Chapter 125 TOKYO SOS
Its been about a month since Frax's failed invasion with his machines and since Cyber Zilla and Mecha Godzilla were damaged.
Thankfully the damage was not too severe for Mecha Godzilla. The only real damage was to the Absolute Zero weapon.
And since then the Second Generation Jaeger program was finally fixed of any flaws and the two pilot system was put back into effect.
Gipsy Avenger would be piloted by Pentecost's son Jake Pentecost and Nate Lambert.
Bracer Phoenix was piloted by Viktoriya Malikova, Ou-Yang Jinhai and Amara Namani.
Guardian Bravo was piloted by Llya and Suresh Khuran.
Saber Athena was piloted by Renata and Ryoichi Hatayama.
Right now Sean was in Japan in the forest area in a home he owned.
Sean sighed as he sat down before pouring himself a drink but then sensed something.
"Hmm?" Sean said before heading outside.
Walking around he sensed the area before he stopped and smirked.
"Ok enough games." Sean said before the ground began to float upwards and the form of Unicron took shape.
"It's been a while my old friend." Unicron said.
"Two years. I doubt this is a social visit. Whats wrong?" Sean asked before he got serious.
"It's regarding one the creations the one known as Frax has created. Cyber Zilla." Unicron said.
"Yeah. Thing was difficult enough to deal with the first time. Now its even more dangerous." Sean said.
"Thats not what I'm referring to. Frax used the dead body of the original to make a weapon...That was a mistake." Unicron said.
"Oh?" Sean asked.
"Not creature human, alien or machine may touch the souls of the dead. It defies the laws of nature. Zilla is actually suffering." Unicron said.
"Because he's being used against his will? Being used as a pawn for destruction for the Regime?" Sean said.
"Exactly. From one who has learned from his past mistakes I urge you to correct this as quickly as possible. The longer Zilla suffers the more damage to Nature it causes. The other Titans can feel this." Unicron said before shrieking was heard making Sean turn around and saw Mothra floating in the air making him smile.
"I will do what I can. But finding them is more difficult than you might believe." Sean said.
"I have faith you can do this."Unicron said before crumbling away just as Mothra left.
"Hmm." Sean said before going inside.
Next day
At the primary Legion base in Japan General Lane was giving a report to the press.
"During the fight with Cyber Zilla, last month MechaGodzilla suffered damage to 37 percent of its body. It lost an arm and its absolute zero system. However, reparis have been completed. I'm pleased to report that the arm has been replaced today." Lane said.
"General. Suppose Cyber Zilla Returns. Is Mechagodzilla and the new Jaegers ready to go into action?" A reporter asked.
"The Absolute zero system. Is it repaired yet." A female reporter asked.
"As of now Mechagodzilla's systems and weapons have been repaired and the two pilot interface system has been put back into effect with the four new Jaegers. However the Absolute zero weapon is still damaged due to certain requirements that are still needed. During the battle last month, we inflected serious damage to Cyber Zilla. Frax's other machines managed to retreat minus the Cyber End Dragon which is now under our control. We are still repairing it to our needs and trying to find a more stable power source." Lane said.
Soon enough the meeting was over.
"I hate talking to reporters." Lane said making Sean chuckle.
"Yeah well someone has to talk to them." Sean said before they looked at the new Jaegers and the fully repaired Mechagodzilla. "I get the feeling that Frax will be attacking real soon." Sean said.
"I know. But this time we'll be ready." Lane said.
"Sean."
Sean turned and saw an old friend. Doctor Serizawa.
"Serizawa? It's been a long time." Sean said.
"Indeed. We need to talk." Serizawa said.
Later
"You want me to destroy Cyber Zilla completely?" Sean asked.
"Yes. What the Regime has done to the original is unacceptable. Studying the dead remains are one thing but turning it into a cyborg is another." Serizawa said.
"You're not the first to tell me this." Sean said before picking up a small rock he had brought in before seeing a small inscription on it. "What does this say exactly?" Sean asked.
"It says that life has to be lived within the time that nature allows. The regime has made a killing machine with the remains of Zilla. Somewhere, they crossed the line between mortals and gods." Serizawa said.
"Hmm. I agree that Cyber Zilla should be destroyed. But at the same time my sources suggest that it may hold a majority of Regime intel on bases and plans. As much as I would want to put the original to rest once more I also have to consider how much that intel could change the tide of the war between us and Vilgax's new Regime. Freddy gave us a chance to fight against Thanos when that times does come. But the Regime while nowhere near the same threat as him still has be dealt with." Sean said.
