The air hung heavy with the smell of disinfectant in Dr. Ein's lab. "Everyone, we have an inquiry and visitation from the mother of Acrobat Aqua. The situation is very dire." Ein wheeled in the ICU bed of Acrobat Aqua, the cheerful blue Bomberman girl of Dolphin Island.

"Dire?" The Jetters asked, curious.

"In spite of regular eczema cream applications, Aqua's eczema is increasingly painful and severe," Ein said. "Her mother is taking a bath, because she's exhausted from crying all night. Her daughter has had chronic diarrhea and vomiting for over six months, and the Island's hospital unit gave her several different treatments, such as allergy immunotherapy, antibiotics, and anti-emetics and anti-diarrheals, but in spite of those treatments, Aqua remains very sick. She hasn't eaten much food besides okayu rice porridge and senbei crackers - she developed severe vomiting and sensitivities to many foods she used to enjoy, such as pranuts, seafood and fish, and dairy proteins."

Aqua laid in a wheeled cot bed, with IVF bags above her, with IVF needles delivering much-needed nutrients into her veins. A heart rate monitor beeped at a normal rate. Her mother softy cried, trying to remain calm. "My daughter used to love eating Chiba Peanut Cookies as an after-school snack. Not long ago, she broke out in hives from peanut allergens. Isn't she haunted by ghouls inflicting pain inside and outside her?"

"Likely," Bongo replied. "As if she's under a spell of illness."

"Whoever caused it be damned!" Gangu yelled in anger, his robotic blood boiling in his mouse-like body. "Damn those ghouls to hell..."

Dr. Ein looked under a microscope of Aqua's stool sample. 'I took a stool sample of Aqua. She has tested positive for an acute infection of Clostridium perfringens alongside other harmful microbial lifeforms. It's a nasty bacteria that can cause serious complications, sometimes resulting in death.

"No way... death?" Shirobon asked nervously, with sad eyes and a sweaty face.

"Aqua's just a preteen girl," Shout said. "No way in Tartarus does she deserve this hell."

'What can we do?' Max asked, his voice laced with desperation. "She can't remain like this forever. Nobody can. As a former villain and servant of Mujoe, even I wouldn't inflict this specter of illness on my targets!"

Dr. Ein smiled reassuringly. 'We need to get some incredible warriors - resembling anime girls who can transform into bacteria - into her plagued and troubled system. But it's not easy. We have to traverse our way through her intestines. If we do nothing, she'll die in agony, or she'll require amputation of the intestines. This is dead serious, guys."

"Holy crap," Shirobon panicked a bit, about to burst into tears. "Amputation?"

"Yes," Shout replied, looking sternly at Shirobon. "Cut out those tears. So surgeons won't have to cut out this earth angel's literal guts... her Clostridium Perfringens case is only getting worse as we waste precious time."

The Jetters team, assembled in the lab, exchanged surprised glances. 'The intestines?' Shirobon asked, looking confused, scratching his head.

'Exactly,' Dr. Ein explained, 'And you're the only ones who can currently do it that I know of. We're going to use a special bio-capsule to shrink the team down. You'll be traveling through Aqua's digestive system, fighting off the harmful bacteria and delivering a supply of friendly ones in the magical shape-shifting form of Untopia/Bombergirl personas with supernatural microscopic abilities."

They were briefed on the details: the capsule would shrink them to microscopic size, allowing them to traverse the labyrinthine pathways of the intestines. They would face Clostridium perfringens, an army of bacteria resembling monstrous, spiky creatures, and their mission was to deliver 'Bombergirls', that'll transform themselves into beneficial bacteria super-soldiers. These bacteria soldiers had electromagnetic weapons, able to shape themselves into bacteria physiques and reincarnate, each carrying a unique strain of beneficial bacteria who had shape-shifting appearances, including appearances as Good Charaboms and as ordinary bacterial physiques.

The Jetters, armed with miniature bombs and equipped with miniature weapons designed to neutralize the Clostridium perfringens, were ready for the challenge. They entered the bio-capsule, their bodies shrinking to the size of dust motes. Dr. Ein pressed a button, and the capsule shot into Aqua's mouth. Simultaneously, Mother fed Aqua some warm, non-allergenic Okayu rice porridge, as Aqua developed so many severe food sensitivities.

