Chapter 27: Graduation
"Just two more exams left," Love Heart stared at himself in the mirror, making sure the long black graduation gown fit. Sage Heart and Life Heart stood nearby, both smiling at him.
"Our son is growing up!" Life Heart clasped her hands and leaned up against her husband.
Sage Heart put an arm around his wife, "Feels like just yesterday we were watching him crawl around the caring castle."
Sweet Heart poked her head in, "Love Heart, what are you wearing?"
"Graduation gown," Love Heart turned around, "Feels… fine."
Sweet Heart peered up at her brother, "What's wrong?"
Love Heart looked from Sweet Heart to his parents, "It's Eriol and these fake Clow Cards, mostly that it's been too long since the last attack."
"If you know he's doing this, why don't you stop him?" Sweet Heart fidgeted nervously.
Love Heart crouched down in front of his sister, "Because if he wanted to hurt me then he would have by now and if he can do the stuff I've seen without Clow Cards then confronting him might make things worse. And he's helped me transform the Clow Cards without them going berserk."
"But what about the storms!?" Sweet Heart's winged flared as panic rose in her voice.
"Those weren't him," Love Heart touched her shoulders to try and keep her calm, "Every time he's given me a test he's just put me, or you, in danger and never anything that serious. Those storms though," he paused, "that was something else and he never used fake Clow Cards. After graduation I promise I'll get to the bottom of this and stop things." He felt Sweet Heart calm down as she folded her wings, then he sighed and stood up, "At least Gift Bear laid off, she's dating Birthday Bear now."
"Yeah, Love-a-lot said they make a cute couple," Life Heart sighed happily, "I think she's going native like I did."
"That's a relief," Love Heart pulled the gown off to hang up where it would be ready for the graduation ceremony then touched the heart key hung around his neck, "at least I'll be ready for other attacks or tests."
"Including final exams this week?" Sage Heart asked.
"Crap! Gotta study!" Love Heart bolted from the room to head for his bedroom, which made Sweet Heart giggle.
All week Love Heart either crawled or flew through his tests and was up late cramming every night until his mother came in and forced him to sleep. On the last period on Friday, he was staring at half-finished test paper. Science wasn't his best subject and he admitted he barely scraped by with a C- last year. He scratched his head then went back to answering questions, determined not to have to make it up over the summer. He was the last one to turn his test in before he slumped out.
"You look as bad as I feel," Confidence's voice raised Love Heart's spirits some, though she wasn't kidding as she yawned and had bags under her eyes.
"Yeah," Love Heart took her hand then both of them slumped against each other as they headed home, "But at least we're done!" He half-heartedly threw a hand up in the air, "No more tests!"
"No more pencils!" Brave Heart caught up to them helping a Harmony Bear who was as tired as Love and Confidence.
"No more books!" Harmony grinned the yawned.
"No more teacher's dirty looks!" Confidence finished and the four friends burst into laughter, as did several other students who overheard them.
"So, what do you want to do to celebrate?" Brave Heart asked.
"Sleep!" the other three chorused.
"I'll go home with you, it's closer," Confidence pulled out her heartphone to text home as she and Love Heart headed for his house.
Brave Heart watched them go then felt Harmony go slack against his side, falling asleep on her feet. He just smiled and gently picked her up, "Let's get you to bed, Muse."
Love Heart and Confidence Heart just barely stumbled into Love Heart's house and managed to wave to his parents before they made it to Love Heart's room and promptly collapsed onto his bed, arms across each other's backs as they got some much-needed rest.
Sage Heart watched them and rolled his eyes, "Post-exam collapse, just like me at their age."
"When you were human?" Sweet Heart peered in at the sleeping couple.
"Exactly, and exams in Japan are even more intensive." Sage Heart shook his head, "I'm lucky I just had to sleep 14 hours after my exams, some other students weren't so lucky…"
Sweet Heart shuddered as Sage Heart closed the door. She followed close to her dad as they headed for the living room, "Dad, are they going to close the school?"
Sage Heart smiled and tousled his daughter's hair, "After graduation? No not even after you and the other cubs graduate years from now. The school is working great and there will be other cubs after you."
OoOoO
Gift Bear hummed happily to herself as she all but skipped towards the front door.
"Off on another date?" Spinel didn't even look up from the book he was reading while laid on the couch.
