I can't believe I got close to calling that. I really picked a high number in case there was canon/exposition/flashbacks I had to skip/skim.
Also super late at the moment but we're getting some more snow over the weekend and I wanted to get this up before it started in case power/internet goes out.
Chapter XLI.
Last Time.
"As you can see, the others weren't so lucky," Den said as they walked to the ship while looking at the other destroyed ships. "As you can see, the tides bring many sunken vessels to this spot is acting as a ship graveyard for those that couldn't make it to the New World. And yet it's overflowing with life." He explained looking at the fish and penguins swimming around. "Thanks to the grace of the Sun tree Eve, many fish and coral make their home here."
After checking the Sunny, they saw Jinbe wearing a kimono with a leaf pattern sat a large gravestone.
Ryugu Palace.
Zoro and the others stood beside tied-up guards and Neptune after they tried to be arrested looked to see Fishmen walking in and focused on Hody and Decken who're in front.
"Vander Decken…" Neptune spoke up looking down. "You're the one behind this, give me back my daughter! You've made her suffer enough!"
"All father-in-law's say that! But you'll come around after the honeymoon, this, I suspect!"
"I'll never be your father-in-law! Now, where did you take Shirahoshi? If you've harmed one hair on her head-!"
"You're losing your mind old man, if I had her, why would I be breaking in here?" Vander asked as Neptune continued to glare.
"Don't play dumb with me! You're here and she's missing!"
Hody calmed him down and reminded Decken of his powers before Decken left to find Shirahoshi.
Now.
Ryugu Palace.
"Vander Decken is going to capture my precious Shirahoshi!"
Neptune cried out as his tears hit those below him. "You're quite the pathetic sight, Neptune." Hody taunted with a smile. "What a shock. I was confident I could take the Palace, but I never thought the Straw Hats would have been part of the story." He finished crossing his arms.
Nami looked confused at Hody knowing them before her eyes widened at his Arlong tattoo having her remember her time before joining the Straw Hats. "Jinbe he tried to warn me of something going on in the Fishman District." The Minister of the Right exclaimed. "But you, how can a former soldier of Neptune's Army be the ringleader?!"
"There was only one reason why I joined… And that was to learn combat skills to turn this world upside down." Hody replied holding his trident.
"Traitor!"
"You'll help me set things right. The comforts of the Palace have blinded you to what's been happening on this island." Hody said before explaining that he wants to revive Arlong's dream of humans underneath Fishmen.
He then walked to the door frame and gripped it having the wall crack and water flood the palace. He then threw his hand out having the water come off like bullets hitting several of the guards while Zoro blocked ones that got to him with Wado's handle. Nami and Camie meanwhile left the room in the commotion.
Zoro then dodged more water as he walked up and unsheathed Shusui. "Ittōryū: Yakkodori! (One Sword Style: Bird Dance!)" Zoro launches a crescent moon-like projectile of compressed air to Hody with great speed. Hody just grabbed one of his men and pulled him in front of the attack. "Go untie all of the soldiers." Zoro said to Usopp and Brook. "Our negotiation with the kingdom's collapsed. We promised no harm would come to the hostages and we didn't keep that promise."
The two did that and Usopp shot a seed after getting them untied. "Midori Boshi: Rafureshia! (Green Star: Rafflesia!)"
The seed opened into a rather large Rafflesia flower. The flower then excretes a foul-smelling odor, disabling the Fishemen's senses with its stench. Zoro freed Neptune and asked him to get Usopp and Brook to safety before diving underwater to face Hody.
Sanji, And Chopper.
At the coast on the island, Chopper is tending to the injured Hachi finding him on the streets. Just then, Naruto, Luffy, and Shirahoshi see them and Luffy goes down to try to figure out what's going on and hears Hachi's pleas of leaving the island. Suddenly, Megalo has finally reached his limit and pukes Shirahoshi out, shocking the citizens. Chopper comments on her size and begs Sanji not to turn around or he will die and the citizens believe that the crew kidnapped her.
