Situation: Lucas and Peyton just had a major fight about Lucky's Down Syndrome. Peyton (seven months pregnant with Lucky) catches Lucas flirting with a woman at Tric.
Peyton (approaching Lucas): Lucas Eugene Scott!
Lucas (to his female companion): Please excuse me
The young lady: You know where to find me if you need me
Scene: Outside The Club- The Parking Lot
Lucas (embracing Peyton): Peyton, I am so sorry.
Peyton (resisting Lucas's touch): Are you feeling guilty because you left me hanging or I caught you seducing a woman at Tric?
Lucas: I am apologizing for both situations
Peyton (touching her stomach): This baby and myself deserve better
Lucas (taken aback): What do you mean?
Peyton (choked up): If this is our new normal then I can end it
Lucas (choked up): What about Sawyer? Who will look after her?
Peyton (crying): You have favored Sawyer more than Lucky. You have considered Sawyer to be your perfect child. You can keep Sawyer and I will look after Lucky. Lucky has Down Syndrome after all.
Lucas (fighting back tears): I will love Lucky even if she has Down Syndrome. Even now I won't give up on us.
