Chapter 164 Godzilla King of the Monsters
It's been six months since the invasion of Apocalypse led by DarkGax came to an end with Doctor Manhattan and the others in the Legion who died during the war came back.
Now Apocalypse was offically finished and completely destroyed to end that dark chapter on the universe.
Since then things have been peaceful for the universe with the Legion now solving all the problems of the universe easily.
Right now however though.
"OH SHIT!" Roman yelled running as Junior on his Indoraptor chased him down as people laughed.
"Oh it's always funny seeing Roman in these kind of situations." Tej said.
"I HATE YOU TEJ!" Roman yelled before screaming as he almost got bit.
Sean burst out laughing at that.
Currently the old group was at the barn enjoying the peace and quiet.
"Nice to see you guys around more lately." Letty said.
"After everything that happened six months ago the Legion's most powerful members aren't needed as much." Diana said.
"So how's he holding up?" Letty asked seeing Sean with his new son from Natasha, James who was only a week old.
"He kinda struggled for a bit since after 10 years of fighting since after the invasion of New York it's all he knows how to do now. Domestic life is kinda new to him." Diana said
"Don't worry. Just give him time and he'll settle back to his old ways soon enough." Letty said.
"How does nine months sound." Diana said making her smirk. "I'm having another baby." Diana said.
"And you didn't tell him did you?" Letty asked.
"I don't want him to be disappointed with his new life of just not doing what we did for so long." Diana said making her smile.
"Trust me. He's never gonna be disappointed. He'll be back to his old self before you know it." Letty said.
Sean laughed as he bounced James up who giggled.
"James Bonds Kruger?" Dom asked amused.
"You try saying no to Natasha. It's like losing a war." Sean said making him chuckle as he looked seeing Sheyera with her own child Angel Kruger who was a couple months old.
He also had other kids from other women in his life like Sheeva who had a son that had a human body but her yellow eyes named Hercules.
Then there was Vypra who gave birth to twins a boy and a girl. The first was named after her fallen Demon friend Loki and the girl was named Viper.
And then there was Susan who gave birth to a boy named after Victor Von Doom.
And finally Rias had a son herself named Millicas.
"Things have calmed down a lot since the last invasion." Dom said.
"Oh yeah. I kinda...Struggled a bit after the first month since...I'm so used to being out in the field since New York. But I'm enjoying all the time I have with my kids." Sean said.
"I can tell. Leading people back then never was your thing." Dom said.
"Being a leader is not for everybody. I only did it because I had to. All the threats and stuff we've faced over the years since we graduated 18 years ago." Sean said.
"Maybe you should find someone who does know how to lead like you." Dom said.
"Well...About that." Sean said before Mia screamed as a portal opened up.
"God I hate those things." Mia said as Serizawa and Graham came out.
"My apologies." Serizawa said.
"Serizawa? What are you guys doing here?" Sean asked.
"I'm afraid Peter Ludlow is once again pressing for the Extermination of the Titans." Serizawa said making him groan in annoyance.
"Again?" Brian asked.
"I know what he's doing. He's doing this to piss me off. Claiming since the Kaiju and the Regime are gone we no longer need them." Sean said.
"I can't believe he was brought back from the Dead." Vince said.
"I hate Faust so much for that one. I wouldn't be surprised if he was secretly aligned with the Regime." Sean said.
"Let's get this over with." Tej said.
Later
"And I say once again the Titans are a danger to the world. True we needed their power during the war with the Kaiju and against the Regime. But both factions are gone now. So what more do we need them for?" Ludlow asked the senate.
"Oh so after years of fighting side by side we just get rid of them like they mean nothing?" Sean asked annoyed.
"Think of it as a contract. And contracts come to an end." Ludlow said smugly making him glare.
"Mr. Ludlow. What would happen if another threat similar to the Kaiju show up and we needed them again but they were put down?" The Judge asked.
"Simple. We continue the Jaeger program and any other weapons programs. After all with the war at an end the weapons department can no longer be interrupted in making new and effective weapons against any enemies of Earth." Ludlow said.
"Wrong." Sean said making him frown. "Need I remind people here the Kaiju almost had us on the brink since they kept coming in shortly before the breach was destroyed along with the planet? We could be advancing technology to the highest form but the odds of us actually holding our own without a problem are next to impossible. Theres always going to be some unexpected development that pushes us back." Sean said getting everyone to agree.
"I feel my cousin is being blinded by sentiment and his...Love of monsters." Ludlow said.
"You wanna talk about monsters? Let's talk about you. Remind me again. Who brought the Rex to the States and got 20 people killed and millions of dollars in damage?" Sean asked making him frown at that reminder along with his death. "I don't see them constantly ruining lives just to make a buck. Or how bout the fact is you fired a hundred good workers just to save money and called them cannon fader." Sean said making people glare at him as he cleared his throat.
"This is not about that. You using the past to turn this around. The fact is the Titans are...Relics. We don't need them anymore." Ludlow said.
"Oh but we need you? A man who cares little for his own family and would sooner get rid of them to save money? I don't think so. The Titans have been here since before even the Dinosaurs. Yes they are dangerous in some ways...But are they anymore dangerous than mankind? Lets recount all the wars we've had that have scarred the very earth itself and all the dead bodies that have been buried. Or the massive amounts of species that have gone extinct because of us. Which is really more dangerous?" Sean said.
"Very true. Motion for extermination is denied...Again." The Judge slamming the gavel making Ludlow frown as Sean smirked at him.
