141. Pacific Rim

Chapter 141 Pacific Rim

Its been a month since the Regime was pushed out of yet another Universe. During that time the Legion had been on the defensive since Multiple Kaiju all Category 4 and 5 have been coming out of the Breaches every couple days attacking Major Cities. They were able to hold them off but the Jaegers were now to a low number to only a small few mostly the originals.

"Our greatest defense against these things are no longer a sound strategy." Lane said looking at several aftermaths of the battles between the Kaiju and Jaegers who were aided by the Titans.

"We're losing more Jaegers faster then we can build them. Its clear we can't rely on them anymore." Ross said.

"With respect we may have a solution." Pentecost said.

"I'm all ears." Sean said rubbing his head.

"We may need to attack the Pacific Breach once again." Pentecost said.

"Marshall." Lane said getting his attention. "We have tried that on multiple occasions with every piece of technology we could get our hands on." Lane said.

"Maybe we're missing something here." Talbot said. "I think its time we interrogate our captives from the last universe." Talbot said.

"Like they actually know anything." Eiling said.

"They might. Worth a shot." Shepherd said.

"We already did." Pentecost said.

"Without authorization?" Sean asked.

"These dark days right now. The Kaiju coming out every couple days. It won't be long till our last Jaeger is down for the count and our Titans are exhausted. It didn't matter anyway they don't know how it works but I believe one of our scientists have figured it out. Which is why I'm requesting for something that hasn't been used in years." Pentecost said.

"And that is?" Tom asked.

"He's asking for a Nuke. It's obvious from his tone." Sean said leaning against the wall.

"Thats correct. I know the Legion disarmed those weapons since they were obsolete but in this case though...We need one and a powerful one at that." Pentecost said.

"Ok look. Lets say we decide to build a nuke despite the fact is the Public supports our decision to get rid of those things since people hated them. I'm not gonna have the Legion look like Hypocrites." Sean said.

"What about those bombs the Predators use." Ross said.

"That I can approve since They rarely ever use those. Striker will have to carry the bomb before dropping it into the Breach." Lane said.

"I think we're all forgetting something." Sean said getting their attention. "We have tried to blow the Breach on multiple occasions especially after it went unstable during the Resurgence event. We can't even send Probes anymore after the first time." Sean said.

"As I said my scientists may have found the answer. I just need a few things before we begin." Pentecost said making him sigh.

"Not like we got much of a choice. Proceed." Sean said.

Soon enough the Meeting came to an end.

"I hate these meetings." Sean said.

"Then you need a vacation."

"Hmm." Sean said before turning to see his apprentice Ahsoka. "Well, Looks who's finally back from her trip to the Forerunner home planet." Sean said.

"I swear I hate you so much for sending me there. Just studying all that stuff hurts my head." Ahsoka said holding her head making him chuckle.

"You needed a new education anyway." Sean said.

"And I missed all the fun while I was gone for 6 months." Ahsoka said.

"I'd hardly call it fun. Anyway as it happens we're on the defense right now. Kaiju have been coming out of the Breach every couple days. We're losing Jaegers faster then usual." Sean said.

"So whats the plan?" Ahsoka asked.

Later

Hong Kong

A Pelican flew to the base known as the Shatterdome that was used to launch Jaegers to fight the Kaiju. As it landed Sean and the others got out.

"This is the last base we have left to launch Jaegers." Pentecost said.

"I didn't know it was this bad." Ahsoka said.

"Being away for 6 months how could you? Probably for the best." Sean said as they entered the elevator before seeing what looked like Kaiju organs inside containers. "What the?" Sean said before the doors started closing the door.

"Hold that door!"

Sean turned and saw two men rushing through the door.

"Thank you. Thank you."

"Kaiju Remains very rare so please look but do not touch."

"Commander these are our best scientists. Newt and Gottlieb." Pentecost said.

"I thought we got rid of all Kaiju remains after the Cyber Zilla incident was over." Sean said.

"We did. These are new. Fresh from the last attack yesterday." Newt said.

"Ah." Sean said as they left. "Thats your best?" Sean asked not really seeing it.

"Most of our brightest were killed in the last attack in Japan last week. With the acceleration of Kaiju attacks we need everyone we can get." Pentecost said.

"So how many Jaegers do we have left exactly?" Sean asked.

"Gipsy, Striker, Typhoon and Cherno Alpha from the original group. We also have the first four from the second group. Gipsy Avenger, Bracer Phoenix, Guardian Bravo and Saber Athena. Plus the gifts the General Left behind and the Mega Zords the Rangers have." Pentecost said.

"I thought the Jaeger defense was holding." Ahsoka said.

"It was...Till last month when they started attacking every couple days. We've lost most of our Jaegers in one month save for the best we have." Pentecost said.

