Episode 3: She Lied...

ll

ll

ll

As Usagi drifted to sleep...

ll

ll

In her dreams, where she usually found herself in either comforting or ... "hot" situations with a certain someone, tonight was something different.

ll

ll

She was in Minato, but something was wrong. She was in her Warframe, standing in the middle of town.

ll

ll

She felt exhausted, like she had just gone through one of Makoto's torturous looking workouts. Suddenly, when she looked in front of her, there was a tall, sentient figure, towering over her, standing at least 14 feet tall.

ll

ll

It stared down at her, the mix of ancient organic and mechanical parts near what she believed were it's hollow eyes were, moving up and down.

ll

ll

She looked behind her, hoping someone was there to help her fight whatever this thing was, and to her relief, Rei, Ami, Makoto and Minako were standing there.

ll

ll

ll

(Usagi) Guys! Oh thank the gods you're here! Help me-

ll

ll

Rei looked at Usagi, annoyed and disappointed.

ll

(Rei) Sorry Usagi. But you're on your own this time.

ll

ll

(Usagi) Wait... ... what? What are you saying? Guys...? What's going on?

ll

ll

Usagi looked at the others for some kind of hope that there was some kind of misunderstanding or that it was some kind of bad joke. But she grew nervous as it seemed that everyone seemed... annoyed... by her.

ll

(Ami) Don't you remember Usagi? We're all moving past that life for now. We all want to live out normal lives before we're sent back to the Silver Millenium. We can't help you now. We're busy...

ll

ll

(Makoto) And we can't just come to you at the drop of a hat now. Rei has her organization, Ami has the hospital, I have my career in fighting and Minako has her own career as an idol to look out for. Look at me! I can't even fight in my condition!

ll

ll

(Minako) I'm sorry Usagi... but we just... can't do this right now. But we can try again later to meet up! So don't worry too much, okay? But we really can't help you right now. So just do your best.

ll

ll

ll

Usagi looked at everyone, her fear rising with each terrified stare

ll

ll

All the girls began walking away from Usagi, as if she didn't even matter.

ll

ll

(Usagi) Guys... can't you see!? There's another enemy at our front door! We can't just ignore it, it'll destroy everything we have ever cared about! Why won't you help me!?

ll

ll

Rei, along with everyone, seemed... wary, of Usagi.

(Rei) I don't know what you are... but get the hell out of here, just leave us alone!

ll

ll

ll

(Usagi) Huh!? What are you talking about!?

ll

The four started to back away slowly, too scared to turn away from her.

ll

It was like they were happy to leave her alone.

ll

A distorted sound of laugher came from behind her.

ll

ll

It was the towering sentient figure.

ll

ll

The glowing parts of it's body lit up with each laugh.

ll

The tall, boney sentient looked down at Usagi, and spoke, it's skeletal face did not move, but it's voice was nearly human, with the only difference being the distortion in the being's voice.

ll

ll

ll

(?) What will you do now? There are so few of you as it is... and then, the only other allies you have, turn their backs on you?

ll

ll

The Sentient lowered its head to above Usagi's.

ll

ll

(?) Who will save you when you fall, when even the ones you protect aren't even willing to fight for you, in the most important battle of your lives, they walk away, forcing you to fight... alone. What's more... they're terrified of you.

ll

ll

Sentients like the ones she had fought on Pluto, began to come from the sky and from the alleyways behind the giant creature.

ll

ll

(?) There are so few of you, and we are many. What will happen depends on you, cursed child of the Void. Will you defy us and die? Or will you surrender the Origin system to us, including the one you took from me...

ll

ll

ll

(?) Only time will tell us who is to be the victor.

ll

ll

The Sentient swung one of it's long, boney arms at her, and that's where the dream ended.

ll

ll

Usagi woke up with tears in her eyes.

ll

ll

(Luna) Usagi? Are you okay? What's wrong?

ll

ll

Usagi quickly wiped the tears away and got outta bed.

ll

ll

(Usagi) Eh... it's nothing. Just a bad dream.

ll

ll

Usagi looked around and didn't see Artemis next to Luna.

ll

ll

(Usagi) Where's Artemis?

ll

ll

(Luna) You should check your phone...

ll

ll

(Usagi) Hm...?

ll

ll

Usagi looked at her phone and checked her inbox and sure enough... there was a message from Minako.

ll

ll

Usagi opened and read the message.

ll

ll

ll

From: Mina

l

l

l

Hey Usagi! I saw that little show you put on last night, and I gotta say, that was SUPER COOL!