"You bet, Spinny!" Gift beamed, "Exams are over and Birthday should be rested now. Don't wait up for me!" She spun around to open and shut the door as she left.
"I guess I should be grateful she's not tormenting me," Spinel turned to Eriol, who was sitting in his armchair with his own book, "Master, is there anything we should be worried about?"
"Gift is fine and as for other concerns I am worried that things have been quiet." Eriol closed his book, "I believe the time is right for me to start administering my tests to Love Heart again."
"Just be careful, master, I was spying on Confidence Heart and they definitely know we're behind at least some of this," Spinel floated over to Eriol.
Eriol scratched Spinel under the chin with a finger, "All the better to see how he handles a more public test of his abilities."
OoOoO
Birthday Bear was eating a late breakfast when they heard the knock at their door. They drank the last of their cereal and dropped the bowl by the sink before they answered to find Gift Bear standing there, beaming. "Hi, Birthday!"
Birthday smiled, "Hi, Gift," they stepped aside to let Gift in, "How are you feeling?"
"Better than you look," Gift saw that Birthday looked rather haggard, "Were the exams that rough on you?"
"Just the lack of sleep," Birthday yawned, "I think I slept like 12-13 hours. Why didn't you call?"
Gift blushed, somewhat embarrassed, "I didn't think to, I just like to do things spontaneously when I can. Is this a bad day?"
Birthday shook their head, "Nah, just not a day I want to go out. We could have a stay in date so I have time to unwind before graduation day." They plopped down on their couch, "com'on, let's take a load off," they patted the cushion next to them.
Gift smiled and all but threw herself down next to Birthday, "So, we gonna watch a something?"
"Sounds good," Birthday fumbled around between the couch cushions for the remote and pulled up a streaming service. Gift leaned up against them and Birthday put an arm around Gift's shoulders.
Eventually Gift turned and gave Birthday a kiss on the cheek. Her face turned bright red as she realized what she had done and tried to pull away only for Birthday to pull her closer and kiss her on her cheek.
"I was wondering when you'd try that," Birthday leaned up against her, "You were a lot more aggressive when you were going after Love Heart."
Gift's face turned redder, "That was only because I was… ordered to try…" her voice trailed off.
Birthday blinked then turned to her, "What?"
"It was… something I was asked to do," Gift fidgeted nervously, "before I knew what real emotions were like. It was all an aggressive act for… reasons… You know about the Clow Cards?"
"Yeah, I know the basics anyway and that Love Heart has to deal with them, but I don't really know the details," Birthday tried to look Gift in the eye but she was averting her gaze, "Are you involved in that?"
"Yeah, but I don't think I can say just yet." Gift was silent for a minute before she spoke again, "do you want me to leave?"
"No," Birthday removed his arm from Gift's shoulder then turned so they were facing Gift and kneeling on the couch, "I understand we all have our secrets. Just tell me what you mean by 'real emotions', please."
Gift touched her own cheek, feeling the heat from her blush, "It's hard to explain but, everything I did towards Love Heart was a big act to try and get to him, until I found out he was the Cardcaptor instead of his sister. After that I wasn't supposed to do that anymore." She turned to face Birthday and found their face impassive, though they just nodded for her to continue, "With you, I've started feeling emotions I couldn't before I met you for… other reasons… and I want this to be real and not just a fake show, that's why I've avoided Love Heart since I found out so I could try this for real. I don't know how long I can stay but… I really want to be with you." She clasped Birthday's hands, "I don't want these feelings to just stop! I mean… I can't say why but someday I'll tell you everything."
Birthday nodded, "OK, I'll help you with this however I can. I was hoping you'd be more aggressive towards me."
Gift suddenly smirked, "Like this!" she darted her head forwards and gave Birthday a kiss on their lips. Birthday was startled and blushed as she pulled away.
"Y-yeah, like that," Birthday rubbed his head, "but maybe go slower, like this," they leaned in and kissed Gift back. She froze for a moment, then kissed back and wrapped her arms around Birthday and felt them wrap their arms around her.
They broke the kiss a moment later, both faces red, "Should we be watching the show?" Gift briefly turned to look at the TV.
"If you want," Birthday kissed her again. Gift pulled them close a little too hard and found herself under Birthday as they continued.
Birthday finally had to surface for air, panting slightly as they looked down at Gift, "Didn't think we'd go that far."