"The Kaiju are considered to be the Regime's greatest weapons due their size and abilities." Sean said.

"Exactly. We were holding out perfectly fine till the constant attacks." Pentecost said before Mecha Godzilla was brought in along with a finally fully repaired Cyber End Dragon.

"So whats our plan exactly?" Sean asked.

"Gottlieb has something for us I believe you will find very interesting." Pentecost said.

"Ahsoka you go on ahead I'll meet up with you later." Sean said as she walked away.

Soon enough they were in the lab with Newt and Gottlieb while the later was on a ladder writing on a chalk board. Also walking into the Room was Maw.

"I the beginning the Kaiju attacks were spaced to every couple months then every couple weeks then every two days which was yesterday. In four days we could be seeing a Kaiju every eight hours until they are coming every four minutes. Marshal, we should witness a double event within a day." Gottlieb said.

"Mr. Gottlieb, I'm to drop a 2400 pound bomb with enough range to level a planet. I need more than a prediction." Pentecost said

"Well, uh thats a problem then because see, he actually can't give you anything more than a prediction." Newt said throwing some Kaiju guts down.

"No Kaiju entrails over my side of the room. You know the rules. Every Bloody day." Gottlieb said annoyed as he kicked it away.

"Gentlemen. The point." Maw said.

"Numbers do not lie. Politics and poetry, promises , these are lies. Numbers are as close as we get to the handwriting of god." Gottlieb said.

"What?" Sean asked.

"I mean that there will be a double event. There has been on multiple occasions but now we can predict them. And then, shortly thereafter three. And then four." Gottlieb said.

"And we're royally screwed. Godzilla and all the Titans can only keep fighting till they drop from exhaustion." Sean said.

"Indeed. Alias. This is where the good news comes." Gottlieb said showing a hologram of the breach. "Here is our world...And then theres." Gottlieb said showing all the details. "And this is what we call the Throat, The Passage between the Breach and us. We know that it's atomic in nature. I predict that the increased traffic will force the Breach to stabilize and remain open long enough to get a bomb through and collapse its structure." Gottlieb said.

"So we can finally end this." Sean said.

"Thats where I gotta Chime in because really I wouldn't wanna go in there with that limited amount of information." Newt said.

"Newton, don't embarrass yourself." Gottlieb said.

"Just hear me out for a second. Just give me a second. Why do we judge the Kaiju on a category system? It's because each one is completely different from the next, Right? You see what I'm saying? Like, One looks like a shark and one looks like a fish..." Newt tried to say.

"Get to the point." Sean said.

"Yes." Gottlieb said agreeing.

"The Point is I don't think they're all completely different at all. These are some samples I collected, All right?" Newt said showing remains. "This one was harvested from the latest attack...And this one 5 years ago. They have the exact DNA signature. And where would you find something like that?" Newt asked.

"In clones." Maw said.

"And this is the point where he goes completely crazy." Gottlieb said as Newt showed them one of the Organs from earlier.

"There's so much more to the Kaiju than we understand. And we've really only scratched the surface. This is a piece of a Kaiju's brain. Now unfortunately. it's damaged, It's a little bit weak. But it's still alive. Now, I think I can tap into it using the same technology that allows the Two Jaeger pilots to share a neural bridge. Now, think about that. I could tell you exactly how to get through the breach yourselves." Newt said.

"Your suggesting we drift with a Kaiju?" Maw asked.

"Not a whole Kaiju. Just a piece of its brain." Newt said as Sean looked at it before back at Newt.

"I agree." Sean said.

"See I told you he wouldn't...Wait what?" Gottlieb asked.

"We need every piece of information we can get since our greatest defense is not working as good as it used to. Get it done." Sean said as they left.

"I don't know how you convinced him to go along with this madness but this not going to work." Gottlieb said.

"It is going to work. Fortune favors the brave." Newt said making him sigh as he left.

Sean walked through the base till he found Ahsoka looking at Mecha Godzilla.

"Beautiful isn't it?" Sean asked standing next to her.

"I remember the first time we ever saw it was when I was assigned to you." Ahsoka said making him chuckle.

"Well, now you'll get the chance to help me pilot this thing. Pentecost just installed the same tech we use for the Jaegers into it." Sean said.

"I thought it didn't need that?" Ahsoka asked.

"It doesn't but being prepared helps." Sean said.

Meanwhile

"Your certain she's ready for this?" Plo asked Pentecost about Ahsoka going into the Drift.

"She's been his student for some time now. I'd say she's more than ready..." Pentecost said before he touched his nose seeing blood.

"You're bleeding." Plo said before he wiped it away and took some kind of pill.

"It's nothing. Point is she's more than ready. Besides we're pressed for time." Pentecost said.

Meanwhile

Newt was in the middle of setting up the machine meant to drift with the Kaiju Brain piece.