"So what do you plan to do?" Serizawa asked.
"Subdue Cyber Zilla get that intel and then destroy the body. That way no one can ever repeat that mistake. For now I have a duty to protect every citizen of this universe and those who are allied with us." Sean said.
Later
On the beaches of Japan a large turtle like creature was wounded on the beach. Currently Legion troops were guarding the area while people from Monarch healed the beast.
"The hell happened to him?" Jake asked.
"Unknown. Currently our best guess is it was attacked while patrolling the seas." Graham said
"What do you call this one?" Talbot asked.
"Kamoebas." Sean said making him look at him. "What? I saw all the movies back in the day." Sean said making him chuckle.
"I will never understand your obsession with those movies." Lane said.
"Oh shut up." Sean said annoyed. "Anyway my best guess is Cyber Zilla attacked it. Claw marks are identical to Zilla." Sean said.
"Shouldn't we have gotten a report on an enemy portal or Breach activity?" Nate asked.
"Wishful thinking but no. We can only detect activity in both the Atlantic and Pacific Breach. Their portals on the other hand are undetectable." Marshal Pentecost said.
"Which is how they launched a surprise attack on us last month. We're still working on detecting them." Sean said.
Later
"Is the Absolute zero weapon fixed or not?" Lane asked Lex.
"No I told you already. Get me a synthetic diamond 1.25 meters in diameter. And we can fix it an hour." Lex said.
"How in the hell are we supposed to get a diamond that size. Unlimited funding or not there limits to what we can get." Lane said.
"If you can't get the diamond then theres no way it can be powered." Lex said.
"Are there any alternatives to the Diamond?" Tom asked.
"Regretfully no. Only carbon in that crystal form gives enough power. Nothing else can replace is." Lex said.
"A Sub went missing off the coast this morning." Ross said.
"Cyber Zilla." Lex said.
"We've been searching all morning. But it looks like there are no survivors." Eiling said.
"It can move without the Absolute zero. We can replace it with something else till we can find the proper diamond to replace it." Lex said.
"So it can move right?" Lane asked.
"Yes but the final check hasn't been completed yet." Lex said.
"And how long is this final checkup going to take? We need to know. Mechagodzilla is expected the lead the New and Old Jaegers against Cyber Zilla." Lane said making him sigh.
"At the earliest two weeks. One if we push ourselves." Lex said.
"Thats to damn long!" Lane yelled.
"Easy Sam." Tom said.
"Whats going on here." Sean asked walking to them.
"He's just pissed cause the final check up will take a couple weeks." Lex said.
"We have others machines the General left behind. Mechagodzilla 2 can led or one of the others." Sean said.
"But this one is the strongest for good reason. And what happens if Frax decides to attack in two weeks?" Lane asked.
Later
Cyber Zilla was heading straight for Japan again like before. However unlike last time there were no separate attacks meaning this was a full assault on one area.
Currently the Absolute zero system was being replaced by what was known as a hyper Maser.
"We've loaded the hyper Maser. We can use that instead of absolute zero." Lex said.
"Good. Now we can focus on the battle." Ross said.
"Shinagawa's been a pile of ruble since last month. We'll fight it there." Lane said.
"On land?" Talbot asked.
"We need to minimize damage." Lane said as Sean and the rest of the Military council walked in.
"Set up the defense line. We'll try to lure it to the proper destination before sending in the Jaegers." Sean said.
"What about Godzilla and the other Titans?" Pentecost asked.
"Portals are down for maintenance. We can't get them here as fast." Sean said.
Up at Tokyo Tower Russo and Gail kept a look out till they saw explosions in the water.
"Cyber Zilla spotted. He's right for the pier." Gail said before said monster in an explosion of water appeared and roared at the Legion.
"Hey look." Talbot said as the screen showed the torso of Cyber Zilla showing the incomplete healed wounds. "Looks like it hasn't fully recovered yet." Talbot said.
"Meaning our odds have just went up greater than before. We kill it and then we can focus on Frax." Lane said.
Cyber zilla continued its way through the city heading straight for Legion command.
Frax observing this from the eyes laughed.