"You won't be able to protect them forever." Ludlow said.
"Oh yes I will. You see...Cousin...Unlike you I actually know what this world needs and they need the Titans...And it's just because of the power in combat. If you actually did you research...You would see why we need them." Sean said.
"What are you talking about?" Ludlow asked making him grin.
"That would be telling." Sean said before getting an alert from a Monarch station before narrowing his eyes.
"We need to leave." Serizawa said as they left.
"First I gotta make a stop to an old friend." Sean said.
Later
Out in the woods was a man known as Mark Russel.
He was an old friend of Sean's and worked in the environment section of Global Tech before it became the Legion.
Right now he was monitoring some wolves that were eating a dead doe.
"You know even after 10 years I still can tell when your behind me." Mark said turning around seeing Sean smirking in his regular clothes.
"Hey Mark." Sean said making him grin.
"You wouldn't be here for a simple visit. What is it?" Mark asked.
"Emma and Maddie have been taken." Sean said making him frown. "And...Thats not the worst of it." Sean said.
Soon they were at Mark's cabin with Serizawa and Graham along with Tommy Merlin since he worked for Monarch. (Just incase people forgot a lot of people came back in the Balance chapter if you wanna have a look again)
"Earlier one of our outposts was attacked. And Maddie and Emma were taken...But that is not why I'm here." Sean said.
"What the hell is more important?" Mark asked.
"It's whats more Dangerous." Sean said showing a device Emma had making him widen his eyes before frowning.
"You didn't..." Mark said.
"No...I didn't. Before you left I fully agreed that subject should have been completely closed because of the dangers it represents. She's completed the ORCA." Sean said.
"How did you not know what she was doing?" Mark asked.
"She's been making it for years...Pulling in pieces every few weeks so it wouldn't get on our radar. She knows protocol. She made it easy to hide her objectives on her project." Serizawa said.
"And now it's in the hands of some terrorist." Sean said.
"Regime?" Mark asked.
"No. Tech is too low. This is a different group. Most likely environmental terrorists. One of the last few groups left." Sean said.
"You know this device more than anyone she said so herself. If anyone can find it that would be you." Tommy said.
"Since when did you start hiring playboys." Mark said making Sean snicker as Tommy sighed.
"I'm not that person anymore." Tommy said.
"Mark I know your still hurting but the fact is your the only one who can find this thing." Sean said making him sigh.
Later
A Pelican was heading out into the sea.
"When's the last time you even spoke to Emma?" Sean asked.
"About 4 years ago. After San Francisco we went back to Boston trying to put the pieces back together. Emma doubled down on saving the world...I started drinking. I can't tell you how much I hated myself letting Maddie see me that way." Mark said.
"Humans always make mistakes when their grieving. Especially at the loss of a child. It's not uncommon." Sean said.
"Uh, you mind if we cut in here?" Tommy asked sitting down with a data pad.
"What is it?" Sean asked.
"According to the limited data we have Emma combined the Bioacoustics of different Titans to create the ORCA's signal." Tommy said as Mark looked at every Titan file.
"Problem is we don't know which Titans she combined. But if you can identify those frequencies, we'll be able to track the ORCA and get them back" Graham said as Mark looked at every file.
"Jesus! How many of these things are there?" Mark asked.
"In all three fields of Primordials, Mutants and Spirits? Hundreds." Sean said.
"Hundreds?" Mark asked.
"Most stay way from human civilizations. Others like Zilla stay close by but don't cause trouble. Those that have been known to be a menace like the MUTOs have been put down." Graham said.
"And how many have you killed?" Mark asked.
"You already know the MUTOs are on that list along with the Skull Crawlers, The Original Zilla and the Turtle And the MUTO Prime...Only six." Sean said.
"Six?" Mark asked surprised.
"None of the others have shown any hostility to mankind. Most likely Unicron influencing them." Graham said.
"No other incidents besides them?" Mark asked.
"Nope. And if any did we have contingency plans. Thats what the Jaeger program was for originally but that proved unnecessary since they haven't shown to be hostile period." Sean said.
"Your sure?" Mark asked.
"It's been 10 years since Godzilla revealed himself to the world. No other Titans besides the MUTOs and skull crawlers have shown to be aggressive. Zilla because he was nesting and the Turtle just didn't care. None have shown evidence of hostility. They generally stay away from people." Sean said as they arrived at some platform on the sea.
"Welcome to Castle Bravo. Built to study and track Godzilla." Tommy said as they arrived inside.
Soon enough everyone was gathered.
"Our intelligence is limited since it was a quick smash and grab extraction. Only two people were taken. Emma Russel and her Daughter Madison Russel. And we now have confirmation on exactly who took them...You're not gonna like this." Talbot said to Sean.
"Out with it." Sean said.
"Former British colonel... Allen Jonah." Talbot said making Sean narrow his eyes.
"Why does that name sound familiar?" Mark asked.
"It should. Remember when I was kidnapped in Iraq when I was just a kid? That his doing." Sean said.
"That was 23 years ago he's still out there?" Letty asked.
"Unfortunately he's kept a very low profile." Sean said.
"Fact of the matter is we believe Jonah was after the ORCA. Why we're unsure but we do know for a fact though he wants it for a reason." Talbot said.
"More than likely wants to use it on the Titans to have them destroy every city." Lane said.
"Why?" Mark asked.
"He's an Ecoterrorist. You do the math." Hobbs said.
