Episode 4 (Part 5)

The stadium mystery is resolved, and the players say goodbye to their Smash friends. But it won't be the only farewell they will be bestowing...as a fourth player leaves forever in a surprising elimination.

All thirteen fighters stared in shock at the revealed thief by the doorway. Wii Fit smiled to them...deviously.

"RUN! Get her!" Dark Pit, closest to the exit, dived directly towards the open doorway where an unintimidated Wii Fit stood.

Slam! A glass panel immediately shot down from the doorway's top. The angel...smacked right into the glass painfully.

"OWWW!" He fell back, as Joker, Lucina, Isabelle, and Kazooie instead all ran to the glass barricade themselves with frustration. And even from the other side of the thick glass...they all could hear Wii Fit's loud laugh.

"Ohohohoho," she chortled, then she smiled, her eyes gleaming to them. "It really took three incorrect guesses and a room full of incompetent Smashers to finally figure out who I was."

Joker: She was there...mocking us...like a true mole herself.

She put a finger to her chin. "Actually...in fact…you didn't solve me at all! With that silly, obvious, fake wobbling...and those useless paper notes Dark Pit picked up...and you six not even realizing I was downright absent from the stands earlier today, because frankly, none of you care much about my existence, I assume...you all simply missed the obvious signs and fell right into my very traps!" Everyone looked at her in realization and shock.

"In the end...nobody revealed me….I revealed myself!"

"But...why are you DOING all this?" Isabelle asked with worry, eyes wide.

"Oh, I do not know. Perhaps the thrill of playing a sneaky saboteur...even for just a little while...is just so very exciting," Wii Fit considered out loud with thought. "Also...I do want that green Plus One award for Episode 5 if I escape uncaptured."

"But...you stated...you did not want to reach for any more exemptions or advantages," Lucina recalled from earlier, her eyes in shock. Wii Fit sighed.

"I suppose... things change," the trainer sighed deeply.

"You're truly not going to get away from this...I hope you don't think you will," Joker said in a heated voice, staring at her.

"I already have...you masked criminal," she smiled to him.

"Hey, Wii Fit...listen…" Kazooie walked up to the glass. Seeing her old coalition partner, Wii Fit's eyes seemed to change.

"If you kill us, then, you kill us," the red bird began to her. "We can't stop you. Whatever is whatever! And we can't really convince you heavily to work with us right now, can we? But look at what happened on the top of Lumiose Tower...when we finally did work together."

"Well...I don't even know. What happened?" Wii Fit replied, not sounding convinced and sighing more. "I lost my pride in the end of that game. Perhaps I should have just simply worked alone."

"Indeed, you may have lost your pride...but you gained a friendship... in a game of no friends," Kazooie told her. She smiled a little. Wii Fit's mouth...dropped open just the tiniest bit in realization.

"In a game full of nothing but distrust, deception, and betrayal...doesn't genuine friendship feel good for once?" Kazooie spoke to her.

Kazooie: I should know. I've had Banjo all along.

Wii Fit was frozen for a second. The other players were silent too...holding their breath.

"It did indeed. And for that, Kazooie...thank you." Her new tone of voice and face were different...not of malice...but one of gratefulness and thanks.

And then, she turned away from the glass and began to walk away.

"Wii Fit! No!" But despite the yells, the stadium saboteur had left. Everyone faced each other, panicked. The Mole players turned to the Smash guests with a sorry face.

"We are so sorry...we failed you all," Isabelle said with guilt and sadness to the other guest fighters. Corrin blinked...and shook her head in reply with a smile. Most of the Smash guests before them...also couldn't have even looked happier or prouder.

"No...not at all," Corrin spoke, stepping up to them with her face of gratitude. She seemed grateful and not disappointed to them at all. "You all persevered through this difficult game. You used all of your intelligence to reach this far. And you worked together to the end against adversity. We are all so proud." Hearing the warrior's words to them, the players smiled at her.

"I never suspected that I myself would've become a main culprit of all of this, but... I had a good time actually," Pikachu laughed. Everyone else chuckled at the scenario of it all.

Both Mole players and Smash fighters faced each other in realization, happiness, and appreciation: they were a team. One together.

"There is still...err...one way...we can open the glass," Inkling spoke slowly with a sly smile. Everyone turned to her. But the squid girl was looking to her side, at a wide-smiling, tall, muscled racer man who was now grinning from ear to ear...and had his one arm stretched out.

"Hey, guys! I'm here, remember?" It was Captain Falcon...and they all knew.

Dark Pit: Well...I guess we had Deus Ex Falcona.

"CAPTAAAAAAIN…..PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNCH!"

The glass shattered. Everyone ducked and covered their eyes...then looked at the exposed doorway.

"Go!" All five players ran out, chasing the criminal. There were two ways...two paths to go.

"You go this way...three of us go that way!" Joker commanded quickly. Dark Pit and Kazooie nodded, chasing down the right path. Joker, Isabelle, and Lucina ran down the other path in a hurry.

And after a few seconds of running down the second path...Kazooie laughed out loud as she ran.

"I know exactly why the other three won't get to her...or if not that...why they won't need to struggle to catch her," she chuckled. Dark Pit gave her a sly smile.

"And so do I," he grinned.

And then, after turning a corner and both walking forwards just a few further steps...they both stopped. Because right in front of them...having protruded from a new hallway, and having been intercepted directly by Kazooie and Dark Pit...was the assailant herself. The two detectives froze and stopped in place, suddenly seeing the trainer before them. She smiled with realization at the two players who had caught to her spot.

The three of them stood in the T-like formation of paths in silence.

Wii Fit smiled at the strange predicament. "Well, well, well," she began. "I'm afraid our two star detectives have caught up to me."

"You better be afraid, Wii Fit," Dark Pit replied, gritting his teeth, "because we are star detectives."

"A little kid thinking he's better than me. How amusing. How pathetic."

"What do you even have against me?!" Dark Pit shouted angrily. Wii Fit became silent. She and Dark Pit...just stared at each other in silence.

Sixty seconds were left before the game was over.

"Wii Fit...this probably all sounds fake, but believe me: you do not want to run away from us," Kazooie began slowly.

"Coalition partner of times past...and enemy from the beginning of time...I have a challenge for you both then," Wii Fit began very slowly with a smile. She turned around...and faced the long hallway that was behind her. Kazooie and Dark Pit were stunned.

"There is a very long hallway behind me," she spoke to them, facing the unexplored hallway that none of them had ever gone the full length of before. It seemed fresh with new walls...glowing...the most attractive hallways of all within the lengths of the stadium's basement. "If you can run and catch me as we run and race down this hallway...and catch me before time expires...you are the victors." She faced them.

"But if you cannot catch me down this hallway….then in the end of this all…I suppose the mole of this stadium wins." She smiled deeply.

"A simple race. Do you accept?" And at her sentence...Dark Pit and Kazooie turned to each other.

"Uh…" Dark Pit began.

"We can't possibly," Kazooie began, looking distraught. "It is impossible! A nightmare!"

"I know...but we gotta," Dark Pit said, clenching his teeth, looking nervously. Then...they both faced her.

"We accept. Let's race," they both answered. Wii Fit smiled, surprised.

"Oh. Very well then." She turned around slowly...then bent down and got into her running position at the hallway's starts.

"Catch me...and you win this game. But lose...and the thief is the winner of all of tonight's extravaganza."

Dark Pit and Kazooie crouched down...doing the same as the athlete. They stared down the hallway in silence.

And soon...the race down the path...to determine the results of their game...would start. Two detectives...against the one, thieving assailant against them all.

"Three...two...one..."

Just twenty seconds remained on the clock….as Wii Fit announced the start of the race with a simple, quiet word.

"...Go."

Whoooosh!

And at top speed...Wii Fit ran off down the hallway, a speed that would beat any competitor on an Olympic track field.

But Kazooie and Dark Pit...simply stayed put where they were...watching her.

With confusion, while still running, the trainer turned around...and her face was perplexed.

"Why are you—-"

And then... she stepped into a trap. A rope grabbed her leg at the final second, and in a swift, sudden movement, she was swung up into the air with a yell. As she stopped yelling, she blinked, taking in a second to realize what had just occurred. And upside-down and bedazzled beyond words, she saw Kazooie and Dark Pit walking up to her dangling spot with smiles.

Their plan of setting up multiple traps in the first forty minutes of the game...worked out. Everything had worked out.

And the trainer herself...was worked out. And defeated.

The timer expired...but not before the capturing of a thief that night. The Stadium Saboteur...was finally, ultimately, caught.

Everyone was gathered in the lobby once again. All Mole players...Smash fighters...and even other guests of the stadium who chimed in to the mystery of that night's drama...surrounded its big center. But the air was no longer tense. It was thankfully at ease.

And in front of the Darkrai statue...back upon the tall pedestal...the Stadium Stone sat peacefully, safely back in place. The mystery was now over, and the crime was solved.

"To keep the secret that it wasn't the genuine stadium stone this entire time...a challenge, it was," Smash Host chuckled, seeing Isabelle and another Pokémon playing catch with the replica they so very much sought after. Wii Fit smiled to everyone...as they waited for her to speak.

"Well...I suppose my role as the Stadium Saboteur...is officially over," Wii Fit delivered in speech to everyone, almost wistfully. "No more roles as a betrayer. But…" She slyly smiled. "It was all quite fun, I admit."

"Unless you're actually the terrible, ruthless Mole of this game," Bayonetta said to her slyly in return. "Then how horrible the game must still be for everyone...if you're truly still the Mole after all." But it was all in friendly banter. Bayonetta grinned to her, and the trainer smiled back.

"We all knew Pikachu just couldn't be the mole," Joker said, patting the yellow Pokémon with a little smile. Pikachu gave him a disbelieving stare.

"Oh, yeah...it's not like I was accused on the spot and on death row for a hot ten minutes," Pikachu spoke with disbelief to him, still not completely and fully over the past events.

"In conclusion...because your three suspect guesses were wrong...you did not win the initial part of the game," the host first announced. The group of players looked disappointed.

Isabelle: But... just whose fault was that?