Gift giggled, "That was fun."
Birthday smiled, "It was." They leaned down and kissed Gift again who pulled them closer.
It wasn't until the video ended that Birthday and Gift finally stopped and pulled apart from each other to sit up. "Didn't expect to miss the whole show for that," their face was bright red.
Gift giggled and gave Birthday a kiss on the cheek, "I enjoyed it. Feeling better than after exams now?"
Birthday nodded, "Yeah, much better. Thank you, Gift."
She leaned up against them, "Anytime."
"Now we just need to be ready for graduation Monday…" Birthday averted their gaze for a moment, "Gift, will you be my date for the prom?"
Gift jumped in her seat then turned to Birthday, "Really? Yes!" She flung herself on Birthday, knocking them back onto the couch as she hugged them.
"Thank you," Birthday kissed the top of her head.
"Thank you!" Gift kissed them back and a moment later they were making out. Birthday panted as they came up for air and Gift gazed down at them with hungry eyes before she tried to dive in again.
Birthday held up a hand, "Wait! I'm not ready for this yet!" they were feeling hot and heavy and even aroused.
Gift blushed and pulled back, feeling like she was overheating inside her own fur as she fanned herself, "Oh my… I… what's this feeling?" she panted as she tried to cool off.
"You're aroused," Birthday sat up and smoothed down their shirt, "you really aren't used to these kinds of feelings, are you?"
Gift shook her head, still fanning herself to try and cool off, "No… I mean I wanted to… I mean…"
"I understand," Birthday wanted to touch her shoulder but held back in case it made things worse, "And I sort of want to too, but I don't want to show… that yet."
"Huh?" Gift turned to them, confused.
"I mean," Birthday blushed, "I don't want my gender to define me but I was assigned something at birth. All the other Care Bears my age know but… I don't feel comfortable telling that to you yet."
"OK," Gift stood up, still fanning herself, "I need to go before I do something! Bye!" She ran to the door and slammed it behind her as she left, leaving Birthday to cool off on their couch.
Gift ran to the first place she could find where she was hidden behind a house and sprouted her butterfly wings which enfolded her as she changed back into Ruby. Almost immediately she calmed down and sighed.
"Trouble with your date?" Spinel's voice drew Ruby's gaze upwards to where he sat in the eves trough.
"Not at all," Ruby smirked, "I'm still adjusting to these new emotions and desires. But I have a date with Birthday for the prom."
Spinel rolled his eyes, "If only you have to choose between your lives."
"Aww, I'll always be there for you, Spinny!" Ruby giggled.
Spinel glared, "Stop calling me that." Ruby ignored him before changing back into Gift Bear and skipping home.
OoOoO
Syaoran stared at his smartphone, anxiously waiting for the phone call he knew was coming. The phone rang and he gulped before he answered.
"Hello, Syaoran." The authoritative tone of his mother spoke in Cantonese and Syaoran responded in the same language.
"Hello, mother."
"How have your studies come along?"
"Very well."
"I will expect to see your grades when you return home."
"Yes mother." Syaoran gulped again but his mother paid no mind. It was common for children to be nervous when expected to show their report cards, regardless of their performance.
"But to other matters, how is Love Heart Bear doing with the new Heart Cards?" his mother, Yelan, spoke with more concern.
Syaoran was noticeable calmer when he replied, "He's doing very well, he's transformed about half of the Clow Cards, but there's some recent trouble."
"Something different since the last time we spoke?" Yelan sounded surprised.
"Yes," Syaoran took a deep breath, "Some of the incidents had been from fake Clow Cards, different than the ones our family learned about. We've managed to contain the damage but it doesn't feel like the other tests. More lives were in danger."
"I see, that is concerning," Yelan paused for a moment, "do you believe he needs your help?"
Syaoran was silent for a minute while he thought, "I don't think my help is needed, but if I need to then I will stay."
Yelan smiled on her end, "That is admirable of you, but from what you've said I think Love Heart can handle things. Moreover, if this is a serious threat I would like you to return home for your safety. I have missed you this last year."
"Yes mother. I look forwards to returning home. Farewell."
"Farewell, Syaoran. I'm proud of what you've done." Yelan hung up.