Naruto dropped down to see Vander Decken flying to them before creating a clone that dashed to him. The clone grabbed Decken and threw him to the original who jumped up, grabbed his head in a ¾ headlock, and dropped down, slamming his face to the ground. Naruto then got up and rolled his shoulder shocking the Fishmen on taking out someone who's tried killing Shirahoshi.
All of them got on Megalo with Shirahoshi before swimming off just as Wadatsumi came up out of the water. Only to be punched by Luffy who went into Gia Sekendo. (Gear Second.) The Fishman fell on his back as the group left.
Sea Forest.
"Arigato. (Thank You)"
Naruto and Luffy looked up at the tearful Shirahoshi. "I've wanted to come here for so long."
"Hopefully we can have some peace and quiet soon." Chopper sighed out as Sanji was speaking in his sleep having the doctor sigh.
"It's the Sunny!" Luffy exclaimed looking at their ship before seeing Den and Franky.
"Is that your new girlfriend?" Franky asked looking at Shirahoshi. "You always did like to aim big!"
After introducing Franky to Shirahoshi, the shipwright explained Robin and Gina went into the forest not too long ago and didn't know when they would be back.
"Luffy, Naruto!"
The two turned and saw Jinbe walking up explaining he sent them a message to come to the forest. "Pleasure to see you Jinbe. It's been ever so long." Shirahoshi spoke having the pirate smile at her.
"AAH Shirahoshi-Hime! (Princess!) What are you doing outside of your tower?!" He yelled out before looking to see a bandaged up Hachi before walking over.
Jinbe questioned Hachi on why he was on Fishman Island. Suddenly, Sanji jumped off with a flip and started swooning over Shirahoshi like his old self just as Luffy jumped in front of Shirahoshi, and kicked an ax away. "Damn he's persistent. I thought kicking his ass would stop him." Naruto said walking over to the group. Naruto then looked towards where the ax flew from. 'I'm killing him.'
Later, the Crew watched Shirahoshi at the grave Jinbe was at earlier and prayed at it. "That's her mother's grave," Jinbe exclaimed making the others look to him. "She was stuck in that tower a few days after she died so Shirahoshi had to miss her funeral."
"Luffy-chin! Naruto-chin!"
They looked up to see Camie, and Nami on a fish bus before they landed by them. They explained what happened at the Palace as Sanji swooned over the girls. Jinbe sighed as he explained he didn't want them mixed up in the Island's affair. "I'm grateful for you all for stopping Arlong's crew in the East Blue. But at the same time, I must apologize... For I was the one that unleashed him in the first place." Jinbe confessed making Nami's eyes widen as memories came flooding back to her.
Nami focused on Jinbe's sun tattoo and remembered Arlong's on his chest. "I remember Yosaku saying that a Shichibukai (Warlord.) Unleashed Arlong to become one of them." Sanji mused after calming down when Jinbe said Arlong's name. "When I read the article of Jinbe fighting with you, it set off question's in my head. I thought he was the mastermind controlling Arlong." Sanji finished before blowing out smoke.
"Jinbe if you have an excuse I'm willing to listen... But choose your words carefully. The hometown of our Navigator… Is the town Arlong chose to take over. As a result, she's been put through hell."
Naruto glanced to see Nami clench her fists. Jinbe and Hachi explained that after Gold Roger was executed, Pirates ran wild until Whitebeard claimed the Island as his territory to keep it safe. Jinbe went on to explain about the founder of the Sun Pirates Fishman Tiger who freed the slaves regardless of race one day from Mariejois.
But believed that Humans and Fishmen should stay separate. "Arlong and I were a part of his crew after I dropped out of the Royal Army." Jinbe continued how they saved a slave girl, gave her the sun mark to get rid of her slave one.
And he died by being shot and refusing a blood transfusion from Human blood after getting the girl home. "His last breath was regretting getting in the way of Otohime's dream of coexisting." He then went on to explain about Shirahoshi's mother Otohime wanted both Fishmen and Humans to coexist.
