Technically, this is a trojan horse for my crack ship, Izuku/Rumi.

Izuku Midoriya has a quirk. Sure, it was a bit late, but who cares? His dad could manipulate peoples Quirks for 10 minutes by touching them. His mum can grab things from afar.