I know we've all become pretty busy over the last year, but I'm coming to town and wondered if you would want to

meet up and catch up on life. If so, then just tell me when and where and I'll be there!

-Mina

ll

ll

ll

Shaking off what happened in the dream, Usagi excited text Minako a time and place in the afternoon.

ll

ll

(Usagi) So... he went to go see her.

ll

ll

(Luna) Yeah. I smacked him for reading your messages, but he didn't care. As soon as he knew she was in town, he started running all over the place to find her.

ll

ll

(Luna) But anyway... are you gonna meet up with her?

ll

ll

(Usagi) Sure am! Wanna come?

ll

ll

(Luna) Sure. It would be nice to see how being a famous Idol has been for her.

ll

ll

ll

ll

Much Later...

ll

ll

ll

As the late afternoon hit, the two met at their old hangout spot, the same place where everything changed.

ll

ll

After each of them had sat down, gotten drinks, they talked about their lives.

ll

Usagi told Minako about her garage, school, being distant from Mamoru and how Shingo was in high school already.

ll

Minako talked about how she got into her career and how it was draining with each show, but she loved it.

ll

ll

Then, they started to look back at when they were Sailor Guardians... The good, the bad, the beginning and the end.

ll

ll

They had been on the topic for a while when Usagi asked the question.

ll

ll

(Usagi) So Minako... Hypothetically... if another threat were to threaten the Earth... would you-

ll

ll

(Minako) Would I be able to go back to being a Sailor Guardian again? Hell no. With how busy I am with shows, features, promotions... it would never work. I would have to give up EVERYTHING I had ever built in order to be a Sailor Guardian again and frankly, I don't think I would want to do that just yet. I'm finally living my dream... becoming a Sailor Guardian again would destroy that and I would never be able to recover. You're the same aren't you? You have your own business, a boyfriend who's gonna be home in a couple years... it's all finally coming together. Going back to defending the Earth from powerful foes would wreak everything we have all done to separate ourselves from all of that, at least until we're of course needed again in the future. And I don't mean to separate ourselves being a bad thing, it's just that... it took all of our spare time and time from our own lives to defend the Planet.

ll

ll

(Minako) Why do you ask anyway? Is there another enemy out there? Should we be worried? Is there another enemy coming to the Earth?

ll

(Usagi) No, no of course there isn't. I was just wondering, that's all. (It's a LOT worse than that Mina.)

ll

(Minako) Oh... good. Because even you gotta admit. Living a life without having to defend the Earth every so often was taking a toll on our normal lives. We couldn't have normal relationships, we had to lie to our friends and families... It kinda sucked... But until you establish the Silver Millenium, here, on Earth... We can all live the normal lives, separate from the Sailor Guardians. And besides, there's no point in worrying about it. With Setsuna, Hotaru, Haruka and Michiru defending us from the outskirts of the Solar system, there's no reason to panic.

ll

ll

After Minako finished, Usagi could see how happy Minako was, being a famous idol, travelling, doing all of the things she wanted to do in life, without having to come back to help the Sailor Guardians. Usagi couldn't bring herself to reenlist her help. She couldn't tear the girls away from the lives they had built on Earth. She had to defend their happiness, because even after telling them about the threat in Space, would they even want to help, and if they didn't, would they feel guilty or scared?

ll

ll

The two talked some more and they departed.

ll

ll

Before Usagi had even made it home, Haruka had called her.

ll

ll

(Usagi) Oh hey Haruka, what's up?

ll

ll

(Haruka) Looks like the Sentients are sending another round of fighters. We need to get to the Moon soon before they can make a foothold.

ll

ll

(Usagi) Is it one Pluto again?

ll

ll

(Haruka) No, this time, they got bolder, and sent the ship to Mars.

ll

ll

Before Usagi could respond, a bright red comet flew over the Earth.

ll

ll

(Haruka) SHIT! They just flew by Earth! C'mon, we got to get out there! Now!

