Chapter 154 Jurassic Park 3
Its been about a month since Cipher had forced Sean to do everything she commanded by holding his cousins hostage. Since then things have been peaceful. And of course now the Legion had Savage again to restart production of his blood for the most important members of the legion.
However Hager learning of Sean's actions tried to have him arrested. (Shocker)
But thanks to the evidence presented there were no charges to present which royally pissed him off since he figured if he was arrested his impending Dishonorable discharge would be dropped and he would get his rank and power back. (Not fucking likely)
Right now Sean and his friends were at a excavation site that had a large number of Fossils.
"Remind you of the old days?" Dom asked as Sean dusted off some dirt off the fossilized remains of a raptor before he chuckled.
"Gives me some normalcy in my life. Besides Not like anyones got anything better to do." Sean said as Waspinator flew by with supplies before placing them down.
"Waspinator enjoy manual work." Waspinator said making them chuckle.
"I'm still getting used to this." Hobbs said.
"Oh lighten up. Besides I rather enjoy these new transformers." Sean said as Shockwave drove by. (I was very tempted to make the Bumble Bee chapter with Bumble Bee and Shockwave since In a sense Bumble Bee would be David's friend and Shockwave would be Sean's friend since it fits perfectly since their both very smart)
"By the way. I heard you completely quarantined Lake Placid. Whats that about?" Hobbs asked.
"After the second Crocodile incident added with Venom's kind added to the mix. I put a ray shield over the whole place before setting off fire bombs all over the place to kill anything inside minus People of course. I don't want any more incidents." Sean said. (Sorry Bud but I'm done with Lake Placid chapters since I just want to end this)
"Oh I see." Hobbs said before a truck pulled up before someone got out. Someone Sean knew from his college years.
"Doctor Grant." Sean said walking to his old college professor.
"Hey Sean." Alan walking to him.
"Inferno you idiot!" Tarantulas yelled getting their attention as Inferno in his Beast mode was moving some rocks out of the way but ended up blocking his path.
"I am doing as the queen instructed." Inferno said transforming.
"Queen?" Alan asked making Sean sigh.
"I wish he'd stop calling me that." Sean said making him chuckle. "Inferno I said over there!"
"As you wish my queen." Inferno said making everyone chuckle or laugh making him sigh as Inferno went back to beast mode and picked up the rocks. Shockwave transformed next to him.
"Why does he keep calling me that?" Sean asked.
"I believe his beast mode may be dominating his logic circuits." Shockwave said.
"Wait he thinks he's actually an ant?" Sean asked.
"Mostly. These are the first in a new generation of Transformers. I still have many in development with improvements." Shockwave said before walking away.
"You said you wanted to show me something?" Alan asked.
"Ah right. I recall you said your not good with computers so you might just want to watch." Sean said as they went into a tent before a machine turned on. "Meet the next generation of paleontology. It's a matter converter able to make any part of any fossil. Thanks to all the Data from Turok's raptor group we have determined how they communicate so perfectly." Sean said.
"Oh yeah? Something in their skulls?" Alan asked.
"After seeing them up close and in action I always had lots of theories but this machine proves them." Sean said before it finished before he pulled something out. "This is a resonating chamber of a velociraptor. This is how they communicate so perfectly." Sean said.
"This little thing right here?" Dom asked taking it.
"Think of it as like a special whistle. Every sound is a different communication. Give it a shot." Sean said before he started blowing into it almost sounded like a Raptor.
"Not bad." Dom said handing it back.
"This is brilliant. What made you think it was something like this?" Alan asked inspecting it.
"In the field I kept noticing the raptors were making very different noises. Took a while but then I discovered something in the skull that confirmed my theories. It's amazing. They were smarter then dolphins and whales. Hell they could have actually given Forerunners a challenge." Sean said.
"And your half."
Sean and Dom turned and saw an old friend. Brain O'Connor. Dom's brother in law and an old high school friend. (Like I was actually gonna leave out the second most important character of Fast and Furious)
"Brian? This is a surprise." Dom said.
"Yeah well I decided to drop by. From the looks of things you've been busy." Brain said to Sean.
"Yeah Mostly. So whats up?" Sean asked.
"Well...Actually I was hoping you could do me a favor. My anniversary is coming up real soon and uh Mia has been wanting to see the dinosaurs on Site B." Brain said.
"Site B is off limits to civilians." Sean said.
"Yeah but not to you. Besides...Aren't you just a little curious to see how their doing after a few years?" Brain said getting him to raise an eyebrow.
"Hmm. Well...I suppose it couldn't hurt anyone if we're just checking by plane. Plus its hard to disappoint Mia of all people." Sean said making Dom chuckle. "What about you Alan you in?" Sean asked.
"I...Suppose." Alan said.
"Shockwave!" Sean yelled getting his attention. "You and Hobbs are in charge of the dig site till we get back." Sean said.
