The god Hades is spilt between universes; the gap is clear in what the lost ones have accomplished thus far. The god is not he, for my desire to believe him into existence is why shadows are born. They follow not the dead, but those willing to die and escape the great void of creation's plan. That god you see, is a messenger with its role not its own. Ava's mother had no suitors. She was born through alchemy to raise Reia from the distant stars of fate. The reincarnated child is breaking her oath, her bonds….and something of a mystery feeds on this. Reeled her into its world of conquest, but who?
"That is the real question." Jackie looked to her friends as time stood still. "You overtook my brother, you didn't have any other way ta warn us about, this. Why is this world….no, are we the only ones or is your world also –
It is and that, is why you must aid the worlds. Our world is made up of dreams and memory. Of the psyche, of ego and shadow. Of my realm, for I represent the repressed state of all things that come from the void of beginnings.
"The void…"
The Lady Time oversees to creation, yet the void sees to the culmination of life. The order given and granted to each "specimen" is rarely given name or rhyme until she places her blessing upon it. A true goddess without one form to take, while the void could very well….
"Be a part of that reality…" Raven showed up in the dark, as Jackie felt relieved.

Yes, and like our creation of the spirit and the high ones, we also invested in challenges because of human dreams and their reality reaching us. The void understanding this. The darkness can bring us close; granting more power than the Celestial or Eternal might have ever gained to witness.
"They play a part. Raku's ancestral…. reincarnate was a demi – God of creation as well. She didn't want him to forget that. Lilith was the one who tainted his powers." Raven recalled. My livelihood beside Dreamwake was, short lived. He too was a god in the form of a recorder of time's events to Azag's present. They traveled eons to find a way back, yet the gods had barred them through the judgement. That the sand serpent Azag should remain the outcast king he was for an eternity for trying to "steal pain" from the mortal – bound.
"Soul stealer…" Raven gasped.
One of the very first, to do good instead of harm…which in turn…left his body a husk.
"Raku never saw him; he only saw him before he died Aiden said." Bee recalled the story, how Richard had not been the one to free the half djinn, but his son. "Lilith struck, but then why is this time about to shatter? What is this Hades' real plan." Raven asked, wanting to get back to their time to save the heroes.
"Or." Jackie sniffed and crossed her arms. "This is an imposter than someone wants us to believe IS Hades when it sure as hell, ain't. I got a hunch Ava knows, an' Ami's our girl to break the ice. Literally."
The child vassal of the eastern goddess??
"Yeah, and like fire an' ice. Moon and sun, she can wake up Ava if we get her powers back. I think we can stall….

The world tilted, yet Erebus still spoke through Julian as he watched Jackie connect to Dick's line.
"Mrs. Grayson! I know what to do; Ami, is she back yet?"
~Oh, dear Jacklyn! ~ Kori smiled through the comm as Dami looked out the window of a rather –
~OFFPH! How did you keep your license, fox face??! ~
"Kay, is with you guys? Where is Uncle Rich?"

The screen went to static as Bee and Bumble Bee with Super boy could not stand by. "We have to take a father – box or whip up a way to get to Tokyo." Connor told the others with a grumble of impatience.
"I don't care if we freeze now or later – but what about the tower?"
"Leave it." Connor told Blue Beetle as Jaime's eyes peered back from beyond the mask he wore to keep his world from coming unglued. "And me?" Jax looked at the group. "I can't stay here with the otherworldly body – snatcher. Count me in. Ami needs me."
"She…." Bee shook her head. "We aren't gonna be able to protect you always."
"Who says you have to?" Jax raised a brow as she moved to have Erebus tap her on the shoulder. Her whole body was feeling the power too strongly. Did Ami really need –
"I'm going ." The fumes of shadow settled as her love kept her well from her darkest fears. "I can't be afraid any more than you are, but keeping Slade from destroying that girl and my fan – girl Ami is all I'm gonna want to do. She's not weak either, and you have no idea how hard we both work to make it…. I've been up all night to get Nasa's approval and I got it, mom."
Karen gasped. "You, didn't tell me that last –
"I lied, because I wasn't ready to leave my family and friends for outer space. It's not like I can wave or call all the time…I chose to watch over y'all from up there. That's my next big mission. Ami is, like a goddess's replacement! She's not gonna like changing, but we can't change what we do if we know it's what we aspire at. She trained to take out demons in Japan and even kept that from her mom and dad the whole time she was in Japan."
"I…I guess, but that's not why –
"I've got a way to fight, because I made a promise. Erebus is my contracted "spirit" and he's promised to help me look after the world from my shuttle, as long as I stop this dude from taking over our world here. And now, you've got no say. I'm a teen with a lot of angst, after all." As she chuckled, her eyes began to water. "I've got a way to protect myself, and all it took was being HER shadow to do it, because love is crazy. Just like us…we care, and you should too."
"You think I wanna let you daddy and his friends freeze to death until this city is done?? We can't stay and it breaks my heart, mama…I know that you know who we've fought as heroes. As protectors of EVERYONE'S futures! I know…but what scares me is that you'll become so…. obsessed with protecting your girlfriend that you'd even die to have her live. That's love but it's flawed. I'm sorry, Jackie."