ll

ll

Usagi went from a quick walk, into a dead sprint as she raced home to get in her car and go to Setsuna's apartment.

ll

There, everyone waited for her and they all teleported to the Moon Base.

ll

ll

ll

ll

The Lotus met them in the common room, that was now more like a War Room than anything else at the moment. But before everyone went to leap through the portal to battle, the Lotus stopped them.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) Before you go, I have something that will help you on the Martian surface.

ll

ll

The Lotus led the girls to the table, where weapons covered the entire table, all wearing a color scheme of White with gold metallics and a blue energy emitting from parts of the weapons.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) I have found these weapons around the Moon and thought that would be better used by all of you.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) First up is you, Usagi.

ll

ll

Usagi stepped up to the table and the Lotus handed her a rifle and a revolver, each one having enough gold on them to make her rich.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) This rifle, is known as Burston. It is a rifle that shoots in a three-burst pattern. It is a weapon for medium and long range battles. It is a precise weapon that does not stray away from it's target, no matter how far they are.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) The other, is Vasto, a six-shooter that packs a hard punch as it shoots a powerful shot into your enemy. This weapon is more for close range and at most medium range battles due to the recoil that it can produce from a single shot.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) You do not require a melee weapon due to your long, sharp talons, which could be said to be as sharp, if not sharper, than any blade you might find on the battlefield.

ll

ll

ll

Usagi stepped back to the rest.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) Haruka.

ll

ll

Haruka stepped forward as Nova.

ll

ll

The Lotus handed her an assault rifle with a giant, exposed magazine.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) This is called, Soma. It is an automatic, fast firing rifle that deals heavy damage, but is difficult to wield due to how much the firing can build up recoil.

ll

Then, she handed her a pair of what looked like machine pistols that, similar to the Soma, had large, exposed magazines.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) These are said to be the siblings of the Soma, Aksomati. They are twin pistols that fire automatically but be warned of their low ammo count that comes with a high rate of fire.

ll

ll

At the end, The Lotus handed Haruka a giant, heavy looking sword. It looked so massive, that Usagi wondered if it might've been the legendary Excalibur.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) This, is a heavy sword, known as Galatine. I figured that someone like you, with your fiery spirit, would need something that you could swing around to amass heavy damage.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) Michiru.

ll

ll

Michiru stepped forward as Octavia.

ll

ll

The Lotus handed her a large, two barreled rifle and an odd looking pistol that both matched up with Octavia's color scheme.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) In a past life... these weapons belonged to the original Tenno that wielded Octavia.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) The rife is an automatic rife called Tenora. It is a two-barreled rifle that increases it's fire rate the longer you shoot it, but with the amount of ammo that it can hold, that shouldn't be a problem. There is an alternate firing mechanism that comes with the weapon. If you press the alternate fire near the trigger, the weapon will fuse ten of your bullets together to create a sniper round, and fire the round to do extra damage to a target.

ll

(The Lotus) Your pistol, known as Pandero, is a semi-automatic pistol that has the ability to fire the entire magazine when the alternate firing trigger is pressed.

ll

ll

Then after the first two, The Lotus handed Michiru a katana, it's silver blade sheathed in a white sheath of white and gold, a red ribbon dangling at the mouth of the sheath.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) I have heard about you since I have intercepted a few radio signals in your home planet. I understand that you are one for classics and I feel that this weapon is a sign of that. It was named Nikana and it was one of the very first melee weapons wielded by the Tenno.

ll

ll

ll

(The Lotus) Hotaru.

ll

ll

Hotaru stepped forward as Banshee.

ll

ll

The Lotus handed her an intricate bow and a beautifully ornate sheath of arrows that were also made of the gold and white materials.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) Since Banshee is a silent Warframe, she will require weapons that are just like her. Silent but deadly.

ll

ll

The Lotus then handed Hotaru a pair of black rectangular boxes with little slips of flat metal poking out.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) These, are throwing weapons. They are known as Hikou.

ll

ll

The Lotus picked one of the metal slips out of one of the boxes and held it up, to where the Lotus showed everyone the metal slip that transformed from a harmless looking piece of metal into a sharp, three-pointed throwing star that had three sharp blades that were black, like the boxes that held them.