And how she spent a long time gathering signatures for them to migrate up to the surface. And once she got enough, and a letter from a World Nobel was killed by a human when she was showing her work to the people. And finally how he joined the Shichibukai (Seven Warlords.) so Fishmen can get closer to Humans, letting Arlong, and his crew go, and was deeply sorry for not stopping him.
Naruto heard snoring as Sanji yelled at Jinbe, and Nami forgave him as the only one she is mad at is Arlong. "Luffy… Wake up." Naruto spoke kicking Luffy in the rib.
Hachi groaned as he explained Hody's plan of becoming King, and remaking Fishman Island in the 'Perfect' image. Suddenly, a very large projection Den-Den Mushi came over and projected a screen on the air bubble as Hody came on it before speaking.
"To all citizens of Fishman Island. Can you hear me? I am the Captain of the New Fishman Pirates from the Fishman District... Hody Jones. I have an announcement for everyone on Fishman Island. This country will soon be destroyed. And then it will be reformed under a new King... Who will be me!"
"And the new Fishman Island that I rule will have absolute laws. Anyone who wished for friendship with the Humans will be exiled from this country! The Fishman master race will not extend its hands to the Humans when they are too stupid to even realize their proper place in society. At this moment people are coming here from the Fishman District."
The Crew and others watched as he continued on. "They will be the new citizens of this land. They hate humans just like we do. They are comrades who wish to change this Island, just like we do. I'm sure most of you saw the death of our beloved Queen Otohime. Queen Otohime worked tirelessly to create a connection between us and the Humans."
"Who killed her?! It was the Humans themselves! Even if you meet them halfway, Humans will just stab you in the back! Why can't you understand that?! You've been led astray by the Neptune family. They are pushing you down a path that leads to death. Their naive ideals are just pretty words that can never come true!"
Naruto looked down as they listened to Hody. "Wishful thinking that will lead you to destruction! Look at this." The picture panned to a tied-up Neptune before Hody continued. "Even the once Great Knight Neptune has fallen to old age." Hody walked over as a grinning blue-skinned shark Fishman leaned against a crate full of paper.
"What the fuck?!" Naruto blurted out as he saw the Fishman.
He has gills on his neck and blue hair with a short ponytail and beard. He's wearing a hooded cloak, indigo pants with a sleeveless shirt a belt, brown boots, gauntlets with a pauldron over his left shoulder.
What made Naruto curse was the fact he looks very similar to Kisame, a ninja he fought against in the Fourth War but was slimmer as well as a slim sword wrapped in white bandages.
Jayden Former Royal Guard Member. Bounty: 350,000,000. (1.)
"There is no future for this Island if an old man is left on the Throne. Attention all Fishman Island citizens! It's time to end... The old Ryugu monarchy." Naruto glanced as the others talked amongst themselves before redirecting his attention to the screen once more. "Three hours from now, in Gyoncorde Plaza, we will cut off the head of this worthless King. The Great Age of Pirates we're living in began with an execution. Of Gold Roger the so-called Pirate King. Since then Humans have persecuted Fishmen more than ever. So now that I have the chance, I shall execute Neptune..."
"And usher in The Great Age of Fishman when Fishmen will rule over the Humans. You've probably figured it out already but I'm in Ryugu Palace. And we found something interesting.." Hody brought out the letter that the World Noble signed ten years ago. "It's the piece of paper Queen Otohime risked her life to get from the World Noble."
"If it was destroyed they'd have no reason to give us another one. And we have this huge box." Walking to the box, Hody went through the names. "It contains the signatures of over half of the subjects of this country. Surely my eyes are deceiving me. How could there be so many fools who think we should kiss and make-up with the humans?!"