"Understood." Shockwave said before Rattrap and Dinobot started fighting again.
"Quit pestering me Rodant!" Dinobot yelled.
"Your the one bugging me Dino Breath!" Rattrap yelled.
Dinobot tried to blast him but ended up blasting Waspinator blowing him up and his head landed right in front of Sean.
"What did Waspinator do? Waspinator minding his own business." Waspinator said. (HAHAHA! This is just as fun as watching NIGEL get destroyed nearly every Episode)
"Idiots!" Sean yelled making them stop fighting.
"Well, he started it." Rattrap said.
"I don't care who started it I'll finish it if you two don't knock it off!" Sean yelled.
Later
Sean along with Dom, Garrett, David And Alan were on a plane with Brain and Mia along with three other people. Two of whom were flying the plane.
Currently Garret was placing some equipment in an old black bag.
"With all the money you get both now and before you went crazy you couldn't afford a better bag?" Sean asked making him chuckle.
"No way. This one is lucky. Before you got captured, Some buddies and I went hang gliding off these cliffs and New Zealand. And this big updraft came and swept me right against the side." Garrett said.
"Wow that does sound lucky." Sean said sarcastically.
"It was this strap alone that saved my life. Got hooked on a rock as I was falling." Garrett said.
"Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the most idiotic." David said.
"Or just by chance." Garrett said making him nod.
"So how do you know these two?" Alan asked.
"Who? Brian and Mia? From High School. I made a lot of good friends during those days." Sean said.
"Oh I see. Well, Wake me when we get there." Alan said taking a nap.
"Hmph." Dom said.
"Some things never change." Sean said.
Minutes Later
Alan slowly woke up before looking around seeing everyone was gone including the pilots.
Turning to his left he gasped seeing a Raptor.
"Alan."
Alan woke up with a gasp.
"Easy old man. We're nearly there." Sean said making him sigh in relief.
Approaching the island Sean looked out the Window seeing everything was pretty much the same as before.
"Doesn't look and different from when we last came here." David said before they flew by the mountains before they came to the flat parts of the island.
Soon enough they spotted the dinosaurs in herds.
"Never gets old." Sean said enjoying the sights.
"We did it, Honey. We're here." Brian said.
"Cooper! If you see anything, yell up!" Udesky said.
"No, I thought I'd keep it to myself." Cooper said laughing.
"I'm sorry. Everyone if you look out the left of the plane, you can see a whole heard of Brachiosaurus. In fact, you can see at the front of the group the alpha male grazing there." Alan said.
"The first dinosaur I ever saw alive." Sean said laughing.
"Udesky? Nash? How about up front? You guys see anything?" Brian asked.
"Nothing yet, O'Connor." Udesky said.
"Look. Out here, you'll see a group of..." Alan tried to say.
"O'Connor, we have landing strip. You want me to put her down?" Nash asked.
"No! I told you, I want to circle the whole island first." Brian said confusing Sean and his group.
"What do you mean set her down? You can't land here." Alan said.
"Hold on. I can explain." Brian said.
"You cannot land on this island!" Alan said getting up.
"Doctor Grant, will you please sit down." Brian said before someone hit Alan in the back of the head.
Minutes later
Alan slowly woke up seeing Sean and Dom sitting in a seat next to him before he sat up.
"Sean, Tell me we didn't land?" Alan asked.
"Jack! Ben!" Mia called out with a Loud speaker.
"Well, One of those names I recognize." Sean said.
"Yup." Dom said as they got out seeing Nash, Udesky and Cooper with guns before rushing out.
"Doctor Grant. I am really sorry about that." Brian said.
"Who hit me?" Alan asked.
"That would be Cooper." Brian said pointing to Cooper who went out into the Trees.
"The hell are they doing?" Sean asked.
"Setting up a permitter to make sure the area is safe." Brian said as Mia continued to call out for Jack and Ben.
"Brian, listen to me. There is no such thing as safe on this island we have to get back on that plane." Sean said as Mia continued to call out.
"Will you tell her to stop. That is a very bad idea." Alan said.
"Mia!" Brian yelled.
"Ben!" Mia called out.
"Mia, Doctor Grant says that is a very bad idea." Brian yelled.
"What!" Mia yelled still using the loudspeaker.
"He says its a bad idea!" Brian yelled.
"Whats a bad idea?" Mia yelled before something roared very loud.
"What was that?" Brian asked alarmed.
"Tyrannosaurus." Dom said.
"No...Thats something ever worse." Sean said alarmed before Udesky and Nash rushed to them.
"We have to leave! We have to leave now!" Udesky yelled as Nash rushed into the plane.
"What about the other guy?" Garrett asked.
"Cooper's a professional. He can handle himself." Udesky said before a ferocious roar was heard followed by gun shots.
"Get on!" Sean yelled as they got on the plane before Nash started up the engine.
"The hell is that thing?" Dom asked.
