This story is based in the DC universe, set some years in the future, but it is very much it's own story and has no bearing on current or past story arcs. There are a number of OC characters, but also a lot of established characters from various DC stories. I have no affiliation with DC comics or the DCEU, nor am I collecting any money for these stories. I just enjoy writing them. There is no set limit to the "chapters" here. It will run for as long as people remain interested and wanting more. Here are some basic things to know before you begin this story.

Alfred Pennyworth
The Wayne butler died years ago, but before he did, he created an AI mainframe with his consciousness imbedded in the software. This AI, operating both technologically and as an interactive hologram, has all Alfred's personality traits.
It's been fifteen years since Quickflame battled against the evil Project Trident and Dr Vetter's metahumans. Of the dozens of metahumans created by Vetter, only Quickflame and Black Cat remain. The others are deceased or incapacitated.
Quickflame married Raven, and they had a daughter, Caroline, aka Darkfire.
Robin has changed his mantle to Nightwing.
The Justice League has disbanded. Flash is retired, Martian Manhunter has returned to Mars, Wonder Woman has returned to Thymicirra and Superman has passed the torch to Superboy. Nightstar is the newest superhero team founded by Quickflame, the pyrokinetic speedster, and his wife Raven. The team consists of the following members:
1. Quickflame: The leader of Nightstar, a pyrokinetic speedster with a strong sense of justice and leadership skills.
2. Raven: A powerful sorceress and second in command of Nightstar, bringing mystical abilities and wisdom to the team.
3. Darkfire: The daughter of Quickflame and Raven, possessing a unique blend of pyrokinesis and mystic magic, and a valuable member of the team.
4. Starfire: A Tamaranian princess with energy manipulation powers, adding her strength and alien perspective to the group.
5. Nightwing: Formerly Robin, now a skilled vigilante and member of Nightstar, bringing experience and tactical expertise to the team.
6. Black Cat: A metahuman with catlike abilities and son of Selina Kyle, using his agility and cunning to aid Nightstar.
8. Red Arrow: Erin Thomas, apprentice of Green Arrow, now operates as an independent vigilante and a member of Nightstar.
As Nightstar faces new challenges and threats, they are later joined by:
9. Cyborg: A hero with cybernetic enhancements, bringing technological expertise and strength to the team. Cyborg prefers to work as Overwatch for the team.
10. Beastmaster: Beast Boy, who comes out of retirement and joins Nightstar, using his shapeshifting abilities and experience as a hero to support the team.
With a diverse range of powers, skills, and backgrounds, Nightstar aims to uphold justice, protect the innocent, and confront the forces of evil in a world where the Justice League and the Titans have disbanded. Together, they stand as a beacon of hope and unity in the face of darkness.
Punchline aka JoQuinn Quinzel, daughter of the Joker and Harley Quinn, is the last experiment done by Dr Vic Vetter, a mad scientist who created villainous metahumans through genetic manipulation.