Kazooie: We, for sure, had to discuss things later. Duh, it's what detectives do best. All of our wrong guesses led to Wii Fit escaping. Uhh...Dark Pit and I took wrong guesses. Is he the Mole? Definitely possible! He was a trickster, finding her fake notes in the hallway! Or are we both the Mole? Hehe.

Lucina: As helpful as he was...it was indeed Joker who misdirected us and caused most of our failures in the end. He suggested Pikachu, and in persuasion of our last guess, lost our 15,000 coins. He suggested the crime was at 8:02, and that was also incorrect. It was two counts of sabotage.

Dark Pit: Where the heck did DK go for the entire first half of the game? He was literally next to Wii Fit the whole time….the actual thief...and got "captured"? There were way too many fishy moments surrounding him too. He could have helped more, as big as he is and all.

Joker: And our trainer...Wii Fit. The one who caused everything to collapse. The one who caused our losses by being our true, singular foil. The Mole against us all. Well, maybe her trickery and games aren't over just yet.

"But...in the end... because you successfully captured the perpetrator...thanks to the last actions of many thinking minds, as well as two star detectives who caught her red-handed, or rather, upside-down-handed...15,000 coins are added to the team pot."

"Whoohoo!" Kazooie cheered loudly, amidst everyone else's loud cheers too. Everyone looked appreciatively at the Mole players, but especially at Kazooie and Dark Pit. They had tricked the thief they had been looking for the entire night.

"In the end...a victory," the host announced. They all smiled. Even Wii Fit grinned a bit...and on her face...they saw she was slightly impressed by them all.

TEAM POT

92,000 COINS

"Good job, you guys!" Inkling cheered. "You got the traitor in the end!"

"There was also...one more incentive Wii Fit had in addition to being the traitor, besides a potential Plus 1," the host announced, and everyone turned to her in surprise. The trainer nodded slowly.

"If I had been able to escape capture...I would have not been required to give an extra exemption to another player this episode."

Everyone froze. They were silent at her important, revealed truth.

"What?!" Captain Falcon gasped. They all couldn't believe it...not even the guests who weren't even players themselves in the game. But Joker, Isabelle, Lucina, and Dark Pit all stared at the host in disbelief….then to Wii Fit.

Joker: And then we learned...just how dark this game could become. I give it to you, host. You're a sneaky, dirty hatted guy.

Isabelle: Another...exemption?! Huh?! Making three in total? Oh no! But...I guess...if it's given to me, then I would be safe! But...I was so nerveracked! Who would get it?!

Lucina: In this cruel turn of events...it was as if we had to accept our fates. What else could we do? We only had to accept these rules of the game...and her choice.

Smash Host cleared his throat...and awaited the fateful words from the captured thief.

"Wii Fit...who do you award...the third exemption of Episode 4 to?" Everyone held their breaths...as Wii Fit opened her mouth to answer. She answered.

"Dark Pit."

"What the... heck? Why." Hearing his own name...the dark angel almost fell back. But the trainer just smiled at his stunned reaction and wide eyes.

"Two reasons," Wii Fit began to him, still smiling as she stated her reasons. "First...I suspect you as the Mole. Giving you an exemption...that doesn't give me any worry at all. You'll make it to the next episode anyway, I assume."

"Hm... okay. Maybe being the accused Mole does have its benefits," Dark Pit replied with a happy grin back. But he was still confused, his eyes still not believing her.

"Second," Wii Fit stated to the young angel, "...I was impressed. You were able to capture me in the end. So you deserve it." Dark Pit's mouth dropped. He was completely stunned.

"Good job...Dark Pit," Wii Fit smiled and winked. Everyone was surprised at everything the temporary traitor had said.

Dark Pit: What...Wii Fit...TELLING ME…"good job"? Impressed? And calling me by my real name?! Whoa...wow. That's all a shock. Hmm. I think I must definitely still be sleeping and dreaming on that beach hammock. Yeah, that's it.

Kazooie: We really were in a parallel universe! I want to go back to that beach again!

Lucina: In a way...I believe Wii Fit's granting of the exemption to Dark Pit...was her way of saying sorry for all the ridiculing and mocking she had directed to him over these many episodes.

Joker: I didn't get the exemption...but I supposee I can support that edgy boy after all. I wasn't displeased one bit. I'll be on the Dark Pit team for now. And I just don't need that exemption, for I'm actually smart enough without it.

Smash Host clapped his hands together.

"That is the final decision…" he ended. Amidst it all, however, the players were all silent and stunned in feelings.

Lucina: I felt...about the extra exemption...perhaps it all did not matter. Because in the final five, or the final four...there are only so few safe spaces in the end. And if you are not ready at this stage to face such low spaces and high risks...perhaps you will not be ready later on. I had to remind myself that….and I hope everyone felt the same too.

Joker: I can still win. Absolutely. It doesn't matter if there's three exemptions. Because three others...Isabelle, DK, or Lucina...can still lose before me. My only worry was telling DK about this third prize...hehe...he won't take this news of another awarded exemption easily without a big fit at all.

Overall, though surprised and mixed in feelings...they were all happy that the intense mission and mystery of Pokémon Stadium were all over.

"Good job...you guys," Corrin told them proudly. The other Smash fighters faced them all with gratitude and smiles.

And together...they stepped out of the stadium forever.

It was already the morning, rising sun that made its way into the horizon of the world as everyone stepped out of the large, modern, and very symbolic colosseum together as a group and team. And they all finally saw…after much stress while under the captivity of the traitor...a free DK.

"WAHAYYYY! You DID it! I missed you, missed you, missed you guys! SOOOO, SOOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!" He was hugging Kazooie now...almost strangling her...as the bird's eyes almost popped out of her head.

As the large, emotional ape hugged and hugged, Pikachu watched him from afar...frowning.

"Hmph...it looks like DK found his new friends after all," Pikachu spoke with a hidden, sad grumble, sighing, a hint of jealousy on his face. Jigglypuff hit him playfully.

"Oh, don't fret and feel like that at all!" Jigglypuff laughed. "In the end...you'll always be his veteran buddy! And besides...never forget... you'll always have me!"

"Hmm...indeed, that's true," Pikachu smiled, feeling a bit better. Jigglypuff then bounced up...and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

The Smash guests were now all gathered together...standing opposite of the Mole players on the other side of the walking path. Everything was ending.

"Well, it looks like this mystery is finally over!" Captain Falcon said with a salute, giving the players a final goodbye.

"Are we… not gonna see you guys again in this game ever?" Dark Pit said, and even he sounded a little sad himself.

"I'm afraid not," Corrin announced grandly, as everyone turned to the respected light-haired warrior. "But we thank you all...more than you know. You made our time here...just extremely magnificent. You seven players gave us the thrill that was no short of an adventure itself, even in just a night. We were able to truly experience the fun of this game...even for just a very short time."

"And thank you for your donations...I could not have expected such a gift," Zelda added with a thankful expression.

"Of course!" The players and game producers, from their own pockets and even from the game production funds, had donated their impressive amount of 20,000 coins in total to her selfless charity cause, ones towards the children of Hyrule. Everyone smiled.

"Well...it was all fun...but now it's ending!" Inkling said, smiling sadly to everyone else. The sun shined, rising from behind the grand colosseum...a new day...but their time together was ending.

"I don't wanna go!" DK wailed, as everyone laughed.

"We really DID have an amazing time seeing everyone in this super tough but fun game!" Isabelle shouted gratefully to them, smiling tear-eyed.

"Oh, man...WE'LL MISS YOU ALL!" DK cried.

"Yeah...despite all the ruckus, we did have a good time," Kazooie chuckled sadly.

"And the accusations...and lies...it was all in good nature of a game well played," Captain Falcon shouted proudly to them, saluting once more. "Good time, guys! And good luck with the rest of your game!"

"Yeah! Don't mess it up! Find the traitor for us!" Pikachu cheered with a smile, his cheeks lighting up.

"And let's hope none of us have to face another stone thief in ANY of our days to come," Bayonetta sighed, and all the players and Smash Fighters all laughed together. Even far away from their original places in their own lives...they felt at home.

They indeed felt...as they looked at each other with smiles and appreciative faces...like a group of one.

And although on the surface a large group of competitors….they were also a group of acquaintances. A group of comrades. A group of friends.

A group...of family.

"WHAT?!"

It was after lunch that Lucina and Isabelle decided to deliver the news to DK together. All was a new day. The game was back into its tense rolling...six players trying to find the saboteur among them.

They were sitting and gathered in the outdoor patio of a fancy, Paris-like cafe within beautiful Lumiose City. Luckily... there were not many patrons situated in the outside seatings of their restaurant at the time...to witness the jumping-about, dramatic monkey in the very public setting.

"ANOTHER...THIRD exemption...please tell me you're both totally joking...PLEAAAASE!" Even ten minutes after they had delivered the shocking, fateful news to him...DK was still in disbelief, rocking on the restaurant bricked floor in misery. Isabelle looked at him awkwardly.

"Umm…" the small, yellow dog began, a bit lost, flustered. She went to bite an eclair in the middle of the table.

"I...was very surprised too," Lucina admitted. She faced Isabelle, who also looked sad.

"How do they expect us to survive in this game? Whaaa!" DK moaned, his head against the wall. "And why is this game so hard all of a sudden?! I never expected it to be so difficult to survive! How can we defeat the Mole together if they do terrible things like this to us?!"

"But we can indeed survive…" Lucina continued. "Three of us will move on and will indeed continue on… though...one of us will not. You, me, Isabelle, and Joker...three of us will be safe. The fourth, however...will not be. It is all not decided yet. We leave it...to fate."

"Oh, that makes me feel a LOT better!" DK burst sarcastically, sighing loudly and looking miserable.

The mood was understandably down at the table...and the expressions of the players...seemed to look dejectedly and worriedly to the floor. The plate of beautiful eclairs in the center of their table also looked glum and dull.

Smash Host peeked his head outside to the patio, the host heading his own way out of the cafe after eating his own deluxe Pokémeal.