"So just kill them and it's useless. Theres no reason for them anymore." Mark said.
"Not true." Sean said.
"The war is over. What other reason could you have to keep them." Mark asked.
"So what? After years of fighting side by side we should just kill them off? Yeah thats real human." Russo said.
"Your one to talk." Mark said making him frown but Sara held him back.
"Babe...Chill." Sara said.
"At least I don't take my issues out on the wrong people." Russo said.
"Enough. Theres other reasons to keep the titans alive. All three factions." Sean said as Mark left.
"The hell is his problem?" Letty asked.
"His son Andrew died in the first Titan attack ten years ago." Talbot said.
"He's been sore about it ever since." Sean said.
Later
Mark was watching an old video from 10 years ago.
"Remind me again why you needed my help?" Sean asked.
"Got a little infestation." Mark said.
"yeah. And too cheep to call an exterminator...HEY!" Sean yelled as he got jumped on by Andrew and Madison making him laugh as he pulled them off. "Infestation my rich butt." Sean said making him chuckle.
"Remembering the old days huh?" Sean asked as he ended the video.
"Look, I'm sorry about that. It's hard to let things go." Mark said.
"Oh I know." Sean said sitting down.
"So why do you keep them around if they aren't as valuable anymore?" Mark asked.
"Their part of nature and if you destroy something part of nature theres always consequences. You of all people should know that. What do you think would happen if there were no more predators in nature?" Sean asked.
"The other animals would proliferate out of control." Mark said.
"Exactly. Theres always consequences." Sean said.
"Yeah thats fair...But I feel like you're not telling me something else." Mark said.
"Actually Emma discovered this 9 years ago." Sean said as the place shook violently before they rushed out.
"The hell is going on?" Lane asked.
"Something ain't right. He's never been this close." Tej said.
"Who's he?" Mark asked.
"Who do you think?" Sean asked as the blast doors opened up.
Thats when Sean saw Godzilla outside with his fins glowing.
"Something is wrong. He's royally pissed." Sean said.
"How can you tell?" Roman asked.
"When you've been around him as long as I have you can pick up certain things. The lights are an intimidation display. Like when Kong pounds his chest or when Destroyah's horn glows." Sean said.
"So what is pissing him off?" Mark asked.
"Only one thing. A rival." Kratos said.
"Kratos is right. Theres nothing else out there that could piss him off this bad." Sean said as Godzilla roared before swimming away.
"Show me his usual routes." Mark said.
"Why?" Randy asked.
"Because I wanna start a boat tour. Just show it." Mark said as they appeared.
"What are you even looking for?" Ramsey asked.
"When animals leave their hunting grounds it usually means they're threatened by someone or something. Now if there is a rival out there that means he's going straight for him." Mark said.
"Or it could be the ORCA." Tej said.
"That too." Mark said.
"All simulations have him heading for the same place. The Antarctic." Craven said.
"All right lets go and..." Mark tried to say before seeing the looks of concern and worry on everyone else. "Wait...Whats there?" Mark asked.
"Honestly? We have no idea. Kratos...Prep the Spirit of Fire. We're moving out." Sean said making him leave.
"What is it?" Mark asked.
"Um...I have no idea to be honest." Sean said.
Later
Spirit of fire was in the air with several smaller cruisers by it.
"Last month we recently discovered a new Titan...But unlike the others theres limited information on it. Any history regarding it is next to none." Sean said.
"How can that be? I thought these things were mentioned in every era." Mark said.
"They are...But research says this thing has been in ice before the rings were even fired or created. Meaning it's from the days before the Flood." Sean said.
"And that means any data on it is probably lost." Tej said.
"I haven't contacted the Didact or the Librarian about this since their busy at the moment. But if they know something we'll ask. Right now my main concern is containing that thing. Since even before I felt about wrong about it. It just felt...Unnatural...Evil." Sean said.
"What do you mean unnatural?" Mark asked.
"I don't know. I understand all the Titans easily but that one when I looked at it...I just felt this concern that something was just wrong with it." Sean said.
"Near the landing site. Let's get moving." Hobbs said.
Getting into the aircraft they landed closer to the facility.
"First team with me. Second team Sargent Forge. Third team is with Captain Rex." Hobbs said as they moved out.
"Say we capture Jonah...What then?" Talbot asked.
"I'm gonna kill him." Sean said.
Hobbs and his team moved forward into the facility seeing dead staff.
"Staff are all dead. They didn't have a chance." Hobbs said.
"Find Jonah and take him down. And make sure you check fire. Emma and Maddie are there somewhere." Sean said.
"Roger that." Hobbs said before explosions went off.
"AMBUSH!" Rex yelled as they took fire before shooting back.
Forge pulled one of the men out of the wall before shooting his face off.
Thats when they saw Emma and her daughter rush out.
"Hold fire we got friendlies." Hobbs said.
Sean looked seeing Mark rush out.
"Damnit." Sean said rushing after him.
"I'm getting my family back." Mark said.
"You ain't going alone." Sean said as they went into an elevator as Sean loaded Quint's riffle.
"You still use that old thing?" Mark asked.
"Just because it's old doesn't mean it's useless. Besides it's got sentimental value." Sean said as they arrived in the labs seeing the dead bodies.
"So whats the deal with you and this guy?" Mark asked.
"Captured me to blackmail the government to do what he wanted. Russo and Frank found me and Logan and brought us back. (Not X men Logan. Logan from Jigsaw incase people forgot)
Thats when they ran into Jonah before Sean shot one of his men killing him making Maddie scream.
