Captain Toad found himself farting about in the Unova region again but this time he was on the Skyarrow Bridge, taking in the sights of the Castelia City skyline from the middle of the bridge, with the breezy winds making it easy enough to potentially pick him up.
"Man is it a good thing I'm a wind breaker; because I don't think I would be able to stay on this bridge any longer!" Captain Toad admitted for he couldn't tell if he was smelling his own methane or the salty sea air due to the ships going underneath.
Eventually a swarm of Swanna flying overheard were catching whiffs of the stinky scent from the Toad Brigade captain, and they used a variety of Pokemon attacks on him; which of course caused a panic for the uncluky Toad due to him needing to run away from cover: he eventually farted his way into the terminal, which eventually collapsed from him making too much of a stink.
