The Loud Ark: Chapter 15 - The Great Flood
It rained and rained and rained. The entire earth was covered in water, the flood waters continued high and high washing away the cities and towns. For forty days the flood kept coming on the earth, and as the waters increased they lifted the ark high above the earth. The waters rose and increased greatly on the earth, and the ark floated on the surface of the water. They rose greatly on the earth, and all the high mountains under the entire heavens were covered.The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than fifteen cubits. Every living thing that moved on land perished—birds, livestock, wild animals, all the creatures that swarm over the earth, and all mankind. Everything on dry land that had the breath of life in its nostrils died. Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; people and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds were wiped from the earth. Only Lincoln Noah was left, and those with him in the ark.
The Rain poured harder and harder as raindrops fell from the dark gray and black clouds hitting the water. Water gushed out from the earth covering every land in sight combined with huge waves washing the earth away from any dry land. In the flood animals and humans were caught and drowned in the waters, they struggled and ran for higher ground and even climbed up the highest hills and trees, but unfortunately, they were swept away in the flood.
Underwater, trees, plants, furniture, houses, buildings, and much debris floated with many dead bodies of the people and animals who had drowned in the flood. Fish, Dolphins, and Whales swam among the debris white it was a feast for predators like the Sharks. It was a lifeless floating underwater world and a Watery Grave for all those who have turned away from God and have sinned.
Up on the surface, the only thing left holding all on Earth was the Loud Ark floating above the water being pushed and pounded by the waves. The people cried out and pleaded to be let inside and be saved, but it was too late as the door was already shut. They had many chances to repent and turn away from Sin, but instead rejected the teachings and preachings of the followers and the lord god, and this was the price they must pay. Some people tried to climb up the Ark walls, but were unable to enter as they fell due to the waves, and moving debris, and struggled to make it up. The Ark was the only thing with life left floating in a sea of treacherous waves of the Great Flood.
Inside the Ark, Only Lincoln Noah, his sisters, his family, the fairies, his friends, the village, and all the animals that were on the Ark are the ones who survived. The Ark rocked back and forth with the rough waves as everyone inside held on.
"Whoa!" the Twins cried out as they fell to the floor and they tumbled down Luna managed to grab them.
"Hang on Everybody!" Tinkerbell shouted holding onto a railing.
They were people held on as there was whooping and screaming hanging to dear life as they were frightened of the moving waves of the Flood. The animals were also scared in their berths, stages, stalls, and cages as they had no idea what was happening.
The Birds and Bats like the Hornbills, Swans, Pelicans, Peafowls, Parrots, Turkeys, Chickens, Ducks, Geese, Eagles, Vultures, Songbirds, Bats, including Fangs, Hawks, Woodpeckers, Falcons, Toucans, Crows, including Morpheus pet Crow, Thorn, Ravens, Pheasants, Grouses, Gulls, Cormorants, Hummingbirds, Doves, Pigeons, Herons, Flamingos, Cranes, Egrets, and Cuckoos were cawing, squawking, chirping, screeching, and whistling in their cages and berths perching on their roosts, flapping their wings, and flying about. Including Walt and Sergio who were holding on. "Take it Easy We're gonna be Fine Arrak!" Sergio shouted.
The Elephants and Mammoths were trumpeting loudly with their trunks. The Seals, Sea Lions, and Walruse Bellowed and barked as they were being rocked back and forth with some in their swimming pools. The Lions, Tigers, Leopards, Pumas, Jaguars, Cheetahs, and Bears hissed, growled, and roared in their cages. The Wolves, Hyenas, Coyotes, Foxes, Jackals, Dingos, Wild Dogs, and Dogs including Charles, Lalo, Margarita's dogs, Fluffy, a Daschund and Pickles, a Pug, Mr. Nakamura's Bearded Collie, Nelson, Buttercup, Mrs. Flores Chihuaha, Vito's Daschunds, Big Tony and Little Sal, whimpered and howled.
The Giraffes, Cattle, Buffaloes, Goats, Sheep, Pigs, Wild Boars, Deer, Elk, Moose, Wallabies, Kangaroos, and Antelopes mooed, bleated, oinked, and snorted in their pens. The Rhinos, Tapirs, and Hippos bellowed, snorted, and squeaked unfazed by the rocking motion. Ostriches, Moas, Elephant Birds, Emus, Cassowaries, Penguins, Rheas, and Kiwis warbled, boomed, and hissed as they held on.
The Wildcats, Lynxes, Servals, Caracals, Bobcats, including Mr. Bolhofner's Bobcat, Rocket, Margarys, Ocelots, Clouded Leopards, and Domestic Cats including Cliff and Clyde's Cats, Cleopawtra and Nepurrtiti meowed and hissed as they held on with their claws.
The Mice, Rats, including Lana's Rat, Bitey, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, including Luan's Rabbit, Gary, Snazzy, and Jazzy, Chinchillas, Squirrels, Hares, Pikas, Hamsters, including Geo who was bouncing on his hamster ball, Jerboas, Sugar Gliders, Flying Squirrels, Gerbils, Meerkats, Mongoose, Weasels, Ferrets, Badgers, Possums, Opossums, Duncan, Fossas, Bandicoots, and Moles squeaked and chattered in their cages and huddling in the corner.
Crocodiles, Alligators, Snakes like El Diablo, Lizards like Izzy hissed, Frogs, Hops, and Foggy II, Toads, Newts, and Salamanders hissed and croaked while the turtles and tortoises were holding going back into their shells. The Monkeys and Apes hooted and hollered in their cages.
