Special Attacks

The next day…

Hanzo Academy Dormitory - Yukio's room

In the dim light filtering through the curtains, Kamui Yukio's room is cast in a soft glow.

The morning sun peeks through, gently illuminating the space as if offering a gentle reminder that a new day has dawned. As the boy stirs from his slumber, the room is filled with a sense of anticipation, as though the world outside awaits his awakening.

With a deep inhale, Yukio's eyes flutter open, adjusting to the light filtering into his room. The faint scent of medicinal herbs(courtesy of Mr. Chan) lingers in the air, a reminder of the battle that had raged just hours before.

Slowly, he sits up, his movements careful and deliberate, as if mindful of the wounds that still mar his body.

Surveying the room, Yukio's gaze falls upon the bandages that adorn his form, wrapping around him like a protective cocoon. Each strip of cloth tells a story of its own, bearing witness to the fierce struggle that had unfolded against the five Hebijo girls.

Despite the pain that lingers beneath the surface, there is a sense of determination in the young man's eyes, a resolve to press forward despite the trials he has faced.

As he swings his legs over the edge of the bed, his muscles protest against the movement, a reminder of the toll that the last fight has taken on his body. Yet, there is a quiet strength in his demeanor, a resilience that refuses to be broken by the challenges that lie ahead.

With a steady breath, the ninja Rider pushes himself to his feet, his movements a testament to his unwavering determination. The journey ahead may be fraught with danger and uncertainty, but as the first rays of sunlight spill into the room, Yukio stands ready to face whatever trials may come his way.

'Another day,' he thinks to himself, his inner voice a whisper against the backdrop of morning silence. 'Another chance to continue the fight.'

He briefly winces as he takes the first steps. Each movement sends a jolt of pain through his weary body.

Despite the bandages that encase his form, Yukio refuses to let despair take hold. With each breath, he draws upon the reservoir of strength within him, steeling himself against the doubts that threaten to creep into his mind.

As the young man steps into the bathroom, the cool tiles beneath his feet offer a welcome respite from the warmth of his room. With a sense of purpose, he approaches the sink, the sound of running water filling the silence of the morning.

As he gazes into the mirror, Yukio is met with his own reflection.

Dark circles hang beneath his eyes, a testament to the countless sleepless nights spent honing his skills and preparing for the challenges that lie ahead.

That or when he relieved a memory of the Serpent Incident through a nightmare…

"Damn," he murmurs to himself, his voice barely above a whisper. "I look like a mess."

The lines of fatigue etched upon his face speak volumes, each one a testament to the trials and tribulations he has faced on his journey. Yet, despite the weariness that weighs heavy upon his shoulders, there is a fire in Yukio's eyes, a determination that refuses to be extinguished by the darkness that threatens to consume him.

With a final glance, he straightens his posture, the resolve in his eyes burning brighter than ever before. As he turns away from the mirror, he knows that the battles that lie ahead will be fraught with danger and uncertainty. But with courage in his heart and the will to persevere, he is ready to face whatever challenges may come his way.

Or at least that's what he tries to tell himself in order to endure the pain and burden he is forced to carry as a survivor of the tragedy from 10 years ago…

With a sigh, the ninja Rider splashes his face with water, the cool sensation washing away the remnants of sleep and fatigue. As droplets cascade down his skin, he feels a sense of renewal wash over him, a reminder that even in the face of adversity, that there could always be hope somewhere for him and his personal crusade.

After having a hearty breakfast, Yukio makes his way through the halls of Hanzo Academy, the familiar surroundings offering a sense of comfort. Each step he takes brings him closer to his destination, the anticipation building with each passing moment.

As he arrives at his classroom, the familiar sight of his classmates greets him, but nobody pays attention to him as he makes his way to his seat.

No surprise. After all, he is a loner. He showed no interest in bonding with anyone there.

Despite the bustling activity around him, the Ninja Rider finds solace in the quiet corners of the classroom. While his classmates engage in conversation and camaraderie, he prefers the solitude of his own thoughts.

With a subtle shift in his posture, Yukio subtly signals his desire for solitude, his body language a silent barrier against intrusion. He casts a glance towards the window, the sunlight filtering through the glass offering a fleeting glimpse of freedom beyond the confines of the classroom walls.

In the midst of the bustling classroom, Kamui retreats into himself, seeking refuge in the sanctuary of his own thoughts. He tunes out the noise around him, allowing the steady rhythm of his own heartbeat to fill the silence.

As the classroom begins to settle into a quiet anticipation for the day's lessons, Yukio's thoughts are abruptly interrupted by the appearance of Kiriya at the front of the room.

Whenever he wasn't training the Hanzo Squad girls, the black-suited man would be teaching math lessons for the regular non-shinobi students of Hanzo National Academy.

The mere presence of their teacher commands the attention of the students, drawing their focus away from their individual pursuits and towards the impending announcement.

With a calm yet authoritative demeanor, Kiriya clears his throat, capturing the attention of the room. His words hang in the air, each syllable laden with significance as he prepares to deliver his announcement.

"Good morning, class," he begins, his voice carrying across the room with practiced ease. "I have an announcement to make before we begin our lessons for the day."

A ripple of curiosity courses through the classroom, the students leaning forward in anticipation of what is to come. Yukio's gaze flickers towards the front of the room, his curiosity piqued by the prospect of the impending announcement.

"It seems that we will be welcoming a new student into our midst," Kiriya continues, his words punctuated by a sense of excitement. "They will be joining us in our lessons, starting today."

The news elicits a murmur of interest from the students, their curiosity piqued by the arrival of a newcomer. Yukio's thoughts drift towards the unknown student, wondering what sort of person they might be and how they will fit into the dynamic of the classroom.

With a wary glance towards Kiriya Sensei, Yukio's mind races with thoughts and uncertainties given that the man knew about his secret identity as Kamen Rider Shinobi. He knows all too well the dangers that lurk within the shadows of the Shinobi World, and the last thing he wants is for an innocent bystander to be caught in the crossfire.

'Another new face,' The ravenette teen thinks to himself, his gaze briefly flickering towards the door as the newcomer prepares to make their entrance. 'Doesn't make much of a difference to me.'

Inwardly, Yukio's thoughts drift elsewhere, his mind preoccupied with thoughts of the battles that lie ahead and the challenges he must face. He has little concern for the identity or background of the new transfer student, his focus firmly fixed on his own goals and objectives.

With a casual shrug, the young man returns his attention to the front of the classroom, his indifference a stark contrast to the curiosity that permeates the room. While others may be eager to welcome the newcomer with open arms, the silver-eyed boy remains content to keep to himself, his priorities clear and unwavering.

With a final nod of affirmation, Kiriya gestures towards the door, signaling the arrival of the new student.