"Kaiju Human drift experiment, take one." Newt said recording himself. The, uh, the brain segment is the frontal lobe. Um, chances are the segment's far too damaged to Drift with. Unscientific aside: Hermann, if you're listening to this well, I'm either alive and I've proven what I've just done works in which case Ha I won or I'm dad and I'd like you to know that it's all your fault. It really is. You know, you drove me to this. In which case Ha, I also won...Sort of." Newt said preparing the drift.

"Three...Two...One." Newt said started the breach before he gasped as he saw images and memories from the Kaiju.

Gottlieb was walking in when he saw Newt on the ground and rushed to him.

"Newton! What have you done!" Gottlieb yelled.

Meanwhile

Sean and Ahsoka were inside Mecha Godzilla's head about to initiate the Drift.

"Such magnificence." Maw said admiring the design of Mecha Godzilla.

"The General's weapons never fail to impress." Pentecost said.

"Preparing the drift." Maw said.

"Any advice?" Ahsoka asked.

"Yeah...This thing is going to merge our minds together our memories. Whatever you do don't go chasing down a memory." Sean said.

The Drift began before both of them were connected to Mecha Godzilla before they started moving the arms.

"Excellent." Pentecost said.

"Marshal!" Gottlieb yelled rushing in.

"Not now Mr. Gottlieb this is very important right now." Pentecost said.

"Newton went ahead and drifted with a Kaiju." Gottlieb said making him face him.

Newton was in the lab trying to drink water with shaky hands.

"I found him prune and he's sort of dazed." Gottlieb said leading him in.

"I told you it would work." Newt said.

"Yes, you did. Well, What'd you see?" Pentecost said.

"We were wrong. The Kaiju aren't just these mindless animals we thought the Regime was just controlling. They were attacking under orders from another race from another universe." Newton said.

"How did Freddy find them?" Pentecost asked.

"By mere chance. He told them the same BS he told the others in the Regime how they would get what they want." Newton said.

"What are they?" Pentecost asked.

"These beings, these masters, Their colonists. They overtake worlds. They just consume them and move onto the next. And they tried to come here before thousands of years ago. But the atmosphere wasn't conducive, right? So they waited it out. And they waited it out. And now back then with Ozone depletion, and Carbon monoxide, polluted waters well, we've practically terraformed it for them. Because now they're coming back, and it's perfect. See, the first wave, that was just the hounds. Categories 1 through five, it was nothing. Their sole Purpose was to aim for the populated areas and take out the Vermin: Us! The second wave that is the exterminators. And they will finish the Job." Newt said before Pentecost stood up.

"Newton I need you to do it again. I need to know what we're dealing with." Pentecost said.

"I can't do it again. Not unless you have a fresh Kaiju brain lying around." Newton said before looking at him. "Do you?" Newton asked surprised

"There may be someone who may have one." Pentecost said. "Lately theres been some unusual activity when it comes to Kaiju Remains. Legion intended to find out who but...We've been busy. In a matter of hours they take what they want and leave. And our sources confirm that whoever is leading this Kaiju Black Market is in Hong Kong." Pentecost said.

"Shouldn't the Legion have some remains?" Newton asked.

"We kept the bodies not the organs back then so no." Pentecost said pulling out a card with a symbol. "Use that to find them...And a word of the wise whoever is leading them...Is not to be trusted." Pentecost said.

Meanwhile

Sean and Ahsoka were finishing their drift test as everyone applauded.

Just as they were about to shut down.

"AHHH!"

Sean looked and saw his younger self 18 years ago watching as Quint was devoured by the first Great White he ever encountered.

"AHHH!" Quint yelled before blood came out of his mouth.

Sean and Ahsoka flinched as they went out of alignment.

"Whats going on up there! You've both drifted out of alignment." Maw said.

"I'm ok." Sean said before looking at Ahsoka seeing her chasing a memory. "Oh shit." Sean said before he found himself in some town that was in flames and smoke along with dozens of dead bodies.

"What the hell?" Sean asked before seeing a young Togruta he knew all to well. "Ahsoka?" Sean asked as she ran away.

"Over there!"

Sean turned and saw what he knew were slavers known as Zygerrians making him growl as they chased her down before they cornered her.

"Nowhere left to run little slave!"

Ahsoka cried out before extending her arms.

As she did this Mecha Godzilla extended his army before powering up the lasers on the left arm making many run out.

"Ahsoka!" Sean yelled before he saw a few fighters fly by.

"Damnit Unplug the damn thing!" Sean yelled getting Maw and Herc to do just that before they pulled all the cables out and Mecha Godzilla powered down. Sean took off his helmet before catching Ahsoka as she fell into his arms.

Meanwhile

Newton was in the city looking for the Kaiju Black Market till he found the Symbol he needed before entering a market.