"Everyone who has written their names here as opposed to my new Kingdom. In other words... This is a list of traitors! So everyone who's on this list will be executed! First..." Hody started to go through the first page of people who signed the papers before continuing. "And the last ones are... The Straw Hat Pirates! I have something to show you."
Naruto narrowed his eyes as he stared at the screen. Hody showed Usopp, Zoro, and Brook in a cage that's hanging in a room being filled with water. "I know you're somewhere on the Island. These Humans earned the wrath of all Fishman by destroying the ambitions of Arlong's crew! Around the same time, we execute the King, this room will have finished filling with water. Killing your friends."
"'Straw Hat' Luffy with a bounty of 400 million berries! And 'Elemental Sage' Naruto with a bounty of 900,016,000 berries!" Hody brought up both Luffy's, and Naruto's updated posters before continuing. "The heads of you, and your companions will serve as warnings to the Humans of the surface."
"Well... It's time to start cleaning up the old Ryugu Monarchy. We're going to leave behind the weakness of our past, setting a course for a strong future! In three hours this country will be reborn as a proud Fishman Island!" He finished with a laugh as Naruto pinched his nose.
"Did they just say my bounty's at 400 million?! When did it go up?" Luffy asked with stars around him. Jinbe sighed before explaining.
"Your fame went up after the Great War at Marineford. Once it surpasses three hundred it'll take a lot for them to raise it up again." Before anything else could be said, Shirahoshi jumped on Megalo and swam up. "Megalo stop!" Jinbe yelled having Megalo stop before Jinbe spoke to Shirahoshi. "Both you, and Luffy need to stop, and think for a minute," Jinbe said before Hachi spoke up.
"Hime (Princess.) I think you shouldn't go... In all of the Ryugu Kingdom, Hody's biggest fear... Is your powers. Even if he recreates Fishman Island the way he wants it."
"It will all be destroyed if the Sea Kings attack." Shirahoshi floated down and looked at him before Sanji spoke up.
" So... Their true goal is Shirahoshi-chan?" Hachi shook his head at that.
"Nyuu- Hody isn't planning on capturing the Hime. (Princess) and use her power... He fears the very existence of the power."
"So he teamed up with Vander Decken since Vander wanted the Hime. (Princess) life. Hody plans to get rid of everything that stands in his way. " Hachi explained before Jinbe spoke up.
"That's right if the Hime. (Princess) goes to the Plaza it'll be playing into Hody's hands."
"I've heard the prophecy of my powers before, but I've never been able to talk with the Sea Kings before. I don't even know if I have it or not" Shirahoshi said as Jinbe looked at her.
"Either way... Hody wants to finish you off... But we can't let Hody find out that you can't control your power. We want him to be afraid of it... That will give us an edge."
"You done yapping?" Luffy asked making Naruto sigh as his shoulder slumped.
Luffy walked forward only to be stopped by Jinbe. "No! You can't get involved. The Fishmen that don't hate humans may change their minds. Leave this to me!"
Luffy's hat shadowed his eyes before he spoke up. "Jinbe! My friends have been captured! If I don't do something they'll be in trouble!" Luffy finished making Jinbe turn around, and cracked his knuckles.
"Since you don't intend to stay here, there's no other way to do this! I'll just stop you here myself." Luffy tilted his head so only one eye was shadowed as he stared at Jinbe.
Luffy ran to Megalo, only for Jinbe to dash in front of him and punch the air. "Samegawara Seiken! (Shark Tile True Fist!)" A shock wave sent Luffy flying back into a tree making him groan.
"What?! I thought physical attacks wouldn't work on a rubber man!" Nami exclaimed as Jinbe explained his attack.
"Fishman Karate's true power lies in its ability to control all the water it hits. Even the ones that are in the air. And body." Jinbe explained as Luffy got up, and went into Gia Sekendo. (Gear Second.) before dashing forward.
"Gomu Gomu no... Jetto Stampu! (Gum-Gum Jet Stamp!)" Luffy kicked Jinbe who blocked the attack by bringing his arms up in an 'X'.