"Make a fool out of me will you? Well, I'll show you what Cyber Zilla is really capable of." Frax said from within the head of his Mechagodzilla.
However as Cyber Zilla continued to make way through the city he failed to notice a shadow over him before he was grabbed by the head pulled him up before dropping him making him crash into a building.
"What the?" Lane said before Mothra was seen screeching at Cyber Zilla.
"Mothra? What is it doing here?" Tom asked.
"Hmm." Sean said.
"We'll hold off sending in any Jaegers till its necessary." Tom said.
"What? I get that butterfly is strong but Cyber Zilla..." Lane tried to say.
"I said we wait. Have some faith. We'll go only when needed. Right now the battle could go either way." Tom said making him sigh but nodded.
"Right." Lane said.
As Mothra and Cyber Zilla fought Cyber Zilla bit off one of the legs making her cry out before being throwing into a building. When she came back out however she started using some golden dust on Cyber Zilla.
"The hell is she doing?" Ross asked.
"Mothra must know she's going to die. According to reports those are her scales. She uses them as a last resort. Once she uses them she won't be able to stay up for long." Sean said.
While Mothra continued its attack Frax observed and growled.
"ENOUGH!" Frax yelled before the spikes on Cyber Zilla's back glowed before firing blue atomic breath which caused an explosion.
Russo and Gail saw the explosion.
"Thats it we're outta here. It's to dangerous up here." Gail said getting everyone to withdraw from the building.
Cyber Zilla roared as he remained unharmed from the explosion before Mothra continued her attack.
"Cyber Zilla's position unchanged."
"Her wings have been damaged." Reznov said from his position.
Sean looked at the fight before sighing and stood up.
"Thats enough. Whatever this battle costs in lives and equipment, We have to do something to save Mothra." Sean said.
"So we're sending them in?" Lane asked.
"I want every first and second Generation Jaeger here ready for deployment. It's time we ended this." Sean said.
"Prepare all Jaeger teams for deployment." Lane said on the comms.
Sean went straight for Mechagodzilla before his suit appeared and got in.
"Ok I want this to be done as fast as possible. Frax, clearly has to be up to something." Sean said.
"Roger that." Jake said as he and Nate entered the drift before synching with Gipsy Danger.
"This is Raleigh Becket and Mako Mori with Gipsy Danger." Raleigh said.
"Herc and Chuch Hensen with Striker ready on your orders sir." Herc said.
"Wei Tang Brothers with Typhoon ready for deployment sir."
"Sasha Kaidonovsky and Aleksis Kaidonovsky with Cherno Alpha ready for Orders sir." Sasha said.
"Bracer Phoenix ready for deployment." Amara said.
"Guardian Bravo ready for Deployment." Llya said.
"Saber Athena ready for Deployment." Renata said.
"Prep the cables." Sean said before multiple Pelicans with cables appeared before latching on to them before lifting them up.
"I almost feel sorry for Frax." Reznov said.
Mothra continued to fight Cyber Zilla beofre the spikes on his back glowed before firing but Mothra dodged and Cyber Zilla hit Tokyo tower instead.
"Tokyo Tower is hit!" Reznov said.
Suddenly the lasers on Cyber Zilla's spikes fired and hit Mothra making her cry out before landing on her back.
"Finish it off! NOW!" Frax yelled before rockets hit Cyber Zilla. "WHAT!" Frax yelled as he looked up and saw Mechagodzilla and the strongest Jaegers old and new land. "Ah finally." Frax said.
Cyber Zilla roared before suddenly two red portals opened up revealing the Regime's Mechagodzilla and Mecha King Ghidorah.
"I have been waiting for my revenge for a month since you humiliated me in front of the others Kruger." Frax said inside his Mechagodzilla.
"Oh please. You practically humiliated yourself. Now do yourself a favor and surrender. Even your machines can't take on all of us." Sean said.
"And who said I only had machines?" Frax said before multiple portals opened up. Coming from the portals were Category 4 and 5 Kaiju. And shockingly there were hundreds of skull Crawlers from Skull island.
"Wait! What?" Sean said in shock.
"While you were all fighting off my machines last month I went to skull island and took every single last one of these creatures." Frax said as the Skull crawlers growled at them.
"Oh shit." Sean said before Cyber Zilla charged right at him before Sean started firing lasers at him making Cyber Zilla roar.
Gipsy Danger started firing plasma rounds at some of the Kaiju while stomping on the Skull crawlers.
