Ryuko or through her hero name Ryukyu was showing Ben Her apartment. They end up in the living sitting in some very fancy red velvet sofas

"So Ben, This is were you be staying. I will show you to your room but first I want to go over some ground rule"

"Well first off, you can call me Ryuko as you are my ward, I be calling you Ben. Secondly Nezu sent me, your size measurements so tomorrow before we head of to the meeting we can get you some new clothes"

"Yes and knowing Nezu, well lets just say chaos is his Best friend. Moving on. I am making you a diet plan."

"WHAT!. Why" Ben moans heavily at that announcement

"Because look at you. you're a slod and I am not going to let you waste yourself like this. It for your own good. How The Therapy with HoundDog going" Ben looks down miserable at that question.

Ben nods "It alright but he can't really get rid of the loneliness. I miss my family and the more I think about it" He was stop mid-way through as Ryuko hugged him "I'm not going to replace your family, but you're not alone. I took you in because I saw a boy who smiles but does not express the emotion that should come with that smile"

"Yeah well Tell that to my brain. Where my room"

Ryuko smile weakly "Up the stairs first door to the left" He goes up to his new room. She picks up her cell phone. She needs to make a few calls.

Tomorrow morning 12:00pm

Both Ben and Ryuko are sitting down eating lunch when Ryuko speaks up "I'm glad we left early morning rush hour a pain. How are the new clothes"

Ben nods "They feel good and comfortable"

"So we taking Midoriya to get his costume fitted as well" Ryuko nods as a response. "Neat"

"Yes, She never heard of a transformation like his or yours for that matter. So it be a challenge for her." They finished they food and start getting ready to go out and head to UA. Ben sees Ryuko car.

She raised an eyebrow at him. "I forgot you Americans like Big sizes" They get in and Ryuko drive towards to UA. Which took a good few hours. They arrived to the carpark around the back of UA next to Batty city and the staff apartments. They enter the Building through the hallways then into Nezu office.

Nezu office

"Ah you're here Excellent. Please come in" They both walk in. Ben looking around sees everyone who involved with Midoriya and One for all. There Even two more members he notice. A man with a lab coat and hair that is Green with a ting of Yellow. The other was a short stubby old man. Ben also sees Detective Naomasa properly thinking he knew about One for all. Ben sits next to Ryuko opposite Aizawa and Vlad King in this huge long table.

Nezu started speaking "Ben meet Nighteye and Gran Torin both friend and Mentor to All might aka Yagi. I also like to inform everyone that they have been briefed on recent events" Everyone nodded.

"Nice to meet you both" Ben replied. Gran look at Ben with critique eyes. Nighteye was just staring.

Nezu return to speaking after a second of silence "First of I like to start with Mr Midoriya Training once that talked about we can move to more important aspect of this meeting" Everyone nodded. Nighteye Spoke up.

"Are we even sure Midoriya the right person to hold the One for all anyway. I have a fine"

"Mirai Shut up. It not like we have a choice and if you remember this kid quirk was stolen from him well almost anyway. So can we save your stupid petty squabble for later" Nezu smiled at Gran interference.

Ben raised his hand. Nezu smile "you don't need to raise your Hand Ben but please say want you want to say"

"Since he well versed in English I figure I take those times for him to have one to one meeting with me" Everyone shuddered but nodded. Yagi was Almost in tears from the compliment that Aizawa has given him.

"Well Nezu, I was thinking over weekends, I come over and cover his dragon training and if Vlad happy I like him to help alongside Erasorhead to work with him while I am not able to help train him. I also like to put in a special request for the internship?" Nezu nods already expecting that.

Vlad and Aizawa nods "We can work with that. I can work on strength control while Aizawa works on Quirkless fighting" Ben rolled his eyes that terminology

Nezu smiles "Good now that sorted Now on to the serious topics. It seem One for all Arch Nemesis All for one is still alive"

Gran smashed his fist on the table "HOW, I saw Blond duke destroy him"

Recovery girl answers "It because of who tried to steal Midoriya quirk. From what I can tell and with the help of the detective we piece together that he was stealing quirks in a secret lab, we found the connection there. He had help from the doctor who did his quirk examination. It did not do much transformation quirks are hard to steal"

Gran gritted his teeth "Fuck!" The detective nodded in agreement.

Nezu smiles "I agree which brings us to my next point. Recovery girl found an extra DNA strand within Mr Midoriya. Which further proves this theory" Recovery girls eyes widen. "Wait. I was not told this."

Inko looked scared "is my Baby boy in danger because of this extra DNA strand" Everyone looks to Nezu for answers. Aizawa however looks at Ben "What do you know Tennyson" Now everyone turns to Ben. Recovery girl was the first to react before he spoke. "I ask you if you know anything about that and you said you didn't" Ryuko reacted by putting a hand on his shoulder. Nezu nods at him.

Everyone who know about the aliens were shocked but not as Heavily as the ones who didn't. Nighteye screeches out "There no such things as aliens. If there were…." Ben interrupts. Nighteye stumbles "How"

Nighteye Ask asked "Does this Enhance Midoriya Quirk or?"

Including who had quirks an who did not have them. It also explains that anyone who has a quirk alongside one for all. Will not survive were as someone Quirkless on the other hand will survive because all the bult up quirks will be able to store nicely into their body" Inko eyes pour into Nezu.