"You don't wanna know." Sean said before they started moving.
However as they were moving Cooper appeared in front of the Runway.
"HEY! STOP!" Cooper yelled having a bleeding arm that looked limp.
"What are you doing!" Brian yelled.
"Stop the the plane!" Sean yelled.
"Please stop!" Copper sobbed.
"Get out the way!" Nash yelled before Cooper screamed as something ate him. "OH MY GOD!" Nash yelled as he pulled up but hit whatever at Nash.
"FUEL CUT OFF!" Udesky yelled before they crashed through some trees before stopping.
"Ow." Sean said holding his head.
"The hell was that?" Garret asked getting out of his seat.
"You don't wanna know." Sean said.
"Radio isn't working." Udesky said.
"Who has the Satellite phone?" Nash asked.
"I do." Brian said handing it to him.
Sean opened the door a little before seeing they were off the ground.
"And we're stuck in a fucking tree." Sean said sighing.
"Great." David said before the plane shook.
"What was that?" Dom asked before Mia looked at the front of the plane seeing what killed Cooper before she started screaming.
"Mia calm down! What is it?" Sean asked before the whole plane shook.
"Get in the back!" David yelled as the front of the plane was ripped off before Udesky went in the back before whatever attacked them reached for Nash making him scream in pain.
"HELP ME!" Nash yelled before he was pulled out and eaten.
"Oh my god." Garrett said before it roared loudly making the plane tip backward before falling to the ground.
"The hell is that thing!" Dom yelled.
"A literal definition of a monster!" Sean yelled before it rolled them into a tree.
"Everyone out!" Sean yelled as they rushed out the plane.
Rushing out of the area they rushed through a large number of trees to make sure it wouldn't follow.
"Ok I think we lost it." Sean said before moving some bushes finding a dead dinosaur.
"It's ok it's dead." Alan said before what was known as Carcharodontosaurus appeared over the dead corpse. (Theres a reason I'm replacing the T-Rex you'll see later)
"Well shit." Sean said before it roared at them.
"RUN!" David yelled as they ran away before it followed them. And unfortunately ended up right in front of their old predator before Grant fell between a log before screaming as he was stepped on but wasn't killed as the log held up. (I was very surprised that saved his life)
Sean rushed to him before pulling him up.
"LETS GO!" Sean yelled as the two dinosaurs fought one another before their attacked won.
Once they were far away from the fight Alan punched Brian into a tree.
"No wait. Please don't." Mia said.
"I want answers. NOW. What the hell is going on. Is Jack on the island?" Sean asked.
"Yes." Brian said.
"Who's Jack?" Alan asked.
"Their son and my nephew." Dom said.
"What is going on?" Sean asked.
"A friend of mine took him here. Ben Hildebrand." Mia said.
"This island is restricted how the hell did he get on the island?" Sean asked.
"Parasailing by boat. When they didn't come back we knew something was wrong." Brian said.
"Why didn't you contact any of the governments about this?" Sean asked.
"We tried. The Costa Rican Government said this is a no fly zone and the US embassy said we should accept the inevitable." Brian said pissed off.
"And the Legion?" Sean asked before they looked away. "What?" Sean asked.
"When we called the Legion...I don't remember who but someone threatened if Jack did get on the island and somehow got off he would kill him himself for breaking the law." Brian said making Sean growl before kicking a tree.
"I have a pretty good idea. Stupid fucker." Sean said. "You should have told me this from the beginning. And now we're screwed." Sean said.
"What are you talking about? You have powers." Brian said.
"Not here. Theres a power dampening field around the island. From what I heard after everyone got their powers back some fresh Metahumans came to this island to kill all the dinosaurs for sport. We caught wind of this before it happened but after that the Legion was concerned it might happen again. So the dampening field not only deactivates super Powers but any energy based weapons like Blasters. This way the dinosaurs are protected and have a better chance of survival." Garret said.
"So how long have they been missing?" Sean asked.
"2 weeks." Brian said.
"So what do we do now?" Dom asked.
"Look for Jack as we make for the cost. Hobbs knows where we are so he'll know to send a search party once we're gone for a few days." Sean said as they went back to the plane for supplies.
Dom was looking at the footprint their attacker left.
"So what do you think? Know what attacked us?" Sean asked.
"Not a big expert on Dinosaurs but I know some...It's a super Predator no denying that." Dom said.
"Yup." Sean said.
"If I had to guess...Suchomimus. Because of the snout." Dom said.
"Close but think bigger." Sean said.
"Baryonyx?" Dom said.
"Not with that sail on the back." Said said pulling out a tooth of the predator. "Spinosaurus Aegypticus." Sean said handing it to him.
"You sound surprised." Dom said inspecting it.
"It wasn't on the list InGen made when Jurassic park was in the works even before it became Jurassic World. Makes me think my dumbass Cousin Ludlow had something to do with it. It pisses me off to know he's alive again because of Faust." Sean said.
