Orange Weapon Check with Mother Blacksmith
"Two more minutes, you two. Keep it up until them." Alleyne said.
Lincoln and Izumi are doing some sword swinging together though in different ways with Lincoln practicing the speed of his thrust with his dagger, and Izumi is doing the swinging with her katana going down horizontally then swinging it vertically too.
"Hey Izumi, I hope you don't mind if I ask you something." Lincoln said while still doing the thrusts.
"What is it?" Izumi asked.
"Well, your outfit seems to be something from a country known as Japan, do you know about it?" Lincoln asked the question of the day.
"Oh, you know of the country? I'm sure you notice how our civilization is close to your modern stuff along with some special things of our own." Izumi pointed out.
"Yeah, like having a few technologies of your own that seems advance more. It's awesome." Lincoln complimented.
"Then yes, I have studied about Japan for a while learning about the past and current cultures of Japanese that is also known as the Land of the Raising Sun and folk legends such as Sun Wukong and Raiden the God of Thunder." Izumi bragged about what she knows about Japan.
"Wow, you really study all of that! You didn't even strike me as the studying type, more like the kind of girl who just goes in actions first then ask questions later." Lincoln surprised.
"Hey, are you trying to say I'm dumb?!" Izumi snapped.
"No, no, no, no, I didn't mean it like that! I'm sorry, I just got to learn something new about you just now and it's cool." Lincoln apologized and complimented.
Hearing him calling her cool out of the blue like that just because she mentioned about her doing some studying on Japan causes her to blush in shock, she can even feel her heart racing a little faster than normal.
"Well, you better think twice about underestimating those around you." Izumi said with a pouty face.
"Alright, that's enough." Alleyne announced the end of this training session.
"Now, it's time we move on to the next part of today's training." Alleyne said as she walks in front of her two students and pointed her staff at them.
"Now, you two are coming to come at me together and you'll both try to land a blow on me while working together in doing so." Alleyne explained this next training session.
"But teacher, we never learn how to fight together in the same battle." Izumi pointed out.
Lincoln nods in agreement, throughout all the training days Lincoln have gone through under the guidance of this elf woman, there was never one about them actually working together to fight the same target nor have they even gotten around to think about themselves to act as a team too. He knew this was gonna be a tough challenge for them.
"I know, you both have done well to get this far through the training. So, you each score 59 points." Alleyne stated.
"For real?! That's so awesome!" Izumi and Lincoln cheered in union.
"(It looks like you two are already doing things in union.)" Alleyne thought commented.
Meanwhile, Lincoln's guards and the ghost maid are watching the training as always.
"Working together, that's probably gonna be tough." Ronnie Anne said.
"But they have been training together, so I'm sure they'll be able to work things out." Carlota pointed out and hope for the best.
"You may have a point there, let us hope they don't fall on each other's feet." Branwen concerned.
"Or maybe have Izumi fall for Lincoln between the legs." Airi teased.
"What was that?" The guards asked as they may have misheard the ghost.
"Oh, it's nothing." Airi giggled.
Lincoln and Izumi ready themselves in their fighting stance with their teacher ready as well giving them a fierce look, that made them feel a little nervous of fighting their teacher, but they will not back down from this.
"So, how do you want to approach her?" Lincoln asked Izumi.
"I'll try going first to attack and have her block me, you'll be right behind me and attack following the block." Izumi suggested.
"Got it." Lincoln nodded.
Izumi charges at Alleyne with her sword a little tightly on her grip with Lincoln quickly following her from behind, he made sure to stay close to her as possible in order for this plan to work.
Izumi swing her sword at Alleyne which as expected she blocks the incoming attack with one end of her staff, then Lincoln moves to the left to pop out for an immediate second attack with a strong thrust at her.
"(Interest first start of their team attack, and it would seem Izumi was the one took charge.)" Alleyne thought looked at how the two are right now.
"But that won't be enough to beat me." Alleyne said.
She twirls her staff to move Izumi's sword away with the one end that is blocking the blade while moving the other end to smack the orange dagger away to the side, all in a fast motion that the two barely saw until it was too late.
"Good start, now let see if you can keep that up." Alleyne said.
Immediately after saying that, Alleyne move her staff again faster than before smack Izumi right onto Lincoln and send them flying with a single swing and the attack is strong too.
"What the heck just happened?" Lincoln asked groaning in pain.
"What do you think happened? We just got our ass handed to first on the first try." Izumi pointed out.
