Chapter 1:

Carmen Sandiego broke into a vile laboratory of Dr. Saira Bellum. She noticed on one of the drives that Player checked over a ten-year-old agent of OOPSIE was trying to infiltrate Vile since he believed that had people inside OOPISE and W.O.O.H.P. she looked around the lab finding a cell that looked like a child bedroom. She noticed the agent on a bed and blinked noticing a cat tail and cat ears. She noticed the kid looked at her and sighed.

"Look, you should go Dr. Bellum has cameras all over this lab!"

She looked at the kid hearing player on her coms. She crossed her arms and looked at the boy who was lost in thought looking away from her. She locked picked the cell door and walked inside.

"So your Chris Clark, So I met your siblings why work for OOPSIE while they work for W.O.O.P.H?

Chris sat up on the bed and scratched his face. He noticed Carmen was looking around the room. He sighed as She noticed he Barely touched the food and drinks. He placed his hands on the bed.

"Oh, felt being part of the same group are mom and dad worked for, I kept secret I was working for OOPISE till the whole chaos twins incident!"

Chris laid back down on the bed and looked at the ceiling. He took a breath and sat up in bed and looked at Carmen. He sighed and noticed Carmen was still there looking at the school work he was doing.

"All Vile-approved schoolwork, I only do it since I have nothing better to do!"

Carmen chuckled looking at the tail Chris had moving around plus the cat ears. She crossed her arms and heard player in her ear.

"So Why Did Dr. Bellum turn you into a Neko?"

Chris sighed and shrugged his shoulders knowing the question was gonna be asked. He got out of bed and took a seat on the floor leaning on the wall. He looked underneath the desk and pulled out a notebook, he was using as a journal. He flipped a few pages into the book.

"Since I did a whole phantom thief persona as a neko, She thought it would be fun to turn me into an actual neko!"

Player listening in on the conversation from Carmen earpiece. He chuckled checking the cameras. He sighed and then went back to the cameras with Red and Chris on.

"Hey Red, Dr. Bellum just entered the lab so you too better flee!".

Carmen looked at Chris, who gave her a look to leave. She pulled him up and grabbed his hand and started to run. She noticed Chris was trying to say something and stayed quiet. She looked away from Chris and didn't let go of his hand. She looked at Dr. bellum.

"Carmen Sandiego, interesting what Chris was trying to say the collar around his neck means he could come back here with any command from me!"

Carmen noticed Chris nodded still unable to speak. She crossed her arms and looked at Dr. Bellem. She looked around for a quick escape for the two of them. She heard player in her coms.

"Red, I was looking around Vile data banks for info on the collar, nothing yet but from looking at the cameras Chris has a terrified look on his face!"

Chris took some cookies out of his pocket and ate them after Carmen let go of his hand by accident. He looked at the cookies and sighed looking at the cookies that looked like a human neko. He then looked at Dr bellum.

"Oh come, the … on!"

He blinked noticing looks from Carmen and Dr. bellum. He rubbed the back of his head and sighed. He wants back to eating the cookies. He turned around since they were both still looking at him. He sighed as both saw his tail was showing he was nervous.

"Look before I was an oopise agent, I may or may not have been a phantom thief from the age of 5-9 and my mentor had a colorful use of language!"

Dr Bellum adjusted there glasses and rolled there eyes. She pulled up a file on a computer showing a few heist Chris did as a phantom thief. She noticed Chris rolled his eyes and sighed. She noticed Carmen had her hand on her face.

"Chris some of those paintings are still missing!"

Chris ate another cookie and turned around and had a big smile on his face. He tossed a cookie in the air and did a backflip and caught the cookie in his mouth and took a bite of it. He took a seat on the floor and rolled his eye.

"As a current agent of OOPISE, I have just been the perfect agent without any past training as a phantom thief!".

Player watching Chris and his explaintion rolled his eyes and looked to Tony who was playing some video games in his room. He noticed Tony was looking up form his game and shaking his head.

"Oh W.O.O.H.P and OOPISE found out about his actions as a phantom thief after Chris was captured by Vile, they both said after Chris is rescued from Vile he can keep being a spy but has to turn over the paintings!"

Meanwhile Carmen was listening on Player and Tony Conversation. She noticed Chris heard it as well thanks to his cat ears. She noticed Chris kept eating his cookies. She grabbed one of the cookies from Chris hand and looked at the neko cookie. She noticed Chris just rubbed the back of his head.

"So you didn't touch the normal food, but keep eating the cookies that look like a neko?"

Chris ate another cookie and stood up and walked over to dr. bellum. He ate another cookie and yawned. He finished his last two cookies.

"I did sneak out of that cell, Carmen plain normal cookies were made, I just used that language to see if it would give anything away on how Dr. bellum turned me into a neko!.

Dr bellum blinked and looked at the footage from the cameras. She placed her hand on her face. She laughed and patted Chris on the head. She brought up the real footage.

"Chris hacked the cameras at some point was planning his own escape and went back to the cell when he saw you coming Carmen!"

Carmen looked to Chris and saw he took a lockpick set he had hidden on him. She blinked as he pulled out a bow and arrows set. She blinked tossing out smoke bombs. She sighed as he then tossed out to duel daggers.

"Look my master said, even if you give up being a thief always remember hide as many tools of the trade you need just in case you need to escape after being captured!"

She looked to Dr Bellum who had a shocked look on her face. She noticed Chris quickly put away the items. She took a breath and noticed Chris tossed a smoke bomb and then grabbed her hand. She rolled her eyes as Chris took the lead.

Dr Bellum watched them escape and just placed her hand on her face. She walked away to the staff room and made a cup of green tea. She took a sip and looked at her phone seeing Chris location.

"I'l let then go for now!"

Chris kept running and did a spin kick to to vile guards in there way. He pickpocketed one of the guards and grabbed there car keys. He chuckled as Carmen grabbed the keys and tossed them back on to the vile guard. She took Chris hand and they both reached outside of the vile facility and Megan, Lee , marc , along with Carmen crew Zak and Ivy arrived in the w.o.o.h.p jet. He sighed noticing the looks from his siblings noticing a mix of concern and anger on their faces.

" I see, I am busted about the whole phantom thief thing before oopise agent!"

Megan walked over and hugged Chris after they boarded the W.O.O.H.P jet. She smiled at her little bro and then blinked realizing he was a neko. She noticed Marc and Lee finally noticed as well. She turned around after she stopped hugging her bro.

"Chris, little bro Why are you a Neko?"

Chris sighed and placed his hands in his pajamas pockets. He took a breath look I don't know how Dr Bellum did it, but it's not that bad. He thought to himself "not gonna explain how I escaped several times and stole a whole bunch of tuna as a phantom thief because of this form and ate it all!".

Player who was on his computer looking into some of the crimes around that vile facility. He blinked finding photos of a Neko phantom thief stealing a whole bunch of tuna. He placed his hand on his face as Tony walked over and looked at the image on the computer.

"Yup, that's Chris alright!"
