A man with a bird mask is seen in his cell.
Kai Chisaki: Why should I help you both?
Ozpin: Because of this.
Ozpin shows Overhaul a picture.
Overhaul smiles evilly.
Ironwood: If you kill the boy in the picture we will let you continue what you were using the girl for.
Kai Chisaki: Deal.
Overhaul laughs evilly. The next day team RWBY, CFVY, MCHI, Nora, Ren, and Eri are sitting in the cafeteria. Nora ate all of her pancakes while Eri is looking at her pancake that has a happy face on it. Eri then looks at her big brother.
Eri: Big brother can you please help me?
Habib: Of course Eri.
Habib cuts Eri's pancake to tiny pieces.
Habib: Here you go Eri.
Eri: Thank you big brother!
Eri grabbed her fork to get a piece of pancake. Eri took a bit of the pancake and she got a smile on her face.
Eri: This is delicious!
Nora: I knew that you would like it Eri!
Eri: You were right miss. Nora pancakes are delicious!
Habib: Are they more delicious than candy apples?
Eri: Big brother nothing is more delicious than candy apples.
Nora: Aww why are candy apples better than pancakes?
Eri: I'm the candy apple queen!
Everyone laughs until every scroll in the cafeteria dinged. Everyone grabbed their scrolls to read the message they got. Habib and Mando became shocked. Eri gets worried because her brother is shocked.
Eri: (worried) Big brother are you okay?
Eri went to her big brother and looked at his scroll. When Eri saw what was on Habib's scroll she started having tears on her eyes.
Eri: (crying) B-Big b-brother he's g-going to t-take me.
Habib snapped out of his shock. He hugs his little sister.
Habib: (scared) D-Don't worry Eri I w-won't let him t-take you.
Ruby: Habib are you all right?
Before he answered the doors opened and Ozpin walked in.
Ozpin: Everyone calm down there are huntsmen and huntresses looking for Overhaul as we speak.
Shade Academy student: What about the Vytal Festival!
Ozpin: We will sill have the Vytal Festival.
Ozpin left the cafeteria. Team RWBY, CFVY, Nora, Ren, Cara, and IG-11 look at a worried Habib.
Yang: Habib are you sure you're okay?
Habib doesn't answer and he leaves the cafeteria with Eri.
Velvet: Something must be wrong I never seen Habib worried before.
Mando: It's because of Kai Chisaki.
Blake: Overhaul?
Mando: I'll explain at our dorm.
The rest of team MCHI, team RWBY, CFVY, Nora, and Ren went to team MCHI's dorm. When they arrived everyone is waiting for Mando to explain.
Flashback
Mando: It all started two years ago the royal family went to Vale to see if it was time to reveal Auradon to the other kingdoms but they saw humans treating Faunus badly.
David, Emily, and a thirteen year old Habib are walking through Vale until somebody bump into Emily.
Mando: While walked through Vale somebody bumped into queen Emily.
Weiss: Who was it?
Mando: It was a five year old Eri.
The royal family saw a young five year old girl with white hair and a horn.
Emily: Are you okay?
Eri: (scared) P-Please don't l-let him t-take me.
Mando: The royal family didn't know what Eri meant until he walked out of an alley way.
Ren: By he you mean Overhaul right?
Mando: That's right Ren.
Overhaul: There you are Eri, come on we have to go home.
The girl now known as Eri is hugging Emily tightly.
Mando: When Overhaul arrived Eri was holding queen Emily tightly and didn't want to let go.
Nora: Wait how did you know what happened?
Mando: Did you think that the royal family would go somewhere without any protecting them? I was following them though the roofs.
David went in front of his wife and Eri.
David: Who are you?
Overhaul: My name is Kai Chisaki and that is my daughter.
David looks at a scared Eri. Eri looks back at him.
Eri: (scared) P-Please don't l-let him take me.
David looks at Overhaul.
David: It doesn't look like she wants to go with you!
Overhaul glares at David.
Overhaul: Then I'll take her from you!
Mando: I was about to interfere but the ground shook and a stone with a sword appeared.
Ruby: Was it the same one Habib used to fight us?
Mando: Yes Ruby, it is. You see that sword can only be used by the royal family of Equestria. Anyways while king David used the sword, Habib activated his lightsaber.
David and Habib went to attack Overhaul but he keeps dodging the royals attack for an hour.
Mando: The fight continued for five hours. After the second hour queen Emily joined the fight. They were badly injured and tired. They couldn't fight anymore. Overhaul was about to finish them off with his semblance but I stopped him.
The royal family are still protecting Eri even though they are badly injured and tired. Overhaul was about to use his semblance but Mando landed and threw a smoke bomb at the ground. David took out his Dimensional scissors to open a portal. The royal family with Eri and Mando went though it and David closed the portal.
Flashback End
Mando: After we escaped, king David and queen Emily adopted Eri. Ever since that incident Habib became protective of Eri and has been training for two years. When we heard that Overhaul was captured Habib calmed down a little but now that he escaped, Habib is going to train a lot.
Yang: So now we know where Habib went.
Yang went to the door and opened it.
Ruby: Yang where are you going?
Yang: I'm going to talk to Habib.
Mando: Yang.
Yang looks at Mando.
Mando: Make sure Habib knows that he isn't alone in this.
Yang: Don't worry Mando I'll make sure he knows that.
Yang leaves team MCHI's dorm and starts walking to the training room. Glynda passed by Yang and she went to team MCHI's dorm.
Glynda: There you are team MCHI.
Glynda sees the rest of team RWBY, team CFVY, Nora, and Ren.
Glynda: Team MCHI can I speak to you in private?
Mando: Glynda they know about Auradon.
Weiss: We also know about Ozpin's true intentions.
Glynda: Oh okay and seeing as king Habib and princess Eri isn't here I think you all saw the news about Overhaul and seeing that I passed by Miss. Xiao Long she went to talk to king Habib.
Mando: She is Glynda.