"What about Jesse? Vince and the others from School? Were any of them brought back?" Dom asked referring to those who were killed when the gangs attacked the school in 2009.
"Sadly no." Sean said.
Soon the groups were on the move looking for Jack and Ben.
"So how well do you know their son?" Alan asked Sean.
"Um. I don't really know him all that well since I've usually been real busy running the world and then the Universe. Last time I saw him he was 8 when me and my friends went after Shaw when he killed Han. I know he's a good kid though with parents like them." Sean said.
"Maybe next time you should put up a barrier to actually keep the island Hidden from idiots." Alan said making him laugh.
"I think I'll actually do that when I get back." Sean said.
As they were walking they came to the Parasail that brought Ben and Jack to the island making Mia and Brian rush forward.
"Jack!" Mia called out.
"Mia!" Sean said stopping her. "I highly doubt he's in this area after all this time." Sean said before Brian pulled out a life Jacket.
"He's here." Brian said.
"Hey!" Garrett yelled pulling out a camcorder.
"Thats mine." Mia said before Garrett put in some new batteries.
"Give me a second." Garrett said before playing the last recording.
"Hmm." Sean said seeing something had attacked the boat they came on. "Theres been rumors of something patrolling the island for years now." Sean said.
"Think it's that thing?" Dom asked.
"I don't think so." Sean said before the last part of the recording showed Jack getting down.
"He's alive." Brian said before Sean and David went to the sail.
"Think you can fly this?" Sean asked.
"Maybe. Depends if the sail isn't torn." David said before they started pulling it down before a skeleton that was left of Ben came down and hit Mia making her scream as she tried to get it off.
"Mia calm down." Sean said as they freed her before she ran off.
"Brian, go get her." Dom said as he rushed after his wife.
Sean cut Ben down and groaned from the smell.
"Poor bastard. Wonder what killed him?" Garrett asked.
"Who knows." Sean said before getting the sail down.
"GUYS! you should come look at this." Brian yelled before Sean and Alan walked to them.
Finding them they approached them before they froze. Why? Looking around they saw dozens of nests of the exact same eggs before they realized what they were.
"Raptors." Alan said.
"Oh crap." Sean said as the others arrived.
They quickly left to avoid the adult raptors.
"We're gonna find him." Brian said as they moved away from the nest before Sean saw one of them was missing.
"Where's Garrett?" Sean asked going back to him before he found him coming back. "What are you doing?" Sean asked.
"Taking some photo's of the nest." Garrett said.
"Don't do that." Sean said as they walked with the others.
Soon they found a facility.
"This is new." Sean said.
"Didn't you come to the island before when Ludlow tried to take all the dinosaurs?" Dom asked.
"Yeah but we didn't explore the whole island. Come on." Sean said as they went inside.
"Jack!" Brian called out.
"Knock it off." Sean said before Mia saw a phone.
"Worth a shot." Mia said picking it up but it was dead making her sigh before they went further inside before they found vending machines.
"Does anyone got change?" Brian asked before Sean rammed his shoulder into it before getting what was inside.
"Some things never change." Dom said.
"Nope." Sean said before they went further inside before they found a lab full of Dinosaur eggs and bodies.
"Is this how you make Dinosaurs?" Mia asked.
"No. This is how you play god." Alan said before Dom stepped on an egg shell.
"Never did like this part of InGen." Sean said before going to a computer before putting a power cell in.
"What are you doing?" Dom asked.
"Looking to see if theres anything on that Spinosaurus. If Ludlow is behind it I can put him behind bars." Sean said accessing the files before the computer blew up. "Well shit. Everything is so old I'm surprised anything is still standing." Sean said walking around.
Mia walked around the suspension chambers that had dinosaurs inside before she came to a raptor head inside one of them.
"The hell is this doing in here?" Mia asked before Sean looked at it.
"Wait." Sean said before he saw the eyes move making him widen his before it came from behind the glass trying to bite them making Mia scream before Sean kicked it into a wall.
"RUN!" Sean yelled as they rushed out the room as it followed. They entered what looked like a containment room before they rushed to a door but it was locked. "FUCK!" Sean yelled before it appeared in front of the hallway.
"This way!" David yelled as hey split up as he and Mia rushed to one side trying to close the door while the others went to another.
The Raptor pushed David and Mia into a corner using the door to trap them before it looked up seeing a gap large enough for it to climb into before it started climbing.
"Push!" Mia yelled as they pushed the door trapping it as the door locked into the wall.
"Lets go!" David yelled as they ran away before the Raptor started squawking making Alan stop.
"Oh my god. He's calling for help." Alan said.
"Come on!" Sean yelled as they rushed outside before it climbed through the gap.
Rushing out of the facility they went into the trees.
The raptor came out and started making calling sounds signaling the rest of the pack.
The group ran right into a large herd of Herbivores.