OoOoO
"Almost there," Confidence led Love Heart up a small wooded hill as she adjusted the pack on her back, "Aaaaaand here!" she stopped at the top of the hill, a partial clearing where they could see the town through the less dense trees.
"You want to camp out here tonight, before graduation," Love Heart unshouldered his pack and set it down. "Are we even allowed?"
"Yep, this is a free camping national park." Confidence unloaded her own pack and pulled out the packed-up tent, "You're allowed to set up anywhere, though they say better to stick close to the entrance."
"That's for those who aren't used to crazy magic attacks," Love Heart chuckled as he unloaded the large sleeping bag and the packed food. He looked up at the cloudy sky, "Think it'll rain?"
Confidence smiled as she pulled out the tent parts and instructions, "Maybe, it might be nice to be in a small tent, listening to the rain pelting the water tarp, with you."
Love Heart blushed, "Yeah, that sounds great." He touched the heart key around his neck, "Want me to make it rain."
Confidence had to think for a moment before she shook her head, "Nah, it'll probably happen naturally. Now help me put this thing together."
Love Heart and Confidence spent the next ten minutes assembling the tent and making sure the waterproof cover extended over the whole thing. Love Heart passed their packs, sleeping bags and food to Confidence in the tent then looked up at the darkening sky.
Confidence popped her head out and gave Love Heart a worried look, "Is it magic?"
Love Heart gripped his key for a moment, then let it go, "No, just the weather. At least it would be away from anyone who might get hurt." He crawled inside as the wind started to blow, "I don't want to ruin our time with a magical crisis."
Confidence had already opened a couple granola bars and passed one to Love Heart, "Yeah, the last couple were too much. I thought we might not make it out…"
Love Heart gave her a kiss on the cheek, "At least I wasn't the only one worried." He bit into his granola bar and they ate in silence.
About half an hour later they were laying on top of their sleeping bag, just in their fur, watching something on Confience's Heartphone when they heard the first patters of rain on the tent.
"Guess you were right," Confidence slid off the bag and unzipped the side.
Love Heart chuckled and rolled off the bag too, "Yeah," he crawled in next to Confidence before she zipped them both in, "So is this like you imagined?"
The rain increased in intensity, rattling on the water tarp even as the wind died down. She smiled seductively, "It is, you're here." She kissed him and pulled him, "I love you."
"I love you too," Love Heart managed to say before the rattling drowned out any further conversation. A moment later, Love Heart was on top of Confidence and she gasped as she felt her breasts squeezed before he dove onto her into a deep kiss.
The rain ensured they were undisturbed until they fell asleep to the rattling on the tarp.
OoOoO
Confidence had to flatten her ears to put the graduation cap on, it was extremely uncomfortable.
"Looking forwards to this squirt?" Tori stood nearby watching her.
"Mostly looking forwards to getting this cap off," she tugged at a flattened ear, "you have no idea how it feels to try and get hats around these."
"All the complaints about your rollerblading helmets gave me some idea," Tori chuckled, "Well I'd better find dad and Julian in the audience. We're proud of you."
Confidence smiled and gave her brother a hug before he left, "Thanks, Tori." She ran to join the rest of the graduating class, smiling at Love Heart as she passed to take her proper alphabetical position.
The graduation ceremony was being held outdoors at the football stadium with the graduating class in folding chairs on the field while the audience was in the bleachers. Everyone went up to receive their diplomas before filing back to their seats and speeches from the faculty and a couple students began.
Truthfully almost no one was paying attention to the speeches given, even when Bright Heart went up to give his valedictorian speech for the class, which was mercifully brief, ending with.
"…And we're happy to see this experiment was a complete success, I feel that I've learned a lot more about people in the years at Care-a-Lot Escalator than I did on caring missions. My only hope is that we all take this to heart and that we have many years to come here at school."
"Yes, thank you Bright Heart Raccoon," Principal No-Heart ushered Bright Heart off the stage and back to his seat, "And now I can finally announce that this year's senior class has graduated."
There was a loud whoop from the students who all threw their hats up into the air.
Eriol had been watching the ceremony from a room inside the main building, staff in hand. "Time for another test." He held his staff forwards and raised it upwards.
Back outside the hats didn't fall back to earth, in fact they were continuing to rise much to the shock of everyone below. Love Heart felt his magic senses go off as he felt his feet rise up off the ground. Shouts of surprise started as everyone started floating out of their seats.