"I'm so, so sorry you had to pay out of pocket for this particular meal...if only I didn't lose my three yellow credit cards in the stadium, I would have treated everyone this episode to food!" Smash Host smiled sadly towards them, patting his still-empty wallet. "I couldn't even pay for snacks back at the stadium either! Is that why the mood is so sad around here?"

"Oh no...not at all," Lucina replied to the host, smiling, hiding her own melancholy feelings. "We all...had a pleasant meal. Thank you, Smash Host...we are fine."

"Well, there'll be more fun later to come if I find my cards. Oh, and enjoy the eclairs! They're a royal, honest treat!" The host winked at them again and headed out. The three players were alone again….and sighed.

"Well….DK...if you are, sadly, the executed person of this episode," Isabelle began, trying to make the mood a bit happier and looking at the monkey, "what's one thing that you were happy to experience and do in the game? What are you happy to have done?" The two female players looked at the ape. But he just groaned, not looking at her at all. He still didn't seem in the mood for talking.

"Well...perhaps we can ask you first...Isabelle," Lucina thought politely, turning to her. "Isabelle...what is one aspect of this game you are happy to have experienced and will treasure, if you are truly to be leaving next?" The little dog thought for a second, pondering, thinking.

"Well, I'm happy to have done difficult, amazing things I didn't know I could do!" Isabelle began, smiling happily with her own memory. "Jumping and hitting blocks in the desert Mario land...riding a soaring, scary star rocket...were activities so interesting and fun! And catching and throwing apples so well...Lucario had taught me to be confident in myself when we threw and caught those apples. That was a great memory too! All these things I never thought I'd do or could do! I'm happy to have experienced them!"

"Those are very, very nice indeed," Lucina said with thought, smiling, and a bit sadly herself. She continued.

"It's funny you mention Lucario...whenever I reflect back...I think most fondly of the connections I had made with others in this game, such as with Lucario himself indeed, and also Princess Peach, a woman whom had all admired. I am happy to have made it this far to have experienced those special bonds with them."

Al this time, DK was listening to their words...in silence. His face...still looked in disbelief and frustration. But then...he began to think heavily. He thought And thought some more. And then...thought heavily some more. And then...he stopped his continuous, downhearted look.

DK: You know what...this is all a game. A game! And a game's a game. If you're not being happy and enjoying it...then it's not a game. I had to stop being...a big, dumb monkey baby!

And to their surprise...he was now grinning to them widely and completely. Isabelle's mouth was shocked...but then, she changed into a big smile too.

"Well...DK, what is one thing you're happy to have done?" Isabelle asked him happily. DK now looked resolute.

"To not let anyone stop me from having fun at any time," DK answered with a large smile on his face.

And the other two, able to smile themselves too...realized that he was right.

"A spy you were..."

"Yes. Indeed, a great one I was."

"Did you think you were past redemption with everything you did?"

"No...not at all. Because of the lessons people taught me. You included. Thank you."

It was the afternoon. The execution would be coming later in the night.

But a certain bird wasn't particularly worried about it. In fact, she was humming to herself while trotting down the bricked road, looking at the restaurant names of Lumiose City that were located attractively near the hotel in a fancy row of lines...with a bit of hunger and a bit of regret: she had already eaten a full, sweet lunch.

Kazooie: Someone should have stopped me from eating those Jelly Donuts for a second time in a row. Oh well! You miss out on chances! Can't blame anyone but yourself.

As she entered the hotel lobby, she noticed an aroma...and was immediately drawn to a relaxing parlor that existed to her immediately left.

"I smell...something?! ...no way...Cool! More free food!" Looking around curiously, Kazooie saw that books scattered the shelves, available to all guests, talking all about Pokémon and the history of lands, islands, stadiums, and battlefields. And, to her excitement, desserts and confections were located at the end of the room.

She walked quickly over and went to grab for one immediately.

"I was impressed...by you, too." The bird turned around suddenly. Wii Fit was sitting on an armchair in the room, a large book in her hands, and her eyes on the bird, smiling. The trainer...or rather in everyone's heads, the ex-thief...had predicted she would eventually come to the location of succulent sweets.

"Oh...he...llo…there…Wii Fit." In the parlor...Wii Fit and Kazooie acknowledged each other. The two female players were silent...and the air was awkward and slightly off. But Kazooie nodded...albeit confused.

"Impressed... about what?"

"Are you blind to even your own accomplishments? Everything you've played this episode. Especially in the last mission. Capturing a great thief like me...that takes the greatest of abilities. And it really opened my eyes to your skills in this game, Kazooie." Kazooie looked stunned and more than surprised at the trainer's words.

"Oh well, thanks, hehe….wait," Kazooie began, changing her face and voice suddenly. She peered closer at Wii Fit.

Kazooie: Was she being honest...or sarcastic?

But as Kazooie looked closer to Wii Fit's face...there wasn't a hidden look of deception or a subtle smirk. In fact...it was a genuine smile of appreciation.

"You're being real," Kazooie concluded, chuckling to herself, murmuring. "I guess this really is a parallel, alternate world."

"Well, after all, this world isn't like our real world at all..." Wii Fit began with thought, reflecting. "It's a game where we abandon our characters from home and become players in a devious adventure. Which is why it's just very, very different from everything else. And which is why many things can definitely work out and happen. Like...two people working together again." At the last sentence she spoke….Kazooie stopped and turned to her.

"Think of it...two strong players like us...making it to the end. An unstoppable force. My strength, and your skills, and everything powerful between us to beat the others." Kazooie was silent at the trainer's determined words.

"We can head to the end...together." The red bird paused, thinking of the words that she just heard. Wii Fit continued with strong eyes.

"So...Kazooie...what do you say?"

For a second, there was more silence. Then, it was Kazooie's turn to offer an appreciative smile to the trainer.

"That sounds awesome. Really awesome. Like, anything I could ever wish for, actually." Kazooie closed her beak, then continued.

"But...no thank you." Kazooie smiled. Wii Fit blinked in silence.

"We already know exactly how we'd perform...if we worked together again….and just how extremely incompatible we would be," Kazooie reasoned...and she grinned. "If we entered a coalition again...deep down, we know...we know it'd have no other result in the world but just fall apart again...just like it did before the first time... don't we?" Wii Fit's mouth was open, and she was silent. Kazooie continued.

"There is no alternate reality where we can be in a coalition healthily, Wii Fit. This world...is kinda just what it is. And things are just what they are, and will always be what they will be." Wii Fit just looked at her friend...still not talking.

And then...she trainer's face looked appreciatively to her, knowing the truth as well in her own revelation of realization.

Wii Fit: And I knew right away: we were never destined to be or work together.

"You...are right." Wii Fit closed her eyes...and the woman almost laughed. "Some things...are just not meant to be," she finished quietly, and she realized the truth herself finally.

Wii Fit: But also... the truth is...it doesn't mean that all things are bad from now till the end. And it doesn't mean, at ALL, that the rest of your path and journey is an unfavorable one. You take what you have...and find another end. A new, but very, very good end.

"But...all things considered... that doesn't mean we can't still be friends, right?" Kazooie added finally. At this last sentence...Wii Fit grinned back at her.

The two friends at the moment were separated...but happy. And overall...they were content in Episode 4.

Joker stared out the window. The sun was fading over the grand Pokemon city. And just like the disappearing crowd of people and creatures of the Pokémon land before his eyes...a fourth player in the game of the Mole would be leaving as well.

"Hmph…" Listening to the fading shouts of laughter from passing civilians as well as the shrinking cries of certain Pokémon in the distance, Joker looked at the once-life-filled land that was fading and decreasing minute by minute over the next hour that passed. The unmasked man sighed…but still, strangely, was smiling to himself.

Execution 4 was soon to occur.

Joker: Well. Tricky game. Tricky players. Tricky host. The chances aren't exactly in my favor to continue. You don't get a chance to complain if you're executed either. You simply go with everything. But when you're executed...just make sure to tell yourself that you played a good game when you leave. That's how you win.

"So I guess...you might be leaving this game after all, huh...? That's...tough for you," Dark Pit finally spoke up from behind Joker, slowly uttering obvious words out loud that the student already knew. The young angel was just sitting on the bed, a little awkwardly and out of place. "It's more than likely with these three exemptions, you know…that you'll be gone… forever. Yikes."

"Yep." Joker's reply was succinct, looking out the window still. The angel stared.

"That'll...umm...that'll suck if you leave the game," he coughed, voice slightly wavering. "Maybe some other players in this game might even be wishing you'd stay longer. You know, like Lucina, or someone else..." At his words, Joker just laughed and shrugged his shoulders.

"Well, Dark Pit, I certainly won't be going down defeated though... saying IF I go down," Joker replied to him, his voice mostly unwavering. "So I don't mind it. I'm going to accept it well if I'm to be gone, however...because I'll still be a winner regardless. And hopefully, none of the others would mind if I'd be the next to go either, since I'd, for sure, be going away strong."

"Yeah."

"Yeah."

Dark Pit just stared up at Joker...his face a bit confused…a bit angry...and a bit sad. An odd mixture of emotions that the dark angel couldn't describe himself.

"So calm," Dark Pit muttered under his breath, looking at the other young man.

Dark Pit: He doesn't even care if he's going to leave the game. What a loser. What a lowlife. But then...why...do I care if he goes? Even... just a little. I...wait, no, I don't care! That's stupid! I'm not-

"Did you know that the ghost Pokémon Yamask carries a mask that represents its face before they died?" Joker spoke suddenly, reflectively, staring at the dark clouds. "That means...they used to be human in their previous life. But then they perished...but mysteriously still, they're still floating and still living. Very...very interesting. Don't you think?" Dark Pit shook his head in confusion, groaning.

Joker: You have to be philosophical, even in the face of death.

Dark Pit: Freakin' Pokémon topic change again.

"Uh...whoa. Interesting…I guess...?"

"So after you die...life still goes on." Joker looked at the darkened sky, smirking. "It's just a little differently than before. That's all. So all things considered, I'm not afraid to be executed. Life still goes on." Joker then put his own dark mask on...and then turned around to smile at Dark Pit. The angel just looked back at him silently.