"Is that all you got out of your training?" Jinbe asked before they dashed to each other.
Naruto looked down before hearing Robin. "That's enough."
He quickly looked up and saw Robin standing in between Luffy, and Jinbe. "Shit! Robin!" Naruto dashed forward and caught each attack as he went into Sennin Mōdo. (Sage Mode.)
A shock wave went through the area as the 'Robin' blew up in flower petals revealing her to be a clone. Naruto threw them away as the real Robin as well as Gina walked up to them. "You mustn't fight," Robin said walking to Naruto, and smiled before kissing him.
"Hey, Robin-chan. Where were you?" Naruto asked as Gina stopped by him.
"Looking at a Poneglyph. It's only an apology to a Joy Boy though." Robin explained as Luffy, and Jinbe sat up.
Jinbe sighed before explaining why he doesn't want them to fight. "Think about this Luffy... What do you think will happen if you go wild here on the Island? Whenever Fishmen have opened their hearts to Humans, the Humans have only worked against them. 'Humans are brutal creatures.', 'Humans discriminate against Fishmen, and hate them.' The harsh reality of the situation is that history has only taught Fishmen to see things in a negative light."
Everyone but Luffy looked down as Jinbe talked. "Even in the case of Arlong. Quite a few of us believe humans hunted him down because he was a Fishman."
"And if you, the same people that defeated Arlong, go barging into the Plaza, and attack Hody what would happen? Even if you save Fishman Island from this crisis... They'd just see you attack Hody who is taking a stand against Humanity. It'll only just remind them of Fishman Island's history, and convince them that nothing will change."
Sanji took a drag from his cigarette before speaking. "So you say, but Jinbe... It's natural for us to want to save our friends' lives, and if we leave things as they are, then Fishman Island really will be under Hody's control. We've got many friends here on this Island... Hey Hachi?" Hachi looked over to Sanji from his spot by Chopper.
"You seem determined on not telling us who gave you those wounds... But you also said Hody will attack Fishman who wants to be friends with Humans, right? You... Were attacked because you stood up for us weren't you?" Sanji asked making the others stare at Hachi. "And Jinbe... Knowing this is your Country just gives him another reason to fight. Back when our Captain was in trouble, I heard that you were the one that saved him. We're all indebted to you, we can never fully express our gratitude."
Sanji said putting his hands in his pockets before looking to Jinbe. "If Luffy and Naruto feel that way, then we all feel that way as well. We can't just leave this Island behind. We have a reason to fight." Both Jinbe and Luffy stood up and stared at each other before Sanji finished. "Besides..." A heart replaced his eye as he ran around. "Caimie-chan is here! Shirahoshi-chan is here!" Naruto's face palmed as he sighed.
"And here I thought he'd be serious."
"Indeed! This is the Mermaid Paradise of my dreams!" Sanji said as Luffy and Jinbe argued about fighting Hody.
Hody Jones.
Hody rode on a Sea Beast before grunting. "Hey... Bring them all to me." He said as one of his men brought the plate of red and blue checker pattern pills to him.
Hody ate a large handful of them all before falling to his knees and grunted before Neptune spoke up. "That Energy Steroid does give you power but at the cost of shortening your life... This is just the result of overdoing them."
"Shut up," Hody said glaring back at Neptune before he started screaming as his men told one who was on the ground under him what was happening.
Suddenly, Hody became even more muscular and lost his large belly. His muscles bulged in size with thick veins appearing, particularly on his arms, and his size greatly increased.
His dark hair had lightened exponentially. His hat flew off as he looked up, and screamed again.
After a moment, he grinned before putting a hand on the Sea Beast making them all atop and gaining a scared look.
Sea Forest.
Jinbe walked to Shirahoshi and looked up at her. "We've wasted too much time, let's go your Highness." They got on Megalo and swam away leaving Camie with Hachi who sat beside the Sunny. "Take care of Hachi for me Camie!"