"Mark!" Jonah yelled.
"Don't even think about it old man." Sean said aiming at him.
"Hello Kruger. You've grown up." Jonah said.
"It's been 23 years. I'm not some seven year old anymore." Sean said.
"Whats he talking about?" Emma asked.
"He's the one who kidnaped me 23 years ago in Iraq." Sean said.
"It wasn't anything personal but the fact was you were the key to getting what I wanted. Sadly that didn't work however though." Jonah said.
"Both of you come here." Sean said as Maddie was about to step forward.
"Maddie." Emma said making her stop.
"Honey come on." Mark said as Emma pulled her back before pulling out a detonator.
"What do you think you're doing?" Sean asked before looking at the ice where the Titan was at making him glare.
"I'm sorry...Run." Emma said pushing the trigger making them blow.
"EMMA!" Sean roared as they ran off. "What the fuck is she thinking?" Sean asked as they ran off meeting up with the others.
"The hell just happened?" Hobbs asked.
"Emma detonated explosives in the ice!" Sean said as they went topside.
"The hell she do that for?" Rex asked.
"I have no idea." Sean said as they rushed back to the pelicans before the ground under them came down.
Emma on a aircraft had the ORCA in hand before sighing as she activated it.
"Oh hell no. She just activated the ORCA." Sean said as they heard a deep growl making them look before some black hand came up and growled before seeing some serpent come out as well.
"Oh this can't be good." Hobbs said before some giant appeared showing the serpent was attatched to the chest with large wings on its back and roared loudly at them. (Zorc from Yugioh Season 5)
"You gotta be fucking kidding me." Sean said as it roared loudly at them.
(Insert old Rivals from Godzilla King of the Monsters)
Suddenly this beast growled as he looked out seeing a familiar blue glow.
"Bout damn time." Forge said.
Thats when the ice under the glow blew up as Godzilla came to ground and growled at this monster who snarled.
"Oh yeah these two have issues." Rex said.
"get back to the Pelicans." Sean said flying to Godzilla and landed on his shoulder. "Ok big guy...Lets see what he's got." Sean said as Godzilla roared at him before charging right at him as the rest got on the Pelicans.
Godzilla and the monster fought one another before Godzilla was blasted down.
"What the hell is this thing?" Sean asked as he had his arm turn into a cannon before blasting it back making it roar.
Thats when Godzilla's fins began to glow before blasting it with atomic breath but it dodged before blasting him back with greater power making them fall into the hole.
Sean growled before going into the Ghost Rider state and transferred that power to him making him roar as they climbed up.
"Whatever the hell this thing is one thing's for sure...He's strong...And theres something real familiar about him." Sean said as it flew off making Godzilla roar loudly.

Later
Everyone was back on the spirit fire looking for the monster code named Monster X.
Sean however was still with Godzilla.
"What the hell was that?" Hobbs asked.
"I don't know. I've seen a Titan that can rival Godzilla like that. Only two others are close to that power. Ghidroah and Destroyah. None are anywhere near that strong." Talbot said.
"It sure seemed to piss off the big guy though. Probably have some history." Tej said.
"Carbon dating came back. That thing has been there...Long before the Flood or the Rings were ever created. Whatever it is though did have two power matches though." Ramsey said.
"What kind of matches?" Letty asked.
"Take a look." Ramsey said showing two files.
"You gotta be kidding me." Lane said in disbelief.
The files were on two infinity stones. Power and Reality.
"Theres another file that matches ancient archives from the Forerunners. The Soul stone. Whatever this thing is was made from all three stones." Ramsey said.
"I thought that only Unicron and the General could use all six." Rex said.
"Their the first two that ever had. But something or someone used three of the six to make that thing. Probably some rival of the General's back in the day." Ramsey said.
"Whatever it is we need to find it and fast. Since if it's been in the ice for that long means it was there for a reason." Hobbs said.
While this was going on Godzilla swam the ocean looking for his hated foe.
Sean was on Godzilla's shoulder as he swam through the ocean with a sub tailing them.
"We lost track of Monster X going through some storm." Randy said.
"It just suddenly appeared shortly after he appeared." Craven said.
"Do we have any idea where Emma and Jonah are heading?" Hobbs asked.
"Best guess is near Isla De Mara." Tej said.
"We got an incoming transmission coming in." Elsie said.
"Put it on." Nick said.
Thats when Emma appeared on the screen surprising them.
"I suppose I should go first." Emma said.
"Oh no shit." Russo said.
"Where the hell is Madison?" Mark asked.
"She's safe. I know theres a lot you probably wanna know...But if there was any other way I would do it." Emma said.
"Do what?" Dom asked.
"I'm saving the world." Emma said.
"By releasing the Titans? How does that make any sense. We're not at war anymore." Letty said.
"This has nothing to do with any war against the Regime or Thanos in the future. Humans have been the dominate species for hundreds of years and look what has happened. Pollution, War, Overpopulation, Genocide and animal extinction. The Mass extinction we feared has already begun. And the only way to stop it is with the Titans." Emma said.
"How do they fit into this?" Nick asked.
"I found out 9 years ago the Titans had another unique ability that they all shared caused by their radiation. They have ability to undo all the damage we've caused for years in just weeks if not days." Emma said showing footage of where Godzilla and the MUTOs first appeared 10 years ago showing trees growing at a rapid pace and the damage that humans caused becoming undone.