The ride through Aqua's throat was as bumpy as a bubble waffle, the walls as slimy as grated Yamaimo root, and as dimly lit as an abandoned mountain hamlet under the moonlight. They quickly descended down Aqua's esophagus, the air growing hotter and more foul, not unlike the atmosphere of Sakurajima at its rumbling periods. The team had to bypass the stomach and its gastric juices, as it was mostly sterile and problem-free there - the problems were below. If anything, it had too little gastric juices, as Aqua's diet became so limited from allergies. The microscopic Jetters slid down the duodendum into the small intestines, surrounded by a sea of damaged villi, clouded by churning, snow-white, slightly-acidic food - mostly Okayu rice porridge, with occasional variety without any peanuts, fish, dairy or milk, or such allergens. Around them, the Clostridium perfringens, with their distorted forms and menacing spiky appendages, swarmed, attacking with a toxic gas and evil facial expressions, surrounded by an army of other devilish microbiota species.

"Try to fight us," one Clostridium snickered. "You'll be sorry!"

Bongo and Gangu, armed with a miniature plasma blaster, blew up the noxious bacteria, while Shout fired her mini-sparkle-missiles, scattering the Clostridium perfringens into millions of broken bits. Shirobon felt scared, but he shouted "Bomb shoot!", hurling various bombs at the pathogenic microbes. The most effective bomb was Sal-T Bomb, as sodium has antimicrobial properties.

"Oh crap!" Clostridium and other toxic microbes yelled in anger and agony. "We feel like slugs drowning in table salt!"

Meanwhile, the friendly Bombergirls, with their cheerful faces and whimsical outfits, moved valiantly through the intestines, shape-shifting themselves into bacteria species such as Bifidus and Lactobacillus, scattering their additional beneficial bacteria - once their Charabom pets that shape-shifted - with Magical Girl powers. They were tiny bundles of resilience, their tiny bodies glowing with a soft, calming light, but their battles brutal and fierce, ravaging the bodies of Clostridium and other toxic microbes, ripping the toxic microbes' ectoplasm and bodies to shreds.

The battle raged on, the Jetters fighting valiantly, their miniature weapons flashing in the dim light. They fought their way through the small intestines, the air thick with the smell of semi-digested food and the stench of the mostly-deceased Clostridium perfringens' toxins.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, they reached the large intestine, landing into the cecum and appendix, swimming in liquifued, partly-digested rice porridge that became brown. It was a putrd-smelling yet vast landscape, the air heavy with the odor of fermentation from old, black fecaliths and streaks of liquid stool, asmist an ocean of shorter, smoother villi atop goblet cells, its aquatic lifeforms being various microbes, mostly harmful ones. The colon's walls would barely push anything through except for diarrhea- leaving hard stools inside - and its atmosphere reeked of sulfur and undigested food particles still being fermented by nasty pathogens. Here, the Clostridium perfringens were even more numerous, dwelling in these old waste materials, feeding off their undigested nutrients. The colonic villi were inflamed, scattered with platelets and histamine.

But the Jetters were undaunted. They fought on regardless, alongside their once-humanlike bacteria colonies.

After a long and arduous battle, the clostridium perfringens were finally subdued. The Jetters, exhausted but triumphant, pushed forward, their mission nearing completion. The Bombergirls who became bacteria, successfully defeated the Clostridium Perfringens armies.

The Jetters, feeling the strain of their journey, traversed down Aqua's large bowel, riding atop a smooth, semi-solid, brown stool - waste byproducts from fully-digested rice porridge. As Aqua Bomber defecated- having her first healthy bowel movement since her illnesses began - pushed hard, her belly aching as the Jetters and the BM landed into a body of water, with a gigantic splash.

Dr. Ein, who had been monitoring their progress, activated the bio-capsule. As the capsule expanded, they felt the familiar tug of their shrinking bodies, their microscopic selves returning to normal size.

The capsule ejected them back into the lab. They collapsed onto the floor, their tiny bodies exhausted from the grueling journey.

Outside the laboratory, Aqua's mother, with tear-stained cheeks, held her child close. She had been so worried, but now, she saw a glimmer of hope. The redness on Aqua's skin was subsiding, her eczema died down and faded, and her vomiting had stopped.

Within a few days, Aqua's health began to improve. Her diarrhea subsided, and the redness on her skin faded, she slowy began to re-introduce food allergens into her daily meals, with no life, threatening reactions (some nausea remained, but much milder). Her parents, overjoyed, thanked the Jetters for saving their daughter.

The Jetters, exhausted but happy, knew that their mission was accomplished. They had fought a microscopic battle and won, proving that even the smallest of heroes could make a big difference.