Later, They swam into the City and saw a balloon of Neptune forcing Shirahoshi to steer Megalo to it. "Tou-sama. (Father.) I'm coming!"
A net captured them, and several New Fishmen Pirates took them to the Plaza where Hody and his crew stood in the Plaza surrounded by the citizens. Hody now wearing a reversed colored shirt smiled at them.
Beside him is a large fish-man towering over most of his crew members, being only slightly shorter than one. He's a hammerhead shark Fish-Man, with his eyes on the edges and the top of his head being darker than the rest of his body. His mouth is full of sharp, triangular teeth and has thick purple-colored lips. His chest is wide and his arms very large, with extremely prominent, round forearms, his hands, and thin legs being quite small in comparison.
He has light blue skin and long, wavy, light-pink hair reaching down to his shoulders and to the dorsal fin he has on top of his back; as a Fish-Man, he has gills on his large neck. On his left arm is tattooed his crew, Jolly Roger. He's wearing an unbuttoned, dark short-sleeved shirt with many dark yellow T-like motifs on it, simple light pants, and sandals, he also has a sash tied around his waist, and a large buckled belt hanging on his chest from his left shoulder.
He's carrying a large hammer in his right hand and on the corresponding shoulder, with a very long and gnarled handle and a massive, dark head with the edges curved downwards, but he sometimes attaches it to the belt crossing his chest, carrying it on his back, with the head pointing upwards.
Dosun, Officer Of The New Fish-Man Pirates.
Beside him is a tall and thin Wobbegong Shark fish-man with a strange body, covered in wavy light blue and indigo stripes, and "02" tattooed on his chest. Tentacle-like whiskers hang from his face, and unlike other fish-men, he does not seem to have ears nor a nose, nor does he have a visible mouth. He sports a dorsal fin and gills on his long neck.
His legs are covered by what appears to be some sort of long inducement, with a pattern identical to his body's and the New Fish-Man Pirates' Jolly Roger in correspondence of his right knee. Around his waist is a belt with a round buckle, and his feet seem to be covered by dark boots
Zeo Officer Of The New Fish-Man Pirates.
Beside him is a cookie-cutter shark fish-man, being the smallest one amongst the officers of the crew by far. He has circular eyes, a flat nose, and sharp teeth; his arms are notably larger than his hands and his skin is red. On his right arm is a tattoo of the New Fish-Man Pirates' Jolly Roger. He has on distinctive headgear composed of a hat similar to an aviator's, with two massive protrusions on both sides of his head, pointing upwards, and decorated on the front, paired with a plumed crest on top of it, similar to those found on ancient Roman and Greek helmets.
He's also wearing a dark, sleeve and zipper-less open jacket with a fur collar and a pair of Bermuda shorts.
Daruma, An Officer Of The New Fish-Man Pirates.
Beside him is a giant squid fish-man, towering over every other member of his crew, and possesses eight arms. Each pair of arms seems to have a corresponding pair of pectorals, as eight of them are visible on his chest. He has a long beard complete with a mustache, white skin, and a bulbous nose. On both his topmost forearms and on his belly he bears swirl-like tattoos, and on his right shoulder is tattooed the New Fish-Man Pirates' Jolly Roger.
Underneath his helmet is his hair that is in the shape of a spear that he will use as a last resort. He's wearing a round helmet with goggles, with a dark stripe on top of it, and a large loop earring on each ear. He's bare-chested but has a pair of suspenders-like belts reaching down from both of his shoulders to his waist.
These are attached to a pair of rings, supporting some sort of light apron around his waist; he also dons dark pants reaching down below his knees and sandals. Each of his arms has a bolted wristband and holds a long spear with a tassel right below the head.
Ikaros Much, An Officer Of The New-Fish-Man Pirates.
Beside him are Jayden and a fish-woman. She is a morbidly obese octopus fish-woman. She has light lavender skin, short white hair, and her body, from the waist down, is black with six tentacles dotted by violet suckers. The area around her eyes is a darker shade than the rest of her face. Her eyes are gray and she has a mole near the right side of her mouth.