ll

ll

Then, at the end, the Lotus handed Hotaru, what looked like a giant Scythe, the blades on the long weapon almost created a 90 degree angle with how large they were.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) This is the Reaper. It is a large Scythe weapon that, even with it's size, is able to cut down enemies faster than they can react.

ll

ll

ll

(The Lotus) And last but most certainly not least, is you, Setsuna.

ll

ll

Setsuna walked forth as Gara.

ll

ll

The Lotus showed her an entire group of weapons that resembled Setsuna's warframe. They all had a glass component, whether it was a part of the weapon, or the weapons themselves.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) I present to you, the very weapons wielded by one of the few Warframes who were primarily concerned with protecting the Earth long ago. Astilla, a shotgun that shoots glass fragments to fragment your foes, Fusilai, a set of glass throwing knives that cut deeper into your opponents than any modern blade, and Volnus, a glass hammer that, even though it is made of glass, will not shatter as it slams into you foes.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) Now that all of you are now equipped for battle, go now to Mars, where the enemy tries to create a foot hold within the Origin System.

ll

ll

(Haruka) Wait, how are we supposed to destroy those things these weapons if we've never even used them.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) I believe that all of you have had this kind situation appear before. I believe that, given the dire situation, mastering these weapons may not be easy at first, but over time, you will understand them as well as you understand your mission. Now go, before the Sentients have you surrounded.

ll

ll

ll

The girls took the weapons they had been given and their Warframes through the portal, to the sandy surfaces of Mars. There, they reappeared within the Mars castle. It was in the same rough shape as the Moon base, but here, there was sand all over the floor, and winds blowing through gaps and holes in the long forgotten halls.

ll

ll

On the inside, there seemed to be nothing amiss. But once outside, there was one of the spear-like objects that the Lotus had told them was called an "Orphix" unit. Apparently, they themselves were living sentients, whose jobs were to plunge into enemy territory and act as a dropship to teleport enemies straight into enemy territory, to take enemies by surprise for a quick and efficient victory.

ll

ll

The girls could see that, there wasn't just one of them this time. There were three. Each one releasing enemy units onto the Martian surface.

ll

ll

Using their new weapons, the Sailor Guardians opened fire and began their advance onto enemy territory, with fear in their hearts, but not without the fighting strength to fight anyone and anything that threatens peace in the Solar System.

ll

ll

ll

Meanwhile, on Earth...

ll

ll

ll

On Earth, Rei was inside of a Shinto Shrine up in Hokkaido, meditating alone within the walls of the large Temple, something she had gotten used to over the course of the year. She meditated and had an idea. Why not do what she used to do for the Sailor Guardians? Look into the future to see what was in store for her in the coming weeks.

ll

ll

ll

With all of the work that was done within the organization and with how often they required her, it was nearly impossible to plan anything or have time for herself.

ll

ll

Recently, her ability to see into the future had significantly increased in the sense that her visions were much clearer than what they used to be. She could now see the events unfold for much longer, understand when and where she was... It was incredible! But what was most interesting, was that she no longer needed to perform the ritual needed to use her foresight.

ll

ll

She hadn't told anyone about it, but she would sometimes use it to plan around work accordingly.

ll

ll

So, in her normal fashion, she set herself up in the middle of the Hikawa Shrine at night.

ll

ll

She focused her energy, and everything around her and started to see a scene unfold before her.

ll

ll

She was on a hill, leaning on a tree, looking down at a field that was being tended to for a new crop.

ll

As she watched, she noticed someone next to her.

ll

ll

She looked over, ready to greet whoever it might've been, but couldn't find the words when it was her mother, sitting under a tree next to her.

ll

ll

(Rei) Mother...? Is that... You?

ll

ll

(Risa Hino) Hello dear.

ll

ll

Her mother looked her up and down, then smiled brightly.

ll

ll

(Risa) I see... you took after you grandfather huh?

ll

ll

(Risa) That's wonderful dear. And all of this...

ll

ll

Risa waved her hand towards the dozens of volunteers working on the field.

ll

ll

(Risa) This makes me so proud! But so does the things you've already done... Sailor Mars.

