Situation: Lucas and Peyton (7 months pregnant) return home from the hospital after learning Lucky has Down Syndrome

Scene: The Nursery

Peyton (crying as she walks around nursery): OH, God. Why me? Why now?

Lucas (kissing Peyton's stomach): I love you

Peyton: Lucky has Down Syndrome. May she got it from me.

Lucas: Stop being hard on yourself. She didn't get the gene from you. Some of my relatives on my mother's side have special needs. My uncle, my mother's brother has Down Syndrome.