Looking around he didn't see anything out of the ordinary till he saw the store owner.

"You looking for Kaiju Bone powder?"

"No...I'm looking for whoever owns the Kaiju Black Market...It's important." Newton said before the doors were locked and the owner pressed a button before a secret door opened up leading him inside.

"Holy crap!" Newton said seeing organs and various parts of Kaiju. "That's a lymph Gland from a category 2. Are those Kaiju Skin parasites? I've never seen them alive before. I thought you couldn't keep them alive." Newton said.

"If you soak them in Ammonia."

Newton turned to see the boss of the Kaiju Black Market but widened his eyes.

"Oh Crap." Newton said.

Who was he seeing you may ask. None other than Balalaika. Reznov's mother and a former member of Cadmus before it fell and the former Head of the Hotel Moscow Mob.

"So...A member of the Legion. I have nothing but bad business with them since my comrades fell because of them. So tell me...Why shouldn't I kill you right now?" Balalaika asked pulling out a knife.

"Um...Because what I need could basically save your son and grandson?" Newton asked making her raise an eyebrow before putting it away making him sigh in relief.

"Smart move. So what do you want? Clearly the Legion must be desperate if their asking something from me of all people." Balalaika said getting a drink.

"To be fair we didn't even know you were here." Newton said.

Meanwhile

Sean and Ahsoka were outside a room as Lane and the others talked about what happened.

"Whats going on?" Chuck asked walking to them.

"Lane is trying to convince Pentecost to take out the Neural interface in Mecha Godzilla considering what happened. It was just an accident." Sean said.

"Or maybe your not as good as people say."

Sean, Chuck and Ahsoka turned and saw a man with brown hair slitted eyes and red marks on his face leaning against the wall with a cocky grin on his face.

"Who the fuck are you?" Sean asked.

"His name is Kiba Inuzuka. He's one of those Male side of Elementia. A cocky bastard if you ask me." Chuck said.

"Maybe this is proof that you're not good enough to lead everyone here. I think the Legion needs a strong and competent leader. I think...Me." Kiba said making Sean frown.

"Oh please." Sean said.

"Why would anyone follow you of all people?" Ahsoka asked.

"Maybe Because I'm human and not some alien trash like you." Kiba said before Sean started punching him before he fell down and glared at him.

"Apologize." Sean said.

"Fuck you." Kiba said trying to hit him but Sean just dodged before kicking his legs out making him fall before kicking him into some steam pipes making him yell in pain.

"I said...Apologize." Sean said making him snarl before lunging at him only for Sean to grab him by the throat and slammed him down before grabbing his wrest and snapped it making him scream in pain.

"HEY,HEY!" Garrett yelled. "The hell's going on here!" Garrett asked as Sean stepped away.

"Get him out of my sight." Sean said.

"Yeah sure." Garrett said before some troops took him away.

"This isn't over Kruger!" Kiba yelled. (I'll be blunt I have hated Kiba from Naruto since the moment I saw him. He was arrogant, Cocky and a self centered bastard during the early beginning. Only reason I even did this was because my buddy Reaperofballance brought this up months ago and decided to follow through)

Later

"I went out of phase first. It was my fault." Sean said.

"No...No one is at fault. I'm taking out the Neural interface tomorrow and putting back your old controls. Can't afford mistakes right now." Pentecost said.

"What just like that?" Sean asked in disbelief.

"General Plo recommended it." Pentecost said.

"Thats not why he recommended this. I was there in her memory. Her home planet was attacked by slavers and she was the only one left. Plo, was the one who found her and rescued her. He doesn't want her getting hurt. We cannot be holding ourselves back right now at such a crucial time." Sean said before the alarms went off.

"Movement in the breach. Double event." The AI said making them widen their eyes before rushing to the command center.

"Breach was exposed 2 minutes ago. Two signatures both Category 4 code named Leather Back and Otachi." Maw said.

"All right. Jaeger teams Typhoon and Cherno Alpha ready to deploy. Striker you'll be their backup. We can't risk sending in all of you at once since we don't know what to expect just yet." Pentecost said before looking at Sean and Ahsoka. "If we need to we'll send you both in if it becomes necessary." Pentecost said.

"Understood." Sean said.

Soon enough all Three Jaegers were being lifted out into the water.

"Command this is Striker we're hanging back about a 300 feet away from the others." Herc said with piloting Striker with his son.

"Be advised these two Category 4's are the biggest we've seen in size and weight." Pentecost said.

Meanwhile

Balalaika smirked seeing some religious people entering a bone structure of one of the original Kaiju.

"Look at them. They think the Kaiju were sent from the heavens. That the Gods are displeased with our behavior. Simple minded fools." Balalaika said amused.

"And what do you think?" Newton asked.

"I think that the Bone Powder sells for 500 a pound. So what do you want?" Balalaika asked.

