After Classes...

Class 1-M finally felt like they could have a good meal right about now. Classes were a slow at first, but AllMight was able to make things more interesting. Also, Marinette found it interesting since this was the first time learning about their Japan. She got to learn things she didn't know about, and it made things way more interesting for her. She kept writing down a bunch of notes and didn't want to stop quite yet.

Marinette felt her stomach growl, and she tried her best to hide it. Once the bell rang, Marinette grabbed her backpack and headed out of the classroom with Adrien.

"That was kind of more interesting than I thought it would be," Adrien said to her.

"Yeah. I'm just really hungry," Marinette said back, "All I had was a granola bar and some orange juice."

They were about to leave, when AllMight intervened.

"Hey, Young Dupain Cheng," AllMight said to Marinette, "Can I talk to you for a moment?"

Marinette was a bit surprised, but was curious as to what he wanted to talk about. Adrien left the classroom along with everyone else.

"What did you want to talk about, Mr. Yagi?" Marinette asked him, "Oh! You can call me Marinette sir. No need for last names with me."

"Of course," AllMight said to her, "Did you read the letter that I gave you?"

Marinette knew exactly what he was talking about and took it out of her backpack.

"Yeah. It says that I've got a class with Power Loader after lunch," Marinette explained to him, "How is that possible when U.A. doesn't usual do stuff like this?"

"Well, Mr. Aizawa told us all about your talent and even showed us some pictures," AllMight said to her, making her blush, "We heard that you even made those gloves for Young Uraraka. We were all really impressed that we all agreed that you needed some sort of class with Power Loader. And with Melissa and Hatsume around, I know that they would help a lot."

Even with Marinette talking to AllMight about it, she still couldn't believe it. This was something she never thought would ever happen to her.

"Are you sure about this, Mr. Yagi?" Marinette asked him, "I just... I'm used to this sort of thing... and I'm afraid that I'll mess up."

AllMight then noticed that Marinette wasn't as confident as she usually was. He knew that he just met her, but clearly there were other things that she was going through. He placed his hand on her shoulder, making her look up at him.

"Don't worry so much. We only did this because we know that you'd do great and excel in this class," AllMight said to her, "We don't usually do this in U.A., which is why we all decided to do this. Things might be weird right now, but I can definitely see you doing really well here."

Marinette felt so much better once he started saying all of those things to her. Something about him just felt so warm and comforting to talk to. Even his smile was so warm that it made her feel so happy to have him as her teacher.

"Thank you, All--... I mean, Mr. Yagi," Marinette said with a smile, "I really needed that."

"Of course Marinette," AllMight said to her.

AllMight smiled back and let her go to lunch with her class.

"Oh! I and come back after Power Loader's class. We'll be having one more class and then hero training right after that," AllMight said to her, "I don't think you wanna miss that."

Marinette smiled and was so excited to go have lunch now.

"Okay. I'll see you later Mr. Yagi!" Marinette said back.

She left the classroom and found Adrien still waiting for her. Even Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida were waiting for them.

"Adrien, you didn't have to wait for me," Marinette said to him.

"Of course I'd wait for milady. I could never leave you behind," Adrien said back as he lifted her hand and kissed it gently.

Marinette's eyes drifted over to Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida and instantly felt her face turn red. She smoothly slipped her hand away from Adrien and gripped onto her backpack.

"Please Adrien," Marinette said back, "Don't do that in front of a crowd, especially U.A. We just started school here."

"Oh come on," Adrien said to her, "Since we don't need to wear our masks here, we can finally have a relationship here. I want everyone to know that I love you."

Marinette felt even warmer when Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida were in complete shock to hear this.

"Wait, you love her? When did this happen?" Uraraka asked them.

"Since the day I met first met her," Adrien said with a smile, "I always loved Ladybug, I just didn't know that she was Marinette as well at the time."

"Okay. I think everyone gets it, kitty," Marinette said back, "Let's got get lunch. I'm starving."

Marinette grabbed his hand and pulled him towards the cafeteria. Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida all walked together with them, finding the others in the distance.

"So, what do they have for lunch here?" Adrien asked them.

"Oh! Lunch Rush has all sorts of lunch options. His quirk is that he can make a lot of food really fast. If you pick a certain ingredient to have in your meal, it will increase your strength," Midoriya explained to them.

