Chapter 160 Patriot act

It's been a month since the whole battle at Gorilla City since Grodd tried to use its technology in order to turn everyone into Apes. (How Pathetic Can you be. Wiping out Humans sounds way better than turning them into Apes)

And after that Lena had killed Grodd in order to take over.

And since Sean had gotten two more kids with Tala.

Right now though Amanda was meeting with Hagger at some fancy restaurant.

"You look good Hagger despite the circumstances." Amanda said.

"This is a joke. I shouldn't be losing my job because Kruger says so." Hagger said pissed off.

"I can't help you this time. You went too far. We were shown what Luthor was doing and you still wanted the Legion dead. We're lucky only two of us are in jail while the rest got off easy." Amanda said.

"Look the only mistake we made was trusting Luthor." Hagger said.

"Hagger, you know better than to dwell on the past." Amanda said.

"I'm talking about right now. Kruger and his Legion are still the single greatest threat to National security." Hagger said.

"I used to think that too for certain members up there. But we also once said the same thing about the Soviets both before and After World War 3. Our enemy is never as evil as we imagine. And we're not so perfect either." Amanda said.

"Don't tell me Congress got to you." Hagger said.

"Hardly. Listen As long as Sean is in charge I can work with them because I know he can keep them all in line." Amanda said.

"No he can't. He should never have gotten as far as he did. Leaving true heroes like us in the dirt." Hagger said.

"You did that to yourself. You went to him for a new security system and didn't give him the credit which gave your former four start status. Then you worked for Luthor knowing what he was doing in those Accords. And the ODIN satelites which I know you would have originally used to target him and his company just to get even." Amanda said.

"So what? He shouldn't have what he has. I could run this Legion better and making America the only country and planet that exists." Hagger said making her sigh.

"You're never gonna change in the slightest. It's a different world than we once knew. Learn to live in it." Amanda said leaving making him glare.

"Oh I'll live in it. Once I kill Kruger." Hagger said.

Meanwhile

Sean was once more at the barn enjoying himself.

Thats when Diana walked in.

"You always seem to come back here lately." Diana said.

"Well...I missed the peace and quiet it brought with it. You know like I told you back in high school Roman had us use this place as a hangout for the school Every Saturday. Made a nice bit of cash back then. Pissed Kim off so bad that he wasn't allowed in on it or in at all." Sean said making her smile as she sat down.

"Grodd really wasted a lot of the Regime's resources to try and change us into apes. Which means we're this close to actually ending this a lot sooner." Diana said making him smile at that.

"Oh yeah. You know. When that does happen...What do you want to do?" Sean asked.

"Spend more time with Junior...And Maybe have a couple more." Diana said making him chuckle.

"At times like this I feel like a breeding machine." Sean said making her giggle.

"What about you? We've been fighting for so long that I feel like thats all we do." Diana asked.

"You know...I honestly don't know. Part of me thinks theres always going to be a need to fight till this war with Thanos starts and ends. But I do know the time for heroes is drawing to a close." Sean said.

"And when it does?" Diana asked.

"I'll happily retire and spend every day with you and the kids. And by then my plans to reduce the population number down will be finished." Sean said.

"And what exactly is the number you're trying to get to?" Diana asked.

"Down by 90% of what we have today. Theres really no need for such large number in populations. Thanos and I both agree it should be less its how we go about doing so thats our problem. His is Genocide and mine is using medical means by sterilizing the population until a certain number is reached." Sean said.

"Sounds simple." Diana said.

Meanwhile

Hagger had just arrived at Cadmus saying her came to collect some personal items he left behind.

Arriving at the vault doors he inserted a code but it rejected him making him glare.

"General? What are you doing here?" A scientist asked.

"I left something in here and came to collect it." Hagger said.

"That code was changed months ago because Amanda didn't want you stealing anything."

Thats when Hagger aimed a gun at him shocking him.

"The new code...Now." Hagger said getting him to open it.

Walking to one part of the vault he pulled out a syringe.

"Are you mad. That is too unstable." Only for Hagger to shoot him in the head triggering an alarm.

"You're dead now Kruger." Hagger said injecting himself with it.

As Security arrived thats when Hagger started groaning as he transformed into a monster making them shoot at him but nothing worked as he rushed right through them and jumped out the building.

"And now I'll finally kill you like I should have years ago." Hagger said.

Meanwhile

Sean was in his office going over some reports.

"THE ANSWER IS NO YOU STUPID BALD HEADED FUCK!" Dawn yelled outside.

"Huh? What the hell has gotten into her now?" Sean asked walking outside seeing Dawn in her Ghost Rider form strangling Omi. "Oh no. What did he do now?" Sean asked annoyed.

"Kept saying we should marry him and do what women are SUPPOSED to do in that stupid book of his. Sexist bastard." Sarah said.

"But thats what it says." Omi said.

"THATS AN OLD BOOK! AND IT'S SEXIST YOU STUPID ORPHANED BALD FUCK!" Dawn roared making him shrink.