"I need to accessed a Kaiju Brain...Completely intact." Newton said.

"No, No. The skull plate is so dense that by the time you drill into it..." Balalaika said.

"The brain's rotted away but I'm talking about the secondary brain. We both know because of their size the Kaiju need two brains to walk like a dinosaur. Same with the Titans." Newton said.

"Mm. What do you need a brain for anyway? Every part of the Kaiju sells even the crap. So what do you need the Brain for exactly?" Balalaika asked.

"Isn't saving your son and Grandson enough?" Newton asked.

"Oh I care about both of them but I need to know why you want that particular part since no one else has wanted to buy one. So whats going on?" Balalaika asked.

"Oh...Fine." Newton said. "I figured out how to drift with a Kaiju." Newton said.

"You what?" Balalaika asked narrowing her eyes.

"It's fascinating how their minds work. Every single Kaiju his mind's connected like a hive mind." Newton said before she pulled down his eye lid seeing his eye having some blood in the whites.

"Oh no...You've actually done it haven't you?" Balalaika asked.

"I did it once yeah." Newton said making her sigh in annoyance.

"Idiot." Balalaika said.

On the shore both Alpha and Typhoon looked around for any Kaiju activity

However suddenly the one known as Otachi came out and knocked Typhoon down before it got back up and all three hands turned into spinning blades before cutting her up making Otachi roared in pain before Typhoon grabbed her and threw her away before Cherno Alpha rushed in and started beating her up but got pushed away by her tail.

"Command. Cherno and Typhoon are in trouble and we're moving in." Herc said.

"Thats a negative. Striker is needed to carry that bomb. Do you understand?" Pentecost said.

Otachi roared before her tail grabbed the head of Typhoon and started crushing it and the three brothers inside.

"Jesus! We can't just sit here and watch them die. Come on!" Chuck said.

"Screw this. Command we're moving in." Herc said.

"Dad." Jake said.

"No. Not yet." Pentecost said.

Otachi crushed Typhoon's head and killed the crew inside.

Cherno was about to rush in when Otachi's neck started expanding and shot out some blue liquid at them which turned out to be Acid.

"Command. We've been hit with some kind of Acid."

"Hold on!" Chuck yelled as Striker rushed to them to help.

Only for Leatherback to come out and attacked Alpha while Otachi attacked Striker but was proving to be over matched due to Striker's speed and strength.

Leatherback pushed Cherno into the water before grabbing the head and crushed it making it explode.

"We've just lost Cherno." Maw said.

Striker threw Otachi back before opening its chest to shot six missiles. However Leatherback started to glow in the back before unleashing an electrical wave that disabled Striker and everything else at the base.

"The hell just happened?" Sean asked.

"Leatherback unleashed an EMP." Maw said.

"Just like the MUTO's." Sean said.

"Get me striker." Pentecost said.

"I can't all the Jaegers are digital." Maw said.

"Not all of them." Sean said gaining their attention. "Gipsy's analog. Nuclear. And the Gifts the General left behind are invulnerable to EMP attacks." Sean said making him sigh.

Meanwhile

"Whats happening?" Balalaika asked.

"Theres two Kaiju attacking the city." One of the men said.

"Two? Why?" Newton asked.

"Maybe its because of you. They clearly know you drifted with a Kaiju since you said it was a hive mind. My guess is they are after you." Balalaika said.

"What are we gonna do?" Newton asked before he was thrown out. "Ok I see."Newton said before running to the nearest shelter.

Leatherback watched Striker while Otachi went after Newton.

"I'm gonna try something." Herc said disengaging his link.

"NO! Don't disengage!" Chuck yelled as Leatherback punched the head sending Herc crashing into the wall.

"AH! My arm." Herc yelled as Chuck helped him up.

"Get up old man!" Chuck yelled.

"DON'T CALL ME THAT!" Herc yelled.

"He's right outside we gotta get out of here." Chuck said as Herc opened a bow showing flare guns.

"We're not going anywhere! We're gonna use these flare guns and do something really stupid." Herc said. (Was that even really necessary?)

Both got topside.

"Hows your arm?" Chuck asked.

"Ah, just give me the gun." Herc said taking it before they fired at the head and got one in the eye making it roar in pain before glaring at them.

"I think we just pissed it off." Chuck said as was about to crush them only for lights to shine in the back making it turn and saw Gipsy Danger and Mecha Godzilla were carried in before both were dropped.

"We're good to go Kruger." Raleigh said with Mako in with Gipsy.

"Ready for round two?" Sean asked Ahsoka who smirked.

Leatherback roared at them before charging at them before Gipsy grabbed him before going for the EMP on its back.

"Yeah!" Herc yelled.

"Come on! Kick his ass!" Chuck yelled.

