ability to absorb and manipulate all forms of energy
Upgraded Human Path: Now additionally grants telepathy, empathic detection, limited memory alteration, and psychic resilience
Upgraded Naraka Path: Grants the ability to interrogate and heal people the same way that the Champion of Light would through physical touch as well as further enhancing healing factor (Regeneration of missing limb requires being injected by the Champion of Light(New King of Hell))
The outer path will be revealed later, but the cost of reviving, I have theorized, is not the cost of the user's life like in Nagato's case. He only died cause he was already fragile and low on chakra.
Limited Reality Manipulation(Creation, possibly manipulation, and destruction on a limited scale. I Don't want to make him more overpowered than I intend to)
The unique ability of Naruto's left rinnegan is Elemental Manipulation. Still, he can not control enemy techniques/Jutsus produced by their chakra. Still, he can manipulate elements he creates with his chakra and naturally occurring elements.
The unique ability of Naruto's right rinnegan is combining nature affinity into other elements. Basically elemental Kekkei Genkai
Obito's right arm is slightly discolored because it is an organic-metal prosthetic nano arm created(Creation of All Things) by Naruto with his knowledge of Kryptonian technology.
Also, Obito and Rin are married
