Chapter 83 Samurai of the Dead

Judai was checking the area for a bit and looks around.
"Okay, those psychos aren't nearby, Rachel isn't here and Nemesis is outside, we need to get those girls and get out of here fast as we can." Judai said.
He hears a chuckle and looks around. "What?"
Judai looks back and saw Death grinning at him. "Death!"
"Well you seem to be having fun here." Death looks around.
Judai noticed the area around them has a red barrier cutting them off.
"I made sure nobody comes to interrupt us." He said.
"Okay then, why even do this?" Judai said.
"Well I think it's time for a little test." He said.
He got confused and Judai dodges a sword that passes by him.
"Meet... Soji Okita." Death said.
He landed on the floor and looked very young. He has long, black hair tied back in a ponytail. He wears a checker patterned scarf, and traditional Japanese robes.
Soji looks at Judai. "Oh, so your Kenshin Uesugi's descendant, little Uesugi."
"It's Suzugamori! Not Uesugi!" Judai corrected him.
Soji chuckles. "Your funny."
"Hey are you mocking me?" Judai was irritated.
"Well I was hopping for a good challenge from his family." His eyes glowed red.
Death throws a sword at Judaiand it's the sword of his ancestor. "Use that instead."
Soji charges at Judai who clashed with him and he used the extra bits to hook the blade.
"Oh not bad, but you gotta do better." He takes out another sword making Judai duck.
The two traded blows before Judai takes out his scythe to dual wield with it blocking the other one.
"So using a scythe too, not bad." Soji said.
He attacks as Judai blocks all of the strikes as they went around.
Death watches the fight. Hmmm, his instincts are good, but they need to be improved too for later on.
Soji slashes against Judai more times making him dodge and he got cut on his cheek.
"Come on, do something to attack me!" Soji said.
Judai slashes at him while blocking the swords with his scythe, he swings the blade making Soji get cut.
"Yes! That's more like it!" He said.
Soji dives down towards Judai laughing, he grunts before the sword of his ancestor reacted to his belt as a new memory appeared on it.
COMPLETE!
Soji got pushed back as Judai transforms, but the new Faiz form was different, his suit was now a mix of his ancestors with the helmet having the hood his ancestor had, the red lines were there as the symbol of his clan on the chest.
"So, you got his powers now." Soji frowns.
"Very good." Death chuckles. "I've been waiting for this."
Faiz looks at himself and saw the other memory was on his belt since it seemed to have been moved to let the new one go to the phone, it was white with the clan symbol on it.
"So this is the power of my ancestor." Faiz said.
"This sucks, I wanted to have a bit more fun." Soji said.
"I know, but this was bound to happen." Death said.
"So you sent this psycho after me to help me get this form." Faiz said.
"It's for the greater good, of course if you killed him it wouldn't matter." Death said.
"Hey!" Soji got insulted.
"Your crazy Death." Faiz said.
"Why thank you, but either way, I made a promise not to mess with life, but they didn't say I can't let others do it for me." Death shrugs.
"You like to find loopholes." Faiz said.
"Of course, in order to get back at those gods, i'll always find a work around." He said.
"Also, I can still keep going, since my abilities and strenght can make me go beyond what a human can do." Soji grins at Faiz.
"Not now!" Death stops him. "We managed to do what we wanted."
"But this isn't fun when my blood was boiling from this amazing fight." Soji grunted.
"I know, it was fun but you gotta see the reasons first." Death said.
I need to train him before the tournament happens or they'll get a victory above me and I won't let Zeus have that. In fact if Faiz kills his son it will be great. Death thinks with a grin.
"Well are you both done?" Faiz asked while changing back.
"Oh yes, so i'll be taking him to make sure he doesn't go crazy here." Death said.
"Eh! Come on theres so many things to fight!" Soji said.
"You would cause too much damage and I would be found, wait a bit until the time is right to go out." Death grabs him.
"Fine, but i'm coming next time something big happens." Soji said.
Judai sweatdrops seeing that. This psycho would only cause more damage.
"Is this the test you told me about?" Judai asked Death.
"Not all, it's just the first part, more things will appear later on. So enjoy the rest of the asylum." He vanished with Okita.
Judai sighs and looks at his ancestor's sword. "This helped me get the new form from him, I wonder what else I can do with this new form."
"I don't know why Soji Okita was interested in my ancestor, did they have a rivalry or something?" He wonders.
Judai goes back to work since the faster he does this the faster they can get out of here, the Smileys are bad enough, but having those monsters just makes it harder.
He looks back. "But I wonder what is Death planning with all of this. What is the end for this big test?"
This made Judai wonder and also dread when it comes to it.
Note: Judai met the Record of Ragnarok fighter being Soji Okita, but I didn't show off more since Soji didn't do much, so I just showed off some swordsman skills, he got the form for his ancestor and is now stronger.