"Tonight...I wonder who'll become a Yamask."

And from then, in the Pokémon land, holding Clefairies, Yamasks, and all sorts of creatures...it wasn't long until the fourth elimination of "The Mole".

At the luxurious cafe that existed not far from the hotel, everything in the large, back patio was cleared out...except for one small chair, a table for one, and a laptop. One by one...in a setting that used to symbolize comfort, enjoyment, and even aromas of delicious smells of luxurious food...they sat down...but this time, there wasn't anything on the menu that was pleasant at all. In fact, nothing else was even present before them...except for one thing: ten unappealing, unappetizing questions.

The players took the fourth quiz of the game individually in the empty cafe.

The first player sat down. As Lucina closed her eyes...she knew it would be a difficult one.

1. The Mole is:

-Male

-Female

Lucina: Going on to Episode 5...would I continue and survive? It was a mystery….and a battle. Would I continue by fate's hand to make it to another round or not? We had to see. And I had to try my best...with strength and conviction... in order to continue in this game.

Second to the cafe, and sitting down with a nervous moan, was DK. The large ape sat evidently uncomfortably at the tiny table that was obviously way too small for his body and mass...but the unfit size of it all was the least of his worries as he began to take the fourth quiz.

2. In which of the following roles did the Mole play during the mission Electrocution Tower?

-A Runner

-A Petitioner

-A Balancer

DK: Totally had to think of who was guilty or suspicious in the games. In our first tower mission, Lucina might have delayed their journey to the top...or Joker might have done something in the tower while running. Both of them are clearly suspicious! Well, at least to me. So I will vote them!

Dark Pit sat down third in the cafe. Though he was safe for the episode...he couldn't help but feel worried about the results of the upcoming execution...and all the conflicted, sighing teenager could think about was indeed the identity of the fated one to be leaving next. Someone...would die next in the game and never come back. He took the quiz.

3. Did the Mole succeed in Execution Tower in either: getting their exemption, reaching the top of the tower and stopping the game, or successfully getting thirty or more signatures by themself single-handedly?

-Yes

-No

Dark Pit: Two players I know who are 100 percent automatically making it to Episode 5 are Wii Fit and Kazooie. So that being said...should I focus on them? Because both of them have an equal chance of being the saboteur. They both teamed up and beat the others, costing 20,000 coins in the Tower game, so that was sabotage. Bad...sneaky...sabotage.

Kazooie sat down, a little disappointed that even though the location was a cafe setting...there was no food to snack on during her taking of the ten questions. She took the quiz with ease, relaxed compared to her unfortunate teammates, and much more easily than the last three times she had taken it. Food-less...but with an exemption to quench her hunger...she continued to Question Four.

4. At 7:52PM at Pokémon Stadium, where was the Mole?

-Next to and hugging Pikachu

-In the designated players seating spot

-In the stadium underground, stealing a stone

Kazooie: Well, so I guesssss I just have more reason to suspect Wii Fit safely and non-guiltily now. Cause I think it took our coalition to officially end to look at her as a true, real suspect. She played a saboteur with ease and willingly tried to lose 30,000 coins in the second game. Dang. She was sabotaging more than me. And I'm playing a fake Mole!

With careful fingers, and also a little smile, and also trying to shine his confidence to his best, Joker voted for his choice for Question 5. He had to make sure to not let his mind waver from true answers: he was determined to get everything as right as he could...to whatever ability he could.

5. Which of the following describes the Mole the best during Stadium Saboteur?

-Caught the saboteur

-Was caught by the saboteur

-Was the saboteur

-None

Joker: Well... let's think of what each of us were all doing in the Stadium mission. Almost everyone succeeded...except for DK. The question we all want to ask him is: where did he even go? And did he deliberately, just deliberately, let Wii Fit escape from the basement... and allow her to cause havoc for the rest of the mission?

Isabelle nervously clicked her choices for the questions of Quiz 4….and she was also looking with dismay at the unlovely, empty setting of the cafe. She sighed a little more nervously. The game was down to seven players...but four were on the chopping block. And she was one of them.

6. How many times did the Mole encounter Pikachu throughout the two hours of the stadium mission?

-Once

-Twice

-Three times

-Four or more times

Isabelle: Oh, I am quite nervous! But I'm trying to think of who was maybe suspicious, and I just can't help pinpoint how damaging Dark Pit and Kazooie were that game! They guessed two wrong people during the thief game, which is kind of like sabotaging a guess each! So I guess they'll be my suspects. Just such possible Moles for me! Kazooie can be sneaky. Dark Pit always gives me an evil vibe!

7. Did the Mole circle a suspect on the Smash roster as a final accusation?

-Yes

-No

Wii Fit: From what I heard from the others, it was Joker who vehemently and persuasively fought for Pikachu to be the final suspect guess of the game, convincing the others strongly. He also convinced everyone heavily that the crime occurred at the WRONG 8:02 too since the game's very beginning, messing everything up. So in the end, it wasn't ME who caused the money to be lost and the team to lose: it was ultimately him. That masked man is not going to get away.

8. Where did the Mole travel to in the earlier hours before the execution?

-A cafe

-The hotel parlor

-Multiple

-Neither

Dark Pit, Kazooie, and Wii Fit breathed slowly with relief as they each got closer to the end of the quiz. In each of their possessions...a shining card existed.

9. Did the Mole earn an exemption this episode?

-Yes

-No

For four others, it was one of the most difficult times to make a choice. A choice for a question that could determine their life or death in the game. With ten questions...it was all in their minds that they had the chance to be eliminated. Lucina, DK, Joker, and Isabelle all answered Question 10: just who was correct in their answer? And who was...wrong? Only revealed results would show the truth.

10. Who is the Mole?

-Lucina

-Dark Pit

-Isabelle

-DK

-Kazooie

-Joker

-Wii Fit

It was ending where they all began in the Pokémon world: in front of the huge, looming tower of Lumiose City...one that symbolized adventure, strength, integrity, chaos, confusion, and even fun. The episode was ending.

In the green middle of the city...the players sat in alluring metal chairs, under the shadow of the towering building, waiting for the dreaded start of the elimination to come. With metal chairs...the players couldn't help but associate an eerie combination of Lumiose's City pride element, electricity, with their very own seats: strangely, they all felt like they were on death row in a series of electric chairs. The fourth execution would begin.

They saw the host...wearing a coat, looking almost like a Pokemon gym leader himself as the light wind billowed his blue attire. He was making his way to the center of the Pokémon city as the players watched him. A fountain nearby was the only sound they all heard. There was nobody in the town...an atmosphere so different to the bustling, cheerful noises it once held the other day when they had first all arrived. No shouts and cries of Pokémon echoed in the air. No civilians came to greet them.

It was just the host...and the six players...and the Mole.

"Hello…" the host greeted them with a small smile. Everyone looked at him.

"The pot now stands at 92,000 coins," Smash Host reminded them all, and the players took in the pot's value with a second view of appreciation. "Almost at 100,000 coins. Just so...so very close. You're almost there to that significant mark." He faced them all. Kazooie sighed sadly.

"Indeed...man, it would just suck to leave right now," Kazooie said with an unfortunate, miserable look. Some of them couldn't help but roll their eyes at the safe, exemption-holding player.

"Hey...wait to rub it in..." DK groaned to her under his breath.

The streetlights dimmed down more. The players hushed...nervous and in anxious silence. The atmosphere was tense in the now-quiet Pokemon town.

Execution 4...was soon to begin.

"Oh...before we officially begin," Smash Host interrupted, as the seven players seemed to regain their focus away from the nervousness for a second, "I'd like the exemption cards for this execution, for those who have them, to register them in." Everyone gave him looks.

"Yes, Smash Host!" Kazooie said eagerly, and Wii Fit and Dark Pit also did the same, retrieving them out of their pockets. "We want to be safe!"

"That's new," Joker said, staring at Smash Host.

"Do you want us to stand up and give them to you?" Dark Pit asked, sighing, feeling lazy.

"Yes...though, yours is a bit scratched up," Smash Host chuckled with a smile, noticing the dark angel's card. Dark Pit looked at his card with a startled face, seeing that he accidentally damaged off a piece of the card's front top layer. Instead, as everyone glanced with perplexity, a new, yellow color gleamed. As Wii Fit glanced over to his seat, she began to laugh.

"Oh, hohoho, it seems like you just don't know how to take care of your valuable possessions, Dark Pit," she sighed, chuckling and standing up to hand her own card to the host. "I suppose that—"

And then...she stopped, frozen. And stared at her own card before her eyes in her very own hand. With a gasp...she saw that it was scratched too.

"What...on Earth…?" she gasped. And from her card's exposed surfaces...it gleamed shines of very bright...and very unexpected...yellow.

Everyone around both her and Dark Pit stared with confusion at their exemptions in their hands. Wii Fit and Dark Pit turned to each other, stunned. Kazooie looked in disbelief too.

"...wait...are you saying...mine...?!" Kazooie began to speak, now pulling her own green card and staring at it closely. And using the edge of her chair to scratch the card as quickly as she could, she saw pieces easily come off where she had scratched. She jumped back in her seat in surprise.

A large section of her card was removed off its front...and new, yellow lights gleamed to her eyes.

Everyone looked at the new, golden gleams from the three exemptions, perplexed and speechless. And then...they noticed Smash Host's interesting expression. The tricky, hatted man...was smiling.

"At last...that's where they are," the host grinned to the seven players. "My three...yellow...shining...credit cards. Thank you for finding them. Finally" All seven players were speechless.

"Cards?!" DK exclaimed in a loud shout to him. "What CARDS? You gotta start explaining, Smash Host!"

"Those...those cards...Smash Host had been always mentioning about…!" Isabelle gasped in memory, as everyone turned to her in surprise. "They were always real!"

"What is the meaning of this?" Wii Fit demanded to the host himself. Kazooie and Dark Pit looked at the host too, and so did everyone else, startled and shocked beyond words.

Lucina: What...was happening? I could not believe it….none of us could believe the mystery and upheaval from it.