"Ouch." Sean said.

"Oh man what did he do now?" Russo asked.

"He keeps using that stupid old book about girls." Sean said making him chuckle.

"I'D SOONER MARRY JACK SPICER THAN YOU!" Dawn yelled making him shrink more. "AND ANOTHER THING! I'M ALREADY WITH WILLIAM QUEEN!" Dawn roared speaking of Oliver's son. (I know he's gay and I got no problem with that but I had these plans long before that came to light and I don't wanna replace them)

"Wait...What?" Sean asked amused as she huffed and walked away.

"I do not understand why she is not swayed by my as Raymundo says charms." Omi said.

"Theres no charms with you kid. This book you keep reading is outdated and sexist. You're not gonna swoon anyone with it thinking thats all girls are supposed to do." Sean said burning it.

Thats when the building shook violently.

"HEY! What the fuck!" Sean yelled as security showed Hagger attacking the building.

"Who the hell is that?" Natasha asked.

"Don't know. Must be a new member of the Regime. Go take care of him. I'll be right out." Sean said.

Hagger smashed into the building before security started firing on him.

"BAH! Wheres Kruger. Bring him to me so I can kill him at last!" Hagger yelled only to get blasted by Powergirl.

"Babe's busy. I'll take your call." Powergirl said punching him outside as others showed up.

"Who are you? A new member of the Regime?" Batman asked.

"The Regime is next on my list. Get Kruger down here and tell him General Hagger wants a word." Hagger said shocking them.

"Hagger?" Huntress said shocked.

"You again? What you couldn't take losing your job?" Sarah asked.

"Your brother cost me everything. So now I'm gonna take everything away from him!" Hagger yelled charging at him but she pulled out her chain and smacked it on him making him roar in pain as he looked at his chest seeing the burn. "But..." Hagger tried to say.

"News flash moron. Magic beats science any day because the rules are slippery and elusive while Science is usually straightforward." Sarah said slashing at him again making him growl.

Powergirl rushed in giving him a powerful uppercut before Superman rushed down slamming him back down hard making him cough up blood.

"I've been waiting for this! It's clobbering time!" Thing yelled charging at him slamming him into a wall.

"Hagger!" Sean yelled getting his attention and grins.

"Finally! I'm gonna kill you after all the humiliation you've given me!" Hagger yelled as he charged at him but Sean just grabbed his arm with no effort.

"Not...Impressed." Sean said before tearing it off making him scream in pain as he held the stump. "You can have all six infinity stones and you would still be an ant to me." Sean said before grabbing his head pulling him down.

"You...Took everything from Me!" Hagger yelled.

"You did that yourself. People like you never prosper. You may win for a time...But eventually you lose...And now...You've lost your life." Sean said slashing his head right off as he fell over.

"What a fucking waste." Reznov said.

"I'm really sorry about this. I should have known he was gonna pull something like this." Amanda said.

"Not your fault. Hagger couldn't help himself." Sean said.

"Now that he's dead we can rest easier since his ideals were concerning." Talbot said.

"What did you do with the body?" Amanda asked.

"Threw it into the sun. Don't want anyone dissecting it and getting any bright ideas." Sean said.

"Good." Amanda said.

"Along with all the nukes you stored up." Sean said grinning at her making her smirk.

"Didn't I tell you to always be prepared?" Amanda asked.

"Hence why I got something more useful than a Nuke I gave to you 10 years ago." Sean said.

"True. But I'd prefer to keep that in a more dangerous situation than the...PredAlien situation we had." Amanda said.

"Fair enough." Sean said.

Later

Sean was back in the Barn with Junior playing one of the old Arcade games he made years before he met the others.

"There you are." Brian said walking in.

"You know...I think I might just give this place to him and the kids when they get older since by law it's in the family." Sean said.

"Oh yeah I can see them liking this place. Has a lot of good memories." Brian said.

Meanwhile

Lena was in Grodd's office looking at the book of destiny.

"What do you want to do with that?" Brandon asked walking in.

"A lot of things. But the question is would you let me? Kruger?" Lena asked making him glare. "I know who you are. You're Sean's cousin." Lena said.

"I was. I severed my ties when my dad died in action because of Tom." Brandon said.

"Is that so? You expect me to believe that?" Lena asked.

"Ashley was a Kruger and yet everyone here trusted her...Despite the fact is she was insane." Brandon said.

"True. You've always struggled to be faster than Sean, Stronger than Sean. But could you kill him?" Lena asked.

"I don't kill unless I have too. And don't play this game with me." Brandon said leaving making her smirk.

"You will soon." Lena said.

Authors Note: Yeah Kinda Short but at last General Hagger is finally dead after so much crap he's given everyone over the years. Personally I feel he got off way too easy in the Silver Surfer movie. He should have suffered for a while and face backlash from his actions instead of dying so quickly. Oh before I forget I wanna say something. In the Mask story I accidently said I wouldn't be going back to Avatar of Justice until Labor Day. I meant Memorial day my bad.