She is wearing makeup; in particular, she has aqua blue eye shadow, deep red lipstick, and red nails. She's wearing purple shell earrings and a gold nautilus shell necklace.
Treena, Former Lady In Waiting, Bounty: 94,000,000. (2.)
"So you came after all Jinbe. I used to like you back when you were more ruthless." He said with a chuckle.
"What happened to you Hody? You look different." Jinbe said looking up at Hody from his spot. Hody ignored the question before speaking. "Alright, we have everyone we need. And now the only ones left are the Straw Hats, and I don't know what they'll do... I'm guessing that they're at a loss, looking for a way inside Ryugu Palace."
"Even if they come here enraged by the death of their companions... We'll be ready for them." He finished as one hundred thousand Fishman, and Human slaves walked to the Plaza, and down to them. "You're causing quite the ruckus here in public." Hody looked to see Sharley smoking from a pipe. "How undignified."
"You shouldn't let yourself get carried away like this... Hody Jones." Hody smirked before speaking. "Long time no see... What do you want?" He asked as Sharley took a drag from her pipe. "I'd like to say something to you since you think you've already won. I saw certain men would destroy Fishman Island." She said making him chuckle.
"We might end up destroying it. So you saw me?" Sharley shook her head. "No... The men I saw destroying the Island... Are 'Straw Hat' Luffy, and 'Elemental Sage' Naruto." Hody frowned at her.
"What are you saying?" He asked before she started explaining.
"What will they do now? I don't know but Hody I do know this much..."
"It isn't you." The Fishmen muttered amongst themselves that Hody wouldn't rule now.
Hody stood up before gaining water in his hand and throwing it at her. Blood flew off as Sharley was thrown back from the attack making the citizens scream out.
"Ridiculous... What are you implying Sharley?" Hody asked holding more water in his hand. "I'm different from your brother... True when I was a kid everyone in the District looked up to your brother.. Arlong. But we have gained power. By now the mark of the Arlong Pirates is just an empty symbol to unite us." Hody explained walking to his seat.
"Arlong's name is completely unnecessary now! The only one who'll destroy this Country, and rebuild it is... Me!" Hody said before throwing his hands in the air. "Look at this mob! This is our strength! My plans have been in the works for ten years! Shall I tell you who really killed the beloved Queen of Ryugu Kingdom? It was me! I framed a human to hide my tracks!"
Hody exclaimed getting shocked looks from Neptune, his sons, and everyone in the Plaza except everyone in his crew. "I knew it was you." Everyone looked to a teary eyes Shirahoshi who explained Megalo was a part of the Army, and saw Hody shoot Otohime, and kept it a secret so no one would hate him. "That's what Kaa-chan (Mother.) wanted!"
"Her last wish was for us not to hate the one who did it!" Shirahoshi finished as the crowd was quiet.
After a moment, Hody started laughing before attacking her father, and brothers forcing them to the ground. Hody picked up a large sword and walked to Neptune as the citizens started yelling.
"Straw Hat! Sage! Destroy the Island now!"
"Please protect my Tou-sama (Father)! Naruto-sama! Luffy-sama!" Shirahoshi yelled as Hody brought the sword down, only to stop as he heard something.
He turned to see Megalo spit two things out of his mouth. Both Naruto in a dark green sleeveless trench coat and Luffy punched Hody and Jayden into the cliff behind them.
"They really did show up!"
"Damn I was hoping for it to go differently," Jinbe said as the cuffs on him, Shirahoshi, and the others were unlocked by Robin's arms using a key. Suddenly, Nami and Gina appeared with Nami holding the letter with the World Noble signature on it.
Gina then pulled a two-handed sledgehammer from her back. It's a black handle and has a red metal, head. (3.)
Suddenly, the Sunny attacked with its front canon and landed by them. Brook, Usopp, and Zoro walked off one by one and joined the others standing by Shirahoshi.
