I will be answering some questions from reviews and the like.
N5GAH - Thanks for your list of positives and negatives. To answer your negatives i have fixed what you saw as first person and now will right the whole story in third person view for Leo but may include some first person views for other people such as cylons and others
MikiHa - I know its not building up fast but i dont want them to launch a protracted war straight away so i want them to spend a little time building themselves up and saving people rather than fighting as from what i saw the story going is that the 12 colonies will end and a new Alteran civilisation will be born.
Joeya12 - I would like to say that im still looking for a beta but trying to not let it hold up the story and doing my best with the use of multiply re-reads and the use of spelling and grammar checks
chloe - for your information they will start leaving before the attack as he knows when the attack will happen as he watched the tv series that Athena's brother Aries planted in the mind of the show writer and released on earth.
Taron Storm - i liked your idea about the orphans and may incorporate it in there some where and could open up a few other options as well.
EvilTheLast - Thanks im trying to limit the whole jump drive distance thing as i think if they had such ability to jump great distances why where they still stuck mainly around the 4 systems so i will be limiting some what and creating a gap between that and hyperdrives so that they both become somewhat of niches for different situations.
Guest reviews - 1. i will be adding in chapters from different points of view as things start to heat up and the story gets moving at the moment its mostly Leo and his point of view because its just building up to the main story.
2. yes the ascended have a main policy of non interference but the way i look at it they cant be every where at once and look what was going on with the Ori, they dont hold sway over every galaxy so some of the more free thinking ascended could decide that they want to give things a little push and do things a little differently expecially where they decendants are involved and i may even include a few chapters from Athena point of view here and there.
3. Lastly yes its a cross over and more and more stargate will be added in later as for timeline wise the attack on the colonies will happen around 5 years after the stargate program started so i may have them crossing paths in the pegasus galaxy or even in the milky way but i really havnt put to much thought into how yet just that they will at some point.