"Thats what Sean meant when he said they're needed more than anything...They can repair all the damage we caused." Mark said.
"Exactly." Emma said.
"So why are you releasing them then? All the damage has already begun to become fixed by both them and the Legion." Monique said.
"Not fast enough. If we don't have them all awaken our planet will perish and so will we." Emma said.
"Yeah except you unleashed one thats clearly a major threat. This Monster X as we call it." Sara said.
"He's more dangerous than anything we've faced. More dangerous than Darkseid, Vilgax or Darkgax." Kratos said.
"He'll fall in line once Godzilla stops him." Emma said.
"No he won't. Because he's not a natural Titan." Tej said confusing her.
"What are you talking about?" Emma asked.
"We got a match on three energy signatures from it. It was created by three of the Infinity stones. Power, Realty and Soul. Someone made that thing long before the rings were ever even made or fired." Mark said.
"Meaning he's not the same as Godzilla and the Titans of Earth. Primordial, Mutant or Spirit." Graham said shocking her.
"I...I didn't know that. But this is the only way." Emma said.
"You are out of your mind! You can't just make decisions like that by yourself. You already went behind Sean's back making the ORCA despite even he knew it was too dangerous." Mark said.
"I don't have a choice. It's what needs to be done." Emma said ending her transmission.
"That self-righteous bitch." Sara said.
"We need to find her before she unleashes another Titan." Mark said.
Only for an Alarm to go off.
"Oh shit not good." Tej said.
"What is it?" Roman asked.
"She's disabled the security system on the island. She's gonna wake up the next one." Tej said.
On the island people were beginning to evacuate when a loud screeching sound was heard.
Coming up from the volcano was a large fire bird that roared loudly into the air.
"Oh great. Rodan." Russo said.
"How do you know what it's called?" Mark asked.
"I saw those movies when he was a kid. Hard not to know what this one is." Russo said.
"Oh." Mark siad.
"Which raises the question...Whose side is he on?" Roman asked as it flew at them.
"Oh shit." Tej said as the ship shook.
"God I hate when this happens." Reznov said annoyed as they left.
"Uh guys...Remember that storm where we lost Monster X?" Craven asked.
"Little hard to forget." Dom said.
"Uh...It's moving. And guess where it's going." Craven said.
"That ain't possible. Storms don't move that fast." Tej said.
"Unless it's not actually a storm." Letty said showing Monster X's signal inside.
"That makes sense." Nick said.
"It's no coincidence that things is coming here. It's reacting to Big Bird's cries." Mark said.
"Meaning it's coming to fight him." Talbot said.
"Then lets let them fight." Kratos said.
"Fire the guns on it." Captain Cutter said getting weapons techs to fire on Rodan making it roar before Spirit of fire flew off to Monster X.
"Guys...We're getting a signal from Eiling." Randy said as he appeared on the screen.
"Eiling." Russo said.
"Talbot you need to get your team out of there right now." Eiling said.
"Why?" Talbot asked.
"I don't know how...But Ludlow has launched a missile heading right for this new monster." Eiling said.
"So? It's not like it will kill it." Tej said.
"It just might. He's developed something unexpected...It's called an Oxygen destroyer. Designed to kill all Titans." Eiling said.
"Where the hell did he get the resources to make that?" Mark asked.
"He's still rich you do the math." Eiling said as Rodan roared before getting blasted down by Monster X.
"Ah hell." Russo said.
Only for Godzilla to jump out of the water and grabbed him as they fell into the water.
"Guys...It's headed right for them." Ramsey said in alarm.
"Sean you gotta get out of there right now!" Brian yelled on the comms.
"Say again? I can't hear you?" Sean asked.
"Fucking Ludlow is jamming the comms!" Russo yelled as they left the area before it hit and made a bright green flash.
"Oh my god." Letty said covering her mouth.
Only dead fish remained as nothing was seen alive in the area.
Thats when Monster X came out and roared.
"It didn't work?" Roman asked.
"Not on him...He's not the same." Tej said checking Sean and Godzilla's vitals before they both flatlined
"Oh my god." Mark said.
"Wait something's happening." Russo said as Monster X suddenly appeared on the Volcano before roaring loudly into the air.
All over the world other Titans of lower class began to awaken and started attacking cities and people.
"I don't believe this." Talbot said.
"This is gonna work into Ludlow's hands." Letty said.
Later
"This Oxygen destroyer. Why wasn't Monster X affected?" Hobbs asked as they were back at base.
"Since's he's not an Earth based Titan his Biology is completely different from earth based organisms." Monique said.
"Makes sense. My question is what created him using the stones?" Nick said.
"Not what." The Didact said appeared. "Who...And someone some in this room have met before the Legion was even created."
"What are you talking about?" Russo asked before an image appeared that some in the room recognized.
"Well, theres a face I haven't seen in six years." Killmonger said.
"Quintessa." Shuri said seeing the first transformer Unicron created long before mankind.
"She created the creature you call Monster X to kill life on Earth. She called it Zorc...The destroyer of worlds. Using three of the infinity stones which after using them put her in a state of stasis for many years." The Didact said.
"So she creates Zorc to kill all of us during the early years before the Flood which I'm willing to bet was also her doing." Tej said.
"No...The Flood though unnatural was not her doing." The Didact said.
"So how was it defeated the first time?" Dom asked.
"With both Godzilla and the General after he acquired all six stones." The Librarian said showing footage of the two battling with Godzilla in Forerunner armor and all six stones on him to fight him before he was defeated and frozen in the Arctic.