"Hey! 'Straw Hat' Luffy! 'Elemental Sage' Naruto! Are you guys really going to destroy the island?!"
"Are you guys friends or foes of the Fishman Island?!" The Fishmen shouted.
"That's up for you to decide," Naruto said as his sleeveless trench coat blew in the breeze as the Royal Family minus Shirahoshi got away on Hoe.
(Flashback A Few Hours Ago.)
"Move!"
Naruto in his trench coat held Luffy back as Jinbe stood in front of him as the others tried to calm them down. "Just listen to me! What kind of relationship do we have?" Luffy stopped and looked at him.
"We're friends."
Jinbe nodded before explaining. "That's right. For years now it's been a struggle for Fishmen, and Humans to create a simple relationship like ours. The reason I don't want you to fight with Hody... Is because I don't want you to start a reckless fight. Don't act rashly! If you just beat up Hody, and his crew, you'll just be viewed as nothing but more heartless humans!" Jinbe explained walking behind Luffy, and Naruto. "Instead of that... Become the hero who saves Fishman Island!"
"Hero? No." Luffy said turning to face him as Jinbe gained a shocked look. "Heroes have to share their meat with everyone! I'd rather eat the meat!" Everyone face-planted at Luffy's exclamation.
"OK, I'll give you meat if you'll do it." Luffy nodded quickly making the other sigh.
Jinbe went on to exclaimed he'll call them for help when he faces Hody and the plan on how to get them there without being seen. And to get their allies from Ryugu Palace. "If you follow this plan, how do you think the citizens will react?" Jinbe asked as Hachi spoke up.
"Jinbei-san is respected by both the citizens of the Island and the Villagers of the Fishman District." Camie nodded as she continued for Hachi.
"That's right if everyone sees that Oyabun. (Boss) trusts Luffy-chin, and Naruto-chin with his life while fighting to save the King."
"Then everyone will cheer for them." Luffy snorted before pointing to Jinbe. "I'm only doing this because you're the one who asked Jinbe!" He exclaimed as the others nodded.
(Flashback End.)
Pappag jumped down onto Luffy as he, Brook, and Usopp explained they escaped by Brook using a ghost technique to get Pappag, get Zoro his sword, and had him cut them loose. The Crew talked amongst themselves and ignored the New Fishmen Pirates. Naruto and Chopper noticed the Fishmen don't look worried as they talked.
"How will Weak-Hoshi get out of here?" Luffy asked getting Shirahoshi to look at him in shock at the 'upgrade' to her name.
A moment later, both Hody and Jayden broke through the wall and walked back to the seat Hody used as Hody explained what he'll do when he's King, and bragged about his forces getting the Crew to get ready for a fight as Sanji, and Zoro argued.
"I'll be King of the Pirates Straw Hat!" Hody said as Luffy's eyes were shadowed.
Naruto pulled his hat up, as Luffy walked up just as the forces ran to them. Luffy looked up and used Haō-shoku no Haki. (Conqueror's Haki.) and knocked out half of Fishmen, and Humans except for Hody, and his Crew.
Naruto then created countless clones that attacked the other half leaving only the small crew left. "That was Haki," Gina said in awe as the Fishman, and Humans fell down foaming at the mouth.
"You're Hody right? I have to kick your ass. If you want to become King of Countries that's none of my business... But I'm the one who'll be King of the Pirates." Luffy said as Naruto looked at the standing Crew.
"Well then... Let's get wild!"

I wanted this to be longer but I saw I was 20 episodes from finishing the arc and since I'll be doing the filler arc and movie (Maybe not in the same Ch though) I want to end this arc in the next Ch so the next one may be a long Ch.

I can't believe I got close to calling that. I really picked a high number in case there was canon/exposition/flashbacks I had to skip/skim.
Also super late at the moment but we're getting some more snow over the weekend and I wanted to get this up before it started in case power/internet goes out.