Huh?

Wait, is that...?

Yukio's nonchalant facade crumbles in an instant. His heart skips a beat as he recognizes the familiar figure stepping through the doorway, his breath catching in his throat.

It's her. Asuka.

For a fleeting moment, time seems to stand still as the Rider's mind races with a whirlwind of emotions.

Asuka's presence in the classroom sends a shockwave of conflicting emotions through the boy's veins. Part of him longs to reach out to her, to bridge the gap that has formed between them and mend the fractured bonds of their past. But another part of him recoils, wary of the scars that still linger beneath the surface, wary of the pain that their reunion may bring.

"Hello, everyone!" Asuka exclaims, her voice brimming with enthusiasm. "My name is Asuka, and I'm thrilled to be joining you all here at Hanzo Academy!"

As Asuka introduces herself to the class, her cheerful smile lights up the room, casting a warm glow that dispels the lingering tension. With a confidence that is both genuine and infectious, she stands before her new classmates, her presence commanding attention and respect.

Her words are met with a chorus of welcoming smiles and nods from her classmates, their initial reservations melting away in the face of Asuka's charm and charisma. There's something about her presence that instantly puts everyone at ease, her positivity radiating like a beacon of hope in the midst of uncertainty.

In that fleeting moment of recognition, Yukio's stoic facade crumbles, revealing the vulnerability and turmoil that lie beneath. His hands tremble ever so slightly as he struggles to contain the storm of emotions raging within him, his gaze locked on Asuka with a mixture of longing and apprehension.

But as quickly as the moment came, it passes, and Yukio quickly regains his composure, burying his emotions beneath a mask of indifference. With a forced nonchalance, he averts his gaze, pretending not to care as Asuka takes her seat in the classroom.

'Asuka…' he thinks to himself, his heart heavy with the weight of unresolved emotions. 'What are you doing here?'

As Asuka's gaze sweeps across the classroom, her eyes come to rest on Yukio, who sits alone in the corner, a solitary figure amidst the bustling activity. Their eyes meet, and for a brief moment, time seems to stand still as a smile spreads across Asuka's lips. With a small, fond wave, she acknowledges Yukio, her gesture filled with warmth and familiarity.

"Did you see that? Asuka-chan totally knows Kamui!"

"Yeah, I saw it too! I wonder what their deal is."

"Who knows? But there's definitely some history there."

"Maybe they are an item?"

As the other classmates notice the exchange between Asuka and Yukio, whispers and murmurs ripple through the room like a gentle breeze. Speculations and rumors swirl amongst them, fueled by the sight of the usually aloof boy receiving such attention from the new transfer student.

Meanwhile, Yukio can't help but groan inwardly at the thought of the rumors that are bound to spread like wildfire throughout the academy. He knows all too well the pitfalls of gossip and speculation, and the last thing he wants is to become the subject of idle chatter amongst his peers.

'Great,' he thinks to himself, rolling his eyes in exasperation. 'Just what I needed. More unwanted attention.'

Despite his best efforts to remain aloof and detached, Yukio can't shake the feeling of unease that settles in the pit of his stomach. He knows that he will have to tread carefully in the days to come, lest the rumors and whispers threaten to unravel the fragile facade he has worked so hard to maintain.

With a resigned sigh, Yukio braces himself for the storm of gossip that is sure to follow in the wake of Asuka's arrival. Asuka's smile may be genuine, but Yukio knows all too well the dangers of letting his guard down in a world filled with secrets and shadows.

"Alright, Asuka, since there's an empty desk next to Kamui, you can sit there." Kiriya instructs her.

"Great! Thanks, Sensei!" The brunette brightly replies with a nod.

"You've got to be kidding me..." Yukio says in disbelief, muttering to himself.

As she sits next to the silver-eyed boy, the kunoichi gives him a nostalgic smile.

"Hey, Yukio. Looks like we're desk buddies now.

"Uh, yeah... looks like it." He replies, feeling a bit awkward.

"I'm looking forward to being classmates." Asuka says earnestly.

"Yeah, me too." The Ninja Rider says with a forced smile.

And as Asuka settles into the desk next to Yukio, he can feel the weight of his male classmates' glares bearing down on him like a heavy burden. Their eyes, filled with envy and resentment, bore into him with an intensity that sends a chill down his spine.

The whispers and murmurs around the classroom grow louder, the speculation reaching a fever pitch as Yukio becomes the unwitting target of his classmates' jealousy. He can practically hear their thoughts, their silent accusations ringing in his ears like a cacophony of disapproval.

"Why does he get to sit next to her?"

"What does she see in him?"

"He doesn't deserve her."

Yukio's discomfort intensifies with each passing moment, the weight of their scrutiny pressing down upon him like a suffocating blanket. He knows that he's become the unwitting center of attention, the object of his classmates' envy and resentment.

Despite his best efforts to ignore their stares, Yukio can't help but feel a pang of guilt gnawing at him from within. He never asked for this attention, never sought to be the focus of their jealousy and ire. And yet, here he is, bearing the brunt of their disapproval simply for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

'Just what I needed…'

With a heavy sigh, Yukio braces himself for the storm of judgment that is sure to follow in the wake of Asuka's arrival. He knows that he'll have to tread carefully in the days to come, lest the resentment of his classmates threaten to overshadow the fragile peace he's worked so hard to maintain.

Senran Kagura: Shinobi Chronicles

NinPow 11: An unexpected offer

As the final bell rings, signaling the end of classes for the day, the classroom erupts into a flurry of activity. Students swarm around Asuka, their curiosity piqued by the arrival of their new classmate. Questions fly left and right as they vie for her attention, eager to learn more about the girl who has captured their imaginations.

Meanwhile, Yukio seizes the opportunity to slip away unnoticed, his movements swift and silent as he edges towards the door. With practiced stealth, he slips out of the classroom, his eyes fixed on the exit as he navigates the sea of students with ease.

Just as he reaches the threshold of the classroom, Yukio's heart skips a beat as he feels a presence at his side.

"Yukio, wait!"

Turning slightly, the Rider sees Asuka standing beside him, her eyes filled with concern.

Luckily, they were alone there in the hallway so there was no risk of someone accidentally hearing them talk.

Yukio freezes in his tracks, his heart pounding in his chest as he braces himself for the inevitable confrontation.

"What do you want, Asuka?" He guardedly questions her, narrowing his eyes in suspicion.

"I just wanted to make sure you were okay. You seemed... I don't know, distant, I guess." The kunoichi replies earnestly, looking at him in concern.

"I'm fine. Just tired, that's all." The ravenette says, looking away.

But Asuka was not buying it.

"Yukio, you don't have to pretend with me. I can tell when something's bothering you."

"It's nothing, really. Just... stuff." The ninja Rider speaks softly.