"Why didn't you just destroy him?" Hobbs asked.
"We tried...He kept reforming. A soul couldn't have been destroyed in those years." The Didact said.
"So thanks to Ludlow we just lost our best chance at killing this thing." Brian said.
"Typical." Monique said.
Thats when the skies began to light up as a familiar humming sound was heard.
"What the hell?" Mark asked before the skies split apart as a newly matured Mothra was seen screeching.
"Mothra." Sara said.
"I thought this thing was killed before the war." Roman said.
"It's a bug that lays an egg. You do the math. This is a new one." Tej said.
"Whats she doing?" Letty asked.
"Hang on a second. I think she's communicating with something...Let me see if I can pick up a response." Ramsey said pulling up audio.
Thats when they heard Godzilla groaning.
"They're both alive. I got vitals on both of them. Both are extremely weak." Craven said.
"How?" Mark asked.
"Pull up footage from Sean's helmet." Dom said getting Randy to do just thats.
Seeing it from the helmet they saw Godzilla cover Sean in his hands from the blast.
"He shielded him from the blast." Nick said.
"Still think they're a threat?" Letty asked Mark.
"Can you track them?" Hobbs asked.
"No but I bet she can." Craven said.
"How many nukes you got?" Mark asked.
"None. The last of them were disposed of after Hager was killed. There are no Nukes left anywhere period." Tej said.
"Come on. I know Sean. He's always prepared for the worst case scenario. He has to have at least one." Mark said.
"I'm telling you theres none left." Talbot said.
"Not...Entirely true." Amanda said walking in. (A reminder This Amanda is from Arrow)
"What are you talking about?" Hobbs asked.
"Sean gave me something more powerful than a standard Nuke. And nows a time to use it." Amanda said.
Everyone was getting loaded up in a submarine with a glowing Missile.
"He called it the Endgame Missile. Enough Radiation that makes what was used on Japan in the 40's look like a good thing. However it's designed not to damage infrastructure or cause radiation poisoning like as former Nuclear plants that collapsed." Amanda said.
"And Sean handed it to you?" Mark asked making her smirk.
"He wanted someone to use it when it became truly necessary and had the resolve to do so." Amanda said.
"That sounds like him." Talbot said as they got on.
Mark looked seeing Talbot out with an old pocket watch.
"What time is it?" Mark asked making him smirk.
"Time for a new Watch." Talbot said.
"Andrew's favorite Joke. He always asked that question every time you took that out." Mark said making him chuckle.
"Yeah...I miss him." Talbot said.
"So do I...Sean once told me there'd be a time I'd be trying to save the very thing that took my son from me." Mark said.
"The MUTOs did that not him. I've been around the big guy long enough to know he doesn't have any ill will towards us." Talbot said.
"How can you be so sure?" Mark asked.
"Because I've seen them. Nature is always trying to teach us who's truly in charge of the world. We think it's in our control but theres no such thing. The truth is we're nature's responsibility not the other way around. Knowing that can make you humble. Accept that we're not in control. And thats a good thing. Sometimes it's just better to accept what is and what has happened instead asking the what if in life." Talbot said.
"You make that up yourself?" Mark asked making him scoff.
"You hang around with him for 20 years and you learn a few things." Talbot said making him chuckle before the whole thing shook.
"We're caught in a vortex!" Monique yelled.
"BRACE!" Hobbs yelled as they crashed.
After that they got back up.
"Where the hell are we?" Letty asked.
"We're...500 hundred miles from departure. That can't be right."
"That must mean the Hollow earth theory might be right." Craven said.
"Hollow Earth?" Dom asked.
"Passageways for short. Either way we have just gotten us closer to where they are." Nick said as they resumed movement.
"Send out the probes." Reznov said getting Randy to do just that.
"What is this place?" Letty asked.
"I don't know. I don't think we've ever been here before." Nick said before the screens showed a statue.
"Whoa." Randy said as they went through a gateway.
And inside the gateway they found an ancient city during the days before Halo.
"This must be the first civilization to ever be created." Ramsey said.
"Not just any civilization." Russo said seeing a statue of Amara Kruger made of gold before seeing a golden pyramid.
"This is why Godzilla came here. This is his home." Nick said.
"And a place he knows all too well." Mark said before they stopped. "Now what?" Mark asked.
"Can't go any further. Radiation levels are off the charts up ahead." Tej said.
"Send in the drones." Serizawa said getting Randy to do just as they went in.
Only for two of them to shut down due to the radiation,
"Shit." Reznov said before they came to an airpocket seeing a large temple.
"Oh my god." Mark said.
"There." Dom said seeing Godzilla.
"This is why he came here. He's feeding. Regenerating." Monique said.
"Not just him. Look." Nick said showing Footage of Sean in his armor with cables attached to Godzilla. Switching the visuals it showed him transferring energy into him.
"They're transferring energy into one another to keep each other alive." Amanda said.
"Ok let's set off a torpedo up and fire and get out." Randy said.
"Can't...Our weapons system was damaged on impact."
"Can it be repaired?" Mark asked.
"No. Not here."
"Then we need to detonate it manually inside there." Monique said.
"Are you nuts? It's radiation! The same stuff the big guy fires. Theres no way anyone here could survive." Roman said.
Everyone began arguing on what to do before.
"I'll do it." Malcom Merlin said.
"Wait what?" Mark asked.
"Someone has to go and Zorc is gonna destroy the world unless we do something." Malcolm said.