"That's kind of neat! I didn't know that this school would have all of these different and unique quirks," Marinette said back.

"Yeah. It's kind of a big deal around here since this is the top hero school to go to," Iida said to them.

"What do you guys recommend then for lunch here?" Marinette asked them.

"Oh! Katsudon!" Midoriya cried out with sparkling eyes, "Lunch Rush makes really good Katsudon! Especially with chicken!"

"Lunch Rush makes pretty good beef stew," Iida said back.

"I really like his fried rice and salad with his special dressing," Uraraka said to them.

Marinette's stomach growled just thinking about all of the amazing meals that she could pick from.

"Wow. That all sounds so good," Adrien said back.

"Yeah," Plagg said to them as the Kwami poked out of his pocket, "Whatever you get, please ask for camembert on the side."

"Sorry Plagg but they might not have that," Adrien said to him.

"Come on," Plagg said back, "They've gotta have camembert. How can they not?"

"Fine. I'll check," Adrien said to his Kwami.

"You know," Tikki said as the Kwami poked its head out of Marinette's pocket, "I wouldn't mind something sweet on the side. Please?"

Marinette couldn't help but laugh at Tikki and rubbed her head.

"Of course I'll get you something. I'm gonna need to get you ready for hero training later," Marinette said back.

"Oh yeah!" Adrien said to them with sparkling eyes, "I can't wait for hero training. Especially with my new gauntlets! I can't wait to try them out!"

"Yeah! I can't wait to try out full gauntlet," Marinette said back, remembering that she put it in her locker.

"Maybe AllMight and Mr. Aizawa will let us train together!" Midoriya cried out.

"We'll see. Don't forget, AllMight is their teacher now, which means that he's teaching them however he wants to," Iida explained to them.

"You're right. If we don't train together, I'm sure they'll be another time when we do," Uraraka said to them.

Soon enough, they all entered the cafeteria ready to eat. Once they entered, Marinette noticed a lot of people staring at them right away. She even saw her teammates in line already and everyone was looking at them as well. Marinette tried not to notice as she felt Adrien tighten his hand around hers.

"Come on," Midoriya said to them, "Just ignore them. They'll get use to it as time goes on."

Marinette and Adrien walked over to the line with her friends. They all noticed that the line wasn't that long, so Marinette and Adrien got their food pretty quickly. Marinette ended up ordering fried rice, a salad and a sprite. She even got a chocolate chip scone for Tikki. Adrien ended up ordering Katsudon with chicken instead of pork and lemonade. He even got a side of camembert, which made some classmates stare at him.

Once everyone got their food for lunch, Adrien and Marinette followed Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida to a table. They ended up getting a table with Kagami and Yaoyorozu. Marinette sat with Adrien while Midoriya and Uraraka sat next to each other, and Iida next to Kagami.

"Oh! Hey guys," Yaoyorozu said to them as they all sat down, "Kagami was just telling me about her being Vice Rep.!"

"Really? That's so cool!" Midoriya cried out as he got his lunch ready.

"That was fast," Iida said to them, "Who got Class Rep. for Class 1-M?"

"That would be me," Marinette said back with embarrassment, "It was pretty close with the Vice Rep., but everyone pretty much voted for me. Adrien almost beat Kagami, but I guess everyone realized how much smarter Kagami is."

Marinette eyed Adrien, knowing that she was teasing him. Adrien gave her a dirty glare and handed Plagg his camembert.

"Hey! To be fair, I didn't really want to be Vice Rep. anyway," Adrien said back as he ate some of his Katsudon, "Besides, Kagami is more than capable of being Vice Rep. You too will do great together."

Marinette smiled at him and leaned into his shoulder to give him a light hug. She then looked down at Tikki and noticed her trying to sneak a bite of her chocolate chip scone. She rolled her eyes, took a piece off and handed it to Tikki. Tikki's eyes sparkled once she gave the Kwami a piece of it. Marinette looked around to see that a couple people saw Tikki. She had to keep remembering that it didn't matter here since everyone had some sort of weird quirk here. It was just really weird to have her out here in public.

"It's still really weird that we can have Kwamis out like this," Marinette said to them as she ate some of her fried rice, "I'm not use it, and I can tell that Tikki isn't either."

"You're telling me," Adrien said back as he ate some of his Katsudon, "I wish my Kwami would be use to it. He's already trying to fly off on his own behind my back."