Yukio meets Asuka's gaze, his defenses crumbling in the face of her sincerity. For a moment, he considers opening up to her, letting her in and sharing the weight of his burdens. But old habits die hard, and he quickly shakes off the moment of vulnerability, his walls snapping back into place with a resounding clang.

"Who did you fight this time? Was it another assassin from the Serpent Society? Or a Dark Seirei?" Asuka questions, looking intently at the boy's eyes as she comes closer to him.

"It's... it's nothing, really. Just a little scrape, that's all." Yukio answers hesitantly.

"Just a scrape? Yukio, I'm not blind. Those bandages look pretty serious to me." Asuka skeptically points out.

Yukio avoids her gaze.

"It's... it's nothing to worry about, Asuka. Just a... a side accident."

Asuka's brow furrows with worry as she studies Yukio's exhausted demeanor, her concern deepening with each passing moment.

"Yukio, please. You don't have to pretend with me. I can see that something's seriously wrong. Who exactly did you fight? Is it someone I know?"

The young man stiffened at this.

Asuka's eyes widen with concern as she connects the dots, her mind racing with the implications of Yukio's injuries.

"Wait... you mean to tell me that these injuries are from a fight against Homura-chan's group?" She questions.

Yukio hesitates, his gaze flickering away for a moment before meeting Asuka's eyes with a nod.

"Yeah. It was... intense." He admits. "They were a bit better than I expected. And just like your team, the Hebijo girls were after my Twilight Scroll."

Asuka's expression darkens with worry as she processes the Rider's words, her thoughts racing with the gravity of the situation.

"But... Yukio, does this mean you... did you kill them? Like, have you done something to Homura-chan?"

For some reason, Yukio's heart sinks as he sees the fear and uncertainty in Asuka's eyes, there is something in her look that makes his own feelings weigh heavily upon him.

"No, Asuka. I didn't... I didn't kill anyone if that's what you're wondering. I just... I just defeated them, that's all." Yukio explains, sighing.

Asuka's shoulders sag with relief as she hears the boy's words, the tension draining from her body as she lets out a sigh of relief.

"I won't kill anyone that is not affiliated with the Serpent Society, Asuka." The Rider reminds her. "Even if they are people related to the Evil Faction."

"Oh, thank goodness. For a moment there, I was really worried that... well, you know." The brunette girl comments in relief.

"I know. But you don't have to worry about Homura, Asuka. I would never do anything like that. I'm not a shinobi of the Evil Faction, you know."

Asuka smiles at this with a grateful nod, her heart lighter knowing that Yukio is not the person she feared he might be.

"I'm glad to hear that, Yukio. Really, I am."

Now, if only she could show this side of him to the rest of her friends.

With a shared understanding between them, Yukio and Asuka stand together in the hallway, their unique 'bond' strengthened by some of the trials and common experiences they've faced together.

However, their moment now takes a turn to another direction as Yukio narrows his eyes at Asuka.

"So, Asuka. Enough with the evasions. What are you even doing here? You shouldn't even be enrolled here in the regular classes at Hanzo National Academy. Why did you decide to suddenly show up before me?" He bluntly demands from her, crossing his arms.

Asuka meets Yukio's gaze head-on, her expression earnest as she prepares to reveal the truth.

"You're right, Yukio. I'm not here by coincidence. I transferred to Hanzo Academy because... Well, It's a long story."

Yukio's eyebrow raises in curiosity at Asuka's confession, his mind reeling with the implications of her words.

"What? Why?" He asks.

Asuka takes a deep breath, steeling herself for what comes next.

"I need you to come see my Jii-chan. He wants to speak with you."

The kunoichi's words hang heavy in the air as Yukio absorbs the weight of her request. He takes a moment to process her proposition, his mind racing with a mixture of curiosity and apprehension.

"Go see your grandfather? Why, Asuka?" He demands.

"Because... because there are things he needs to tell you. Things that I can't explain on my own." The hazel-eyed girl explains.

Yukio's brow furrows with confusion as he struggles to make sense of Asuka's cryptic words.

"What kind of things? And why do I need to hear them from him?" The ravenette presses.

"It's... it's complicated, Yukio. But I promise, everything will make sense once you hear things from him."

Yukio hesitates, uncertainty gnawing at him from within as he weighs the risks and benefits of Asuka's proposal.

"And if I refuse? If I decide that I don't want any part of whatever this is?" The Rider asks.

Asuka's eyes soften with understanding as she reaches out to gently take Yukio's hand in hers.

"Then I'll respect your decision, Yukio. But please... Please, trust me when I say that this is important. Not just for me, but for both of us."

Yukio's resolve wavers in the face of Asuka's sincerity, his doubts giving way to a flicker of curiosity and hope.

And so, he sighs reluctantly.

"Alright, Asuka. I'll come see your grandfather with you. But I'm warning you, if this turns out to be some kind of trap..."

"It's not a trap, Yukio. I swear. Just... just trust me, okay?"

With a reluctant nod, Yukio concedes to Asuka's request, his heart heavy with the weight of the unknown.

But deep down, he knows that he can't ignore the pull of curiosity and the longing for answers that burns within him. And so, with a silent resolve, he prepares to go along with his friend's request.

Hanzo Academy - Shinobi Classroom

Following Asuka, Yukio steps into the Shinobi Classroom of Hanzo Academy. He is greeted by the sight of Hanzo, Asuka's grandfather, who beams at him with a warm smile of welcome.

"Ah, Kamui Yukio! Welcome, welcome! I'm delighted that you accepted Asuka's invitation. Please, come in and make yourself comfortable." The elder cheerfully greets him. "It's about time we finally talked face-to-face with each other."

Yukio's gaze shifts to Asuka's friends and squadmates, who regard him with wary eyes. He can feel the tension in the air, the memories of their previous encounter still fresh in their minds.

"Kamui…" Katsuragi says, glaring at him.

Ikaruga, Hibari, and Yagyu exchange uneasy glances, their expressions guarded as they size up the Ninja Kamen Rider.

Yukio meets their stares with a cool indifference, his demeanor calm and collected despite the underlying tension in the room.

"I don't expect any favors from you. Just here to hear what Hanzo has to say." He bluntly tells the four girls.

While Hibari looked scared of his presence, the others seemed eager to try fighting him again.

Kiriya, ever the vigilant observer, watches the interaction with a keen eye, his expression neutral as he prepares to intervene if necessary.

"Let's keep this civil, shall we? We're all here to hear what Hanzo-sama has to say." The instructor reminds the teens, clearing his throat.

With a nod from Hanzo, the group settles into a tense silence, the air thick with anticipation as they await the revelations that are about to unfold. And as Yukio takes his seat among them, he knows that whatever secrets lie buried in the past, they're about to come to light in the most unexpected of ways.