Joker: Oh, this would be extremely fun indeed. Bravo host, bravo. Just what twist would this all be in this already very twisted game?

"As I truthfully stated…" Smash Host began to them all, "these are indeed three credit cards. Three cards which I had been searching for all this time. And three of you now found them."

"Credit cards...for...what?" Dark Pit asked slowly and nervously.

"For the pot." Everyone gasped at the host's line.

"What...you're KIDDING us!" DK shouted in a fit of panic. "But...what does that even mean?! The TEAM pot?!" Everyone looked baffled, still, waiting for the host to speak more.

"We didn't ask for this twist!" Dark Pit shouted, confused. He turned to Kazooie and Wii Fit.

"I don't get it though...how?!" DK began, scratching his head. Indeed, everyone was still unsure at the rules of their situation. Smash Host cleared his throat...making their questions no more.

"If you scratch off the entire front of your credit card...and fully reveal the yellow shine of your yellow card...and give it to me...you may take any amount of money you state and desire from the current team pot." And from his line...the emotions and expression of the players collectively in front of him seemed to blow up with magnified disbelief.

"Whaaaaatt?!" DK hollered. Everyone gasped.

"That's...too much!" Isabelle voiced loudly, shocked.

Joker: Well, it was what it was. Just unbelievable. A new twist in everything….in the everything-mysterious game of The Mole.

"Umm...whoa...is that legal!?" Kazooie began, eyes confused but glowing. And before anyone could say another word, Smash Host began talking again...with the second, fateful part of the offer's rules.

"But...if you do so...and take the money...you leave this game forever. You exit as the fourth victim of our very game of 'The Mole'." Everyone gasped with dreaded, unexpected emotion.

"Your journey...ends. It is a self execution."

There was a hushed silence and wide eyes. Dark Pit, Kazooie, and Wii Fit stared at each other in shock, shaking their heads at the host's offer.

"Self...execution?" Dark Pit uttered.

"Ridiculous," Joker thought, slowly shaking his own head.

"So, the ultimate choice comes down to this: you can choose to remain safe with your exemptions...or one of you three can choose to leave this game forever with a little prize of your very own.

Kazooie: Was this real?! No way.

"Make your choice. What...will it be?"

"..."

There was ultimately silence in the large plaza of the city. Not one person said a word for a few seconds. Frankly, none of the players could believe the offer or situation.

Lucina: It was...an unbelievable scenario that none of us could conceive could ever happen in the game.

Joker: The tables had turned. Now...three players were on the chopping block.

"Well…very weird case we have here, we can all agree..." Joker began, breaking the silence, talking calmly, smiling. "What do you three think?" He turned to the first person to his right, grinning. "Wii Fit?" The trainer folded her arms, looking defiantly back at him.

"Oh...just WHO do you simply think I am?" the tall, strong female player began to him, rolling her eyes and looking heatedly at Joker and the others. "A shameful, utterly nerveless free cash grabber? Not one bit. Sounds very much like you, Joker. I would never stoop down to take money at such an ease of a level. I'm...just too prideful for that. My answer is simple: no."

"Prideful; totally agree with that," DK laughed. Wii Fit lifted her nose at him.

"Dark Pit?" Hearing his name from the masked gentleman, Dark Pit almost jumped. He stuttered...trying to act confident...but he didn't look confident at all.

"I...well..." he began, caught off guard completely. He looked at the grassy ground….then at the players...then at his card a bit quietly.

"...I'm still thinking about it," was his short reply. Everyone then turned to Kazooie, the third card holder.

"Well, what do you choose, Kazooie?" Isabelle asked her nervously, her eyes wide.

"Hmmmm…" the red bird murmured. She didn't look as panicked and frazzled as the rest of the players or her two other card-holding teammates. Everyone waited for her reply.

"Well, I dooo like money," she said, eyes lighting up.

Dark Pit: And then I remembered what she mentioned at the beginning of the episode: that she'd do anything to get the cash.

"Sure: it all sounds like a good idea!" Kazooie said nonchalantly, standing up from her seat. Everyone looked at her in surprise. The host turned to the bird.

"I see you're interested in taking the offer," Smash Host acknowledged, seeing the now-standing bird.

"Yep!"

"How much do you want to take out of the pot?"

"70,000 coins."

Even in an expanse, half-a-mile by half-a-mile large plaza of green...loud shouts of disbelief could be heard from miles away erupting among the chaotic group of seven...big enough to almost shake the buildings and trees everywhere around them and challenge a Loudred themself.

DK: WHAT, KAZOOIE?!

"WHAT?!" Wii Fit shouted. "That is TOO much! How pride-less!"

"Wha! Nono no no NOOOOO!" DK stammered loudly, moaning. "You can't do that, Kazooie! You can't! Wait! ...Can she do that?!" Everyone turned to Kazooie in horror.

"Why not?" Kazooie replied, looking confused. "I can take as much from the pot as I can, according to the rules, right Smash Host?" Everyone looked to the host. He didn't object.

"But 70,000 coins?!" Isabelle whispered in shock, almost jumping out of her own seat herself. "Oh my GOSH!"

"Hmm...you're...really deciding to leave the game?" Joker asked her. Kazooie made a sound of thinking.

"Hmm..."

I do like playing, honestly," Kazooie laughed. "But...I also like money. I like both."

"If you stay, then maybe you'll win the large pot in the end instead," Joker suggested to her, shrugging.

"Hah... fat chance," Kazooie chuckled logically. "You know that's not likely, Joker. A one out of six chance." Joker chuckled.

"But... if you take 70,000 coins from the team pot…" Lucina began speaking to everyone, realizing the truth with realized, quiet dread, "then...the pot total will only remain...at 22,000 coins."

Everyone looked at the worried warrior, and then at Kazooie with sinking feelings of despair, taking in the truth with feelings of heavy anxiety. It was a low amount...lower than any of them could ever imagine.

Kazooie shrugged. "So?"

Wii Fit stood up, facing the red bird directly. Everyone turned to the tall, infuriated trainer with surprise. On her face was an expression of extreme anger...and extreme disappointment.

"How can you say that...out of all people!" Wii Fit spoke strongly to her, in a voice of disbelief and betrayal which was tantamount to the amount on her face that she was displaying to Kazooie. "You, Kazooie, taught me the value of teamwork when I couldn't even muster my pompous butt to even perceive such! You salvaged what was left of our friendship in a falling game and made it all quite eye-opening, life-changing, and wonderful. And look at you now...taking 70,000 coins from the team pot. A pot that represents the one thing you taught me in the end: teamwork. How foolish of you. I just can't believe I even thought better of you, Kazooie." Kazooie looked back at her friend...and for the first time that night...looked sorry for it all. The bird looked a little awkwardly at everyone's shocked faces.

"Hmm...now that you say it like that…70,000 coins does seem like a lot," the red bird thought slowly. Wii Fit sat down, folding her arms and feeling a little more pacified and at ease.

"So, do you have a change in mind?" Smash Host asked slowly again.

"Yeah," Kazooie replied. "I'm going to try and not be so greedy." Everyone sighed in relief.

"I'm only going to take 50,000 coins from the pot."

"Oh...no..." Isabelle whispered in dismay. The players were relieved by the slight decrease...but, though it was less of an amount than before...it was still a very, very large amount. Enough to affect their pot.

Then... a new outburst erupted from someone else. Someone who had been mostly quiet the entire night.

"Fifty….50,000 coins?!" Dark Pit exclaimed. "Oh, screw that! I'm leaving!"

And then the dark angel stood up...his card gleaming in his own hand.

"If the pot is going to decrease by 50,000 coins...I might as well leave also!" he said, face and eyes annoyed.

Huh?" Everyone looked at the standing, young angel with shock.

Dark Pit noticed all eyes on him, and his face went quiet. But then, he gave a little grin, sighing, as if he had made up his decision. He looked at Smash Host, grinning.

"No...you're not…" Wii Fit began, mouth dropped.

"Yep...I'm taking it," said Dark Pit in a happy voice. "See ya, everyone!" Everyone faced him more in disbelief. He had stood up for the cash.

"...what?! You're taking it?!" DK exclaimed in horror. "Dark Pit?!"

"Oh…I see..." Joker uttered. "Not...what I expected..."

"Yep! I'm taking that 50,000 coins. And leaving this game forever. So...hasta la vista, babies!"

Dark Pit: Goooooooooodbye! It's not like anyone will miss me here anyway. I've always been the black sheep of this weird family.

Dark Pit turned to look at the rest of the players with a wide smile, then to the host. Kazooie frowned, a little competitively...a little smiling and laughing.

"...but you can't take my money though," Kazooie replied, folding her wings and grinning. "I already claimed it. Sorry bro!"

"No...you didn't claim anything yet," Dark Pit stated to Kazooie, smiling more. "The front of your card isn't scratched off completely yet." Kazooie looked down at her half-golden card: it was still mostly green.

"Huh." She nodded, realizing.

"Stop this!" Isabelle pleaded. "Maybe...both of you can think clearly with US together! We can settle this all together! Right?" But Isabelle's plea fell to the two players' deaf ears.

I…" Wii Fit was silent and at a loss of words. She stared at them both...in disappointment.

Isabelle: We were trying to stop them! But we couldn't!

Dark Pit held his card up in the air, showing it off to Kazooie.

"Hmm, true...but yours isn't scratched off completely either," Kazooie realized, pointing at Dark Pit's own card.

"Then whoever scratches their card first...wins," Dark Pit grinned. His eyes shined.

"Guys, this is CRAZY! 50,000 coins?" DK shouted, jumping out of his seat. "Stop it! You're both outtta your MINDS!" Everyone looked at them in final panic.

"We can all settle down...and not lose any money!" Isabelle tried to reason to them again. But Dark Pit and Kazooie seemed set in their actions.

Lucina: An unbelievable, fearful sight...because no matter what words we said...we couldn't persuade the card holders. We all sat in our seats in fear.

Facing each other...Dark Pit and Kazooie got ready to duel. And 50,000 coins were at stake.

