"Are you alright, Miss Martin?" The employee asked me. He probably thought that I was weird after dropping the CD. I couldn't believe it, but I couldn't let him know about Max.

"Yeah, I'm fine, Craig." I declared as regained my composure and grabbed the CD up off the floor. This would be my first step to finding her. It also meant that it was pretty pointless to drop out of school and start my music career, but I liked being famous. "I think I will buy this."

I left the store with the store with CD in hand. The first thing I did was put in my car and listen to it. It was really good. I had to know more about the group so when I got to my hotel, I went on YouTube and checked out some of their concert videos. Technically it was illegal to post them, but I didn't care, and I don't think the artists cared either. I didn't care at least. I started to watch and found out that Max was a really good singer. I didn't really know that. In all of the years that I had known her, I had never once heard her sing. (Except for when she sang backup for the band.)

Now that I knew where she was, I couldn't but wonder how I was going to talk to her. I doubt just going to England to look for her would work. I definitely needed something more creative than that since she apparently didn't want to see me because if she had, she would haven't left without saying goodbye. I couldn't understand exactly why she went to the United Kingdom of all places and when she decided to form a musical group with Jessica and Janice. I had to come up with a plan to force her to talk to me.

I knew two people that I could possibly to go for advice and one of them was still in the hospital. I drove to Brown University and hoped that Cody wouldn't be in class right now. He probably wouldn't be considering his girlfriend just had a baby. I found his dorm and knocked on the door. I was relieved when he opened it.

"I found Max." I told him in a rather rapid tone. I hoped that he understood me.

"Where is she?" Cody asked in surprise "And how?"

"This is a British import." I declared as I showed him the CD. Max also looked really good in it.

"How did you get this?" Cody asked.

"They had it at Best Buy." I responded as took it back. I wasn't sure why I felt so protective of it. It wasn't like losing it or it being broken would prevent me from finding Max. "I came here because I need your help. I need to figure out a way to get her to talk to me."

"What I don't get is why she left in the first place." Cody stated. I wasn't sure why he was pondering at the moment. I didn't really serve a purpose.

"I can't tell you the answer to that either. She was supposed to be getting a suite or moving in with us, but she suddenly left." I declared as I looked around his room. "But somewhere along the lines, she must up with Jessica and Janice, and they formed this group which is weird because I've never known Max to be a singer. So can you give me a suggestion?"

"Well do you know if they're up for any awards?" Cody asked. I hadn't checked but I was pretty sure that they weren't.

"They're too new to be nominated for any Grammys. They obviously have only been around a little longer than I have but this album was released on October." I explained. You had to have your album out by the end of September to be eligible for the Grammys. Not to mention, acts that hadn't really made an impact in America rarely got nominated.

"It's too bad that you don't know anyone else in England." He replied. It was at that time that I got an idea. I was pretty sure that could work.

"Cody, that's it." I responded before I hugged him. "You're a genius."

"I know I'm a genius but what's it?" He asked. Apparently, he didn't think of the same thing that I had thought of.

"We have family in England. Dad's brother that he never talks about." I reminded him. I supposed it was easy to forget since we never talked to him. "Now I just have to figure out some way I can use him to help me get to Max."

"You're right. I forgot all about Uncle Chris." Cody remarked. "But you haven't exactly talked to him in years. Do you even have his number?"

"No but I'll have my manager get it from his manager." I explained. I actually had changed my management after a little while because I wanted to feel more independent. I trusted the people that were managing me, and it allowed Mom and Dad to stay in Boston. "I'm sure that he'll be able to find it."

"So, what exactly are you going to ask him?" Cody questioned as he grabbed a book of his desk. "You better make sure to things all of this through, so it doesn't backfire like some of your other schemes."

"For the record, I haven't made any schemes in several months. And I wouldn't consider this a scheme. I'm not trying to do anything to anyone. I'm just trying to get Max to talk to me." I countered. I also didn't see how something like this could backfire. I would just be talking to a family member. "So how are Bailey and the baby?"

"They'll need to be in the hospital till tomorrow." Cody explained. "But they're saying the birth went well and there shouldn't be any complications."

"Like you would know, you fainted in the delivery room." I quipped. It was good to hear that both Bailey and Eileen were okay though. "You really can be a bit of a wimp sometimes. It's a good thing that I was there for Bailey."

"A lot of people faint in the delivery room. There's usually at least one a day." Cody argued. I couldn't help but giggle as he tried to rationalize it.

"So have you thought about marrying her anytime soon?" I asked. Yeah, they were a little young to get married, but it was usually more acceptable when there was a baby involved.

"I don't know if we need to play with marriage right now." He replied. "Remember how that assignment went?"

"Yeah, I was married to London. Of course, I'd never really be able to get married to London because she'd have to give up her magic or something along those lines." I recalled. Apparently, wizards could only marry other wizards.

"So why didn't you have London try to change you back?" Cody asked.

"Haven't I told you this before? London can't change me back. Only Athena can and that's only if she still had her powers. Besides it would probably be a very bad idea for me to change back. You might lose your daughter. I'm willing to stay this way for the rest of my life now." I explained. I had been a girl for almost a year. I had stopped wanting to change back a while ago. I was no longer Zack Martin. I was now Zoey Martin, and I was also happy about it.

