A couple days after the Adegast incident, Luz was relaxing in the Owl House, not expecting anything to happen today... she was wrong. The door was pushed open and Willow appeared, now wearing a Plant Track uniform.

"Luz, I have a problem!" Willow said.

"Who are you, how did you find my house?" Eda asked, sticking her head in from the kitchen.

"Eda, this is Willow, remember the little adventure I told you about a couple days ago?" Luz asked.

"Nope, I was drunk." Eda said.

Luz rolled her eyes.

"Anyway, I told Willow and Gus where I was in case they needed me for something, and clearly they do." Luz said, "What is it Willow?"

"I took your advice and talked to Principal Bump about changing tracks, and he began asking me about why I wanted to. I told him that a new friend said that I should do the magic track I'm good at and... he wants to meet you... like now."

Luz just shrugged.

"Okay, I have no plans going on today." Luz said, "I'm definitely not going to help Eda check out a dead animal."

"You're loss." Eda said, "Anyway, why would you want to even go to the school, it's just a boring place that listens to a corrupt system."

"A system doesn't mean anything to a god." Luz said, "Besides, if this principal wants to see me, then it would be rude to keep him waiting."

Luz stood up and her and Willow walked out. Eda looked at her and couldn't help but think to herself.

'That girl is cocky and a bit arrogant... she's using it as a mask... she's hiding something.' Eda thought, 'And I have a feeling it's part of the reason she doesn't want to go home yet.'

The two girls walked to Hexside, School of Magic and Demonics. Luz looked at the large building and smiled.

'Oh, this is way better than the movies make it seem.' Luz thought.

"Okay, Luz, now follow me to the principal's office and we can talk and hopefully this won't result in anything bad." Willow said.

"Don't worry, I'm not nervous." Luz said as they entered.

Luz looked around and was interested in the place. Everything looked like the human realm, but at the same time, demonic.

"Hm, I wonder." Luz said.

She walked over to the lockers and looked at them.

"Hi!" Luz said.

The locker looked at her.

"You're not my owner." The locker said.

"Hey, I can understand the lockers, that's cool!" Luz said.

"Luz, come on." Willow said.

The two headed to the principal's office, where Willow knocked on the door.

"Come in." The principal called.

They opened the door and walked inside. Luz saw an older man, she presumed due to the wrinkles surrounding his upper lip, with light-beige skin. One his head was a red... demon? She wasn't sure what it was but it was an eye catcher to say the least. He wore a traditional academic dress consisting of a long black gown with a gold yoke, a black cape, gold trim at the sleeves and cape hem, plus a blue stole draped over his shoulders and black pointed shoes.

"Ah, Willow, I assume this is the... a human?" Bump asked, standing up, "Incredible, I've never seen a real human before."

He went over and began looking over Luz.

"Miss Park, you can go to class, I want to know more about this human." Bump said.

"Uh, okay, sir." Willow said, before looking at Luz, "Don't break anything."

"I won't." Luz said.

Willow left and Luz looked at Principal Bump.

"So, you wanted to see me?" Luz asked.

"Yes, when Miss Park mentioned that she wanted to change tracks, I couldn't help but wonder what lead her to that decision." Bump said, "You see, I've always noticed that she wasn't a fan of Abominations, but she was doing it for her dads, and I can't change a students track without said students/parents permission."

"What can I say? I like plants, and I can see she has untapped potential." Luz said.

"I agree." Bump said, pulling out a book, "When I saw you, I thought you looked familiar, and I think I understand why."

He opened the book and placed it on the desk so Luz could see the image.

"I've found dozens of human world books, and in each one there is a certain woman, one that is said to have control of plants and animals. They say it's a myth, but looking at you... I'm not so sure."

Luz looked at the book, inside was a painted picture of Camila.

"Well... that's my mother." Luz said, "I'm trying to avoid people from knowing the truth but... I'm a God, the daughter of Gaia, the Goddess of Nature."

"I see, do you mind if I see what you're capable of?" Bump asked.

"Hell, if you want, I'll let you cut me open if it'll help." Luz said, "I really need to let go, because hiding this is very hard to do."

"Well, then lets get started."

In the hall, Willow was walking around the corner, when she bumped into someone.

"Oh, sorry... oh, hi... Amity." Willow said.

Willow looked at the girl, her skin was beyond pale, her eyes had bags around them, her hair was all messy and frazzled, it wasn't even green anymore, it was just faded dye that made it look like it was dying, and the girls eyes were bloodshot.

"H-h-hi, W-W-Willow." Amity stuttered, "I... I have to go!"

Willow watched Amity walk away, wanting to help her former friend.

'Please, Amity... just let me in.' Willow thought.

Ever since Amity stopped being her friend, Willow had nothing but anger and hatred towards Amity, but then she saw Amity's physical and mental health deteriorate and realized there was something more going on. She just wishes she could help. Luckily for her, sometimes, wishes do come true... unfortunately, it would reveal something FAR worse than she thought.