"I hate to say it but he's right." Tej said.
"But you're gonna die if you do that." Letty said.
"I'd rather die than lose my son and wife again or Thea." Malcolm said.
"Well...At least he's being selfless." Amanda said.
Soon Malcom was in a radiation suit.
"You sure you wanna do this?" Dom asked.
"I lost everything once before. I ain't doing that again." Malcom said before getting into a mini sub before leaving.
"Take us out of here." Amanda said.
(Insert Goodbye old friend from Godzilla King of the Monsters)
Malcom made his way to the air pocket before coming up top seeing the temple with heavily advanced technology.
"Ancient humans." Malcom said before carrying the warhead up the stairs.
Thats when he reached the top seeing Godzilla up there with Sean in his suit still connected to him.
Placing it down he activated the warhead for a minute.
"You know sacrifices like yours were something I admired in my time."
Malcom looked seeing Amara as she placed a hand on Godzilla making him look at her as she smiled.
"You?" Malcom asked surprised.
"Surprised? For people like me and my husband...Death is only the beginning." Amara said as Godzilla groaned. "It's ok now." Amara said. "Funny how people today consider those like him to be monsters. They don't actually mean anyone any harm. Save for a small few because of their vicious nature. But in time that will never be a problem for anyone ever again." Amara said as the bomb went off creating a massive blast.
Outside the Sub was forced to the surface from the blast.

"SHIT!" Russo yelled as things started sparking.
"Contact Captain Cutter for a pickup." Hobbs said.
"On it." Craven said.
Heading outside they noticed a little whirlpool.
(Insert Rebirth from Godzilla King of the Monsters)
Thats when they saw a familiar glow.
"Come on big guy." Hobbs said.
Thats when Godzilla slowly came out with his body glowing blue before firing atomic breath into the sky dispersing the clouds as he roared loudly into the air.
Thats when he looked down at them and glared.
"Nobody move!" Mark yelled.
Only for Sean to appear from behind him with his armor on with his helmet and smirked at them before Malcom also appeared as he jumped down to them.
Mark however looked at them before Godzilla swam away to fight Zorc.
(End Song)
"What is it?" Dom asked.
"I know how to find them." Mark said as the Spirit of fire appeared over them.
Getting on they headed for the command center.
"Tommy what do we got?" Mark asked.
"We think Emma activated the ORCA somewhere in Boston. Thats why Zorc and the other Titans of Every class are heading right there." Tommy said.
"But without the missing piece we can't pinpoint it's exact location." Craven said.
"I got the missing piece." Mark said pulling up Godzilla's Bioacoustics and Sean's.
"We already tried Godzilla." Randy said.
"It's not just Godzilla. It's the Kruger Bloodline." Mark said.
"What are you talking about?" Russo asked.
"Emma combined Godzilla's Bioacoustics with Sean's to make the signal. The other Titans know he shares Amara's blood thats why they always follow him since they know who he and the rest of his family are from." Mark said.
"That makes sense. Amara is part Celestial so it's something they can easily recognize." Nick said.
"So what do we do?" Rex asked.
"We track it and bring this thing down." Mark said.
"What about the Dark Lord over here?" Roman asked.
"Godzilla will take him down. Sean's got the ghost Rider power in him. This time he can destroy him for good." Sara said.
"I get it. Burn his soul away for good." Brian said before an alert came up.
"Now what?" Hobbs asked before alerts on all five known Infinity stones appeared.
"Wait a second. You thinking what I'm thinking." Tej asked.
"Oh boy." Russo said.
Meanwhile
Madison was at Fenway park with the ORCA activated.
Only for it to start storming something fierce.
"Oh shit." Madison said before Zorc landed in the arena and roared loudly into the air before destroying the speakers that sent out the signal.
Madison quickly disconnected the device before seeing Zorc looking at her.
"Hello Human." Zorc said.
"Oh...Shit." Madison said as he punched into the room making her scream as she ran off as he crushed the ORCA.
"You can't escape me!" Zorc yelled.
Madison ran out of the building before screaming as she was nearly crushed as he laughed at her.
"My creator may be long gone...But I'm still here." Zorc said powering up.
This made Madison scream as she covered her face.
Only for a stream of purple atomic breath to hit him making him fall backwards.
(Insert Battle In Boston from Godzilla King of the monsters. God I love that song)
Thats when the ground stared shaking greatly.
And a familiar and powerful roar was heard making her turn around.
Godzilla had arrived but he wasn't his usual form.
Covering him was Forerunner armor with Ghost Rider Flames all over him.
But what really shocked her was seeing five of the known six infinity stones on his chest.
Power, Reality, Space, Mind and Time.
On Godzilla's shoulder was Sean in his armor as he glared at Zorc who snarled.
"So we meet again oh King of Monsters...FOR THE LAST TIME!" Zorc yelled.
"Wow I did not know this fucking thing talked." Sean said shocked.
Thats when Spirit of fire and other cruisers and aircraft arrived.
"Whoa! Big guy looks juiced." Roman said.
"Just like the first time." Talbot said.
Godzilla roared as he charged right at Zorc who roared charging right at him before Godzilla jumped on him making him roar.
"We got one last ping from the ORCA. Fenway Park." Tommy said.
"Roger that we're on it." Rex said as they took off to the park.
Godzilla roared as he blasted Zorc back into a building making it fall on top of him.