"Yeah, when you put it that way, we should leave the butterfly effect alone." Cody responded. I was glad that he understood it. "We have no idea what we would change."

"I think I'm gonna go." I told him. I had a lot of work to do. "I have to find a way to get our uncle's contact information."

"It was good seeing you again." Cody told me before I gave him another hug.

"You too." I added. "Maybe next time, I can bring Max with me. Tell Bailey that I said hi."

I left Cody's dorm room and began to brainstorm a way I could get my uncle to get to help me get to Max. I turned on my radio to try to use some music to get my thoughts going. A Rolling Stones song began to play. I was suddenly hit with an idea.

Later that day after my people gave me the number that I that sought, I made a call to my uncle, Chris Martin. I had already found my passport. It was not the best picture of me.

"Hello" He answered.

"Hello Uncle Chris." I replied. "I was wondering if I could come visit you."

"I suppose." He remarked. "It would be nice for you to meet your cousins. Will your brother be coming with you?"

"No Cody's too busy with a baby of his own and college." I explained. It probably would have been a good idea to bring him, but the timing wasn't right. "I actually have this idea that I want to talk to you about."

Within a few days, I was in England at the home of my uncle and his wife Gwyneth Paltrow. The trip had been a little bit stressful since the paparazzi noticed me at the airport. Fortunately, they weren't able to follow me onto the runway. That was the nice thing about having a private jet. I gave him a hug as soon as I got to the airport.

"How was your flight?" He asked.

"It was really long." I explained. I couldn't believe that I had taken a 7-hour flight to get there. The nice thing was since it was a private jet, I didn't have to go through customs. Apple was practically happy to see me because my music was mostly family-friendly.

After we had dinner, I decided to bring up my idea to him.

"So, this is what I've got. We know that the Rolling Stones is one of the greatest British bands in history. I was thinking there could be a tribute concert. We could assemble some the greatest British Artists to cover their songs: Coldplay, of course, Leona Lewis, Jedward, JLS, McFly, Girls Aloud and JMJ. Plus a few non-British artists like me." I proposed.

"Why JMJ?" He asked. I wasn't even sure if he knew very much about them.

"Actually, they're the one that I want the most." I explained. I hoped that he would understand because it sounded kind of ridiculous to be honest. "You see my best friend Max is in the group and I haven't seen her in a long time. For some reason she won't talk to me. I want to use this so I can talk to her and fix whatever I did. But I don't want anyone to know that I'll be performing. Do you think you can help me?"

"Okay I'll see what I can do." He promised.

"Just promise me that you will try to get them first. It shouldn't be that hard. I don't know about the other two, but I know that Max is a big fan of your music." I explained.

I had to wait for him to call them. One thing that I had learned was that I was very sleepy. I had even slept on the flight, and I still felt tired. Jet lag was a bitch.

In the morning, I decided to call Dad. He wasn't the happiest about me going to England.

"Hey, Daddy." I greeted him.

"Hi, Princess." He replied. It was good to know that he wasn't mad at me specifically. "How's England?"

"It's fine." I stated. "I haven't found Max but I'm working on it. I am gonna try to throw a concert with myself as a surprise guest."

"Do you really think that's necessary?" He asked.

"I just don't want Max to know that I'm going to be there because I don't want her to say no." I explained. "It's really important that I get to see her again."

"Well, I hope everything works out for you." He stated.

"Daddy, you should try to make up with your brother sometime." I replied. "I know that you're kind of jealous of his success but that's not a reason to cut him out of your life. He misses you. Maybe you can come to the concert and try to talk to him."

"I don't know if I can do that." He told me.

"Can you at least try?" I requested. "Maybe you can't automatically fix your relationship immediately, but he's still your brother."

"I guess I can try." He relented.

I just hoped that me and Cody never got in a situation like the two of them. Fortunately, I was pretty sure that Cody didn't want to go into the same field as me.

A little bit later, I saw Uncle Chris walk into the room after calling them.

"Well?" I asked. I could see a smile on his face. That seemed like a good sign.

"They said yes." He replied.

"Thank you. Thank you. Thank you." I responded as I gave him a tight hug.

I was going to be in charge of the set list. I asked Uncle Chris if he was okay with going first and he was. I wanted to schedule Max's group a little bit later into the set so the two of us would time to talk. Most of the artists that we asked agreed to come. The set list was as followed.

Coldplay: "It's Only Rock and Roll"

Leona Lewis: "Satisfaction"

Jedward: "Angie"

McFly: "Honky-Tonk Woman"

JLS: "Wild Horses"

Fergie: "Let it Bleed"

JMJ: "Paint it Black"

Girls Aloud: "Start Me Up"

Me: "You Can't Always Get What You Want"

Of course, no one besides me, Uncle Chris and the other members of Coldplay knew that I was performing. I was listed as a surprise guest. I was a little surprised by Max's song choice, but it was still a good song.

On the day of the concert, I saw Max, Jessica and Janice walk into the backstage of the arena. I was a little nervous about this.

"I can't believe that this is happening." Jessica remarked before I noticed that she noticed me. "Wait a minute, is that Zoey Martin?"

At that moment, I walked over to them. I could see a look of shock on Max's face as I appeared in front of her.

"Hello Max." I declared. "We need to talk."

So Zoey's plan ended up working but now the two of them need to clear the air. Also Zoey got to spend some time with her uncle and cousins. Please don't forget to review.