But then she notices something odd with the ground feeling a little strange on her face as she pushes herself up a little only to gasp in shock upon seeing that she is on top of Lincoln, and his lower half that was in contact with her face with the realization making her face red.
"Oh shit!" Izumi gasped.
"So, what do we do now?" Lincoln asked as he gets back up, not knowing that Izumi was on top of him just now.
"Huh, I… We try attacking her again from each side. I'll take her left and you go for her right." Izumi suggested trying to calm herself down to remember this is training.
"Right, let's go with that." Lincoln nodded.
Lincoln and Izumi charge together at Alleyne hoping to at least make her be push back even though it would only be a few feet, and they come at her from each side as she blocks and avoid the attacks from her students and even pushing them away a bit to battle one of them for a moment.
Izumi try attacking her from behind since she is occupied with Lincoln for a moment though the elf teacher saw this coming and smack the katana down to make it almost hit Lincoln on the side.
"Watch it, I'm on your side!" Lincoln snapped a little.
"Sorry about that." Izumi apologized.
"Try worrying about yourself." Alleyne suddenly appeared right behind Izumi.
Alleyne strike her staff on the head making Izumi stumble back and now is force on the defense trying to block as many of her teacher's attacks as she can, but they keep coming at her fast and strong getting some hits on her body.
Lincoln tries to come to her aid with a slide on the ground then swinging his dagger upward to the arm to make Alleyne flinch a little, but she also manages to block that and push him away.
"(Damn, she's really strong as always!)" Lincoln thought shocked.
Lincoln quickly recovers to attack again as Izumi quickly follow this from her end as they try their best to get their Alleyne, but the combat teacher easily evades their every attempt to land a good hit on her as she spins and swings her staff around.
Alleyne would even cause them to make mistakes a few times like getting Izumi to almost stab his foot or having Lincoln throw a punch onto her face.
"Hey! Will you get your fucking act together and attack Alleyne instead!" Izumi yelled.
"That's exactly what I've been doing! You're the one who keeps trying to stab me!" Lincoln snapped back.
"You're gonna wish it was me on purpose." Izumi glared.
Lincoln and Izumi attack at the same time only to end up crashing into each other on the heads.
"Oh, that looks painful." Ronnie Anne commented.
Alleyne pushes Izumi back with a kick then followed by a strong thrust attack at Lincoln who quickly blocks it with his dagger, but it also made cracks on it like it's about to break at any second.
Lincoln quickly grabs the staff pulling it and Alleyne a little forward.
"Now!" Lincoln shouted.
Izumi charges and jump a little high to get a hit on Alleyne believing this could be their best chance to defeat her in battle.
However, Alleyne didn't seem faze from this was she jumps upside-down on her staff doing a spin to kick Izumi's sword away and then on the girl herself.
"What the what?!" Lincoln gasped before suddenly getting kick as well.
Izumi tries to get up only to knock down by Lincoln crashing onto her and now the two are laying on the ground with their eyes dizzy.
"I believe that is enough for today." Alleyne announced the end of the training.
"You two were able to work well together at first, but you started to focus on that teamwork when things weren't coming your way. Despite that, you were able to give it your all, you both score 61." Alleyne said.
"Well, at least it was a little higher than the 59." Izumi groaned.
"Yeah, sorry that I snap at your earlier." Lincoln apologized.
"It's fine." Izumi said and saw the damage dagger.
"Lincoln, your dagger is damage and pretty hard too." Izumi informed at the white hair boy look at his weapon.
"Oh wow, the force I block with it must've been tougher than I thought." Lincoln surprised to see his signature weapon hurt like this now.
"You were fortune that my attack did not make it all the way through otherwise that dagger would have been in two and my staff hitting your chest knocking the wind out of your lungs." Alleyne pointed out.
"Knowing you, I believe." Lincoln nodded as his guards and Airi come to them.
"Damn, that look serious. You should really have that check out." Carlota advised.
"Yes, it's best to have the weapon at their best condition for battle instead them being in a weaken state." Branwen stated.
"I guess you're right, I have grown fond of this dagger like it was already a part of my body and it's awesome to have around. I hate to see if I have to fight without this by my side." Lincoln looked at his cracked dagger.
"Then you should go see the blacksmith who forged the blade, I have no doubt she would be happy to fix that for you." Alleyne mentioned the blacksmith.
"Blacksmith? You guys have that here?" Lincoln asked.
"Of course, and she is not just any blacksmith, Cattleya is known as the greatest blacksmith in the entire island that none could match her skills." Ronnie Anne explained exciting.