"Into the herd!" Alan yelled as they ran into the herd only to startle them and make them go into a stampede before Garrett got knocked over and lost his bag before Sean picked it up.
"Into the trees!" Alan yelled as they split up.
Dom, Mia and Brian stuck together before they climbed a tree.
"Come on." Dom said pulling his sister up when.
"AHHHHH!" Udesky screamed.
"Udesky." Brian said before he screamed again.
"Brian!" David yelled.
"David!" Dom yelled.
"Sean with you?" David asked with Garrett and Alan.
"Over here." Garrett said looking down seeing Udesky.
"Oh my god." Brian said.
"He's dead." Garrett said before he started moving.
"No he's not." Mia said moving to help him.
"No, wait. Somethings not right." Alan said.
"We gotta help him." Brian said before Mia slipped.
"MIA!" Dom yelled as she was hanging upside down before two raptors appeared making her scream as they tried to jump to her before Dom pulled her up.
"They actually set a trap." Dom said before another Raptor in the distance called out to them making them leave but the male snapped Udesky's neck before leaving.
Sean looking around carefully making sure he was alone before sighing in relief before looking around the corner only to see one of the raptors hissing at him.
"JESUS CHRIST!" Sean yelled jumping back before they surrounded him making him growl.
Suddenly smoke grenades went off around them making the Raptors retreat.
Someone then came out of the smoke and pulled Sean away to follow him.
"Wait." Sean said coughing before they appeared by some supply truck before they got in the tanker before Sean sat down.
"Thanks...Jack." Sean said before Brian and Mia's son took off his equipment.
"You know who I am?" Jack asked.
"Duh. I've known you since you were just a baby. Your parents are here looking for you and so is your uncle." Sean said before the light above them went out before Jack replaced it before getting a better look at him.
"Your Kruger. What are you doing here?" Jack asked.
"I've been friends of your family since before you were born kid. They said they were here for an anniversary. Truth it they needed my help. Someone in the Legion threatened to kill you if you ever made it off the island for breaking the law coming here." Sean said.
"Ben and I didn't get on the island by choice. Something attacked our boat." Jack said.
"I know. We saw the camcorder. I gotta hand it to you kid. You actually managed to survive two weeks here." Sean said surprising him.
"Thats how long it's been?" Jack asked.
"Thought you were here longer? I guess I can't say I'm surprised." Sean said as Jack shut the tanker.
Next morning
Sean and Jack got out of the tanker.
"Ok heres the plan kid. We're gonna find your parents and get off this island. All we have to do is wait by the coast." Sean said.
"I tried to head to the coast but the farther I got the bigger things get." Jack said.
"Strength in numbers." Sean said before coming to a cliff before seeing something down below. "What do we have here?" Sean asked before taking out a pair of binoculars seeing a boat. "I guess InGen really did leave everything behind." Sean said.
"What is it?" Jack asked.
"A boat. Something left behind when they cleared out. Come on." Sean said as they left. "By the way. What was in that vile you had in the tanker?" Sean asked.
"Uh...T-Rex pee. Don't ask how I got it. It scares some of the smaller ones away but it attracts one really big one with a fin on the back." Jack said.
"Spinosaurus. We encountered him when we got here." Sean said.
"Listen." Jack said making him stop before they heard some ringing sound.
"The hell is that?" Sean asked.
"Thats my dad's satellite phone." Jack said before rushing off.
"Now wait a minute. How do you know that?" Sean asked following him
"You kidding? I recognize that dumb jingle anywhere! DAD!" Jack called out.
David and the others were making their way to the coast when Brian stopped.
"Listen." Brain said.
"MOM! DAD!"
Brian and Mia widened their eyes.
"JACK!" Brian yelled before following his voice.
Soon both groups met up at a large fence with each one on the other side before Jack got to the net before Mia pulled him into a hug.
"I knew it." Brian said.
Sean chuckled as he approached Dom who smirked.
"Funny you how you find what your looking for when your not actually looking for it." Sean said.
"Yup." Dom said.
"Hey you got my bag." Garrett said.
"Lucky strap my ass." Sean said making him chuckle.
"How did you know we were here?" Brian asked.
"That stupid Jingle on the phone." Jack said.
"My phone? I don't have it anymore?" Brian said.
"What? We literarily just heard it close by. If you don't have it..." Sean said before his eyes widened.
"What is it?" Dom asked.
"I think Nash had it before..." Sean tried to say before the ringing sound was heard making him and Jack turn around before seeing the Spinosaurus growling at them. "Well, That just figures...RUN!" Sean yelled as the two ran as the others followed before the two made it through an opening. The Spinosaurus tried to get through but was way too big.
"I'm starting to really hate that thing." David said.
"Don't worry it can't make it past the fence." Garrett said before it rammed into it getting past it.
"YOU AND YOUR FUCKING BIG MOUTH!" Sean yelled as they rushing to some building before they entered and sealed the door with multiple locks as it shook as it tried to get inside but to no avail making it roar.
