Later that afternoon, after having his car disappear on him last night, Braedey was now back at his house, his aunt and uncle out and about. To pass the time, Braedey was currently watching the news with Shadow on his stomach. He was still feeling down after what had happened earlier, and there's been no sign of his car anywhere.
"It was an awesome spectacle here and hour ago." The newsman said for his report. "When over 40 C-17s lifted off of this very base. We're not told where they're going..."
"Don't know, don't care." Braedey sighed as he got off the couch, with Shadow at his heels. The Husky sits up on the stool in the kitchen while Braedey poured himself some cola. "Man, after one good day, it's like everything's gone down..."
Shadow looks on at his owner, as if listening on, just as Braedey got some new shoes on that he got from a friend. Shadow then heard something coming from outside, him making his way over to the window railing, and began to bark at whatever's outside.
"What is it, Shadow?" Braedey now took notice of his grandfather's necklace hanging nearby, the gem in the middle glowing blue like a light. "That's strange... Why is it doing that?" Braedey now looked out the window and he saw his yellow Camaro rolling up, revving its engine at him. "Oh, crab-baskets." He muttered.
Braedey immediately ran out of the house on his bike and he rides away, but with the Camaro hot on his tail. "Why are you chasing me?!" He yelled out. Braedey continues pedaling on through town, with the Camaro still chasing after him on the road. "No no no no!"
When he looks back to see if the car is still chasing, Braedey suddenly hits a bump in the sidewalk and gets thrown off his bike, doing a frontflip in the process. Luckily, he lands on his feet, right next to Jasmine and her friends.
"Oh, hey." Braedey called softly after catching his breath.
"Whoa! Braedey, that was... pretty awesome." Jasmine said chuckling while amazed.
"Thanks. I live to entertain." Braedey shrugged casually, albeit with a shaky voice.
"Are you okay?" Jasmine now asked, taking note of Braedey's uneasiness and quickened movements.
"No, I'm not. I'm freaking losing my mind. I'm being chased by my own car!" Braedey stood up, cracking his neck. "I gotta go!"
Braedey then started sprinting through town, seeing his Camaro return and continues to chase after him. As this was going on, Jasmine got onto her bike, and she rode off to try and see what's going on, nearly being run down by a Saleen S281 Ford Mustang Police Car as it raced on down the streets with lights flashing.
'What the heck?' Jasmine thought to herself in confusion. She then heads off to follow on.
Braedey, meanwhile, managed to make it to the underpass beneath the road, hiding amongst some of the abandoned cars and vehicles, as well as the junk lying about, where the Camaro cannot get through. Braedey looked back and stopped to catch his breath. He then heard the whooping sounds of a siren, and he saw the police Mustang pulls up.
"Officer! Thank god you got here when you did! You're not going to-" Braedey was abruptly cut off by the door of the Mustang swinging and knocking him back. "Ow. What the hell was that for?!" He demanded, kicking the front bumper. The Mustang suddenly began to lunge forward with each growling rev, as if like some kind of angry dog, making Braedey crawl back. "Whoa, whoa! No, stop! Okay! Okay, all right! I'm sorry!" He pleaded. The car then made its headlights come out of the front, but with spiked protrusions surrounding it in a threatening manner. "Whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa... Holy-! Look, what do you want from me?!" Braedey yelled, the car revving at him. After a moment, the headlights and spikes now retract back into the Mustang's front. "Okay..."
Before the brunette can even catch his breath, the police car broke apart and it began to transform and change shape. The end result is an 18ft tall robot, it's eyes glowing in a blood red, menacing teeth gleaming in the sunlight, while it's body has long arms and claws, the chest made out of the front of the police car.
"Oh, sugar, honey, ice tea!! NO!" Braedey yelled and got up, running as fast as his legs could carry him, as the robot roared and chased after him. "No no no no!" The robot made quick strides towards him, backhanding Braedey and sending him flying into the windshield of a car. "Ouch... Does this count as police brutality?" Braedey muttered to himself. He immediately sat up as the police robot knelt down and slammed its fist down next to the car. "Whoa! Okay, what do you want?!"
