Hello everyone.
In this chapter, everyone will pay their respects to krypton.
Now for the reviews.
beninator5: I can have them do that in a future chapter.
phil34mnetro: They sure did.
DragonEmperor999: It's Lara's consciousness, just like Jor-El.
Indoraptorman101: Thank you.
Guest: Thank you, I'll check them out. And I guess over time I can have Lincoln gain more muscle.
Lets get to it.
The ship soon emerged where krypton once stood. Everyone looked out and saw a bunch of astroids.
"Is this the right place?" Leni asked. "All I see are a bunch of rocks."
"They're called astroids, Leni." Lisa said.
"Indeed."The ships computer said. "This is krypton, what's left of it anyway."
Lincoln couldn't believe it. He was actually staring at the remains of the planet he was born on.
"I can't believe any world could have met such a fate." Lincoln said.
Jordan put her hand on her boyfriend's shoulder.
"Are you ok, Lincoln?" Jordan asked.
"Yeah." Lincoln answered. "I just can't believe that I'm looking at the remains of krypton. It's just so hard to believe that it blew up."
Jordan hugged Lincoln, which he returned. Lincoln's sisters, Sam, and Joe soon joined in the embrace.
Soon they released from the group hug.
Jor-El and Lara approached their son.
"Just after you were born, Lincoln." Jor-El started. "I did what I could to try to convince the council of krypton that the planet was in danger. I had been trying long before you were born as well. But the council never took me seriously."
"We both were among the very few who knew what would happen." Lara said. "No matter what we said, no matter how much evidence we presented, the council never acted."
Lincoln turned to his parents.
"The council sounds like a bunch of idiots." Lincoln said.
"They were." Jor-El agreed.
"When the end of krypton came, I had one request for you, Lincoln." Lara told him.
"What was it?" Lincoln asked.
"To make a better world than ours." Lara answered.
Lincoln slowly made his way back to the window and stared at the remains of krypton. He then bowed his head.
Everyone else soon followed. Nothing was said during this time.
After about a minute, everyone went back to their seats.
"Set a course back to earth." Lincoln requested.
"But, let's cruise for about an hour before teleporting there." Jordan followed up.
"Very well." The ships computer acknowledged.
The ship then turned around, and flew away from the remains of krypton.
For the first few minutes, nothing was said. This was a lot to take in. They had all seen the remains of krypton, and knew that all life was lost with it, with the only exception being Lincoln since he was sent away in time.
Jordan looked at her boyfriend and saw him thinking.
"Are you ok, handsome?" She asked.
Lincoln looked at his girlfriend and smiled at her.
"I'm ok, beautiful." Lincoln answered.
"That's good." Jordan said. "Although there is one thing I'm wondering."
"What's that?" Lincoln asked.
"Do you ever wonder what your life would have been like if krypton didn't explode?" Jordan asked.
That question made everyone turn to him.
"It hasn't really come up often." Lincoln admitted. "Since I have such an amazing life with eleven sisters, and the perfect girlfriend, I don't really think about it often. Although now that you mention it, I do wonder what would have become of me if krypton didn't explode. What role in society would I have? Would I have become a scientist like my parents? Or would I have become a warrior or a leader?"
Jor-El and Lara approached their son.
"And that's what's so special about you." Lara said. "You would have had a choice."
"Just as you are doing right now, you would forge your own destiny." Jor-El finished.
Lincoln smiled at his parents.
"Thanks, Mom and Dad." Lincoln said.
"You're welcome, Lincoln." Jor-El said.
For the next several minutes, everyone talked to each other.
Then suddenly.
"Teleporting in 30 seconds." The ships computer said.
Everyone immediately went back to their seats, and when the countdown was up, the ship teleported away.
The ship soon emerged on earth over the arctic. It then landed where it lay dormant for millennia until now.
They all went to the key stand, and Lincoln grabbed the key and teleported everyone back to the Loud house.
And so ends their space travels, for now.
I hope you all enjoyed this chapter. Please leave a review.