Brian and Mia held their son while Sean walked away.
"Hey Sean. I need something in the bag." David said.
"I got it for now." Sean said.
"Give me the bag." David said making him raise an eyebrow. "It's not safe." David said making him frown before opening it revealing two Raptor eggs.
"You stole Raptor eggs?" Alan asked in disbelief.
"Well...Now it all makes sense." Sean said.
"I swear if I knew you would end up with them. I took them on an impulse. I figured maybe if Turok had some extra Raptors in his group it could help us out. We may have struck a crippling blow to the Regime but we also took a blow as well. I had the best intentions for taking those eggs." David said.
"How did you even get them in my bag?" Garrett asked.
"When I asked for something when your back was turned. It was the only bag I could use." David said.
"David...Some of the worst things have been done with the best intention. As far I'm concerned you're no better then your cousin." Alan said.
"Thats harsh." David said.
"Enough." Sean said stopping them. "We'll talk about this when we get back." Sean said.
"Where are we anyway?" Garrett asked.
"No idea. But I do know theres a boat down below. Lets get going." Sean said as they went down some spiral stairs.
"I am surprised this place hasn't broken apart so easily." Alan said.
"My grandfather always said spare no expense." Sean said going down some stairs only for them to fall apart as Dom grabbed him from falling. "SHIT!" Sean said before looking down seeing them hit the bottom which was very far down making Garrett whistle.
"Ok thats a no go." Dom said.
Arriving at a walkway Sean walked on it before it began to rattle.
"One at a time." Alan said before Sean went first slowly.
"So help me god. If Ludlow put in some cheap metal to save money I'm going to kill him regardless when we get back." Sean said before he reached the other side. "Ok come on over. One at a time." Sean said before Alan walked first.
As he walked Sean noticed something strange about this area before he found something on the railing making him frown before picking it up and sniffed it making him groan in disgust.
"What the fuck is this place?" Sean asked before Mia made it across after Grant. Looking closer he noticed the metal nets around the place making him widen his eyes before rushing back to them before looking past the fog to see it was a cage. "Oh crap thats not good." Sean said.
"What is it?" Mia asked.
"This is a bird cage." Sean said.
"For what?" Mia asked.
"Pteranodons." Sean said.
Jack was walking across when the rails shook making him stop.
"Mom?" Jack asked before a Pteranodon was seen making him yell and ran back.
"JACK!" Sean yelled as he and the others rushed to him before he was taken away.
"Jack!" Mia yelled rushing after him.
"I can't see him!" Dom yelled.
Jack was carried to a nest.
"NO!" Jack yelled as he was dropped before using a large bone to protect himself.
David rushed up before seeing a jumping point before Dom rushed to him before David clipped his chute on making him widen his eyes before David rushed up.
"DAVID! David, stop!" Dom yelled as they reached the top. "Don't, David!" Dom yelled before he jumped off. "DAVID!" Dom yelled before David pulled his chute to fly to Jack.
Jack was fending off the Baby Pteranodons before David flew by him.
"Hang on, Jack!" David yelled.
Jack quickly ran to the last high rock before Jumping onto David.
"Hang on kid." David said gliding him to the water.
Sean and the others rushed the catwalks before they came to an empty spot.
"DAMN!" Sean yelled before one of them tried to attack them before Sean Jumped on it forcing both of them into the water. Sean quickly resurfaced before grabbing the head making it cry out in pain before Sean snapped its neck.
"Powers or not I can still kick your ass." Sean said as the others jumped down.
"David!" Jack yelled seeing more behind them before ripping the chute.
"Jump!" David yelled getting him to jump into the water before David got stuck on a rock. "Damnit!" David yelled unbuckling himself before falling into the water.
"Jack!" Mia yelled rushing to him.
"What about David?" Jack asked.
"We got him." Brian said as they rushed to him.
"Come on lets go." Mia said as she and Garrett led Jack away.
David was rushing away from the Pteranodons before he got jumped by them.
"Hang on David!" Dom yelled.
"GET AWAY!" David yelled as they ganged up on him before he was swept up by the River.
"NO!" Sean yelled going after him but Dom and Brian held him back.
"We have to go now!" Brian yelled making him growl before they rushed off with the others.
Garrett opened a gate before they made it to the boat before the others diver under water to go under the cage.
When Jack closed the gate however he failed to notice it open again.
Getting on the boat they drifted down the river before Sean saw the rest of the cage.
Later
Brian was messing with the engine.
"Plenty of gas left. We just gotta get to the coast wait till Hobbs sends a search party." Brian said.
Alan was leaning against the wall before Jack approached him.
"Doctor Grant?" Jack said.
"Hey, Jack, How are you doing?" Alan asked as they sat down.
"Sorry about David." Jack said.