Yukio remains vigilant, his gaze fixed unwaveringly on Hanzo as the elder shinobi addresses the group. Despite the warm welcome and friendly demeanor, the young man's guard remains firmly in place, his instincts warning him to tread carefully in the presence of the seasoned warrior.

Hanzo, for his part, meets Yukio's guarded gaze with a knowing smile, his eyes twinkling with a hint of amusement.

"I can see you're a cautious one, Kamui Yukio. That's wise. In our line of work, trust must be earned, not freely given." Hanzo points out.

Yukio's jaw tightens slightly at Hanzo's words, his suspicion deepening as he senses the older man's keen insight.

"Yeah. I don't trust easily, especially when it comes to someone like you." The Ninja Rider says. "Otherwise, you don't get to live long in this line of business."

Hanzo's smile widens, unaffected by Yukio's blunt honesty.

"Fair enough. But perhaps, in time, you'll come to see that not all secrets are meant to harm. Some are meant to protect, to preserve the fragile balance of our world." The legendary shinobi says.

Yukio's expression remains stoic as he listens to Hanzo's cryptic words, his skepticism undiminished by the elder shinobi's attempts at reassurance.

"We'll see about that." The ravenette boy replies.

His voice carries a steely edge as he addresses Hanzo, the tone being firm and resolute.

"This better not be about asking me to join your Shinobi Academy, Hanzo." Yukio tells the elder. "I have no interest in joining your little group here. I've made my choice, and I have my reasons."

Hanzo's expression remains impassive, his gaze steady as he meets Yukio's defiant stare.

"I understand, Kamui-kun. And I assure you, that is not why you're here." He assures.

Yukio narrows his eyes, his skepticism evident as he regards the elder shinobi with a wary glare.

"Good. Because if this is some kind of recruitment ploy, you're wasting your time." The Rider dryly says.

Hanzo simply nods, completely unfazed with the teen's words.

"Rest assured, Yukio. What I have to share with you has nothing to do with recruitment. It's something far more... personal."

The Ninja Rider's brow furrows with curiosity, his guard momentarily faltering as he absorbs Hanzo's words.

"Personal?"

"First of all, I have spoken with Chan shortly after you and Asuka returned from Yami Shibai." Hanzo reveals.

Hanzo's revelation causes a ripple of surprise to wash over Yukio, his eyes widening with astonishment at the unexpected connection between the elder shinobi and Chi Wizard.

"Mr. Chan? You know him?" The Rider asks in genuine surprise.

'Mr. Chan? Who's that?' Asuka and the other girls wonder, having no clues about this person.

"He and I go way back." Hanzo clarifies to Yukio. "We both fought together in the past, side by side, to face the forces of darkness."

"The forces of darkness? You are not talking about the Serpent Society, are you? Jii-chan?" Asuka asks her grandfather.

Hanzo shook his head.

"There are other dangerous beings besides them, Asuka. Such as the Dark Seireis and the Yomas." The elder ninja explains.

The latter name got a few confused looks from the five girls.

'Yoma?' They wondered.

What was that again? They heard it before, but couldn't quite remember it well.

However, before they could ask about this, Yukio asks another question to Hanzo.

"We are getting off-topic here. And you still haven't answered my question, Hanzo. What do you want from me?" The ravenette Rider questions, narrowing his eyes at the elder.

In response to this, Hanzo fixes Yukio with a penetrating stare, his gaze unwavering as he prepares to broach a topic of great importance.

"Tell me, Kamui: Have you heard of the Prophecy of the Chosen One?"

At this, Yukio's discomfort is palpable as he shifts uneasily in his seat, his mind racing with apprehension at the mention of the prophecy.

"Yes, I've heard of it. But what does that have to do with me?" The young man confirms with a sigh.

Hanzo's expression remains inscrutable as he considers Yukio's response, his thoughts shrouded in a veil of contemplation.

"I believe you understand what I'm trying to point out here. And surely, the fact that you, of all people, were the one chosen to own the Twilight Scroll is no mere coincidence. It is your destiny."

As Hanzo and Yukio engage in their intense conversation, the rest of the group listens intently, their curiosity piqued by the mention of such a momentous revelation.

"Wait, hold up. What prophecy? I've never heard of this before." Katsuragi points out with a frown.

Ikaruga, Hibari, and Yagyu nod in agreement, their expressions a mixture of confusion and intrigue as they await an explanation.

"Yes, me neither. What's this all about, Hanzo-sama?" Ikaruga questions.

Hanzo offers the group a small, knowing smile, his eyes twinkling with a hint of amusement at their collective curiosity. He gives a look to Kiriya as the suited man nods, proceeding to explain things to his students.

"Do you all remember when I was talking about the Legendary Ninja that became the original owner of the Twilight Scroll?" Kiriya asks, earning nods from his five students. "As you all must recall, the Legendary Ninja thought about the possibility for a successor to use his scroll. And that such a thing would be necessary if darker times were to come."

Ikaruga and Yagyu were already connecting the dots.

"Does that mean that whoever manages to obtain the Twilight Scroll will be considered the Chosen One?" The former asks, narrowing her eyes at the boy.

Kiriya nods at this.

The five girls now stare at Yukio with mixed emotions, some in surprise, others with a frown and Asuka in amazement.

"The Prophecy of the Chosen One is an ancient legend passed down through the generations. It speaks of a hero destined to rise in times of great need, wielding the power to vanquish darkness and restore balance to the world." Their teacher reveals.

The group exchanges awed glances, their interest piqued by the grandeur of Kiriya's words.

"Wow, that sounds like something of a heroic tale!" Hibari comments.

But Yukio's skepticism simmers beneath the surface as he listens to Hanzo's explanation, his doubts casting a shadow over the lofty ideals of destiny and heroism.

"Mr. Chan told me the same thing. But I only wanted power. That's why I got the Twilight Scroll. You're telling me that I'm supposed to be some kind of chosen hero? That's... hard to believe." The Rider comments.

Hanzo's smile remains patient, his gaze unwavering as he meets Yukio's skeptical stare.

"I understand your doubts, Yukio. But the signs are there, if you know where to look. You possess a strength and resilience that sets you apart from others, a potential waiting to be unlocked."

Yukio's jaw tightens with frustration, his skepticism unyielding in the face of Hanzo's assurances.

"Potential? Strength? I'm just a guy trying to get by. I'm not some hero destined to save the world." The black-haired boy replies nonchalantly.

Hanzo's expression softens with understanding as he reaches out to lay a comforting hand on Yukio's shoulder.

"I know you have been through a lot of pain, especially due to being a survivor from the tragedy of 10 Years ago. You may not see it now, Yukio. But trust me when I say that there is something special within you, waiting to be unleashed. You remember me of a former student of mine, a guy with the power to shape your own destiny, to maybe become the guardian that the world so desperately needs."