Striker quickly opened its chest before firing six missiles at Frax's Mechagodzilla making him step back.
"Is that the best you can do?" Frax asked before firing at them.
"SHIT!" Chuck yelled before the fell down.
Typhoon quickly had its three arm turn into spinning blades before slicing up some of the Kaiju before Mecha King Ghidorah started blasting them.
Cherno Alpha smashed some of the Kaiju in the face before stomping on the crawlers.
Gipsy Avenger started blasting the skull crawlers before using a tractor beam cannon to pull down one of the buildings on top of two Kaiju making them roar.
Bracer phoenix started shooting some of the Kaiju with the middle section being used for a gun turret. However some of the crawlers tried to attack it but got stomped on with ease.
Guardian Bravo took out an electric whip before whipping the Kaiju in the face making them roar before it did the same to the crawlers who growled at it.
Saber Athena took out two blades and sliced up some of the Kaiju with ease.
"Is that really the best you can do?" Frax asked amused about to fire on Sean when a beam of blue flames hit him from above. "WHAT!" Frax yelled in outrage before looking up and to his shock saw Godzilla being carried by King Ghidorah before being set down and roared at them.
"HA! Working in perfect unison! How do you like that Frax?" Sean taunted.
"AHHHH!" Frax yelled before Cyber Zilla charged up the spikes to full blast to attack him. Only for Mothra to fly right in front of him and took the blast before screaming as she was set on fire before exploding.
"NO!" Sean yelled.
"Oh I'm sorry. Did I kill your precious moth?" Frax taunted making him growl.
"I'm going to kill you for that." Sean said before a green stream of fire hit Frax's Mechagodzilla.
"WHAT!" Frax yelled before spotting Zilla who roared at him before he, Godzilla and King Ghidorah blasted him in unison. "NOOO! EJECT!" Frax yelled as he ejected from his machine just as it exploded. Frax landed on a building and sighed in relief before a blade was pointed at his neck making him look and saw Ransik.
"Going somewhere?" Ransik asked in anger making him sigh in defeat.
Godzilla roared before blasting the Skull crawlers with atomic breath while King Ghidorah launched lighting from the skies hitting every last one of them and killed them all.
"Thats the end of the skull crawlers." Jake said before Gipsy Avenger pulled out a blade and stabbed Mecha King Ghidorah in the chest where the crystal was before pulling out just as it exploded.
Mecha Godzilla and Cyber Zilla continued to fight till Mechagodzilla's right hand turned into a drill and stabbed it in the chest before spinning around inside making it roar in pain.
Suddenly Mechagodzilla's chest opened and fired the hyper Maser before the mouth also opened up doing the same thing.
"It's working." Herc said before the other monsters started blasting Cyber Zilla who roared in pain but suddenly dropped down.
However before anything else could happen the projection of Unicron appeared.
"Unicron?" Lane said.
"Remember what I said. No one Human, Alien or machine may touch the souls of the dead. This mistake must be corrected." Unicron said before vanishing.
Tom sighed before turning on the comms.
"Everyone...I want that machine finished off. And as of today...The Kaiju remains we've kept will be disposed of." Tom said.
"I'll get right on it." Lane said about to leave.
"Sean...Finish it off." Tom said.

However he got no response. Inside Mechagodzilla Sean took off his helmet and frowned before looking at the dying Zilla before suddenly Mechagodzilla roared exactly like Godzilla before walking to the machine.
"Sir?" Herc said on the comms but got no response. "Commander is not responding." Here said.
"What is he doing?" Ross asked.
Mechagodzilla looked at the cyborg who roared weakly before he bent down and used the chest plate to latch onto it before flying away with the body.
"What is he doing?" Jake asked about to follow but Zilla and Godzilla blocked them. "HEY!" Jake yelled before King Ghidorah followed him in the air.
"What is he doing?" Talbot asked before an alert came up.
"Theres a portal opened up in the ocean." Cisco said locating it.
"Where does it lead to?" Lane asked.
"It leads to...The Planets core. I think I get it. Sean is going to send Cyber Zilla's body into the Core to melt it so no one can ever use it again." Cisco said before the transmission of Hager appeared.
"What do you want now? We're not handing over the Jaegers." Lane said.
"Oh I'm not interested in those toys. You will immediately hand over Cyber Zilla to us at once. And this time I have authority in this matter. And you will obey my request." Hager said.