"You know what the last thing I said to him was? He was no better then his cousin Ludlow who only cared about money. Truth that wasn't true at all. David...Has always had a habit of acting on instinct. I have a theory that there are two kinds of boys. Those like Sean and David. Sean prefers to do things safe like an astronomer. And David much like an astronaut during the late 20th century prefers to rush into danger." Alan said.
"Thats a blunt way of putting it." Sean said sitting down. "I always prefer the safe way to preserve lives. David was always someone who knew victory cannot be achieved without sacrifice. Thats what made us good brothers. We were the exact opposite of one another." Sean said before the sunlight hit them and Jack widened his eyes making them turn and smiled.
In front of them was a large number of Dinosaurs of mixed species before a Brachiosaurus approached them before lowering its head before Sean pets it making it bellow softly making him smile.
"You know something...I think David had the right idea." Jack said making Sean smile.
"Yup." Sean said.
Later
As they continued to travel the river Brian suddenly turned off the engine.
"Listen." Brian said before they heard a familiar ringing.
Sean narrowed his eyes as they came around the corner before they saw...A hot pile of literal shit. (Ew. I'm laughing and I'm disgusted all in one)
"Oh my god." Sean said in disgust.
"Find it before it stops ringing!" Alan said.
"Oh." Sean said in disgust before they actually started digging through it before he pulled out some shades. "Ok thats disgusting." Sean said throwing it away.
"I got it." Mia said pulling it out.
"Look out!" Jack said as a Ceratosaurs appeared before smelling them before grunting in disgust and walked away.
"Yeah...I don't think he's gonna eat a meal covered in shit." Sean said before going to the water to clean himself. "That was the most disgusting thing I have ever done in my life." Sean said repulsed.
Soon the group was back on the river as it started to rain.
"Theres only enough power to make one last call. Whatever you do don't call the Embassy or the Legion cause whoever threatened Jack might just ignore us." Brian said.
"When I get back I'm killing his dumbass." Sean said.
"Hey guys come here!" Jack said making them rush to him making them look to see Fish swim past them quickly.
"Bonitos." Alan said.
"Something must have spooked them." Jack said.
"I got an idea on who to call." Dom said dialing the number he knew to call.
Meanwhile
Junior was watching TV at home when the phone rang before he answered it.
"Hello?" Junior answered.
"Junior? I need you to take the phone to Letty now." Dom said.
"Ok." Junior said rushing to find her.
"You called my house?" Sean asked not seeing a certain fin come out.
"Letty is keeping an eye on him." Dom said before the boat shook and Dom dropped the phone ending the call before the Spinosaurus came out and roared.
Junior on his Indo Raptor walked to Letty who was outside talking with Ramsey.
"Junior need something?" Letty asked.
"Uncle Dom is on the phone." Junior said handing her the phone.
"Oh?" Letty said taking it.
The group went into the cage to keep away from the Spinosaurus.
"Look for something!" Sean yelled before finding a tool box and opened it finding a flare gun before the phone rang.
"Wheres the phone!" Garrett yelled before Dom Grabbed it and answered it just as the Spinosaurus pulled the cage into the water.
"Letty?" Dom asked.
"Dom, are you on a cell phone? I can't hear you." Letty said.
"The river! SITE B! THE RIVER!" Dom yelled before they got submerged underwater.
Letty widened her eyes before the busy tone was heard.
"Hello!" Letty yelled.
Kicker walked in before making growling noises making him laugh before Letty rushed off. (Just incase people forgot Kicker is Sean and Sally's son who's half a year younger than Junior)
Sean quickly got out of the cage first before the Spinosaurus roared at him.
"Oh shit." Sean said before the ground began to shake making him turn and saw a T-Rex who roared at the Spinosaurus before looking at Sean. "Well, Theres a familiar face thats all grown up." Sean said recognizing this Rex as the once young Juvenile he and Turok saves a year before the Legion was created.
The Spinosaurus roared at the Rex who charged at him forcing him away from the others.
"Talk about calling for backup." Brian said before getting to a crane.
The Rex and the Spinosaurus fought one another before Sean jumped on the Rex's back before Jumping on the Spinosaurus and pulled out a knife and stabbed its left eye out making it roar in pain before the Rex charged at him and bit him in the neck making it roar in pain before throwing Sean off into the crane making him growl in pain before throwing the Rex off before stomping on it and roared before the ground shook again.
Looking back Sean saw the Male and female parents from before and both charged at the Spinosaurus before the Make rammed into its chest making it roar before the Female grabbed onto the head.
Brian was above them with the Flare gun before aiming at the other eye.
"SHOOT!" Sean yelled before he fired and hit the eye making it roar in pain but it bounced off and hit the fuel creating a wall of fire before Brian fell down.
"BRIAN!" Mia yelled.
Both parents quickly grabbed the Spinosaurus by the head and pulled hard making it roar in pain before the Juvenile grabbed the throat and crushed it hard making it roar loudly before the Female Snapped its neck killing it before roaring into the air as the Rex family left.