"Are you username LadiesMan217?" The robot asked.
"What are you talking about?" Braedey asked back.
"Are you username LadiesMan217?!" It asked again.
"What do you-"
"ARE YOU USERNAME LADIESMAN217?!" The robot now yelled, clearly losing patience.
"Okay, okay! Yes, I'm LadiesMan217." Braedey finally yelled back. "Now what do you want?!"
"Where is the photograph item 21153? WHERE IS THE NECKLACE?!" The robot demanded.
The police robot then tried to smash Braedey, but the brunette suddenly launched off the hood of the car, thanks to some scratch-built rocket boots, sending him flying into the side of a nearby van, while the robot was blasted back by the jets of flames that came from the boots.
"Okay. Next time Ken offers to make some rocket boots for me to try out, he should consider adding some extra boosters to help me hover." Braedey muttered. He then got to his feet, and immediately sprinted off to get out from under the overpass, the thumping of the police robot's feet being heard.
Braedey sprinted with everything he's got, his heart pumping all the blood around his body while his lungs felt like they were burning. He then spotted Jasmine riding in on her motorcycle. "Jasmine!" He yelled out, now sprinting to her as she stopped her bike.
"Braedey, what's going on? What are you running from?!" Jasmine demanded.
"THAT!" Braedey pointed back where he ran from.
They two then heard a crash and saw the police car robot throwing cars away as he got closer to them. Suddenly, the yellow Camaro drove up with screeching tyres and spun around, making the police robot fall over into its back. It then raced up to the two teens and opens the passenger door, motioning for them to get in.
"You got to get in." Braedey ordered.
"No I can't-"
"This isn't up for debate! Let's go!" Braedey now grabs Jasmine's hand and pulled her inside the car.
The door shuts and the Camaro hits the gas driving off. The police robot roars again before running for a feet, then transformed back into its vehicle form and chased after them.
"Go go!" Braedey yelled to the muscle car. The Camaro drove off down the highway as the Mustang pursues them. "Drive like you stole something!"
"We're gonna die! We're gonna die!" Jasmine cried out.
Braedey held her close to his chest, protectively. "Just hold on! Camaro dude! We gotta lose him!" He called, the Camaro now responding as it accelerated faster with a roar of its engine.
Braedey now saw a dilapidated building just up ahead. "Go through the building there!"
The Camaro acknowledged this by driving the building with the Mustang still behind them. The Camaro then spun itself around, making the Mustang struggle to follow after them. They drive out of the building and they soon parked behind a broken down chemical plant facility as night soon fell. The doors lock click, now keeping them safe as the Mustang slowly drives by, hunting them like a predator.
Jasmine tried to open the lock but fails. "Jasmine, stop. We have to trust him. If he didn't want to help us, he would've left us to that cop not." Braedey said calmly.
Jasmine looked over at him and she hesitantly nodded back. They all now see the Mustang pass by again, but it stopped and started to back up.
"Roll out." Braedey whispered, his voice barely audible to Jasmine's ears, but it was crystal clear to the Camaro.
The Camaro revved its engine and with screeching tyres, drove by the Mustang, racing along at speed as the police car now chased after them. The Camaro suddenly spun around and stopped, dumping Braedey and Jasmine out of its seats. The two rumble across the ground, Braedey grabbing Jasmine as they rolled. The Camaro then transformed into its robot mode like Braedey had seen back at the junkyard, taking a martial arts stance. The Mustang now zooms up and it transformed into robot mode again, kicking the Camaro down into the ground. The Mustang now stands to its full height and opens its chest, with a miniature silvery robot with spider-like eyes snarling and chasing after Braedey and Jasmine.
"Jasmine, come on!" Braedey now grabbed her hand again and they both run as the mini-bot ran on its hands and legs after them like some kind of metallic Xenomorph.
