After a misunderstanding, Rex had mistakenly been misidentified as a Blade to the people of Mor Ardain. Having a bit of fun and getting some (actual) pay back, Morag asked the boy if he can play the role. He plays it well, but is he playing it abit too well, even to himself. Regan, despite her initial hesitance, found herself being the mentor of a young boy named Rex. Along with her Blade Eva, Regan goes with Rex for a very suspicious job. Things go very wrong, and she once again gets to meet the Aegis: Malos. This time, she swears to protect Rex, who had become like a little brother to her. Only thanks to Malos did Rex come back.

After finding him in the desert, the prince proves himself a proper gentleman by taking Minoth on a nice date, complete with walking him to an inn and even gives him a little goodnight kiss. Or two.

about 200 years after the events of Electric Snow, Torna faces some problems. Alrest is "shrinking", Jin is dying, Malos is still gone and if that weren't enough, Indol's new Praetor is starting to become a significant annoyance. Suffice to say, the crew of the Monocerous is collectively panicking - except for Jin, who trying to convince everyone that he is definitely just FINE.

The knightly organization of Torna and the religious institute of Indol had never quite seen eye to eye. Despite that, they had always managed to put their differences aside to work for the greater good.