How" Ben interrupts "It because he was given the quirk while still considered Quirkless so his natural quirk which was hidden within Midoriya DNA awaken at the same time and unlike past uses. It became like a ying and yang a balance. He survive longer because it. I also have a firm believe that the alien DNA is the middle man of the balance "

Gran whistle "I understood none of that" Awasa did "Basically without that Alien DNA Midoriya would of died" Everyone in the room was sombre with that announcement. Inko went into crying waterfall mode. Ryuko went to calm her down.

Detective Naomasa ask frowning "How did the Alien DNA get into to him anyway" Ben shrugs. All might stretches his cheek "I think All for one has something to do with it but I'm not sure" Then he coughs out blood.

'cough' cough' everyone looked at Nezu "Well now we got that out of the way. We need to deal with a larger problem worldwide. Aizawa" He nods back.

"I did an investigation into Midoriya old middle school" He said it with disgust "We have evidence to shut down the school and arrest the teachers. Put the students into therapy and anger management"

Nighteye scoffs and raises an eyebrow "Why is this important?"

"Because they are supported by the meta liberation army along with other schools in the Musutafu area. Oh Detective they got support from your police force." Naomasa was frowning at that. "I need names"

Aizawa nods looks to Nezu "Principle Rat" Ben snort. Ryuko went over to wake his head.

Several students who are attending from Albera Middle school are no longer coming here because of the evidence they are a few who have agreed to Therapy and stay in UA. Except for one" Everyone reads the packet of information and was blanching with how much was missed.

Inko look solemn "It Bakugou isn't it"

Nezu Follows on by saying "While we would not like this human child here. We feel that if Bakugou is not tamed he other go vigilante or villain. Of course there are other schools but They have a strict policy if a student attacks another."

Vlad snorts "and we don't"

Nezu nods but quickly replies "Yes but they don't have Erasorhead to help curb it. Me and Awaiza will go to the Bakugou's to insure he gets the help he needs. Reluctantly I might say " Everyone nod in agreement.

Naomasa was still frowning "Yes the good an all but what about the schools do the Hero Public Safety Commission know about this"

Nezu frowns "Yes and is the main reason Bakugou is still coming here" everyone frowns. Ben confused. He about to ask. Ryuko notice.

"Right Ben you would not know would you. the meta liberation army is a group that focus on powerful quirks rather making everyone believe that people who have weak quirks or no quirks are useless is a nice way of saying it"

Nighteye nods "I have a fair share of dealing with them." He now smirks " The never win"

Recovery girl talks about "Hero Public Safety Commission are what govern the hero rules and are to make sure we follow the to the letter. Even when they don't follow the rules themselves" Ben whistle "Everywhere I go they always idiots like that exists"

Nighteye nods in agreement with the American. He turns to Aizawa "allow me to help out in the investigation so that you can focus on teaching." Naomasa doubles that "Since I have names of police officers, I can back you up as well on my end" Aizawa allowing both to get involved.

Nezu smiles "good now that out of the way. We can talk about are final topic. Hero Public Safety Commission wants Ben to hand over his watch. Stating a Quirkless individual does not know how to wield such power" Ben snorts " That quick. Did you tell the about the DNA part"

"I did"

"Well tell them, if the watch is forcibly removed then the Galaxy will be destroyed"

"It not a bluff, well sort of . I did do it once, work in my favour" Everyone in the room was just staring at Ben like a second head has grown on his side.

All might was cough blood "Please explain young Tennyson" So Ben does explain what happen when he was ten years old. Made a 'little' Mistake and nearly cause the Universe to be destroyed. He also explain he from the pre-quirk period which a lot of them believe more than Aliens as it has happened before, just not in a way that ben came from.

Gran just stared "fucking hell kid" Ben smiles. Ryuko had a dark aura glowing around her. "When we get home you are so grounded"

"Oh come on how that fair that was a hundred years ago" Inko chims in to answer "Does not matter young man. What you did was reckless and extremely stupid." She look towards Ryuko "Please tell me you going teach him restraint" Ryuko puffed smoke and nodded.

"aw man" Nezu chuckled at Ben misery "Anyway right now they nothing that can be done. In future we need to keep an eye out. The Hero Public Safety Commission Are known for they patience. Are they any questions"

Ben ask "The Hero Public Safety Commission. who in charge of my watch retrieval because I doubt the president of the club would do anything"

Nighteye rolls his eyes "She won't. She and Nezu has a understanding of sorts. So she won't bother you if you willing to commit to being a hero. Of course she want to get her hand on that device but she won't go out of her way for it if Nezu protecting you and you becoming a hero gives her some leeway with the Americans Imaged of Japan. Which is not great. So it a win, win in her eyes."

Nezu nods "yes and because of Ben were able to get a transfer from American to this school to build that foundation of trust. She past the entrance exam."

Naomasa scowls "it Tajima Yuji isn't it. That man is just a pinnacle of want things going his way." He looks at Ben "just be careful with him. He may be Patience but won't stop till he sees what should right in his world."

Ben rolled his eyes "great"

Nezu smiles and chuckles "if that everything then meeting is adjourned. Ben, I know you going to get your hero suite design. So here Midoriya design. He very much like Rabbits" He passes Midoriya design to him. Then Both Ben and Ryuko walk out with everyone following suit but before that Inko and Ryuko exchange numbers.

Nezu chuckles "Well that was Fun."

Notes: Anyway I want to talk about this story going forward. I am going to do by season.