"GRAB YOUR SEATS!" Love Heart shouted. It wasn't much use to the graduating students, as the folding chairs just came with them, but thankfully the audience in the bleachers were able to either grab their seats or someone else who started floating away. Love Heart flung his graduation robe off, revealing that he just had shorts and a t-shirt on with the Clow Book at his side, and grabbed the heart key.
"Key of the Heart
With Powers Burning Bright
Reveal the Staff
And Shine Your Light
Release!"
Love Heart grabbed the staff as he found himself inverted and called out, "Jump!" The spirit had been watching from the bleachers and was now under a seat. It tried to jump towards Love Heart but couldn't get to the ground as it floated away.
"Love Heart!" it tried to get close.
"I gotcha!" Kero flew from where he had been sitting with the rest of Love Heart's family, unhindered by lack of gravity he grabbed The Jump as he flew past and hurled it right at Love Heart. The Jump plunged into Love Heart's chest, the wings forming on the green bear's feet.
Love Heart jumped off the air to get to Confidence and grabbed her, "I gotcha!"
"Thank you!" Confidence held on as Love Heart jumped off the air towards the bleachers, which she grabbed once they were in range.
Keroberos shifted to his true form and flew up towards the floating students, "Grab on!" he shouted to the nearest two students, who grabbed onto his fur as he flew them down towards stable ground.
Syaoran summoned his sword and hooked his feet into the bleachers to stop from floating away so he could pull out a talisman. "Obey the command! Wind Flower, Come Forth!" The stream of wind grabbed Cozy Heart Penguin out of the air and deposited her near the bleachers so she could grab onto the frame.
Gift Bear was amidst the floating students and saw Birthday Bear floating away. Unable to help herself her butterfly wings sprouted and she flew towards them even as she assumed her true form. Birthday was too stunned as Ruby grabbed them out of the air and flew behind one of the bleachers only to shift back so they could both grab the frame even as they felt themselves start to float away. Thankfully everyone was too concerned with their own predicament to notice or at least no one could focus enough to see that had happened, their eyes all on each other or the ground.
Birthday regained their senses enough to hold on and stare at her. "Gift, what was that?"
"I'll tell you later," Gift looked ashamed, "I'm not supposed to interfere, this is Love Heart's test." She clapped a hand to her muzzle, realizing she said too much.
Birthday nodded, "Wait till after the prom, then please tell me everything."
"After I talk with Eriol, then I promise," Gift said.
Loyal Heart twisted around in mid air, trying to grab for someone, anyone. He grabbed at the locket under his graduation robe, "Yue, please help them!"
"You can help them yourself now."
Loyal Heart felt wings sprout from his back and push the robe aside, but instead of enveloping him Loyal Hear found he could feel them, he could control them! They were part of him now! Loyal wasted no time grabbing the nearest human student and flying him back to earth, making sure he could hold himself down before he flew up to help someone else.
Love Heart managed to jump up and then jump down with Brave Heart and Harmony before he looked up and saw the other students were still rising, almost dots against the sky. "Can't do this one at a time, and I need to restore everyone's gravity." He wracked his brains, "gotta stop them from flying away- That's it!" He pulled a card out, "Hope this works," he spun the staff around.
"Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall
Ancient forces heed my call!
Fly Card, discard your former might
And draw new power from my light
Heart Card!"
Love Heart felt his feet leave the ground as The Fly changed into a green Heart Card. Instead of forming wings on the staff, The Fly spirit emerge as a huge transparent white bird.
"Fly!" Love Heart shouted, "Please use your power to bring everyone safely back to earth and make them stay!"
The spirit let out a shriek like an eagle then flew off into the sky. As The Fly passed through the floating students they felt gravity reassert itself then were carefully swept inside the spirit's body until it had gathered everyone. The Fly spirit flew close to the ground and carefully deposited them on the grass before it swept around the stadium and through the crowds, cancelling the floating effect for everyone.
There was a huge cheer for Love Heart before everyone had to run for cover as their hats, missed by the spirit, rained down on the field. Confidence grabbed Love Heart in a tight hug.
"You did it!" she gave him a kiss.
"We did," Love Heart held up his hand as The Fly spirit returned, changing back into its card form at it hit his palm.
