"Damn it," Hayley muttered as she hung up the phone. She had called to see if she could find out what room Kimberly Oliver was in and had expected to be told there was no Kimberly Oliver at the hospital. She had expected that the wound Ollie inflicted would be enough to kill her, that was the only reason that she had left without being sure. She didn't want to risk being caught by any of the Oliver family. She knew Tommy wouldn't have found her until late yesterday evening based on their current schedule, which should have been plenty of time for her to die. How had she survived?

"What is it?" Ollie asked as Hayley jerked around to see him standing in the doorway and she thought about how she should play this. She had a tenuous grip on Ollie, at best. Even with all of the work she had done to get him under her control, he would still defy her and she knew it. She had underestimated how strong his will was and she didn't dare to give him any information on his family until she was done with her revenge on Kim and Tommy.

"The bitch lived," Hayley ground out as Ollie shook his head. She was weak and he was not going to follow her if she continued like this. "Someone saved her."

"You're going to let a little adversity ruin your plan?" Ollie seethed as he moved closer and Hayley stared at him with wild eyes. While she had focused her restructuring on him wanting to take his parents out, she had also inserted herself as a parental figure. Apparently, that meant Ollie would be a threat to her too. "They're two of the strongest rangers to have ever lived. A little head wound isn't going to take her out."

"Any change?" Aisha asked as she carefully closed the door and Tommy looked up, barely acknowledging her. It had been a week. They had backed off on the sedation three days ago, but Kim had yet to wake up. The red question mark shaped surgical wound stood out against the paleness of her scalp. 45 staples. He had counted the staples over and over and each time he did, he swore that he was going to get even with Hayley for everything that she had done. "Tommy…"

"No change," Tommy muttered as he rubbed his face and felt how scruffy it had gotten. He had only gone home for small snatches of time to check on the littles and grab enough clean clothes for a few weeks. He hadn't been focused on showering or other hygiene things while he was there or here. His focuse was purely on Kim. "God, I stink."

"I'll sit with her while you go take a shower," Aisha offered and Tommy just shook his head. He swore that he was going to be the first person she saw when she woke up. Knowing his wife, she would wake up the moment he walked away and he would never hear the end of it. "Tommy, I'll come get you if she so much as twitches. You have to take care of yourself, this is going to be a long road back. She's going to need you, your kids are going to need you, Ollie is going to need you. You can't got to shit on us right now."

"I know," Tommy said as Aisha held out a towel and some soap. He recognized it as Kim's soap and hastily wiped his eyes. It was obvious that Aisha had just grabbed what she'd seen, she didn't realize that this wasn't his.

"What is it?" Aisha asked as she saw Kim's hand move in Tommy's and he started absentmindedly stroking her arm, calming her. "How long has she been doing that?"

"Doing what?" Tommy asked as Aisha grabbed both of his hands and he glared at her. The beeps increased as something changed in Kim's stats and he quickly grabbed her hand again. The stats slowly returned to normal and Aisha shook her head in astonishment. Kim might not be awake right now, but she knew Tommy was there and she knew as soon as he was taken away from her. "Ish?"

"Her hand was twitching," Aisha said as Tommy just shook his head. He would know if her hand was moving in his. "You don't even realize the peace that you bring her."

"It's all I can do. I can hold her hand and I can talk to her," Tommy said as he looked away from her and the tears flowed silently down his cheeks. He didn't want to talk with any of them and while he was grateful that different rangers came to sit with him each day- the one ranger he wanted to talk with hadn't opened her eyes in over a week. "Is Landon still asking to see her?"

"Yeah. What are you thinking?" Aisha asked as Tommy rolled Kim's hand back and forth between his. He knew that she wouldn't want the kids to see her like this, but he also knew there was no way to hide what had happened. The recovery was going to be too long for them not to be part of it. "Tommy?"

"If someone can bring him tomorrow morning while Sean and Opal are at their lessons, that would work," Tommy said as she just nodded and quickly sent off a text to the ranger group. The Olivers were watching the littles, but one former and one active ranger were on the Oliver house at all times and another former ranger was here with Tommy. Ollie might not have powers, but he was trained well and it was proving to be difficult to get him away from Hayley. They all knew that any earnest attempts to get him back would likely involve Tommy, and maybe even Kimberly, going after him. "Ish- tell them thanks for everything they're doing too."

Kim walked through the halls of Angel Grove High School and stopped at her locker. She quickly spun the combination lock and the locker popped open. She jumped away from the locker at first as it looked like it had turned into a cavern. She leaned a little closer and saw gymnastics mats stacked within the room. A tug at her navel yanked her through the locker and she screamed as she landed on the other side.

She walked through the gymnastics academy and watched as a girl that looked eerily familiar tumbled across the floor before she disappeared in mid air. Kim spun around the room and saw that none of the other gymnasts were even phased by her disappearance. She jogged over to the floor, heading straight for the spot where the girl had disappeared. What had happened to her? She felt a tap on her shoulder and spun around to see a man standing in front of her.

"You'll never be anything with that baby."

"What baby?" Kim asked as she looked down and saw her suddenly round belly. Tommy. The baby was Tommy's, but she couldn't tell him that. He had responsibilities that were bigger than her and a baby they had made. She had to protect the both of them. "You'll be safe little one- I promise."

The world around her faded to black and she screamed as she felt sudden pain roll through her body. At first she thought it was contractions, but then she realized it was her lungs screaming for air. She looked up and saw light and pushed for it. She had to get back to the air. She had to get back to her son. She surfaced and saw the island in the distance. She gulped in air as she started moving towards the island and her body burned. She then found herself suddenly laying on the sand and popped up to her feet. How had that happened? And why was she here?

"He'll never love you," Kat sang in her ear as she jerked around and saw the other pink ranger standing in front of her. The fear shot through her. There was only one 'he' that Kat could be referring to and she felt the pain shoot through her heart. No. Tommy cared about her. Even with everything she had done to mess them up, Tommy still cared. She felt herself hyperventilating and closed her eyes to try to calm down.

She opened her eyes and she was standing in the middle of what looked like the Command Center, but it wasn't the Command Center. Where was this place? Her steps echoed as she walked further into the building and then began running. She had seen someone dash out of the way and she sprinted after them. She was not sure where she was going, but she felt that she needed to catch up with that person. The scenery started flashing around her as she sprinted. Apartment. Dojo. New Home. Having a baby. Family vacation. Having another baby. Getting married. She finally found herself in Tommy's lab, staring at Ollie as she recognized that he had been turned against them.

"Ollie!"