"Oh no…this is not right…" Lucina expressed. She watched with wide eyes at the sight before her with both dismay and fear. As did everyone else.

Lucina: It had come to an unfortunate conclusion….an unfortunate conclusion of greed and loss. And we could do nothing.

Joker sighed, shaking his head. "I guess this is the conclusion," he said, smiling and amused at it all. But even he seemed a little taken back and discontent.

"This...this cannot be…" Isabelle whispered.

But then...the three numbers counted down to the race. And everyone gasped as Kazooie began the descending numbers...to begin their battle.

"Three…" Kazooie readied her card with eager eyes.

"Two…" Dark Pit raised his own card in the air, ready to strike down on it.

"One…"

Very soon...one card would be scratched off completely.

"GO!"

And just two seconds later…

...the victor was announced.

Everyone gasped at the one player who now had their card completely scratched off. They were the ultimate winner of the race.

"You are standing...and your credit card is now revealed," the host announced, seeing the winner. "Please step forwards."

"Indeed, I will."

And with a smile...Wii Fit did.

"WHAAAAAAAT?!" And everyone could only stare and gasp in shock as the tall woman stepped her way past them all, through the seats of the plaza, upon the green grass, and finally up to the host. Her card...was no longer green. And instead...it shined yellow, glistening, like a yellow light at the top of a tall tower...or an electric Pokémon in their land…or a yellow card in a stadium saboteur's hand.

She was the taker of the credit card.

Joker: Wii….Fit?

Dark Pit: WIIII FIIITTTTTT?!

Kazooie: NOOO! THE MONEY! WAS MINE! But also, why, Wii Fit? Why?!

Smash Host faced the tall trainer before him...and the executed player was still, strangely, smiling and happy.

"Well, well, well...I suppose I was the victor of that easy race," Wii Fit spoke with a proud smile. "Just VERY underwhelming for a last battle, though, I'm afraid."

"You're not...being serious..." Joker laughed.

"And, how much are you taking from the pot, Wii Fit?" Smash Host asked Wii Fit, looking at her with a curious look.

Wii Fit took in a deep breath...then spoke.

"None, Smash Host. Zero coins."

And it was the biggest shock of all to everybody.

"WHAT?!" DK yelled. Everyone was stunned at her inconceivable reply.

"I...don't understand," Lucina gasped.

Lucina: Was she...only playing with us? Was she uttering a joke...trying to humor us in her last stages?

"But...that must be a mistake, Wii Fit!" Isabelle sounded, wide eyes. "Are you sure? But you can take anything!" But the trainer didn't flinch or seem bothered. It was her final answer….and it was unmistakable. The players couldn't believe it.

"That's correct," Wii Fit spoke aloud, face resolute and mouth curled slightly into an incomprehensible smile. "I take...zero coins!"

"What...is...happening...huh?" Kazooie said, blankly, flabbergasted, the bird looking at her old partner. But it was already seen by them all that the executed player had decided her decision.

"You're joking about this..." Joker began to her. Everyone felt the same.

"Are... you sure?" the host confirmed once more, and even he looked just the tiniest bit of surprised. Wii Fit just nodded her head...and then slowly turned to face everyone proudly.

She laughed. And laughed. And laughed louder. And finally, she was laughing louder than she had ever laughed before. Everyone was stunned.

"Ohohohoho!" she chuckled. "You're all really as silly as I thought you all were!" Everyone was silent.

Joker:.what. Nothing was going as I had predicted. I suppose I was the fool in the end. Congratulations...mole.

"Well, well, well," Wii Fit began, smiling with humored feelings, seeing all of their surprised expressions. "I'm even more certain that this really is the very best way to be leaving this game. And frankly, I really have no regrets about this choice at all. Maybe one day...you'll all realize... why I had made this decision. But for now...I'll leave you all just to think." And with their stunned faces, the remaining players just watched the trainer grab her bag by the fountain...then follow the host towards the start of her direction out of the city.

But before she was fully set to leave, she turned back to the players, flashing a smile, her eyes looking to the remaining six players very gently. And then...she chuckled, one last time.

"And to whoever the Mole is: you didn't catch me," she smiled, and then turned to finally and lastly walk away.

And everyone was left in their seats, flabbergasted.

The trainer...the second saboteur...had left the game.

No longer under the shadow of the grand gym tower that symbolized Lumiose City...the host was walking away from the world...with a player who had just made the most outlandish decision in the game so far. But Wii Fit was smiling...even humming to herself...as they walked away together.

"I must say...I think my mouth was just as dropped as the other players' when you made your decision..." Smash Host admitted, his eyes still wide. The host and the leaving trainer were walking their way out of the green center of the city. In a way, it symbolized a leaving out of the game, away from the tall tower, and also away from the symbolic green of the game of 'The Mole'.

"Well...then...I suppose I successfully completed my goal," Wii Fit replied with a relieved smile, staring at the long road ahead of her. "To surprise everyone with my very decision." The host nodded. But he still was confused himself at the unclear woman's words, and didn't know what to say.

"And Wii Fit...if you had a second goal and incentive from your fate-deciding action that very much surprised everyone...then what was that?" Wii Fit stopped walking...and stared at the host with a grin.

"My other mission?" she answered, repeating his question and smiling. "Why, that's just so easy to figure out, Smash Host. You don't see it? To end my game...with pride."

The six players sat in their seats, unmoved, their chairs still on the grass of the execution site. The fountain's water sound was the only thing able to keep their left sanity.

And in the city's middle, they were beyond ability to speak for many seconds.

"I...err…"

"What…just...happened..." The choice by Wii Fit, to leave the game voluntarily and self-execute with no money, had just occurred before them. It wasn't an end to their fourth episode that was expected by any of them...not even the Mole. They were in silence, and needless to say, still flabbergasted shock.

All six were still collecting their thoughts in their chaotic, unpredictable game.

"...so, where did that come from?" Dark Pit murmured, wide-eyed.

"I...AM SOOOO CONFUSEDD!" DK yelled, finally entering into his outburst mode. The ape jumped up...and suddenly went over to grab Kazooie by her feathers.

"Hey, she was closest to YOU! You start talking!" he demanded with confusion, shaking Kazooie. "Why'd she do that!?"

"Wha—-ahh! I don't know!" Kazooie protested, whacking him away. "I thought it was weird too what she did! Sheesh. Actually..." She ruffled her feathers out.

"In fact...she was even literally considering getting back into a coalition with me earlier today in the hotel parlor." Everyone stared at Kazooie, shocked at her reveal.

"Back...into a coalition...with you?" Lucina gasped to her.

"Yep...I was even surprised too when she told me that," Kazooie told them honestly. Joker made a sound of thinking, and spoke, as if he already knew and figured it out. He laughed out loud.

"Well, that states it," Joker began, nodding heavily. "It was an act of suicide. From the broken heart of a ruined friendship. She left because you didn't want to have her hand in friendship anymore. That's what a broken heart can do."

"...Broken...heart?" Dark Pit repeated.

"You think that's true?" Isabelle gasped, looking at Joker. "She must have felt really sad then! oh no!"

"Could be," Kazooie realized glumly, not wanting to admit it.

"Actually...I think I know a reason," Lucina began, as everyone turned to her. The princess sat still in her chair, remembering her encounter from the previous day before. Everyone turned to her, surprised and wanting to know.

"She told me...while we were in the hotel as roommates...one of her goals in leaving this game."

"And what was that?" Everyone looked at Lucina. She closed her eyes.

"One of her goals...was to leave this game with everyone liking her."

"Pride?" The host repeated Wii Fit's answer to him as they walked down the bricked path. They were in the main roadway path of the Pokémon city that would lead them out and away forever. Away from the beautiful town. Away from an unpredictable, dangerous, fun, adventurous game.

"Yes... I wanted to leave with pride," Wii Fit said, a little boastfully and her face still appearing as content as it was when she made her decision, eyes looking ahead at the red-bricked walkway.

"Explain, though: how is leaving without any money...a prideful end?" the host asked with confusion. Wii Fit stopped walking again...so that she could look at the host directly in the eyes. She shook her head, scoffing at him.

"How is it not?" Wii Fit laughed to him. "How do you not see? First of all...I didn't need any money to feel like a true winner myself. I already knew I was. I left...without the need for any cash...feeling victorious." The host took in her words, trying to comprehend them with wide eyes.

"That is one way to put it, yes," he replied to her

"And Smash Host...second...this is my real answer: how could I ever end with pride, in Episode 5 or 6, or 7, or whenever I would have left, at the great rate of trickery, evilness, and hostility I was exerting in my gameplay every round...every day to the others?" she reasoned to him. "How could I ever look back at myself in the future one day and say to myself, 'I am prideful and proud of the way I played this game?' Hmm?"

Smash Host was wordless himself. "I...I don't know."

"I was lowering someone else's self-esteem with just every single sentence I spoke in this game, if you hadn't noticed, host. I was cheating everything around me left to right, grabbing an exemption here and another advantage there. I was not a good person at all, and believe me, surprisingly, someone even like me was able to feel so. And then...all of a sudden I realized how wrong my gameplay was. Insulting everyone with words all the time...instead of just showing them I was better. The more I played on...the more cutthroat and evil I became. By just keeping on playing that way...I would have had NO pride left by the time I would have finished."

"Oh…I really see." Smash Host listened to her more. "And that's why you..."

"All that growing wickedness and patronizing of everyone around me, and simply just everything bad...it was all not prideful at all," Wii Fit admitted, sighing, yet chuckling softly. "Every episode...I became greedier and haughtier. I had a vision, Smash Host. Of winning this game. And telling to my victorious self, 'Oh! I just have no self-dignity or pride left at all!' Indeed, indeed. I did not want that ending." She looked at the host grandly, and the host looked at her...realizing and nodding.

"So...self-executing…" Smash Host realized slowly, speaking again and understanding, "You think this was truly the best and only way to end this game with pride still left?" Smash Host realized. Wii Fit, smiling, nodded to him, glad the host could see from her point of view.

"Oh, finally, host. You see from my point of view. I don't think any of the others ever did."

Everyone looked at Lucina.