The Mustang robot now smacks the Camaro into a telephone pole, even sending it over at one of the storage tanks. The Mustang robot tried to smack him again but the Camaro robot grabbed his fist and amazingly flipped the cop robot up and over his shoulders into a shed, the two of them going for a tumble as they both fumble and brawl each other.
Braedey and Jasmine both continue running until the mini-bot tackled the former down to the ground. It now started to slash at his back, cutting his shirt and making a large scar.
"AGH!" Braedey cried out in pain.
"BRAEDEY!" Jasmine cried out in fright.
"Go!" Braedey yelled out.
Braedey turned on his back, and with the rocket boots, he kicked the mini-bot back a few feet as he slid along his back. He then got up and sprinted away with the mini-bot still chasing after him. Braedey trips and falls down a small hill until he hits the fence. The mini-bot grabbed the brunette and stood him up against the fence, trying to attack his face. Braedey grunted with effort as he pushed the bot off, and he punched it right in the face, then throws another punch and kicked the mini-bot in the stomach.
"Come on, then. Bring it!" Braedey taunted.
The mini-bot growled and pounced on him, making him fall to the ground. The mini-bot was about to finish Braedey off, but Jasmine suddenly entered the fray by slashing and hacking the mini-bot with a chainsaw. She kept ripping it apart until it doesn't move and its head detached and fell to the ground with a thud.
"Braedey, you okay?" Jasmine asked, dropping the chainsaw and hugged him.
"I'm fine. Thanks so much." Braedey nodded, hugging her back. The two then saw the mini robot's head try to hop away. "Not so tough now? Piece of scrap." With that, Braedey ran up and delivered the head a kick, sending it flying into the air.
Braedey and Jasmine now walked back up to the hill and see the Camaro robot walking towards them with its hands on its hips, standing tall to confirm he had beaten the police robot.
Braedey slowly approached with Jasmine clutching his arm. "Uh, thank you for the save!" He thanked, the robot whirring and nodding its head at them. "Hmm... maybe he wants something."
"What do you mean?" Jasmine questioned in confusion.
"Well, the police car robot was demanding at me about something about pictures involving my family." Braedey answered, then he looked over at the yellow Camaro robot. "Excuse me. Can you talk?" He called.
"XM Satellite Radio... digital cable brings you... Columbia Broadcasting System..." The radio now spoke out suddenly, changing frequencies in the process, the robot moving its form in minute motions, displaying itself speaking.
Braedey's eyes widened in realisation. "Oh, I get it now. So, you can talk to us... by using your radio?"
An audience cheered out on the radio, and the robot clapped its hands. "Thank you, you're beautiful. You're wonderful, you're wonderful." He next pointed to Braedey appreciatively.
"Oh, thank you." Braedey nodded back. "But, what was with the whole light show last night? What was that about?" He now asked.
The Camaro robot pointed at the sky. "Message from Starfleet, Captain... throughout the inanimate vastness of space... angels will rain down like visitors from heaven! Hallelujah!" The radio answered to his question.
Jasmine stepped up next to Braedey. "Visitors from heaven..." She breathed. "Wait. Are you, like, some kind of alien or something?" She asked.
The Camaro pointed his finger at her and nodded in confirmation, giving a chirping sound in the process. It next knelt down before transforming into its vehicle mode with the metallic gear shifting being heard. It then opens the door to them.
"Any more questions you want to ask?" The radio asked with John Wayne's voice.
"He wants to get in the car." Braedey murmured in realisation.
"And go to where?" Jasmine chuckled nervously.
"Trusted me before, right?" Braedey said, glancing at her, and she nodded. "Then trust me again. Let's go." With that, they both climb into the robot-turned-car.
As this was happening, the mini-bot's head grew a pair of spider legs and crawled over to Jasmine's purse, grabbing her cellphone, almost like it's scanning it, and then transforms into it. The Camaro drove up and stopped so Jasmime can grab her things and they soon drove off.