"Good job!" Keroberos landed next to Love Heart, then was startled when Loyal Heart landed next to them. The dog had removed his graduation gown to give his new wings room but was panting from the exertion.
"Loyal Heart, you have wings," Love Heart was too stunned to say anything else.
"They're Yue's. He let me borrow them," Loyal Heart took a deep breath then the wings burst into feathers so he could put his robe back on.
"I didn't let you, Loyal Heart, you called them yourself." Yue's voice seemed to ring out from the locket.
"Really? How?" Loyal Heart touched the locket through his robe.
"Because you've earned them." After that Yue fell silent as all of them returned to their families.
Eriol sealed his sun staff, "Good work, Love Heart. But it seems I will need to talk with Ruby about her actions, and others who may know what's going on."
Syaoran ran into Love Heart before he met up with his family, "Love Heart. I wanted to speak with you before I went home."
"Really? What's going on?" Love Heart saw Syaoran's worried expression.
"I told mother about your progress and she's satisfied with your actions. She wants me to return home to Hong Kong." Syaoran's tone was neutral.
"And you don't want to go?" Love Heart asked.
"Actually, I do. I would like to stay and help you but I haven't made any real connections here. I have friends and family back home and I need to return to my studies back home as well." Syaoran smiled, "But I am happy to say I enjoyed our time working together and I know you'll be able to transform all the Clow Cards in time." Syaoran held out a hand to Love Heart, "It was nice to know you."
Love Heart smiled and shook Syaoran's hand, "It was nice to know you too."
Syaoran turned to leave, "I don't know if we'll ever see each other again, but I hope we will."
"Maybe if a caring mission takes me to Hong Kong," Love Heart turned to leave.
The following night, everyone gathered at the high school for the prom dance. Love Heart was in a black tuxedo and Confidence Heart was in a single layer black dress.
"Made it myself. Like it?" she asked as offered her hand to Love Heart.
"Love it!" Love Heart kissed her and they headed inside.
There was snacks, music and dancing. Love Heart and Confidence stayed together the whole night. Unsurprising to everyone Champ Bear and Cheer Bear were the prom king and queen.
During a slow dance where Confidence had leaned her head on Love Heart's chest she asked, "Worried?"
"About what?" Love Heart turned his eyes downwards.
Confidence stood up to look him in the eyes, "The Clow Cards, these tests, the attacks… us?"
Love Heart smiled, "Yes, except the last one." They kissed. "Why would you think I'd be worried about us?"
"Because we're done now, school I mean." Confidence sighed, "No more classes, homework or anything, now we have to be responsible about stuff, I mean I know we can start doing full time Care Bear stuff but we might need to get jobs, or plan for a future or just… anything without much of a safety net."
Love Heart stared at her, "You've been thinking a lot about this? Me too really but, I guess since I grew up in Care-a-Lot I just never really thought much about it," he chuckled, "But I was kinda jealous that all my friends eventually got to live on their own, like adults, and I was still living with my parents."
Confidence giggled, "Yeah, different worlds. Just a lot of stuff from school trying to prepare us for the real world, mostly telling us horror stories about how people who fail to prepare end up on the streets or something."
Love Heart snorted, "Like those ones that say having sex before marriage means you'll die."
Confidence laughed, "Yeah, kinda like that."
They kissed again.
"Want to move in together?" Love Heart asked.
Confidence almost tripped, "Really? I mean you said you wanted to get married but isn't this too soon."
Love Heart rolled his eyes, "Every other Care Bear my age been living in their own house since they were at most 13, the cousins even longer than that. I was serious when I said I was jealous that I had to live with my parents, I still feel like the baby of the family sometimes." He smiled, "besides, living in a Care-a-Lot house means we don't have to spend weeks at realtors, negotiating or paying massive rent just to live somewhere."
"No rent sounds nice," Confidence admitted, "Not sure what my dad and Tori will think of that."
"You'll handle it. I'm sure my family won't put up too much resistance. We'll still need to design the place and wait for it to be built and furnished so maybe in a month or so," Love Heart looked up at the ceiling as he went over the ideas in his head.
"Just a month?" Confidence blinked, "Oh yeah, the school was built pretty fast too."
"Care Bear construction is fast, but only on clouds," Love Heart chuckled. They kissed again as another slow song began. They danced, letting the music wash over them. There would be worries for the future, but for now they would just be happy in this moment of celebration together.