Having said that, the elder finally reveals the proposal he has for Yukio as he adopts a serious expression.

"Kamui Yukio, I understand your desire to rid the world of the Serpent Society. And I am willing to offer you the assistance of Hanzo Academy in achieving that goal."

Yukio's eyes narrow with suspicion, his mind racing with the implications of Hanzo's offer.

"Assistance? What kind of assistance?"

Hanzo's expression remains stoic as he lays out the terms of his proposal, his voice steady and unwavering.

"We will no longer stand in your way, Yukio. In fact, we will go so far as to aid you in your efforts to combat the forces of evil. We can help you with training, offer equipment, and even provide you with whatever resources you need to succeed."

Yukio's jaw tightens with uncertainty, his thoughts swirling with the gravity of Hanzo's offer.

"And what's the catch?" The teen asks, still suspicious.

Hanzo's gaze flickers with a hint of regret as he reveals the conditions of their agreement, his words heavy with the weight of responsibility.

"In exchange for our assistance, you must agree to help train our five students here. You will fight alongside them against the forces of the Serpent Society, and you will accept the presence of an observer to ensure your compliance."

"What!?" The Hanzo Squad girls cried in disbelief as they all turned to Yukio.

He will be helping train them?

But that wasn't bothering the Ninja Rider. Something else was.

"And who will this observer be?" Yukio questions Hanzo, ignoring the girls' reaction.

Hanzo's gaze shifts to Asuka, who stands nearby with a mixture of shock and apprehension written across her features.

"My granddaughter will be your observer. She will follow, observe, and keep continuous contact with you. And should you ever pose a threat to the world, she will be tasked with executing you." The elder spoke gravely, long gone was his easygoing expression.

Everyone else gasps at this, not knowing how to fully take this revelation.

A heavy silence falls over the room as Yukio and Asuka exchange looks filled with conflict and discomfort, the weight of Hanzo's proposal hanging heavily between them.

Yukio's mind races with a whirlwind of emotions as he grapples with the implications of Asuka's newfound role as his observer. Despite his shock and unease, a flicker of understanding dawns within him as he realizes the necessity of her presence.

The Rider's breath catches in his throat as he meets Asuka's gaze, his heart heavy with the weight of their shared burden.

Yukio takes a deep breath before speaking again.

"I get it now. The observer's role... It's to ensure that I stay true to my word, to not use the Twilight Scroll's powers for evil. That I don't stray from the path I've chosen."

Asuka's expression remains unreadable as she meets Yukio's gaze, her own turmoil mirrored in his conflicted eyes.

"Yukio… I... I never expected..."

Her words falter, lost amidst the tumult of emotions swirling within her. And as she struggles to come to terms with her new role, Asuka knows that she must steel herself for the challenges that lie ahead.

There are words that don't leave her mouth, that she doesn't want to do this.

That she wants to refuse her grandpa's request…

Asuka's friends exchange concerned glances, their expressions reflecting a mixture of worry and apprehension at the dangerous task assigned to their friend.

"Hold on a minute! You're seriously expecting Asuka to play babysitter to this guy? That's insane!" Katsuragi calls out.

Ikaruga, Hibari, and Yagyu nod in agreement, their voices laced with concern as they voice their objections to Hanzo's proposal.

"Yes, I have to agree with Katsuragi-san. This is too risky! What if something happens to Asuka-san?" Ikaruga questions.

"A-And what about us? Are we really going to learn Ninjutsu from him?" Hibari nervously asked, fidgeting with her hands.

Yagyu's gaze flickers with uncertainty as she looks to Asuka for her opinion, her voice hesitant as she speaks up.

"Asuka, are you sure about this? I mean, we all know how dangerous the Serpent Society can be. And Kamui Yukio..."

Asuka's jaw sets in a firm line as she meets her friends' worried stares, her resolve unyielding in the face of their objections.

"Girls, I understand your concerns, but this is something I have to do. Yukio might need our help, and if there's a chance we can stop the Serpent Society, then we have to take it."

"But Asuka..." Katsuragi wanted to protest.

Asuka's voice softens with determination as she cuts off her friend's protests, her gaze unwavering as she meets their stares with unwavering resolve.

"Trust me, Katsu-nee. I can handle this. And besides, we'll be in this together. We're a team, remember?"

The blonde huffs before reluctantly agreeing with her brunette friend.

"Fine, Asuka." She concedes, but not before glaring at the Ninja Rider. "But I still refuse to be taught by this guy!"

Asuka's eyes plead with Yukio, a silent plea for him to share the truth about his recent injuries. With a reluctant sigh, Yukio relents, his expression guarded as he recounts the events that led to his wounds.

"Fine. Then how about I tell you all how I got these injuries?"

The girls raised an eyebrow at this. What was he trying to prove now?

"I got them after a run-in with the Hebijo Squad girls. They weren't exactly happy about losing, let's just say that." The silver-eyed ravenette clarifies.

Asuka's friends exchange shocked glances, their eyes widening with astonishment at Yukio's revelation.

"Wait, you took on the Hebijo Squad girls and won!?" A wide-eyed Katsuragi asks.

"That's... impressive." An equally taken aback Ikaruga says.

Hibari and Yagyu nod in agreement, their skepticism giving way to a newfound (begrudgingly) 'respect' for Yukio's skills.

"You… You really are strong." Hibari says, still looking intimidated at the older teen.

"Yeah, maybe we underestimated you." Yagyu acknowledges through gritted teeth, still glaring at the Rider. "I suppose we can learn something from you."

Yukio's expression remains stoic as he meets their surprised stares, his discomfort was evident despite his attempts to conceal it.

"Well, now you know." He replies before turning to Hanzo and Kiriya. "So, are we done here?" The young man asks the duo.

"I suppose so." The latter says with a nod.

Asuka's eyes gleam with satisfaction as she nods, her confidence in Yukio's abilities reaffirmed by his admission.

"See, Yukio. I knew you had it in you." She lightly elbows him on the side with a small smile on her face.

Yukio offers a reluctant nod in response, his thoughts swirling with a mixture of pride and discomfort at the attention when he actually wants to stay away from the spotlight.

Hanzo watches the pair's exchange with a watchful eye, his own thoughts shrouded in a veil of solemn contemplation. And as he observes the bond forming between Yukio and Asuka, he knows that their connection will be tested in ways they never could have imagined.

But for now, all they can do is face the uncertain future together, united by a common goal and bound by the bonds of destiny.

Yukio and Asuka know that they must trust in each other, for only together can they hope to overcome the trials that await them.

"So, Kamui Yukio. What is your answer?" Hanzo asks the Ninja Kamen Rider, earning the ravenette's attention.