"HA! How do you like us now ya ugly fucker!" Sean laughed making him roar as they both blasted each other with the beams colliding making a massive shockwave sending them both back.
Thats when Godzilla roared into the air loudly.
"You can't stop me alone!" Zorc yelled before getting blasted with lighting making him look seeing Ghidorah who roared loudly at him.
"Who said we were alone?" Sean asked as more Titans showed up.
"NO! NO! NOOOO!" Zorc roared in rage trying to defend himself.
Mark and the others arrived at the Park.
"Daddy!" Madison yelled running to him making him sigh in relief holding her close.
"I got you." Mark said before Emma in a jeep arrived.
"I..." Emma tried to say before Rex stunned her as she was carried in.
"We'll deal with her later. Lets go." Hobbs said.
Godzilla roared as he blasted Zorc with golden Atomic breath making him roar in pain as Ghidorah, Destroyah, Zilla and the Bull dragon blasted him.
"NOOOO!" Zorc roared as he charged at Godzilla before he smacked him with his tail making him crash down hard.
"I will not be defeated a second time!" Zorc roared as Godzilla grabbed him as his eyes glowed with the penance stare.
"Think again." Sean said as Zorc roared in agonizing pain and fear before his eyes were royally burned as Godzilla threw him into the air before blasting him with Red Atomic breath making him explode.
(End song. Insert King of the Monsters from Godzilla King of the monsters)
Godzilla growled before roaring into the air.
"Jesus. Good thing he's on our side." Brian said.
"As long as Amara's bloodline lives." Monique said.
"Look." Madison said.
Suddenly all the other Titans from all three factions walked to Godzilla who growled.
Thats when Rodan landed in front of him and roared.
Only for Godzilla to snort glaring at him.
Thats when he actually bowed down to him.
Godzilla snarled as he looked at all the others who began to do the same thing.
Sean smirked taking off his helmet.
"Long live the King." Sean said as Godzilla roared into the air loudly.
(End Song)
Later
Emma was presented to the council for her actions.
"Emma...What the hell were you thinking?" Sean asked making her sigh.
"I honestly did think that unless the other Titans didn't wake up we would be facing mass extinction...And Jonah played on my fears." Emma said.
"You should be rotting in the ground for what you did." Shepherd said making her sigh.
"I know." Emma said.
"A majority of the Legion feels an execution are in order for your actions. But ultimately your fate is up to us. However...Your actions also helped destroy a greater threat than anyone we've ever faced and will face period. Which is why your sentence will be...10 years in prison. Instead of life." Sean said surprising her. "Since Jonah did play a part in your actions by playing on your fears it makes it clear he's just as equal to blame which is why he's been executed along with all his followers and any allies he had. But you still need to pay the price. Hence why you'll be in prison for the next ten years." Sean said making her sigh.
"I understand." Emma said as she was escorted out.
Later
Ludlow growled as he was presented to the courts for a major fine.
"I still say the Titans are a major threat." Ludlow said.
"Honestly at this point none of us care. This just proved we need them to stay since next time there could be something even worse." The Judge said slamming the gavel making growl.
"Dumbass." Sean said.
"How you survived is beyond me." Ludlow said.
"Oh so you were trying to kill me." Sean said.
"No. I considered that a bonus. My intention was to kill that thing but it backfired. But mark my words. You won't be able to protect them forever." Ludlow said.
"Oh...I wouldn't be so sure about that." Sean said leaving making him glare.
Later
Everyone was celebrating their victory.
And vision had the Mind stone back on his head after Sean borrowed it from him without injuring him.
"Thats one less threat we gotta deal with." Russo said.
"I got something to say." Sean said getting everyone's attention. "For the last ten years a lot of us have been facing threat after threat. Some normal. Others world ending. And yet we've pulled through each time." Sean said making people cheer.
"Yeah and you've been leading us all these years." Tony said making him smile.
"Yeah. But...I won't be leading anymore." Sean said surprising people. "This whole thing just made me realize How much Time I've lost with my family and the time I want to spend with them and my kids. So...Today I'm resigning as Leader of the Legion." Sean said shocking them all.
"Whoa seriously?" Raph asked.
"Yeah. And I've already chosen my replacement." Sean said.
"I happily accept the position." Omi said making people groan.
"Dude." Sean tried to say.
"My first order is Sarah and Dawn will end their relationships with their so called lovers and be mine. Second they will retire from the Legion and do all the house work and raise strong sons." Omi said making them growl in rage.
"That right there is why your NOT my successor." Sean said shocking him. "You just proved you would abuse your position of power for yourself in a second. No fucking way." Sean said making people laugh.
"But...But." Omi tried to say before the twins began beating him to a pulp as he cried out in pain while everyone else laughed.
"So who is taking your place?" Letty asked making him look at Kratos.
"I will." Kratos said.
"I need someone who can make the hard choice and ain't afraid of getting his hands dirty when it comes to the greater good. And he's the only one who fits the bill." Sean said. (I had this idea before the Latest God of War Game where it shows him leading the Norse realms in Odin's place much better than he did)
"You sure about this? Leaving everything you built?" Superman asked.
"Eh. Every leader stands down at some point and lets someone else take their place. I'm ok with that. Besides...Maybe new policies might be needed anyway." Sean said.
Author's note: Holy shit I am so sorry for the wait but I was having trouble with this for a while. Anyway next Chapter is NOT Avengers Infinity wars. No. Now it's time to see the journey of someone else to make his own legacy. Now my main focus right now is on my new story which is something similar to this.