Mecha Godzilla fired a few lasers at Leatherback who roared in pain before the EMP was torn off making him roar before grabbing Gipsy and threw it at the docks before following them while Mecha Godzilla followed.

"Please tell me the Absolute zero system is finally repaired?" Sean asked before firing at Leather Back who roared before Gipsy started punching him hard.

"Affirmative." Pentecost said.

Leatherback quickly tried to jump on Mecha Godzilla before a plasma blast from Gipsy hit it in the back making it roar before a few rockets from Mecha Godzilla's shoulders hit it in the face making it blow up.

"Now thats more like it." Ahsoka said making Sean chuckle before Mecha Godzilla and Gipsy headed into the city.

Newton hid in one of the shelters before it started rumbling making him widen his eyes.

"He stopped right above us. Oh, my god." Newton said before the ceiling came down making people scream as Otachi looked for Newton only to roar as it turned around seeing Gipsy with a tanker in hand trailing behind it.

"Hit the damn thing!" Sean yelled as Gipsy started beating Otachi with the tanker making it roar before it's tail grabbed it and threw it away and ran off before they followed.

"Now where did it go?" Ahsoka asked before it jumped them from a building before its neck started expanding again.

"Oh no you don't fuck face!" Sean yelled as Mecha Godzilla opened his mouth before firing lasers at Otachi's neck making the liquid leak out making her roar in pain before she jumped them and expanded her arms into wings.

"What!" Ahsoka yelled as she carried them upwards.

"Firing Mazer." Sean said as the chest plate opened up.

"Won't that fire the Absolute zero?" Ahsoka asked.

"Only is I enter the command. This will fry her ass." Sean said as the chest cannon fired three holes into her making her roar in pain before they dropped before the jets on Mecha Godzilla opened up and he flew down to the ground and landed.

"You two alright?" Raleigh asked.

"We're ok." Sean said.

Meanwhile

Balalaika was with her crew examining a map.

"This is where the body dropped. We can get there in a few minutes." Balalaika said before the door opened up.

"HEY!"

They looked and saw Newton still alive.

"Guess who's back you scarred bitch! You owe me a Kaiju brain." Newton said making her smirk.

At base

Everyone cheered for the four pilots as they walked into the hanger.

"Ok that was fun." Ahsoka said making Sean laugh a little.

"Kruger." Pentecost said approaching them. "In all my years fighting I have never seen a team work battle like that. Well done. However there is no time to celebrate. We lost two Jaegers and two crews. No time to mourn our dead just yet. Reset the clock." Pentecost said before Mako widened her eyes looking at his nose seeing he was bleeding which he and everyone else saw. "Reset it." Pentecost said walking away making Sean frown as did Raleigh.

Meanwhile

Balalaika's crew were scavenging every piece of the Kaiju they could.

"I can't believe you did that. I mean I could have been eaten." Newton said.

"True...But luckily that didn't happen." Balalaika said.

"So whats the hold up? The Jaegers that are left are expected to launch to the Breach in 7 hours." Newton said.

"They have to pump the body full of CO2 to stop the acid inside. It shouldn't be long now." Balalaika said.

"Boss...The secondary brain...It's damaged."

"Aw come on!" Newton said.

"Wait."

The sounds of a heartbeat could be heard making Newton widen his eyes.

"It's pregnant." Newton said making her widen her eyes before she heard her crew scream on the Radio before she ran away as Did Newton as a baby Otachi came out and charged at Newton.

"SHIT!" Newton yelled before it started choking and fell down dead.

"I knew it. Gone. The umbilical cord got wrapped around its neck. And the lungs must have not fully developed." Balalika said turning around. "Now you got..." Balalaika tried to say till the baby came back to life and grabbed her in its mouth before swallowing her and choked before dying for real this time. (This was actually funny in the movie when Hannibal Chau got eaten)

Meanwhile

Pentecost washed his face off of any of his blood that remained.

"How sick are you? And why didn't you tell me?" Sean asked leaning on a wall.

"Ah...Whats to tell?" Pentecost asked cleaning his face. "I remember when Lane created the Jaegers was to make sure we'd have a contingency plan incase Godzilla or the other Titans turned against us. Turned out to be our greatest defense against the Kaiju when they showed up. After the first test I recommended radiation shielding to replace the two pilot system. It worked...But one day I was up against so many that I was in there for four hours. I burned. The doctors told me if I ever stepped into a Jaeger again the damage would be to much." Pentecost said before Sean engulfed him in white flames healing him.

"No more damage. You would be suffering less if you actually said something." Sean said making him chuckle.

"Slipped my mind." Pentecost said making him scoff before an alert came up.

"What?" Sean asked.

"Two more Kaiju have just come out of the Breach." Maw said.

"Where they headed?" Pentecost asked.

"Thats the thing they aren't moving. They're just hovering over it like they're protecting it." Maw said.