"She wanted us...to LIKE her?" DK hollered in shock, not believing the princess' words.

"It is indeed true...and she had told me that privately...on the first day of this episode when we settled in the hotel," Lucina divulged to them all, as the five others listened with surprised eyes. "Wii Fit wanted to end...in good light. In a positive image to everyone else here remaining." Everyone thought quietly about her words.

"So by sacrificing herself...and saving us from losing 50,000 coins...she in a way redeemed her image," Isabelle gasped, thinking.

"What!" Everyone turned to Dark Pit. He was frowning, looking doubtful. "That doesn't sound like her at all!" He folded his arms strongly, rolling his eyes. "Pfft. We all know that. She's nothing...but evil."

"Dark Pit...but think...when Wii Fit decided to give you the last exemption...and complimented you and almost seemed to apologize to you...did that sound like her at all?" Kazooie asked him. The angel was silent.

"No..." he admitted.

"Nope indeed. I agree," Kazooie finished. Everyone was silent.

"Either she changed...or she was just showing her lighter side finally in the end," Isabelle whispered, surprised.

"Maybe nobody knew the true Wii Fit at all through this entire game," Joker thought, thinking and reflecting a bit out loud. He sighed, laughing loudly.

"We usually always saw her as vicious and patronizing. But...perhaps she was never the person we thought she was," Lucina considered too.

"Maybe she was an actress," Joker added, chuckling more.

"No way," Dark Pit mumbled, but even he was swayed a bit.

"She was one thing indeed though for sure, I realize," Kazooie said thoughtfully, and everyone turned to her. The bird grinned a bit sadly. "Someone I could consider, in the end of all things, in a weird, terrible game...a friend. A real friend."

"I hate to change the subject...but I would like to ask for your favorite memories," the host asked Wii Fit, as him and the tall trainer passed by the many buildings, and even also, the occasional townsperson, a person who was also on their own journey to ending their night.

"Well...my memories have been nothing short of amazing," Wii Fit thought to him out loud, thinking back. "From running to find riddled holes, to rappelling down terrible pits...and so much more than that." She thought in silence, then continued.

"There had been so much running...and then...even things more than just simply running."

"What do you mean by that?" Smash Host asked her with full interest.

"When running up the slopes of Green Greens with Lucina...that mission and interacting with her made me realize that there was more to just simply sprinting that game: we had to use teamwork...and work together. And from that...it was like magic, really, I must say. Because we were able to become friends. I was able...to make friends. And it shocked me and made me realize the truth."

"I feel like you found teamwork this episode alone too." Wii Fit nodded silently...remembering her feathered ally.

"Kazooie...she helped me in ways more than I could have imagine. She helped me realize the truth to all these games and all these missions: that they didn't all have to be played so cutthroat and selfishly. I didn't value teamwork at all...except for just a few moments."

"Yes...but better late than never."

"And to add to all that...this episode itself was nothing short of amazing, frankly. This final episode...it changed me." Wii Fit added to him. Smash Host continued to walk down the town path with her...but he was looking down at the bricked ground with a face of disbelief and incredulity, smiling with stunned eyes.

"Wii Fit...you self-executed with no cash…I... still cannot believe a player would ever do that. But you proved me wrong."

"Indeed. Indeed, Smash Host. But...the action is true. And who knows how much time I'd have even been fated to have continued on in this game anyway? I may have been executed even in Episode 5, or Episode 6...and if I WAS executed next episode instead of now, then I would have NEVER felt the self-accomplishment and pride that I feel this exact second right now...accomplishment from choosing to end my game willingly before I became a worse person...and by not taking any money, the others have no option but to view me as a little bit...better."

"Was this all ultimately for redemption from their eyes towards you?" Smash Host asked her. "Did you ultimately care about their opinions towards you in the end...despite never showing such a want throughout the game?" Wii Fit smiled carefully to the host.

"As if I cared if the others liked me or not." But Smash Host could see that she was indeed lying.

"Not being captured by the Mole, saving the team, and simply ending myself on a good note. This...this was indeed the best way to have gone. No regrets. None at all.

"I...really see everything that happened tonight clearer now...and all your decisions..." Smash Host said deeply, understanding the trainer even more. "I'm finally making sense of tonight's events...and your ultimate choice."

"And by self-executing, I also left with another amazing notion in my mind."

"Oh?" Smash Host asked. Wii Fit smiled with gleaming eyes.

"That the Mole never beat me," Wii Fit smiled lastly in addition. "Because besides the winner...no one else would ever feel that way in this game."

The players had their own many, many mixed feelings towards the trainer who had left. But the more they thought...and the more they remembered their missions which they played with her...they realized it wasn't all negative. It was a strange mix and tornado of emotions. But they were settling...and they were able to think clearly in the end.

Isabelle: We couldn't help...but think a bit positively. Really!

"Her attitude...was not all bad," Lucina said softly. "She had determination. Excelling...succeeding in games...she had always tried her best. And that all helped us against the Mole."

"Crazy to even think it... but she was the one to spice up all of our missions and make them more duel-y," DK laughed. "Her attitude sometimes made the games even more fun!"

"Well, as much as I hated her in the games...I admit, she kinda did do well in it all..." Dark Pit realized, admitting, folding his arms.

"Hmm...she beat you a lot," Joker nodded with acknowledgement. Dark Pit moaned, scowling.

"She was also so...smart!" Isabelle said with realization, hand on her mouth. "She outsmarted all of us in the Stadium game! No one solved her!" Everyone couldn't help but feel a bit impressed by her ability to deceive and win. Wii Fit's intelligence truly shined in her last mission of The Mole: Deceiver's World.

"And her letting me plummet over 5,000 feet of darkness in the Mushroomy Kingdom pit...I'll give my mask to her...she was very, very intelligent in her methods of getting back at people," Joker told everyone with a nod and a little grin, and everyone chuckled in full agreement at the masked man's words.

"Magical, I tell ya guys...we never expected her to change around in her last round here," Kazooie nodded reflectively. The bird sighed with a saddened smile, as everyone looked at her. "Too bad we couldn't continue on more together with her. She could've made it to Episode 5."

"But she didn't. She chose her fate…" Joker stated. Kazooie nodded.

"She chose it...well," the bird replied in considering thought.

It was the fate of a player...that ended in her own hands. But it was not an ending of despair and disappointment. It was one...of satisfaction and completion...and victory.

"Goodbye..."

It was the sight of a large hot-air balloon that greeted the soon-to-be-leaving trainer, as she looked at it with curious amusement. Shaped like a Jigglypuff, the iconic Balloon Pokémon of their creature-filled universe, it loomed in the darkened sky against the slightly-visible clouds, plastic, its blue, wide eyes large and reflecting in the moonlight. Smash Host and Wii Fit looked up at the billowing, grand balloon. The trainer couldn't help but give a little laugh.

"The trouble I gave Pikachu and Jigglypuff…" she considered, then, with a voice that dropped just every so slightly, she added, "and...the trouble I gave everyone else too throughout this entire game as well." Her face...then changed. It dropped to one...of troubled feelings. A bit of sadness. Almost as if...she was sorry.

Smash Host turned to her, noticing it all. But he smiled to her.

"Or rather...the fun you gave everyone. The challenges, the adversities, the mystery...the game of The Mole isn't complete without such things. Can you see from my point of view, Wii Fit?"

Wii Fit silently took in the host's words, looking down. And then...she smiled. She looked up, slightly with an edge of pride, satisfaction...complemented by a large smile of deviousness and sassiness that anyone could easily recognize as belonging to her.

"Well...then I'm afraid to say...that the villain of this game must be leaving now," she smiled with a gleam in her eye, and with that, she stepped into the balloon.

Indeed, like a true villain of a world...looking like a member of the Pokémon world's greatest adversary Team Rocket itself...she lifted into the sky.

And soared high above everything else into the night sky. The stars and moon shined.

The world was ending its day...and Wii Fit was also ending her game.

And within a few minutes...not even the six remaining players could see her anymore in the dark sky as she disappeared from the game of "The Mole". The six remaining players saw her no more.

Six remaining, lost players: DK, Lucina, Joker, Isabelle, Dark Pit, and Kazooie.

Left remaining in a game with one villain less...but one still remaining.

That remaining villain...being the Mole.

And thaaaaaat's the end of Episode 4! :D I HOPE YOU ENJOYED!

Oh my gosh! Wii Fit! She leaves as the fourth confirmed victim of the game! Goodbye to our sassy athlete...

Were you surprised?! What did you think? I just can't believe myself, after I finished writing this chapter...that I realized that I'd indeed miss her :( So I surprised myself.

Hehe also, I'm sooo sorry for cheating everyone with the exemption twist! xD I am the worst, haha...but I needed to switch the game a little bit with the predictable executions ahaha :)

Anyways, Episode 4 is over! And I have your...Poll Results!

Thank you to EVERYONE who voted in the poll! :D I love seeing poll results at the end of every episode! Hehee! Each person who votes was able to vote up to 3 times! What were the results? They were….

POLL:

EPISODE 4 - WHO IS THE MOLE?

KAZOOIE - 4 Votes (22 percent)

LUCINA - 4 Votes (22 percent)

DK - 3 Votes (17 percent)

ISABELLE - 3 Votes (17 percent)

WII FIT - 2 Votes (11 percent) (EXECUTED)

JOKER - 1 Vote (5 percent)

And that is the ranking of the final six! Such interesting results! With Wii Fit gone, just six remain! Just what will happen next episode? Who will make it to the end?

2) Also, check out my website on my profile! :D I completely finished up the Home Page and Players Page! All ten players are there! (Lucario looking especially cool loool). Also, everything is even and lined up, so no awkward texts lol! And the music is working! DO check :) I will add the Missions and Host pages soon! PS The site is only visible via PC lol.

3) And lastly! If you haven't reviewed this episode at all yet, I'd just appreciate it so much if you could leave a review! ^-^ Just as your final summary of this episode! What did you think? And what are your predictions for the future?! :) Who do you like? And who out of the remaining six... do you suspect as...the Mole?!

