"Silence!" shouted an old teacher while walking to the front of a rowdy class, as they behaved while looking at the said teacher. As if they dont want to anger the said teacher, they sat silently.
"Now, lets start, as you all know, the human race got united a few years ago, to be exact 2 years ago, and that resulted to the council being created." continued the teacher as she observe the students, and she began her speech such as that and this.
15 minutes of talking about this and that she finally got to the point " there will be an announcement in a few minutes from the council so all of you should go to the school stadium in 10 minutes, absences will be deducted with 500 credit points. That's it.
As soon as she finished her words she left the classroom as the students also got up from their seat and left the class to go to the school stadium.
"Man, that teacher is scary as hell, right kyle?" said a blond hair boy while shivering.
"Yeah, why did that teacher still not retire though?" Kyle asked his friend while also trying to forget that old teacher as he got up and started to walk out of the classroom.
"Don't know," Tom shrugged as he got up from his seat and followed Kyle as they joined their classmates.
"Tom, forget that teacher, what do you think will the council announce to the people after staying silent?" Kyle asked while looking at his phone and social media as keyboard warriors and 'experts' give a lot of speculation.
2 years ago the whole world was met with a shocking news that no one would believe. All leaders of major country has agreed to unite not as a new country but as the entire human race. Countries who didn't want to join the council or even after the council offered them a lot of benefits, but they insisted on not joining, so they were met with a war offering instead, leading to them being destroyed.
Although there were a lot of people who protested and a lot of speculation and doubts, the new government or the council still stand strong and unbothered as they only explain a plain reason "we stand as a civilisation, as the human race, we shall be united." yep it's a really plain reason.
The masses didn't try to cause trouble at that point afraid that they would be punished as all they know is being sent to a newly built jail after causing disturbances, since most protesters and even racist were not spared to be sent to jail.
They even built a damn huge prison in every city to contain and imprison all these people that hinders the human civilisations progress as the council explained.
Now, even though its only 2 years, weirdly enough most talents were found, hired and worked with great salary. And most of all the most surprising is that the council stabilised the new order so smoothly. it should be noted that even most capitalist and politicians were tamed.
Now, a new announcement all of a sudden.
As Kyle and Tom were talking to each other, they reached the school venue where it can hold 100 thousand people, students and teachers are present.
After a few minutes, the screen in the middle of the stadium lit up and the representative of the council started his speech.
10 mins of speech later….
The representative can be seen from his face and expression that he is tired " The council has decided to name our civilization as [VALTHORIA] civilization!." Everyone was shocked but clapped their hands as they aplaud the new name and accept their new beginning.
At the same time soldiers consisting of eight numbers march to all flagpole around the world and replace the flags. The flag's new appearance gave confusion, shock before joy and happiness as they realised they are now fully one united race, they don't need many different flags but only one flag.
After setting up the flag they sang their new hymn for their new beginning.
10 minutes later minutes later everything calmed down and the representative started to talk again "we dont have any other choice but to do this, a few individual will be selected according to your soul's potential." All the teachers and students were confused about what's happening.
"Further explanations will be sent to your private accounts. The selected individuals will be invited privately... For the Valthorians." the representative said as the screen turned white.
After the screen turned white all phones vibrated as notifications from the council were sent to all.
As Kyle read the explanation, he was shocked about it. The explanations were as follows.

Greetings to all of you, as you all know the sudden unity of all the country and as an entirely one race were weird. I know it is really weird but i will explain the summary and get to the point.
3 years ago we found a ruin, at first we thought it was a ruin from human civilization in ancient times but after a few months of joint observation, it was not from humans.
Aliens? We also don't know and we don't care as we read the words written on the ruins, even if it's in a different language, weirdly enough we can understand it.
We understood that the ruin is a seal of an entity that we know is too dangerous, regardless we ignored and entered the ruin. The scientists are the ones who are reckless that time and lead to the sealed entity being undone.
The entity offered us to see the future of our entire race and planet... right our planet is dying at a rapid pace. In about 6 years our planet will be destroyed and she offered us a solution to which all major leaders of countries agreed.
6 individuals who have great potential will be selected, note that the soul's potential and adaptation will be the main factor in the selection.
The entity is the one who also made it easy to know who these individuals are. Now these 6 will be sent to different worlds as the 'entity' will give them random abilities as it said with side effects.
The day they will be given their abilities they will also be on live broadcast. That's all.

"The hell? is this really an announcement?!!" shouted a boy in front of Kyle and tom.
Kyle then suddenly noticed his phone vibrated again as he saw a message from his mother urging him to return home.
"Tom, i'll be going home first.'' Kyle said to which Tom just nodded and fist bumped with him, and he rushed out of the stadium.
'Mom wouldn't message me or urge me to return home unless there is an emergency' Kyle thought to himself as he got to his car and sped up.
as kyle got home he saw 2 black cars in the front house, worried, he rushed to the door. Upon entering the house he saw 4 men in black suits with black sunglasses.
"mom? what's happening?" Kyle asked his mother, who is still preparing tea at the table.
one of the black men in suit approached him " hello mr. Kyle, we are here to escort you to the council headquarters."
Kyle, having his brain processor 10 times better than that of a normal human processed and connected everything in just 5 seconds.
'right, i'm a reincarnator, there's no way that said unknown entity won't be able to notice me.' Kyle thought as he remembered his reincarnation to this world.
I was just a normal otaku in my former world, as i was going to buy snacks for the night, truck kun just blitzed to the groccery store and then the rest is history, i died.
After that i was sent to this world, i was dissapointed because its an ordinary modern world, but my iq is a lot more better than in my first life. i thought that my superior iq is my cheat but i was wrong i guess. I have been in this world for 18 years already and only now a supernatural appears.
sigh* he sighed as he looked at the person infront of him before he made a request "can i first at least talk to my mother and father first?"
Hearing this, the man in black suit just nodded his head and gestured to his other companions to go outside.
After discussing and saying goodbye to his family he was escorted to the council's headquarters.
Upon arriving he was sent to a room where he can rest and he slept for that entire night with a smile.

After he woke up and ate breakfast prepared for him he was led to an elevator and its destination was to the underground of the headquarters.
'So that's why the council's headquarter was built here, they actually found the ruin here.' Kyle thought as he observed the magnificent ruin in front of him.
It was like an altar from a fairytale, glistering rocks and gems of walls. He walked as he enjoyed the scenery of the ruins.
Kyle was escorted to the ruin and he saw a creature resembling a very beautiful and at the same time cute girl floating in the middle of the altar.

Once we came to a stop, i saw other 5 people around my age, but it seems that they didn't even know i arrived its not like it matters anyway. Another was a... floating girl in the middle of the altar, she was beautiful and pretty.
"Now that all of you have been gathered lets start" she talked with a tone of amusement after seeing me. As I was entranced by the girl my surroundings changed again, all I saw next was endless darkness.
'I'm assuming the live broadcast already started' Kyle thought to himself as he saw a roulette in front of him after turning his head.
'all of this are anime characters and different powers from animes and comics or mangas, from my first life, maybe a coincidence." upon seing the content of the roulete shocked me, since anime in this new world isnt as great as my former world.
This are from your memories, i read your memories the moment i saw you and i made these as you think they are, all power here were based on your memories. a voice confirmed my speculation as I heard a familiar voice.
"Now you spin the 3 roulette in there and receive different kind of reward like skills, changing your race to elves or dragons, the rewards differ as i have put too many in it and in depends on your luck to what you will get, good luck" the voice talked with the six individuals, who, even if separated, still heard the voice at the same time.
The others who got chosen were in different rooms as they were all broadcasted live while leaving their future in luck.