"Get everything we have. And I do mean everything. Time to finish this." Sean said.

"Herc is injured. Even if he was immediately healed he still required physical thereby." Maw said.

"Tell Chuck I got a replacement for him." Sean said.

Everyone was getting ready for the final mission against the Kaiju. Even the Power Rangers had their Mega zords ready.

"Wheres my old man's replacement?" Chuck asked Maw before Sean and Pentecost walked in with the later in the Drift suit.

"Tighter then I a remember." Pentecost said.

"Dad have you lost it?" Jake asked.

"Getting in that Jaeger will kill you." Maco said.

"Not anymore. He's fully healed and ready for duty." Sean said.

Meanwhile

Gottlieb was talking to Maw on the comms.

"Two signatures? Not three like I predicted!" Gottlieb yelled.

"Hermann! I havent exactly had a very good day, okay? I got about five minutes before brain Death occurs here! I don't wanna spend it talking about your theories." Newton said placing a device inside the dead Kaiju offspring.

"This is all wrong! There should be three Kaiju's coming through, not two!" Gottlieb yelled.

"There should be three and three and theres two? I'm sorry, it hurts to be wrong." Newton said.

"I am not wrong, but there is something here we don't understand." Gottlieb said.

"Hopefully we can argue about any mistakes you made in your predictive model in the future. But in the meantime, the neural interface is way off the charts. If you want to help, help with that!" Newton yelled.

"Newton, I am not wrong. There is only one way to make sure and that is to do this together." Gottlieb said surprising him. "I'll go with you. That's what the Jaeger pilots do, share the neural load."

"You're serious? You would do that for me?" Newton asked

"Well, with worldwide destruction a certain alternative do I really have a choice?" Gottleib asked.

Meanwhile

Every remaining Jaeger and Mega zord and every one of the General's gifts was in bound for the Breach by aircraft carrying them to save power.

"I haven't seen this many giant machines since the Darkheart incident." Sean said in Mecha Godzilla with Ahsoka.

"I doubt it will be the very last. You should be arriving near the breach in an hour." Maw said.

"Roger that." Sean said.

Back on the land

Newton and Gottlieb had the Neural devices on their heads.

"You ready for this?" Newton asked.

"Oh, yes, yes." Gottlieb said nervous.

"Initiating neural handshake in five, four, three, two, one." Newton said before both of them entered the drift seeing each others memories and the Kaiju's beofre it ended with blood coming out of their noses before Gottlieb rushed to a toilet and threw up

"You saw right? We have to warn them...The Breach...The Plan." Newton said.

"It's not going to work." Gottlieb said.

Meanwhile

"Set us loose!" Sean said as the cables came off.

"All right lets get this done." Wes said as the machines went under water.

"What are the Kaiju we're up against?" Jake asked.

"Scunner and Raiju both Category 4." Herc said.

"You'd think they would have sent an army of Category 5's after us." Leo said in his megazord with the Lost Galaxy rangers.

"Don't fucking tempt them. We still don't know anything about these things." Sean said as they neared the breach.

"Visibility's zero. Switching to instruments." Raleigh said before something past them.

"Hang on." Sean said scanning the area.

"I don't see anything." Ahsoka said.

"I do. We're not alone down here. One of them is watching us from a distance and I'm willing to bet this one is faster underwater." Sean said.

"Eyes on the prize Kruger! 600 meters to the drop!" Chuck said.

Soon they arrived at the edge before jumping down further to reach the Breach.

"400 meters and closing." Chuck said.

Sean using the scaners spotted the Kaiju but saw they weren't moving.

"Striker Stop!" Sean yelled getting them to do so.

"Uh Kruger? You mind explaining? We're a hundred meters from the Jump." Chuck said.

"They aren't moving. They wouldn't do that unless they had a good reason. Something ain't right." Sean said.

"Don't do it!" Newton yelled as they rushed into the command center. "Blowing up the Breach is not going to work." Newton said.

"Why not? Whats wrong?" Sean asked.

"Just because it's open does not mean you'll get a bomb through." Newton said.

"The Breach genetically reads the Kaiju's DNA to let them pass through." Gottlieb said.

"That explains why we couldn't get through. What do you suggest?" Pentecost asked.

"You have to fool it into thinking you are a Kaiju." Newton said.

"You have to lock into the Kaiju and ride it into the Breach and it will let you pass." Gottlieb said before an alert came up.

"Now what?" Sean asked.

"A third signature is emerging from the Breach." Herc said.

"A triple event." Newton said.

"What Category is this one?" Pentecost asked.

"Category 6." Maw said making Herc frown.

"Category 6...The first ever." Herc said.

"Oh shit." Sean said before two long arms came out of the cavern where the Breach was before it revealed itself. (Picture Clover from Cloverfield)

"Oh wow. That thing is huge." Shane said.