Later…

Yukio could now be seen leaving Hanzo Academy, having a conflicted look on his face.

His footsteps echo softly against the pavement as he strides away from his school, his mind heavy with the weight of his newfound responsibilities. A sense of unease gnaws at him as he feels the weight of a certain someone's presence trailing behind him, a constant reminder of the responsibility he now carries.

"How long do you plan to follow me?" He asks, turning to the person behind him.

"I was appointed as your observer, Yukio." Asuka replies. "I have to stay near you, Yukio."

She meets his gaze with a steady stare, her expression resolute despite the uncertainty lingering in her eyes.

"Whatever."

Yukio's shoulders slump with resignation as he releases a weary sigh, his conflicted emotions roiling beneath the surface.

'I suppose that also explains why she suddenly decided to transfer to my class today.' The Rider muses.

But as they walk, the air between them grows heavy with unspoken tension until Yukio breaks the silence, his voice hesitant as he broaches the topic that weighs heavily on his mind.

"So... about your new role," he begins, his gaze flickering with uncertainty as he turns to face Asuka.

The brunette meets his gaze with a mixture of apprehension and determination, her expression softening with understanding as she senses the turmoil brewing within him.

"Yeah?" she prompts, her voice gentle as she waits for him to continue.

Yukio takes a deep breath, steeling himself for the difficult question he knows he must ask.

"If... if it comes to it," he starts, his words faltering slightly as he struggles to find the right way to phrase his question. "Will you... will you really kill me if I become a threat to the world?"

Asuka's eyes widen with surprise at the blunt nature of Yukio's inquiry, her breath catching in her throat as she considers his words.

For a moment, silence hangs between them, thick and stifling as they both grapple with the weight of Yukio's question.

Then, with a determined glint in her eyes, Asuka shakes her head, her voice filled with conviction as she speaks.

"No, Yukio. I already said I won't kill you. It's because I don't believe you could ever become a threat to the world," she declares, her tone unwavering as she meets his gaze with unwavering confidence. "I'm sure of it."

Yukio's expression softens as he absorbs Asuka's words, a sense of relief washing over him like a soothing balm.

Good, he really didn't want to traumatize Asuka and make her change into something darker because of him…

"Alright." he murmurs, his voice filled with genuine appreciation as he feels the weight of his fears begin to lift from his shoulders.

As Yukio walks, his thoughts drift back to the moment when Hanzo presented him with the offer, and the internal struggle that followed. He recalls the weight of uncertainty that had settled in his chest, the conflict raging within him as he grappled with the implications of the elder shinobi's proposal.

But as he considers his decision now, a sense of clarity washes over him, dispelling the lingering doubts that had plagued his mind. Despite the risks and uncertainties that lay ahead, Yukio realizes that accepting Hanzo's offer was the right choice for him.

He thinks about the benefits that come with Hanzo Academy's support: access to resources, training, and assistance in his mission to combat the Serpent Society. And though the idea of being observed by Asuka still makes him uneasy, he acknowledges the necessity of her presence, knowing that her watchful eye could ultimately help him stay true to his goals.

"What do you plan to do now?"

Asuka's question pulls Yukio from his thoughts, bringing him back to the present moment as he considers his next steps.

"Well," he begins, his voice tinged with determination, "I need to make preparations to search for the next Seirei Spirit I plan to make a contract with."

Asuka's eyes widen with interest, her curiosity piqued by Yukio's revelation.

"The next Seirei Spirit?" she echoes, her voice tinged with excitement. "Which one is it?"

"It was one I planned to find before being interrupted by Homura and her group." The young man answers, his brow furrowing in annoyance.

"Can I come too?"

Asuka's sudden question catches Yukio off guard, momentarily breaking through the cloud of frustration that had settled over him.

"Can I come too?" she asks eagerly once again, her eyes wide and pleading as she looks up at him with a hopeful expression.

Yukio snorts at her enthusiasm, unable to suppress an unfazed look as he replies.

"You would follow me even if I said no, wouldn't you?"

Asuka pouts at his teasing remark, her cheeks flushing slightly with embarrassment.

"Well, I am supposed to be your observer!" she protests, her tone defensive.

Yukio can't help but chuckle at her childish response, the tension in his shoulders easing as he feels the weight of his frustration briefly leaving him.

"Don't you mean stalker?" he teases, his grin showing up as he watches Asuka's expression shift from indignation to embarrassment.

"H-Hey!" she stammers, her cheeks flushing crimson as she swats playfully at his arm. "Those are two different things! I'm an observer, not a stalker!"

"Oh, really?"

Yukio's laughter echoes through the air as he watches Asuka's reaction, feeling a sense of warmth and camaraderie settle over them in the wake of their playful banter.

But this soon changes as Asuka's chuckle draws his attention, and he turns to look at her with a confused expression, his brows furrowing slightly at her unexpected reaction.

"I'm just happy to see you smile, Yukio. Your true smile, in this case." she explains, her voice soft with sincerity. "I don't think I've ever seen you do that before."

Yukio's surprise is evident as he processes Asuka's words, a flicker of disbelief crossing his features. He lifts a hand to touch his face, as if to confirm the truth of her statement, his expression reflecting a mix of astonishment and wonder.

"Really?" he murmurs, his voice tinged with disbelief. "I... I guess I haven't had much reason to smile lately."

'When was the last time I smiled like this?' He ponders, briefly closing his eyes. 'It was before the Serpent Tragedy, wasn't it?'

Asuka's smile softens with understanding as she reaches out to gently squeeze Yukio's hand, a gesture of comfort and reassurance.

"Well, I hope that changes," she says, her voice filled with warmth. "Because you have a great smile, Yukio. And the world could use a little more of it."

An unfamiliar feeling of warmth was spreading through his chest at the genuine kindness in her eyes.

"I see." he murmurs, his voice soft with careful thinking. "I'll try to remember that, Asuka."

The duo eventually reaches a square where the Café Hana food truck car can be seen parked.

Yukio spots Junpei, who has been cleaning some portable tables and chairs before closing his restaurant.

Yukio greets the older man as Asuka also recognizes Junpei, having previously taken some food from him.

'Now that I think about it, the food truck owner did say that he knows Yukio.' The brunette girl remembered before looking at her friend. 'Is Yukio going to order something?'

"Hanamura-san!" The Rider calls his friend.

Junpei's expression lights up with surprise as he turns to greet Yukio, his features breaking into a warm smile. But his eyebrows then shoot up in surprise, his confusion evident as he takes in the unexpected sight of his friend showing up with Asuka.

"Hey, Yukio." He greets the teenager back.

Asuka's gaze flickers between Junpei and Yukio, a thoughtful expression crossing her features. She next smiles at Junpei, her eyes sparkling with amusement as she recognizes the familiar face.