"Go...to...Hell." Sean said on the comms before fighter jets were on his sides.
"I was hoping you would say no." Hager said before his transmission ended.
"Son of a bitch." Tom said.
The fighter jets started firing at Mecha godzilla making Sean growl.
Ghidorah roared before blasting the jets to pieces.
Suddenly an alert came up showing Data was being transferred to Mechagodzilla from Cyber Zilla.
"Huh?" Sean said confused before they started nearing the portal.
When the transfer was complete numbers started appearing on the screen before they spelled something out.
Goodbye Kruger.
Sean smirked at this knowing where the intel came from.
"Goodbye Zilla." Sean said before they neared the portal and Mechagodzilla let go sending Cyber Zilla's body into the planet core where it quickly burned up before nothing was left.
"Rest in peace." Sean said before flying back to the base.
Later
"Is this everything?" Lane asked as Sean inserted the Data into the computer. The secret locations, plans and list of members showed up on the screens.
"Oh yeah Cyber Zilla came through." Sean said before Hager and his men barged in with the former pissed off. "The fuck do you think your doing?" Sean asked annoyed.
"You are under arrest for disobeying my direct orders! I said I wanted that thing! And you destroyed it!" Hager said.
"Yeah heres the thing. The Legion no longer takes orders from any government. Its the other way around they take orders from us now. So your orders don't mean jack shit. Now." Sean said getting in his face. "Get out of my base. This is your last warning. The next time you screw with me...I'll give you something much, much worse than a goddamn demotion." Sean said making him glare before leaving.
"Asshole." Reznov said.
"Now then we can finally take action against the Regime knowing where they are and what plans they have. I want Frax taken back State side for execution. He basically killed Mothra and while I'm confident we'll see another one in time I still don't like seeing our guardians die even if this was the first one." Sean said.
Later
Frax sat in his cell waiting for his time to come. Suddenly the guards yelled outside.
"Huh?" Frax said before the doors opened up and the Indoraptor appeared making him tremble before Junior got off. "You? Kruger's oldest son. Why are you here? I don't think Daddy would be happy to see you knocked out his men." Frax said.
"I have a question." Junior said.
"Hmph." Frax said
"Why do people hate each other?" Junior asked making him look at him before sighing.
"AH, Hate. There's a subject I know very well indeed. Human Rejected Ransik back then because of his appearance which taught him to hate. Then he destroyed me, and soon I was filled with hatred as well. It's a vicious cycle that never ends!" Frax yelled.
"But I don't feel any hatred." Junior said as his IndoRaptor got closer to him.
"HA! Don't make me laugh! You'll end up just like the rest of your linage! Full of so much hate that drives them to revenge just like your father. Now get out of my sight! You sicken me!" Frax yelled making the Indoraptro roar.
Suddenly Diana, Reznov and Lane soon walked in with the troops.
"Junior?" Diana said picking up her son before the cell was opened up.
"No! What so you want with me now? NO!" Frax yelled as he was dragged out by the brutes by Force.
"I'm sorry for what happened to you, Dr. Ferricks." Junior said knowing his real name making him stop.
"WHAT?" Frax said in shock before Diana turned her son away. Suddenly the human version of Frax appears on the screen in his chest.
"There's hope for him." Ferricks said before vanishing.
"Junior! Wait! Wait, I was wrong! You don't have to hate. You can-You-You can break the cycle of hatred. Never give up!" Frax yelled as he was dragged away.
Later
Junior on his Indorapter entered the room where Frax's dead body was at and sighed seeing him lifeless.
"He's right you know." Sean said walking to his son. "You don't have to feel hatred. I believe you can set a new example for this family." Sean said placing his hands on his shoulders making him nod before they left.
Authors Note: Finally. I love the original Godzilla movies but writing about them is such a pain for some reason. I just couldn't stay focused for some reason. Anyway Now that I got this done I focus on Jedi or Sith, Foreign warriors (Hopefully) And my new DC Godzilla story I'm working on. Also a couple things to my most loyal guest review. The characters from last chapter you didn't recognize were from the Godzilla against Mechagodzilla move thats why you didn't know them. Also I have a plan to use Lake Placid 3 and Anaconda's after the Cadmus arc is over. Now then Read, Review, Fav and follow. Oh and Next Chapter is Dino Crisis 2!