ll

ll

(Rei) But you're...! How do you know that!?

ll

ll

(Risa) it doesn't matter what I know dear. All I know is that those people... they need more than just Sailor Mars now.

ll

ll

(Rei) I understand that. It is why I took up this position in the first place, to do more than what I could've as a Sailor Guardian alone.

ll

ll

(Risa) And I am not downplaying you noble effort. But these people, they cannot do what Sailor Mars can do.

ll

ll

(Rei) But there isn't a need to defend the planet anymore. We already defeated everything that threatened us, the planet and even the universe. You can't tell me that there's something else out there that wants to destroy us!

ll

ll

Risa stayed quiet, only looking towards the fields below with a slight frown.

ll

ll

(Risa) If that is not the case. Ask the one who is there now, defending Mars' castle from invaders. Invaders who want nothing more, that to seek, destroy and eliminate any signs that humanity ever existed.

ll

ll

(Rei) If it's that bad... then who is out there right now?

ll

ll

(Risa) I do not know. What I do know, is that they are out there at this very moment. Fighting to survive and defend our place in the universe.

ll

ll

(Rei) But how can I even help them? I've built an entire life of my own... just to go back so soon?

ll

ll

(Risa) I have been with you your entire life, watching you learn and grow, while also keeping father in check with his dirty mind.

ll

ll

(Risa) I understand that being a Sailor Guardian is not what you want to do now... but I believe it is why you were chosen in the first place. Not anyone could do what you all do. Not just anyone could be Sailor Mars, the Sailor of Passion.

ll

ll

(Rei) So what now? Do I just... give up? Drop everything I've earned just to be a Sailor Guardian again?

ll

ll

(Risa) No, of course not! With everything you've done for them?

ll

ll

(Risa) I am positive that they would understand you having to take a break from your duties for... well, let's just say "Personal Reasons".

ll

ll

ll

The two laughed for a little, before Rei looked at Risa with sad eyes.

ll

ll

(Rei) There's... just so much I wish I could ask you.

ll

(Rei) I wish we could've had more time to talk...

ll

ll

(Risa) So do I... my little Rei... but the world needs you.

ll

(Risa) Go... help them protect what is sacred to everyone, including you.

ll

ll

Rei slowly woke up from her trance. She stared up at the night sky.

ll

ll

Tonight, as if right on cue, there was a full Moon out, along with a little red dot that was Mar's right next to it.

ll

ll

She had to figure out who was out there.

ll

ll

She went inside and picked up her phone.

ll

It had been so long since she had spoken to any of them... what would she even say?

ll

ll

ll

ll

After circling her room for a few minutes, awkwardly wondering who to call first, she called Ami.

ll

ll

After a few dial tones, a person picked up the receiver.

ll

ll

(Ami) Hello, this is Ami Mizuno, who is this?

ll

ll

(Rei) Hey Ami. It's me, Rei.

ll

ll

(Ami) Rei? Wow... It's been a long time since I've heard from you, ever since you joined that organization. So, what's up?

ll

ll

(Rei) I was meditating and... well I had a vision, but it was unlike anything I had ever seen.

ll

ll

(Ami) What was it? No offense, but I just got off of work and am not really in the mood to hear about something cool you saw while meditating.

ll

ll

(Rei) Well Ami, it wasn't cool at all. I saw and spoke, to my mother.

ll

ll

(Ami) What're you even talking about?

ll

ll

(Rei) I saw and spoke, to my deceased mother, Risa Hino.

ll

ll

(Ami) That's... nice... what did she have to say?

ll

ll

(Rei) (I wish I could slap her through the phone right now) Well, you're not gonna like it.

ll

ll

(Rei) Apparently... there's another enemy on the horizon. This time, it's looking like our enemy wants to erase the existence of humanity and-

ll

ll

It took Rei a second to realize, when she said "enemy on the horizon" Ami immediately hung up on her.

ll

ll

(Rei) Well screw you too...

ll

ll

ll

Next, she called Makoto, hopefully, this call would be better, and with less attitude.

ll

ll

The dial tone only rang twice before someone picked up.

ll

ll

(Rei) Hello?

ll

ll

(Makoto) Well Ho-ly Shit... Do my eyes deceive me or is this, Rei Hino?