"I can understand that," Midoriya said with his mouth full, "There like, what a hundred years old or something?"

"Oh! Way older than that," Plagg said to him, "You don't even wanna know how old we are."

Midoriya scooted back a bit and went back to his lunch. Marinette noticed that people were still staring at them and tried her best not to notice it. Tikki was nervous to be out in public while Plagg was out of Adrien's pocket, eating some camembert. Even Longg, Kagami's Kwami, was floating next to her while eating a rice ball.

Marinette looked around to see Chloe sitting with Bakugo, Kirishima, Sero, Ashido, Sato and Sabrina. Their Kwamis were even floating around while eating something that they gave them. Even Bakugo's Kwami was eating a jalapeño right next to him. Max, Todoroki, Kaminari, Jirou and Nino sat with them with their Kwamis floating around eating and enjoying themselves. Juleka and Marc were hanging out with Kouda, Aoyama, Ojiro and Hagakure. Kim was eating with Mineta, Shouji, Tokoyami and Asui which bothered Marinette a little bit.

"How were your classes, Izuku?" Marinette asked him, trying to ignore everyone around them.

"Great! I was able to catch up on some schoolwork since we were all in Paris for a while," Midoriya said back, "I even might be able to join in on some hero training. I might not have my Miraculous right now, but Mr. Aizawa said that I've improved enough to start training again today."

"That's great, Izuku!" Marinette said back, "I'm actually really excited for hero training too! But I have to go to Power Loader's class after this actually."

Midoriya and everyone else shared a look, really confused. Marinette noticed and couldn't help but smile.

"What do you mean you have Power Loader's class?" Iida asked her, "You don't have Power Loader as a teacher."

"Yes, but something's come up with the teachers actually," Marinette said to them, "They are so impressed with my fashion designing and inventions that I'm getting the chance to have a class with him right after this."

Midoriya's and Adrien's eyes lit up, not even Adrien knew about this.

"What?! That's crazy! Congratulations, Marinette," Midoriya cried out, "I've never heard of someone from U.A. getting into the school in the middle of the year and also getting to go to a class separate from their home room teacher's class."

"Marinette, why didn't you tell me?" Adrien asked her, "This is huge news!"

"Sorry, I just got nervous," Marinette said back, "But AllMight told me that he was impressed with my work. He really thinks that I can do this."

"Of course you can! Your fashion designing is amazing!" Midoriya cried out.

"You even made my gloves. You definitely deserve this, Marinette!" Uraraka said to her.

Marinette couldn't help but smile at how excited everyone was for her. Even Kagami and Yaoyorozu were very impressed with her progression here already.

"You've basically come in because of recommendations if anything," Yaoyorozu said to her, "I was actually recommended to go here, just like Todoroki. Me and him never took the entrance exam."

"Really? I didn't know that you could do that," Adrien said back as he ate some of his Katsudon.

"Yeah. Shouto never told us about that," Marinette said to her as she ate some of her salad, "That's pretty cool that you got to skip the entrance exam."

"Yeah. Well, my family is kind of rich and very well known so I was able to get in pretty well," Yaoyorozu said, feeling a little embarrassed.

"Still, that's pretty impressive," Adrien said back, "My family's kind of rich and famous back in Paris. I used to be a fashion model actually."

"Really? That's pretty amazing. Was it fun at all being a fashion model?" Yaoyorozu asked him.

Marinette could tell that he didn't like answering this question considering a lot of it had to do with his father. She held his hand, knowing full well what he went through as a model. Then he looked at her, and then smiled at her.

"Actually, the only thing I ever liked about being a fashion model was modeling Marinette's derby hat that she made herself," Adrien said to them, "Being a fashion model... It just wasn't for me. It really never was. My father kind of made me do all of those things for his brand and fashion designing. After everything's that happened, I'm just glad to be here with Marinette. She changed my life, and for the better."

Yaoyorozu and everyone else wasn't expecting that and felt their hearts melt for them. Marinette felt herself melt as well and even felt her face heat up so much. Adrien smiled at her as he held her hand ever so gently.

"Aww! That's so sweet," Yaoyorozu commented with tears in her eyes, "I had no idea you two were that close. It seems like you have known her for a long time."

"Only for what? A year?" Adrien asked Marinette.