"Not to mention that she is also a great warrior with amazing strength that surpasses even our great Queen." Airi added.
"Whoa, now that I got to see with my own eyes!" Lincoln excited.
"Then it's off to Cattleya's blacksmith, we go!" Carlota declared.
(Blacksmith Mother Shop)
Lincoln and the girls have arrived in front of the blacksmith shop as with the sign above the front door with the sign says "Blacksmith Mother Shop" which Lincoln finds that very cute.
"Man, this woman must really love to do crafting if she has her own blacksmith shop." Lincoln amazed as he looks through the window seeing the swords and axes on display.
"You can say that again, the woman has been doing crafting of weapons and other utility tools since she was a kid." Branwen chuckled.
"By the way, you should brace yourself for what's you're about to see in the woman. Or should I say all on her front." Ronnie Anne warned.
"Huh?" Lincoln confused.
"Trust me, you'll see this for yourself." Ronnie Anne winked at her boyfriend.
They walk inside the shop seeing more weapons on the walls and tables, Lincoln couldn't help but be amazes how well-made they are, it's like they were careful crafted into the shape they are meant to be for a great purpose or something like that.
"Cattleya, are you home?" Branwen called out.
"Be right there!" A woman responded to the call.
"Branwen! I didn't expect to see you here, do you need your weapon check?" The woman now revealing herself as Cattleya surprised to see Branwen in her shop.
Cattleya is a muscular, mature looking woman having ivory-colored skin, black hair in a ponytail with a pink flow design stripe and a left bang that covers most of her forehead, blue eyes behind spectacles and she is extremely voluptuous. The most distinguishing feature of the woman is her enormous bust, probably world record. She wears a purple bra with shoulder stripes attachment with wing-like design and a big stripe around her back, purple collar-neck with yellow outline, a belt with brown bags on the side that also hooked on her dark red stockings, two different long dark-purple gloves that goes over the elbows: the left is a full glove with a metal backhand while the right is fingerless with an arm gauntlet. And wears boots with leather at the top close to the kneecaps, the bottom is brown, and the foot part has metal armor. Breasts sizes: Q-cup.
"(WHOA?! She's huge just like Melpha!?)" Lincoln thought gasped upon seeing the woman's breasts.
"Told you so." Ronnie Anne said.
"Cattleya, the White Warrior has come to your shop to seek help with the weapon you made for him." Branwen gestured to Lincoln.
"The White Warrior! Oh my, I finally get to meet you after all this time! I'm so please you have the time to come t my shop!" Cattleya excited as she moves forward to Lincoln.
Lincoln shock blushes when seeing the giant boobs bouncing through each step the woman takes.
"Tell me, how has the weapon been treating you? Are you adjusting to it well because I thought about making you a short weapon first since I also heard you're new to using a blade." Cattleya asked.
"Oh, it's been great, really big-sharp!" Lincoln stuttered as he tries to calm himself down.
"Anyway, it's like Branwen said, I need my weapon fix." Lincoln showed his dagger to her.
"Oh dear, these cracks! They were made from a strong force of a warrior; I believe they must be from Alleyne." Cattleya figured out.
"Wow, you can tell from just looking them?" Lincoln surprised that Cattleya already knew that it was his mentor who did it.
"Being a blacksmith has its perks such as knowing things from looking at the weapon." Cattleya smiled.
"Not to worry, fixing cracks like these is something I can fix, and they are easy to fix." Cattleya assured as she takes the orange dagger from his hands.
"Cool, and while you're at it, can you also make it a bit longer. Maybe a couple of inches of three." Lincoln requested.
"Wishing to upgrade your weapon, I'll have to really give this my all if this is from the White Warrior himself. And do not worry, I will also make it extra durable to withstand strong blows." Cattleya excited.
"Great." Lincoln smiled.
"Rana, come in and meet the White Warrior. We just got a weapon request from him." Cattleya called out to her daughter.
"For real?" Rana rushed out meeting Lincoln.
"Wow! So, you what they call a male from outside the island!" Rana surprised to meet Lincoln.
"That's right, I was also told that your mom was the one who made my dagger. It's been a great aid to me." Lincoln smiled.
"Did you also like the color; I was the one who suggested that because I just had this feeling that you like orange." Rana mentioned.
"True, orange is my favorite color." Lincoln smiled.
"Come Rana, we're going to make his weapon better than ever!" Cattleya excited as Rana cheers as well.
"I'm gonna look around to see what else you got." Lincoln decided to past the time while his weapon is getting fix.