ll

ll

(Rei) Yeah, it's me Makoto. Listen I-

ll

ll

(Makoto) We shit Rei, it's been over a year since we last spoke! How are you? How's that organization been treatin ya?

ll

ll

(Rei) I've been good. The organizations been very kind to me so far. But Makoto, I need to tell you something very important.

ll

ll

(Makoto) With the sound of your voice... this isn't good news is it?

ll

ll

(Rei) Afraid not. Listen, there's a new enemy on the horizon and we-

ll

ll

(Makoto) Sorry Rei, no can do. With all the fighting I've done recently, I'm in no shape to be goin out there and fighting monsters, demons or demigods. It's not because of my career or anything, it's just that, all my energy has went to these fights, and if I were to go out there, I'd be a liability to everyone.

ll

(Rei) But Mako-

ll

(Makoto) Listen, I'll take a break from fighting after my next one in Australia. Goodbye Rei, talk soon.

ll

ll

Before Rei could get out another word, Makoto hung up on her.

ll

ll

Rei was agitated, but nonetheless, she called Minako.

ll

ll

Unlike the others, Minako immediately picked up the phone.

ll

ll

(Minako) Um... Rei? Is that you?

ll

ll

(Rei) Yes it is, but I don't have time for that.

ll

ll

(Minako) Okay, is everything okay?

ll

ll

(Rei) No, nothing is okay, the world's in danger again.

ll

ll

(Minako) How... so?

ll

(Rei) In a vision I just had, my mother told me that someone is on Mars right now-

ll

ll

(Minako) Usagi.

ll

ll

(Rei) Huh? What about her? This is important we need to-

ll

ll

(Minako) Rei. Usagi's the person on Mars right now.

ll

ll

(Rei) Huh...? What makes you so sure of that?

ll

ll

(Minako) Well, after she put on that show a few days ago, I was in Minato, and we hung out for a while.

ll

(Minako) We were talking about the Sailor Guardians when she asked me if I would go back to it if we needed to. I asked her if there was something wrong, if we were in danger, being attacked, but she denied it.

ll

ll

(Minako) And now I know... she lied.

ll

ll

(Rei) But why? Why would she do that?

ll

ll

(Minako) Come on Rei... We both know why.

ll

(Rei) Our lives...

ll

ll

(Minako) Exactly. She didn't want to interrupt our newly found freedom in our personal lives, so she went alone. You know how she is... won't let us see her suffering so we don't worry.

ll

ll

(Rei) We need to help her.

ll

ll

(Rei) I agree. But how? We'd never make it in time.

ll

ll

(Minako) But there's someone who might.

ll

ll

(Rei) Who?

ll

ll

(Minako) Setsuna.

ll

ll

(Rei) But she's on Pluto, how would she help us from there?

ll

ll

(Minako) When they came down from the Moon, I never saw them go back up. Did you?

ll

ll

(Rei) Okay, where do we meet up?

ll

ll

(Minako) Don't worry, I'll pick you up.

ll

ll

(Rei) You drive?

ll

ll

(Minako) Yeah, Usagi taught me before we disbanded.

ll

ll

ll

ll

Back on Mars...

ll

ll

ll

Two of the Orphixes were deactivated and smoking from their cores.

ll

A battle raged on as the girls shot, slashed and ran over the bodies of deceased enemy units as they slowly advanced on the last Orphix unit.

ll

ll

Usagi had ran out of ammunition after the first orphix and had slung the rifle on her back and the six shooter on her hip as she pierced the surface of her enemies bodies.

ll

Switching between rifle and sword, Haruka would fire at, what she thought, might've been the head of her enemies, their small, round, mostly closed eyes being her target of choice. She would fire at one, then once she saw that it's shields were down, she would sling the rifle over her shoulder and slam her heavy sword, Galatine, straight into the enemy and keep slamming the sword into them until they no longer moved.

ll

ll

Michiru, already in tune with her abilities, played a symphony that would break down the enemy until they were worn down and weak. When they reached this point, Michiru would signal to Usagi, whom used her deadliest ability to launch dozens of sharp, pointy daggers that shined in the light of the stars as they rained down on the Sentients, making them bleed. But they didn't have a rich, red blood in their systems. Garuda's ability to make her foes bleed made them bleed out their vitality, their life force, until one of two things happened. Either the bleeding stopped... or there was a bleeding corpse on the floor.

ll

ll

In her standard fashion, Hotaru silently sprinted through the battlefield, swinging around the Reaper scythe and shooting down her targets with the gold and white bow, known only as Cernos.

ll

ll

As the enemies numbers dwindled, Setsuna used one of Gara's abilities. She was able to get passed the enemies in the groups way and get right to the base of the Orphix.