"Yeah, but it feels much longer than that," Marinette said to them in a teasing tone.

They all laughed together, happy to be enjoying each other's company. Marinette couldn't believe how amazing this felt. She could finally be together with Adrien and not have to hide anything. No masks, no secrets and no excuses to run off to transform. She actually felt like she could relax a little and just enjoy some time with him. Something about it just felt so surreal and beautiful. Even his eyes looked much sparklier than usual as he talked to everyone. All she could do was stare at his gorgeous smile.

"Hey, did anything happen with Jirou back in Paris?" Yaoyorozu asked them with curious eyes, "I've just noticed that she seems more distant ever since she got here."

Marinette and Adrien didn't expect Yaoyorozu to ask that. Neither did Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida. Marinette and Adrien shared an awkward look, and she suddenly felt like separating from him. Marinette felt a little weird talking about Jirou being in a relationship with Adrien. No one said anything for a moment as Marinette tried to think of what to say.

"W-Well... D-Did she say anything to you?" Marinette asked her.

"Not really. I asked her and all she told me was that she liked someone in Paris," Yaoyorozu said to them, "She refused to give me any details on who it was."

Marinette and Adrien felt really awkward talking about this with Yaoyorozu, especially with Kagami sitting right there. Even Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida could tell how weird this was for them.

"I feel like I shouldn't say anything," Marinette said to her, "It's not really something that I should talk about without her around."

"But she won't tell me anything," Yaoyorozu said back with desperate eyes, "She's my friend, and she won't say anything. I'm just worried about her. Did she date someone there and she had to leave them behind? Please, you can tell me. I won't say anything."

Marinette could tell that Adrien really wanted to say something just to get Yaoyorozu to stop asking questions. She didn't want to say anything with Jirou not around. It felt wrong to mention anything without her.

"Momo," Adrien said a little nervously, "You seem like a really nice friend, but I don't know if I should say anything. She went through a lot in Paris. It's kind of private."

Marinette could tell that Yaoyorozu wanted to keep pushing for answers, but decided to pull back. She sat back in her seat, feeling a little worried about Jirou.

"Sorry. I just... I'm worried about Jirou," Yaoyorozu said to them as she played with her salad, "I heard her crying in her room last night. I felt really bad for her, but she didn't say anything about it to me."

Marinette noticed Adrien start to look really worried himself. He looked over at Jirou, and she was just kind of playing around with her food. Something about the look in her eyes made Marinette feel really bad for both of them. She didn't think this would ever be brought up this soon. Now that it has, Marinette hoped things wouldn't get weird around him and Jirou.

Once Marinette glanced at the clock, she realized that she was running late for Power Loader's class. She stuffed down some of her salad and fried rice and gulped down her sprite. It almost made her throw up, but she ate most of it.

"Sorry, I have to go. Power Loader's probably waiting for me," Marinette said back to them.

"Oh! Sorry, we didn't realize what time it was," Midoriya said back.

"It's okay," Marinette said to them, "I'm just gonna go now then."

Before Marinette could head out with her tray, Adrien held her hand. She wasn't expecting that as he stood up to give her a kiss on the cheek. Everyone was staring, and she felt so embarrassed. Something about it also felt really good having someone to be with in front of everyone.

"I'll be waiting, milady," Adrien said to her with a smile.

Marinette let go of Adrien's hands and headed out. She felt herself stumble as she dumped her tray and headed for the door. All she could do was look at Adrien as she left the cafeteria. Then she glanced at Jirou who had noticed them kissing. Marinette felt awkward about all of this, so she tightened her grip on her backpack and ran out of the cafeteria.

Once she was out, she finally felt like she could breathe. The look on Jirou's face made her feel really bad for her, and she knew why. She tried to shake it off so she could focus on Power Loader's class finally.

Her eyes sparkled as she thought about what it might be like to work on something, anything with someone like him.

"This is going to be interesting..."'

Another amazing chapter!

This was a fun one to write! It just felt so good that they could all have their Kwamis out in the open like that! It was kind of refreshing. Marinette and Adrien are so cute together, especially when they're public about their relationship! Seems like everyone is settling down pretty well at U.A.! All except Jirou. It seems like something's bothering her. Adrien and Marinette feel really bad for her, especially after what happened in Paris.

Marinette's support class is coming up!

More to come soon!