Thanks everyone so much! Stay tuned! :D Episode 5 awaits...and the players are still in a LOT of peril! Wish them luck...as they travel and jump with the deceitful Mole...into the mysterious next episode!

SakuraDreamerz: YAYY! You have NO idea how happy I am whenever a hidden reader reviews and enters the review world :D Hello and welcome! Thank you very much for writing a comment! Holy Guacamole indeed! (id even give you a guacamole party if I could, maybe I'll get Smash Host to make some). I also like and laugh at how in your review you're so non-spoily, stating "the culprit" without saying their name, so considerate ahaha :) I'm so happy to hear from you and would love to hear from you more!

Masking What Remains: Eyy! Short squad is real :D I find so many benefits these days being my height, so 5'6 is like...no complaints :) hahaha. Yah, with everything being, 'The Mole', and how twist-filled the game is, you can only expect the worst and biggest of twists right xD I always just assumed Wii Fit to be like huge Amazonian woman compared to others, so I was like , "She's 5'11" in my head of picturing and imagination lmfaooo. Wow, very eye-opening and logical prediction you have here! About Wii Fit being very less likely to be the Mole since she was the saboteur in this Pokémon mission! And that it's just too much of a risk making her the "true traitor" of this entire game! I like the psychology behind this and it makes sense. I like how your favorites, DK and Isabelle, are your two biggest suspects! : ) for me, my favorites are always my Mole picks. Darn, I should have made Eclair less likable in my story! (Jk I loved her too xD)

Cavin856: Yeah so LIKE: I figured you'd be smart and see everyone else voting for Pikachu/Jigglypuff in the reviews, and then from that, deduct it wasn't them xD LOLOLOL drat! Outed again, ahaha! It's so funny that these characters are SO short, Olimar especially, that I'm not even surprised you brought up the possibility of THREE people being the thiefs xD When I saw you write "Honestly I dont know why I'm pretending like it wasn't Pikachu and Jigglypuff, there's too much evidence" I was like, "Yay! :DI wheeled you and maybe everyone else back onto the Pikachu-guilty train! XD Muahaha!" In honesty, hehe jk, I am equally happy when readers get tricked or solve the real truth, so either path is good :) Ph WOW! That was a super cool theory about Jigglypuff possibly being male instead of female! A majority of people just assume Jigglypuff is always female...dang that would have been a good use of a twist! :o maybe for future something, haha. Then you mentioned in your review a player could maybe be the thief...I almost jumped LOL. You did it xD Oh man, when I saw your timestamps charting of specific times come out, I was like, "Oh snap, Detective Cavin is in the game! ;D" Seriously though, what are you doing not in the mission? And Eyyy! You came through at the end with the right answer! :D Congrats! I'm so happy you caught the clue, "The players were just a small number of six or seven" in Chapter 17 :) I loved scattering a bunch of clues in Chapter 17 that pointed to Wii Fit's absence (Pikachu being startled she's gone but the other players think he's talking about Lucario, Pikachu stating at one point that he "turned to face the six before him"). Anyways, thanks for the detective long review! I enjoyed it so much and it was worth millions :D

Dark Punxysaur: Oh thank you sir! :D I'm happy for your words! I guess for a fourth season, I'm flattered and honored that my twists and turns are still full of live xD I SO SO wholeheartedly agree with your statement saying just how WELL-PLAYED Wii Fit did the role of the thief! Like whether she's the true Mole or not of this game, she plays the role of a saboteur so well! From pinpointing all the blame and false evidence onto Pikachu to avoiding suspicion, it just all made sense! Yeah, the question of incentive must be so confusing as I expected from readers, but I'm glad to say that everything is explained in the first paragraphs of the next chapter so that's good xD Dun dun dun….execution time! DK is on the chopping block! Let's hope this poor ape can survive :,( And the suspects continue! Joker and Lucina are both good picks! :) And whether or not they helped to sabotage this mission, that's one to wonder!

Derick Lindsey: Yeah! Fricken' Wii Fit! XD! Totally feel the sentiments in your first line, ahahaa. About the Pikachu line to DK, yeahh! I had to write that line like 5 times and word it sooo carefully! Just to make it hint to Wii Fit while not making it too obvious, while at the same time SOUND like Pikachu was referring to himself! Good realizing on all of Wii Fit's false acts! :) such as Pointing out the irrelevant stilts, and also fake wobbling! Now, you bring a really good point: is this a huge hint that Wii Fit is the Mole of the story, or is this a huge elimination of her as the Mole? I feel like this is a huge polarizing thing and that there's almost no in between, right? :O whoa whoa.. and your pointing out of that theory and pattern...of players being eliminated by game...is indeed happening! Fox, Peach, Lucario by sequential game….is next Smash 4?! Are Lucina and Dark Pit on the chopping block? I really like the theme and your story hopes of Dark Pit beating Wii Fit! :D although everything is written out already (boo!) I do cheer SO much that your hopes and wishes concerning Dark Pit are accomplished!

Darksymphony777: Story: Wow! So the identities of and the connection between Sherry and Holly are fully explained more. Poor Sherry...damaged...injured...probably hurt by someone? Herself? Or another enemy? I like how McHallyboo has an enemy himself with Holly, haha, I love the antagonism between them. Poor Tiny and Piantissimo are the side victims of their scuffles loool.

Review: Hehe! Indeed, tall Amazonian woman is the thief of the stadium! I like how she finally has a shining light on her and she is our inside joke character. Yes, what WAS Falcon doing in the bathroom? Probably trying to find a loophole to become a player in the current Mole game lol. Yes indeed, Bayonetta would have excelled the challenge from the first season of Traitor Aboard and posed nude easily; she would have single handedly won the entire game and beat Luigi lmaooo, no doubt. And oh! I'm actually very surprised you found the Whoddunit mission rushed and short! Because...I actually thought it was too long! XD It is my longest chapter to date out of all 19 chapters, nearing at 13,000 words, so I thought other readers would think it was too long actually haha. BUT I do understand where you're coming from, personality wise: you are able to read many Fanfiction in short time and can also film hour-long videos while thinking them normal length :) So hehe kudos!

FFWF: Hearing such positive words from you always makes my day! ^-^ thank you! Pacing was definitely my biggest challenge in this chapter, so I stumbled on some parts but hopefully made it okay in the end, hehe! Oh my gosh, Ice Climbers! They would be such interesting characters to have in a Mole story now that I think of it...I wonder if I could ever have a Mole player be TWO characters as one slot in a game...I wonder how that would play out (one fan made Mole game had that concept and it worked out like 60/40 lol). Olimar being the thief is such an interesting concept! :) I was actually thinking how clever it'd be if his camera footage was all false and manipulated and that HE was actually the saboteur! It's so good and cool that you looked back at the previous chapter at the Loudred fight to see who wasn't in the scene! You ultimately came out as successful detective in the end :) Yayy! I'm so happy Wii Fit is one of your favorite characters! Her character is truly so dynamic and interesting and unique and I'm glad people appreciate her twist and difference from previous personalities of stories before :) And she was just SO skillful as a saboteur with all her misdirection and fake clues, she does deserve that round of applause for her role in the mission! I find it so interesting when you state Dark Pit or Isabelle may not be leaving because you don't see them as "being done yet"! Very interesting opinion :) Will Joker and Lucina be able to pull through this execution! We will wait to see the sad, fated one!

CocoTots: "So much better in your writing" Aww! Thank you so much :) your kind words make me so so so happy! I think I planned and wrote a strong outline for this chapter, which is what really made it better; I'm gonna do that for future chapters from now on! That's so cool and I'm so glad that you re-read the events and chapter again knowing that Wii Fit was the culprit :) and saw everything made sense: that was my goal! For everything to make sense even on second read! :) I'm happy. I like how you write on Joker's name in execution style! Haha xD I love it. Truly, very poetic of you to point out that Joker may be leaving once being defeated by Wii Fit! I quite like the idea! And logically you have a very great point! If Lucario stated Joker as a suspect, wouldn't it be clearer and less likely Joker is the Mole now? I really like your BOTH poetic AND logical reasonings to things :) You're a great reader!

D4 Ghostwriter: How are yaaa! It's been so long :) Thanks for reviewing after a while! I have to do the same for your awesome story :) Thanks for the kind words of complimenting my writing! Hopefully I'm at your status of awesomeness now! *bows* Oh gosh yeah, I felt like only the smart readers could tell right away that the Capt. Falcon group characters had nothing to do with the actual crime lol. The Pikachu and Jiggly trenchcoat theory...yay! That was my red herring theory and I'm glad some people actually picked it up as a theory xD Bahaha. Wow anyways, sorry for being so slow myself in reading your story, it's still fresh in my mind even if I take breaks and all :) So good to hear from you though!

LuaisyLover: Part 1: Loved the news intro hehe! And have I ever been told before your name was Isaac!? Nice to meet you! :D or I forgot and I'm justthe worst friend! haha Dx Yeah, the Mole players having to pretend the other Smash fighters aren't suspicious is indeed very cartoon-sceney! I loved seeing them all be awkward together for a change xD "Team Strong, Team Mole-ish and Team Mood", HAHAHA! Especially Team Mood with our emo Dark Pit and Kazooie always eating, very aptly named so. OH MY GOD! You actually suspected Wii Fit at the earlier part of the mission :D You deserve a million Plus 1's for that! Award you must have :D I like how right away you dismissed it ahaha. You acknowledged the host's strange credit card/hot dog talk, so you deserve points for that too! Yes Olimar is indeed adorable! Omgg favorite gym leaders! I always liked Sabrina and Agatha from the OG beginnings! Powerful women :) And new, I really like Piers and Raihan! :D...UMM NOT CAUSE I THINK THEYRE CUTE. LMAO. But actual cute is Allister :D aww, he's a legit Shy guy!

Big apologies, as ill have to stop my review replies here! :( My eye condition healing from Lasik is preventing me from looking at screens for long times and my eyes are jsut so hurting :( I am so so sorry if i didnt get to reply to you! Please call me out in the next chapter if so and ill make sure to super reply to you! Thank you so much for understanding :)