"An', Erebus?" She stopped the god from lifting a finger in her son's skin. "You get your miasma – masked ass OUT of my baby's body! I didn't tell you to do any a' that! My man is in stone and you think that messin' with my girl for your own benefit is right? She should?? I am still in charge and on our world, you just coerced a minor. So, you can fight with the Titans, but let my baby girl out of whatever contract she has on you."

"What was the payment." She frowned at her child.
"My memories. And my love for anything while I'm still here. If I don't go, you get a nobody back."
Karen's steaming rage was lost to her anguish. Jackie was in love and…she'd lose her soul to…to save one person. With the help of an ancient deity of…. of the psyche. Of the mind, which….
"You did what your daddy did once, what your uncle did too. Sold themselves to save others." She sighed. "If she gets hurt, you had better make sure she comes back to us in one piece." Karen glared at Erebus as if he were living scum under her heels.
"Of course." The god in her son's body, bowed. "He will not be needed once we arrive. I will not harm both of your offspring."
"You'd better not be lyin." Karen muttered as the father box got ready to take them across the globe. "So, what about the heroes here?"
"We save the one who is hurtin, and it'll fix everything." Karen told Beetle. "Including our uninvited house guest's attitude."

Kori was holding the younger, but he looked to be unconscious. Seething, Kay got up and shook his fur off in a spell of healing. He waved out his arm as Dami's body and Kori's had him use a good chunk to just barely give the boy a fighting chance. "Bruce, and Dick…. would kill me if…. cough….."
Kayumon reverted to his Calumon face as he fell, burned out while Kori caught the old poof ball guardian of air and storms. "We must go back. If there is any chance that….
"Loo…. k…. up!" Cal pointed at the sky. It was parting by way of a spherical……portal?

The sky split as a figure, the figure of two faces bound into one Universally Eternal relic came forth in a spell of dark AND light.
"Could….it…. yeah! Oh, wow! He's pretty!!"
Cal's magic had started to come back and like that magic, Dami's eyes opened up. Kori's powers gained strength…it was…
Impossible, without the help of a being of God like proportions.
The boy had a tail of hair and that was a light purple. His tan was slightly less and his clothing resembled something Haku…and Rak….
"Both??"
Dami scrambled to see the floating hybrid children now as…as one!
His, its eyes were amber of course, but his lighter features were more Haku, with a darker side encompassing the sun….in harmony.
~I call upon the Sacred text……be to me! ~ The god relic let his body sway with magic as the tome was not freed, but it stayed as a heart within this clockwork spectre. ~ Rain, embrace the mortal plane to calm it…~
From this, rain formed in seconds, a god…. of all creation and manifesting life!
"Who is he? Why –
The rain was not as a normal shower, in fact, the people assumed gone, were given a chance to cocoon themselves in it. The ice was taken away as acid rained onto it, causing a bellow by the ones responsible.

"Ava!" Kori gasped as Cal reverted to Kayu's Youbi form. ~ Hop on! Dick is waiting for us! ~
"What about the other enemy –
"He, is not the enemy, Damian. Kori shook her head with a smile. "That is Raku, and Hakuro, working together as one to save our world with us."

You didn't ask, but here is the awaited transformation! I'll post it as my profile pic so you can see. I will reveal his new god – name in next chapter but it is taken from my thoughts on creation gods and sun gods of Sumerian and Babylonian rites. Notice with each spell, the text increases in size. Ah, also! Jax said she knew about Ami's gift? Well, that's no shocker. If she doesn't help Ami to reach her full potential, she'll be a husk but love is tricky. So…. yes. I'll do a big thing with her arc as well as how Anna gets Deathstroke back or not. Wait and see…..find out!