At the base, Setsuna cast one of Gara's abilities, one which allowed her to create a large wall of glass that surrounded the orphix.

ll

ll

Although the glass was even more that bullet-proof, the glass was not to last long, which is why Setsuna shattered it and turned the entire wall, into a long, slithering sword that cut every enemy that spawned out of the behemoth Orphix.

ll

ll

All of the enemies had been vanquished, and before more enemies could come through the Orphix's large core, everyone grabbed their swords, heavy swords, katanas, scythes and hammers... and slammed them as hard as they could into the core, creating a reaction in which the core exploded and launched everyone off of it.

ll

ll

As everyone landed away from the Orphix, there were cheers of happiness from over the comms in each Warframe.

ll

ll

The group went back to the Mars castle and returned to the Moon, where once again, there was quiet over the loud winds of Mars along with the sounds of shifting sands.

ll

ll

ll

ll

After speaking to the Lotus about the fight, the girls were about to transfer out of their Warframes when they heard someone come through the portal.

ll

ll

They were around the corner, so everyone picked up their melee weapons and prepared to attack. Usagi was especially tired, so she seathed with fury as another potential enemy stopped her from going home for the evening to grab some tea from the local cafe before it closed.

ll

ll

The group waited for the unknown entity to turn the cover before identifying it... and demolishing it.

ll

ll

Everyone prepared to pounce, but stopped when they saw that it was Rei and Minako.

ll

ll

Everyone froze, but Rei and Minako stared with horror as these thing before them held weapons and were ready to kill them.

ll

ll

(Minako) Shit! Rei, transform!

ll

Minako and Rei transformed into their Sailor Soldier counterparts and prepared their flaming sniper and Love-Me-Not Chain for battle

ll

Before the two could try doing any damage, or possibly hurt themselves, Usagi transferred out and in front of her Warframe.

ll

ll

(Usagi) Rei, Minako! WAIT!

ll

ll

(Rei) Usagi!?

(Minako)Usagi!?

ll

ll

ll

ll

One by one, everyone disembarked from their Warframes.

ll

ll

(Rei) Haruka..? Michiru?

ll

(Minako) Hotaru..? Setsuna?

ll

ll

(Usagi) What are you two doing here!? But also... how did you get here?

ll

ll

(Minako) That doesn't matter right now! We want to help you guys. We may have lives on Earth, but they won't last if we allow another enemy to run rampant in the Solar System.

ll

ll

(Rei) So what are we dealing with?

ll

ll

(Usagi) An ancient race of beings created by ancient humans that are organic and mechanical. That are deadset on destroying us and all of humanity to take over the Solar System.

ll

ll

(Minako) Wait what?

ll

ll

(Haruka) Yeah... it's a little... complicated.

ll

ll

(Michiru) We have questions of our own though. Where have you been!?

ll

(Hotaru) Why did you all allow Usagi to try and take them on ALONE?

ll

(Setsuna) Where are the rest of you?

ll

ll

(Usagi) Wait, don't blame them for not coming, I never told them in the first place.

ll

ll

(Rei) We also tried contacting the other two, but they... weren't interested.

ll

ll

(The Lotus) I see... there are two more ready to join us I presume?

ll

ll

ll

(Rei) Who the hell is THAT!?

ll

ll

Everyone looked at Rei with disappointed looks.

ll

ll

(Rei) Wh- What!?

ll

ll

(Minako) Rei, even for you, that was pretty uncalled for.

ll

Hi everyone! I know that not everyone is an expert about every videogame ever, but thankfully, Warframe has it's own Wiki, just like Sailor Moon. So, if you're ever curious about the items I use from Warframe, try going to the Warframe Wiki to get a better picture.
