Deception
Chapter One
Fox Mulder had been quiet ever since Scully had advised him of the crash of another spacecraft in Washington D.C. She had gone to investigate it with their boss keeping Mulder in his office for now after all of these years.
He had gone home to watch the two kids after leaving the F.B.I. and rejoining them again five years later.
His son Donovan age 14th had heard so much about his adopted brother now with a certain resistance group in California. He is reading his science books for school with the summer season approaching in a month.
Mulder bored as hell checked on his son for now before heading out for a run with the weather just lovely for the most part. He walked in to see Donovan with his nose reading.
"Are you learning anything at all son?" Mulder just had to ask the importance of the question.
Lifting his head from the science book his teacher gave him. "I am, dad. Mostly about U.F.O'S, NAZI'S and the ATOMIC BOMB." He says with a coy expression on his face.
"Really! As to the UFO, what exactly are the text books telling you?" Mulder asked his son with a serious tone of voice. When all of a sudden his cell phone began to ring. Answering the phone by touching the front part of the screen. "Scully, how are you doing today?" he asked nicely when it comes to his wife of five years.
"Tired for the most part Mulder. I decided to pull into a small motel in Woolton, Washington, D.C. some fifty miles. I have been following the trail of those working for the organization and the communications about a UFO landing somewhere outside of the town." she remarked with a tired grin and having to be hungry.
"Scully, the White House had stated with a laser beam communications deep from outer space that this particular spacecraft will be landing soon," Mulder tells her with looking over at his son Donovan with his face in the science books.
"I know! I know, Mulder. But do we know whether it's true at all?" Scully yawned.
"Who knows anymore? I just wish to god that this time unlike the last that these aliens will be friendly as hell?" he tells her over the cell phone. "Besides A.D. Walter Skinner is telling us no doubt the truth with the information coming from the organization," he said calmly when it comes to the organization.
"Whatever Mulder! I just needed to check in with you and our sons including Donovan. What's up with him?" she had been concerned since he's been studying a great deal of science.
Mulder had to chuckle slightly when it came to Donovan and science. " I asked him earlier on what he's been studying."
She will say the following. "Don't tell me he and his classmates are studying about UFO for the most part?"
"You guessed it Scully!" Mulder cried out with his response.
"Listen, Mulder, I need to go now with getting something to eat and sleep. Tell our sons that I loved them and this includes William having to be working for the resistance in California."