"DAD!" Jack called out as Dom carried Sean to the shore.
"Brian you jerk!" Mia yelled. "You can't leave me like this." Mia yelled sobbing.
"Where the hell am I even going?" Brian asked making them turn and saw him on the shore.
"DAD!" Jack yelled as they rushed to him.
"Now theres a happy family." Sean said making Dom smile.
Morning
"URGH!" Sean groaned holding his back.
"Easy. Your lucky that hit didn't paralyze you." Dom said.
"Once I get off this island my instant healing will fix that." Sean said standing up before he froze as he heard something.
"What?" Garrett asked.
"The Ocean." Sean said before Dom helped him rush to the shore.
However the Raptors soon appeared again.
"Oh you gotta be kidding me. All this for a couple eggs?" Garrett asked.
"Their persistent I'll give them that." Sean said before the Alpha approached them.
"Get down. She's challenging us" Alan said as they got down before she approached Mia. "She think she stole the eggs." Alan said.
"Get behind me." Brian said.
"Don't move! It doesn't work that way." Sean said reaching for the bag before opening it and pulled out the eggs and handed them to Mia as the Raptors started calling out. Looking down Sean saw the Harmonic resonating chamber he made that could mimic the sounds the Raptors made making him raise an eyebrow before picking it up.
"Whatever your gonna do I would do it fast." Garrett said.
Sean quickly started making the calls for help making the Raptors start calling out. However the sounds of something in the air seemed to get their attention before they took the eggs and ran back to the nest.
"Oh boy." Sean said in relief before Dom picked him up and rushed to the shore before to their surprise they saw Hobbs with a Loudspeaker.
"You guys all right?" Hobbs asked making them widen their eyes before rushing to them.
"THATS A VERY BAD IDEA!" Brian and Mia yelled before underwater armored tanks rushed to the shore to unload troops.
"SECOND SQUAD MOVE!"
"Oh you have to thank her big time when we get back." Sean said making Dom smirk.
"God Bless you Letty." Dom said as they went to a Pelican with Hobbs.
"Look who we found on the shore." Hobbs said.
"What?" Sean asked before seeing David all bandaged up before he sat down next to him.
"Your not the only one who can escape certain death." David said making him chuckle before they took off.
"The hell are those?" Hobbs asked seeing Pteranodons flying away from the island.
"Where are they going?" Jack asked.
"I have a pretty good idea. Just looking for a new nesting ground." Sean said.
"I dare them to nest in San Diego." Mia said making Brian chuckle.
"You know...I'd bet killing Eddie Kim would help you all relax. Too bad you can't kill him twice." Hobbs said.
"Um...About that?" Sean said gaining their attention.
Flashback
Sean watched as Savage was taken to the labs as he struggled.
"AHHH!" Eddie Kim yelled making Sean jump in surprise.
"Huh. I was not expecting you to come back from the dead. I guess some of the serum is still left in your body for a while." Sean said grinning.
"FUCK YOU!" Kim yelled before Sean kicked him in the face.
"Killing the same way twice is not exactly rewarding...Now that I think about it...I think I have a perfect punishment for you." Sean said.
End Flashback
"You gotta be kidding me he's still alive?" Hobbs asked.
"Until the Serum finally wears off next month. I guess I should have thought of that when I killed him once. Oh well. The next death I have planned for him is...Fitting." Sean said.
Later
Sean along with Brian's family and Dom and Hobbs walked the halls of the Legion till he came to the person he was looking for.
"Del Rio." Sean said getting the leader of communications to face him. (From Halo. I hate him so whats about to happen is what everyone wants)
"Commander Kruger. Might I ask why this boy is not behind bars?" Rio asked seeing Jack making him hide behind his parents.
"You are gonna put away a fucking 10 year old just for accidentally getting on the island?" Sean asked.
"There are laws for a reason." Rio said. "Staff Sargent secure the prisoner." Rio said to Garrett.
"Fuck off. You had no right to make that threat." Garrett said.
"The law states anyone who breaks the laws is to be punished. I don't care what the age is." Rio said.
"The Law states anyone above the age of 18 is to be punished depending on what the crime is. This is a minor crime and he is 10 years old. Therefore he is not to be punished." Garrett said making him growl.
"I...am ordering you...TO ARREST THAT BOY!" Rio yelled.
"No." Garrett said making him seethe.
"COMMANDER! ARREST THAT MAN!" Rio yelled before groaning in pain as Sean's fist went right through him.
"The only thing I'm gonna do is kill you for attempting to murder a kid. Your punishment is death." Sean said before burning him to ash.
"You really need to remind your people who's in charge." Hobbs said.
"I intend to." Sean said.
Authors Note: I really struggled with this. I had a lot going on so I didn't have as much time getting this done. Now Next Chapter is Crisis on Earth X.