"Hello again, mister." She greets him, her tone cheerful as she recalls their previous interactions at the food truck.

Junpei returns Asuka's smile with a friendly nod, though his gaze remains fixed on Yukio, his curiosity piqued by the presence of the young man's unexpected companion.

"Sorry for being late, Hanamura-san." Yukio says, his expression earnest, briefly glancing at Asuka. "I got caught up with something else."

He offers Junpei an apology for not showing up earlier, his tone tinged with regret.

Junpei waves off Yukio's apology with a dismissive gesture, his understanding evident in the tranquility of his smile.

"No worries, Yukio," he replies, his tone reassuring. "I figured you had your hands full with whatever you were up to."

Asuka's eyes widen in surprise at Junpei's casual acceptance of Yukio's explanation, her confusion growing as she looks between the two of them.

"So, how was your meeting with Hanzo?" The food truck owner bluntly asks Yukio, cutting through the air with his direct question.

While Asuka is taken aback by the abruptness of the inquiry, the ravenette remains unfazed, his expression calm and composed.

"Mr. Chan filled you in?" Yukio asks, his tone relaxed as he seeks confirmation.

Junpei nods in affirmation, a knowing smile playing at the corners of his lips.

"Yep," he confirms with a nod. "He mentioned that you had some business to discuss with Hanzo."

Asuka's confusion deepens at the older man's revelation, her brow furrowing in puzzlement as she tries to make sense of the situation.

"Eh?" she interjects, her voice tinged with disbelief. "Hold on, what's going on? Yukio, how does he know about the meeting between you and Jii-chan?"

Yukio offers Asuka a reassuring hand, his gaze meeting hers with calm assurance.

"It's a long story," he replies cryptically. "I'll explain later. But to put it simply, Hanamura-san here is one of my allies in the fight against the Serpent Society."

His voice is calm and steady as he reveals the truth to Asuka.

Asuka's shock is palpable as she processes this unexpected revelation, her eyes widening in disbelief as she looks between Yukio and Junpei. The pieces of a puzzle begin to fall into place in her mind, connecting the dots of their connection.

Yukio, sensing Asuka's surprise, offers her a reassuring look, his gaze meeting hers with understanding. He knows that this revelation may come as a shock to her, but he trusts that she will understand the importance of their alliance in the fight against evil.

Asuka, however, is still processing the revelation, her mind racing as she tries to make sense of the new information. She looks between Yukio and Junpei, her expression a mixture of confusion and curiosity as she considers the implications of their connection.

Yukio, sensing Asuka's uncertainty, decides to say nothing more, choosing instead to give her a doubtful look, silently conveying his own doubts about Junpei's decision to reveal their alliance so bluntly.

Junpei meets Yukio's gaze with a reassuring smile, his expression calm and confident as he silently reassures his young friend that everything will be fine. He knows that revealing their alliance to Asuka may be unexpected, but he believes that she will become a valuable comrade for their cause.

Junpei asks Yukio to run some errands for him, leaving him behind with Asuka. With a nod of understanding, the Ninja Rider agrees to help, leaving the two of them alone at the food truck.

The owner of Café Hana sets a table for them to sit around, a smile gracing his features as he offers a cup of coffee to the kunoichi.

"Thanks, Hanamura-san." Asuka replies gratefully, accepting the cup with a nod of thanks.

As the two of them take their seats, a brief silence descends upon them, the air filled with a sense of calm and contentment.

Asuka takes a sip of her coffee, savoring the rich warmth as it spreads through her body. She glances around the food truck, taking in the cozy atmosphere and the comforting scent of freshly brewed coffee.

'This is really good!' She thinks with a small smile.

Beside her, Yukio's absence is keenly felt, his presence a comforting presence in times of uncertainty. But Asuka knows that he will return soon, his commitment to helping Junpei was a good sign in her eyes.

It was comforting to see that Yukio seemed to have other people he cared about.

Junpei breaks the ice by speaking first as he addresses Asuka.

"I understand you have several questions, Asuka," he says gently, his tone filled with understanding. "What do you want to know first?"

The girl looks up from her coffee, her eyes meeting Junpei's with a mixture of curiosity and gratitude. She appreciates his willingness to address her questions, knowing that there is much she wants to learn about Yukio's alliance with him and their fight against the Serpent Society.

"Well," she begins, her voice hesitant as she considers her words. "I suppose I'm curious about how you and Yukio came to be allies. Why are you helping him?"

Junpei nods in understanding, his expression thoughtful as he considers Asuka's questions.

He first tells her about him being the masked individual known as 'Ao', one of the three individuals that helped both Hanzo and Hebijo Academies rescue their respective comrades from Yami Shibai, alongside Yukio.

"How much do you know about the Serpent Tragedy?" he next asks quietly, his voice becoming tinged with sadness.

His expression grows solemn, a shadow crossing his features as he meets Asuka's gaze.

Asuka's eyes widen at the mention of the tragedy, her mind racing as she recalls what Yukio told her about the incident of 10 years ago.

Sensing her need for more clarity, he takes a deep breath, steeling himself to share the painful truth.

"My little brother, Touma, is like Yukio," Junpei begins, his voice heavy with emotion. "He was one of the six survivors of the tragedy."

Asuka listens intently, her heart aching at the mention of Junpei's brother and the parallels between Touma and Yukio.

"But unlike Yukio, Touma's body couldn't handle everything that the Serpent Society did to him," Junpei continues, his voice trembling with sorrow. "As a result, Touma has been in a coma ever since he was rescued. His body sustained several injuries and scars from whatever they were doing with him."

Asuka gasps in horror at the revelation, her hands flying to her mouth as she struggles to process the heartbreaking news.

"No way." she whispers, her voice barely above a whisper.

Junpei nods in understanding, his expression pained as he watches Asuka grapple with the weight of his words.

"It's been a difficult journey for me." he admits, his voice filled with sadness. "But I haven't given up hope. I'm determined to find a way to wake Touma up, to bring him back to my family. That's why I began to investigate the truth behind the tragedy. And this is what led me to the Serpent Society's existence."

Asuka's heart breaks for Junpei and his family, her eyes filling with pity as she realizes the depth of the man's pain and his unwavering determination to find a cure for his brother Touma.

"I'm so sorry, Hanamura-san," she says softly, her voice trembling with emotion. "I can't even begin to imagine what you're going through. But please know that I'm here for you, whatever you need."

Junpei offers her a grateful smile, his eyes shining with gratitude for her kindness and compassion.

"Thank you, Asuka," he says sincerely, his voice filled with warmth. "It means more to me than you know."

"And that was how you eventually came to cross paths with Yukio?" Asuka questions.

Junpei nods.