"Any advice?" Hunter asked.

"Blast the damn thing!" Sean yelled firing rockets at it but it just roared at them before slashing Striker.

Suddenly the Kaiju known as Scunner attacked Mecha Godzilla.

"Ah Shit!" Sean yelled before the chest plate opened up and blasted him back making Scunner roar before retreating.

"Incoming!" Carter yelled as Raiju came right at them with intense speed only for Gipsy Danger to get in the way with a blade and rammed it right into its face cutting it in half.

"Multiple signals are coming out of the breach." Maw said as multiple Kaiju started coming out.

"We're not gonna last two minutes like this." Sean said before a familiar roar was heard making him turn and saw Godzilla, Zilla and Komodo charging right at them before Godzilla and Clover fought one another.

"Striker you need to deliver that bomb into the breach with a Kaiju." Maw said.

"We can't! The release is jammed. We can't deliver the payload sir!" Chuck said.

Sean looked at the Breach.

"Maw. If Mecha Godzilla were to detonate how big would the blast radius be?" Sean asked.

"Theoretically speaking it would be the same as the payload...Maybe more." Maw said.

"Thats all I needed to hear." Sean said as Mecha Godzilla rushed to the breach before Clover got in the way and roared before Mecha Godzilla grabbed him and fell into the breach before blasting him in the chest making a hole making Clover roar before dying as they went through the breach.

"Their in." Herc said.

Mecha Godzilla and Clover came out in the Kaiju universe.

"Whoa this place is creepy. So what now?" Ahsoka asked.

"You...Head topside." Sean said activating her pod to send her back.

"HEY WAIT!" Ahsoka yelled before her pod went up back to Earth.

Sean activated the controls before initiating the detention sequence.

"Time to head topside." Sean said trying to activate his pod but couldn't. "Oh come on!" Sean yelled annoyed as they drifted down to the bottom of the Breach where the Kaiju Masters watched as Mecha Godzilla drifted down.

"You gotta be fucking kidding me!" Sean yelled before he got out of Mecha Godzilla.

However a familiar roar got his attention seeing Zilla rushing to him with a Kaiju's arm in his mouth before swimming next to him making him jump on before they traveled upward.

Mecha Godzilla began to glow brightly and just as Zilla went through the Breach it exploded destroying this world in an instant.

Ahsoka's pod came right up beofre she kicked the doors off just as everyone else came up.

"Where's Kruger?" Pentecost asked before Zilla came up and roared.

"This is why Zilla is one of my favorite Titans." Sean said getting various laughs.

"Herc...The Breach is sealed. STOP THE CLOCK!" Pentecost yelled getting everyone at base to cheer as the nightmare was finally over.

Later

Sean rushed through the hospital before he arrived in the delivery room seeing Lois screaming loudly as she was in labor.

"I take it she just started?" Sean asked.

"Yup. She's ready to deliver now." Ann Possible said.

Sean sat next to Lois holding her hand before she screamed very loud and the sounds of a baby crying were heard.

"There we go." Ann said cutting the cord before cleaning him up.

"Ugh." Lois groaned.

"How you feeling?" Sean asked.

"I've been better." Lois said before Ann handed them a blue bundle making her cry as she held her son. "Oh he's beautiful." Lois said as he opened his eyes. He had his father's eyes but his mother's hair.

"Got a name picked out?" Sean asked.

"Hmm. Jackson Lane Kruger." Lois said making the now name Jack laugh making his mother smile as she kissed him.

Meanwhile

The baby Otachi was being examined by members of the Legion when the stomach was sliced open by an incredibly annoyed Balalaika.

"I...Hate...Kaiju." Balalaika said before someone stood over her making her look seeing her son having an amused expression on his face.

"If dad we're alive right now he'd be laughing his ass off right now." Reznov said making her roll her eyes.

"HA HA HA. Can you get me out?" Balalakia asked before he pulled her out. "Thank you..." Balalaika said before she looked down and saw cuffs on her wrests. "Oh...Your still holding a grudge." Balalaika said.

"Yup." Reznov said making her sigh as she was taken away.

"Honestly honey I'm both proud of you and annoyed that your putting your own mother away." Balalaika said.

"Well, if you didn't kill dad when I was a kid I wouldn't have to do this now." Reznov said.

"I only..." She tried to say but stopped herself.

"You only what?" Reznov asked.

"Nothing...Just forget I said anything." Balalaika said as she was taken away while he frowned.

'Just what the hell are you hiding mom?" Reznov asked himself.

Authors Note: The Breaches have been sealed and the Kaiju are forever gone never to return. Now Next Chapter...Thats a surprise since to my Most Loyal Guest I think I recall you asking for this some time ago or someone else. All I can say is its gonna be awesome.