"I want to see justice served," he replies finally, his voice firm with determination. "I want to see the Serpent Society being taken down for their atrocities, and I believe that Yukio is the key to making that happen."

"Yukio…" Asuka repeats the Rider's name with a solemn expression on her face.

Asuka's heart weighs heavy with sorrow as she listens to Junpei's story. She can't help but feel a pang of empathy for Yukio, knowing that he too carries the burden of a painful past.

Lost in her thoughts, Asuka can't shake the image of Yukio's troubled expression from her mind. She wonders what kind of pain he must have endured, what trials he must have faced to become the person he is today.

Junpei notices the sadness etched on Asuka's face, his intuition sees the turmoil in her eyes. He knows that she cares deeply for Yukio, and he can't help but feel a sense of gratitude for her unwavering support.

"Hey, Asuka," Junpei says gently, his voice breaking through the silence. "I know this is a lot to take in, but I need to ask you a favor."

Asuka looks up, her eyes meeting Junpei's with a mixture of curiosity and concern.

"What is it, Hanamura-san?" she asks softly, her voice tinged with uncertainty.

Junpei takes a deep breath, steeling himself for what he's about to ask.

"I need you to look out for Yukio," he says earnestly, his gaze steady as he meets Asuka's eyes. "He's been through a lot, and he's going to need someone like you by his side."

Asuka's heart skips a beat at Junpei's request, her mind racing as she considers the weight of his words. She knows that Yukio is strong, but she also knows that he carries a heavy burden, one that he shouldn't have to bear alone.

"I will," she replies firmly, her voice filled with determination. "I'll do whatever it takes to support him, to help him through whatever challenges lie ahead."

Junpei offers her a grateful smile, his eyes shining with appreciation for her unwavering commitment.

"Thank you, Asuka," he says sincerely as he nods, his voice filled with warmth. "One day, I know Yukio will be grateful to have you by his side."

And as they sit together in the quiet of the food truck, Asuka knows that she has made a promise to herself and to Yukio, a promise to stand by him through thick and thin, to support him in the face of whatever trials may come their way. And with that promise, she feels a sense of peace settle over her, knowing that she has found her purpose in this new and uncertain world.

Later that night…

Inside the Café Hana food truck, Junpei was now alone as Yukio and Asuka left together once the former returned.

Across a table before him, there were several items and scrolls imbued with spiritual energy.

Sporting a serious expression, Junpei looks at the pair of items that were in the center of said table.

One was a lime-colored bulky device with a pink handle.

The second item was some sort of dark-blue game cartridge with a white handle. The words 'Hurricane Ninja' were written on it.

The food truck owner grabs them with his hands and carefully inspects the items as a white energy aura forms over him.

"Soon…"

The final scene of the chapter shows Kamen Rider Shinobi's Shuriken Starter, Asuka's red scarf and the Hurricane Ninja Rider Gashat side by side while the Twilight Scroll and the Shinobi Saber glow strongly behind these three items.

Author Notes:

Thank you for reading!

I finally managed to update this story after a long time! Yay!

But seriously, I'm fed up with some people sending reviews to this and my other stories asking for an update of the next chapter.

Seriously, guys. Have some patience! I will try to update as soon as I can.

I'm busy with a lot of stuff from work and personal life sometimes. And other than that, I have my fair share of writer blocks.

I only became motivated enough recently to finish this chapter.

No idea how long it will take to write chapter 12 next.

And as some of you might have guessed from the chapter's ending, I decided to give Junpei the chance to become Kamen Rider Fuma(I will come up with a proper explanation for this later since the Bugster Virus will not be mentioned in this story).

Other than that, I decided that some of the other Ninja-themed Kamen Riders that don't belong to Kamen Rider Shinobi's spin-off will also appear later in this story.

For now, I will only confirm that I have some ideas with Kamen Rider ZX.

If you guys have any ideas or suggestions that I could use for this story, you're free/welcome to share!

If possible, I would like all guest reviewers to identify themselves since this will make it easier for me to reply and for you all to check what I typed in response for each of you.

And please, stop asking me about updating my other stories in the review section!

Review Time!

Guest DCDGojira: Glad you liked the chapter! Hope you liked this one as well!

yogaratw607: Yep, I already have a form in mind for a scenario where Yukio goes berserk when he witnesses something bad happening to Asuka. I will maybe make the Another Shinobi Another Rider be his berserk form or the prototype for it.

Drcaus: No. At the moment, the only romance route I have in mind is for the MC and Asuka.

BlazeBlade: Yes.

Where is Soul Cosmos from? I did not get that idea.

I already have some ideas for the next forms that I plan to give to Yukio. But thank you nonetheless for the suggestions, I might be able to make use of them in the future.

Yes, I plan to eventually include all six Ninja Riders in this story and make them reunite/meet each other.

Yes, I plan to make the Uncle Chan's gags when I see the opportunity to do so.

Nope: Not sure about making all six Riders connected to the Twilight Scroll. For now, it will be only Yukio since he is kind of in a 'chosen one' role for the mystic item.

I already have a scenario in which Yukio/Shinobi will finally meet ?/Hattari for the first time, with the latter challenging the former for a duel with the Twilight Scroll as the prize.

LimX23: Glad you liked the chapter! Hope you liked this one as well!

Of course, I will make Yukio gain the Earth element Ride Shuriken eventually. Not sure when exactly though.

You actually just gave a good idea. I will probably go along with the idea that some of the elemental Ride Shurikens are stronger variants of the basic ones.

I will probably go with the route of leaving Light for last and Darkness as the one necessary to unlock it.

Little Voracious: Glad you liked the chapter! Maybe I will give them a chance to settle things with Yukio/Shinobi, but not through a fight.

Bia1230: Thanks! Glad you liked the chapter! Hope you liked this one as well!

SilverWolfCyborg/itspowertime: I understand. I took no offense to your criticism.

My intention with the way I am currently writing Yukio is that I want him to change from his current personality to a better one as the story develops. In this story, I plan to have Asuka be the one who will have the role of supporting him and teaching him how to later bond with others.

I simply didn't want to start this fic with the usually kind and soft-hearted MC type that exists in most stories.

MS678 The Official: It took me some time, but I finally managed to update this story again.

guest(1): No. I currently have no interest in making a fic with Kamen Rider Quiz in it.

guest(2): No. Not interest in it either because I haven't watched either Ultraman Ginga nor Edens Zero.

FlameFireZero X: Never thought about it. Sure, why not? I will specify later when I detail the form changes of Kamen Rider Shinobi.

GUEST: Yep. Kinda like the one that is mentioned in Naruto.

moniura2005: Thanks for the suggestions. I might be able to make use of them somehow in later chapters.

So, what do you guys think? Please give me some reviews if possible.