Some of the Containers and items fell out and rolled on the floor. Par held onto a railing as he grabbed Bobby's hand which was slipping. Flip fell back towards a Wall as the ark rocked left everyone yelped as they hung on with some of the people like Fiona, Sameer, Vito, CJ, and Rosetta rolling down and bumping the wall alongside some of the Animals including a Saltwater Crocodile, a Hampshire Pig, a Cape Buffalo, an Indochinese Leopard, Charles, a Wood Turtle, and an African Bush Elephant who landed right on Flip against the wall.
Ronnie Anne grabbed Sid who slipped as Froggy II, Carlota, Chef Pat, Dante, and Meli, a Yellow-naped Amazon, a Merino Sheep, a Kermode Bear, two Cane Toads, an Eastern Chimpanzee, a European Mole, an American Pekin Duck, Two Chinstrap Penguins, Two Iberian Rabbits, Giant Anteater, Two Barbary Lions, a Silkie Chicken, were rolling down to the left. The girls were holding to Lincoln who tried to calm everyone down, "Don't Panic, take it east, God is with us!"
When the Ark rocked right Mandee, Carol, Dana, Shane, Bud Grouse, and Hector came rolling back towards the right wall alongside a male Sumatran Orangutan, Fangs, A Dall's Sheep, a Nine-banded Armadillo, a Lllama, a Red Kangaroo, and a Great Auk.
On the second Deck, Carl noticed a leak and plugged it with his right hand. Then another leak appeared as Carl plugged it with his left hand.
"Hey guys! There are some leaks here! I need help! I've run out of fingers to plug them!" Carl shouted.
"I'm coming, Carl!" exclaimed Adelaide as she plugged two more leaks with her hands. A Colombian White-headed Capuchin and a Central Chimpanzee were hooting as they came along.
"Excuse me, Can you help us please?!" Adelaide said to the Primates.
"Yeah, You won't be laughing if you're not good swimmers." Added Carl.
The monkey and Chimp helped plug the holes with their hands. Fawn and Silvermist noticed the leaks as the Water Fairy exclaimed, "Oh dear."
Sil joins in plugging one of the leaks while Fawn flies off to get help as she says, "I'll get more help!'
The animal fairy comes back with a Pacific Walrus, a bull Sumatran Elephant, An Arabian Oryx, and a Javan rhino who plug their leaks with their tusks and horns.
Sam and Luna fell back as they held the Servals and Caracals they were comforting them and rocking scared the cats causing them to paw at the girls who tried to calm them down and not get clawed at. Lynn Sr. and Rita who fell back had Great White Pelicans, Mute Swans, Indian Peafowls, and Great Indian Hornbills land on them.
Tinkerbell and Silvermist were calming down the Red Squirrels, Eastern Bluebirds, American Green Tree Frogs, Seven-spotted Ladybugs, Eastern Fireflies, and House Mice as they were rocked back and forth.
As for the leaks, Luckily Stanley and Carlos came and helped patch the leaks using the pitch to seal them in.
"That should do it," said the Hispanic Man.
"Works like a charm," added Stanely, "Glad you warned us."
"Thank you Dad!" replied Adelaide.
"Well, we had some help," added Carl referring to the animals who helped them.
The ark begins to tip forward causing the people to slip as Lincoln rolls down out the doors of the hold to the outer deck of the ark followed by his family, and the village. Once they got up they have finally seen the massive destruction of the flood. This was what was in Lincoln's vision as The Great Flood had come true. The Waves crashed in washing every part of the land submerging underwater and crashing the ark's sides. The wicked and sinful people along with Animals ran for their lives heading to hills and mountains, But they too were washed away in the flood
Those drowning banged on the walls of the ark begging to be let in and tried to climb up wanting to be let inside, But it was too late as they too succumbed to their fate. The People could only watch in sadness and horror they could do nothing to save them as the Ark passed by a rocky hill with many people and animals climbing up for safety only to be washed away by a huge wave as their screams and cries filled in the air and blew in the wind.
Lincoln was at the Bow of the Ark with the Fairies on his head. Fawn on top of Lincoln's head noticed something up ahead, a waterfall was coming up.
"Um guys, I think we're heading straight for a waterfall!" Fawn shouted.
"What?" Tinkerbell said as they looked up ahead. "What should we do?"
"Don't worry, all we need is some Faith and Trust… Rosetta grab my legs, and Tink tie some ropes on us for Lincoln to lower us down," Silvermist answered as she came up with a plan.
"Okay, if you say so?" Lincoln said reluctantly. He did what she said as he tied the small ropes around the Garden and Water Fairies as he lowered Rosetta and Silvermist down to the ship's Bow.
Soon the Ark was heading close to the Waterfall as Lincoln turned around and shouted, "Everybody Hang On!"
Everyone held on to the Railings and each other as they screamed as the Ark went down the Waterfall. During that time, Silvermist used her pixie dust causing the water underneath to float and carry the ark safely down. Lincoln pulled them up as the ark landed in a big splash. The animals were frightened and made noises while they landed on impact
"You guys alright?!" Lincoln asked frantically.
"We are now!" Luna replied.
Then Lily sees something worse babbling while pulling her father's pants and pointing to what's ahead
"Don't worry, sweetie, everything's gonna be ok, now," Lynn Sr. reassured, but when he saw what was ahead shrieked in fright, "Ahh! Whirlpool!" exclaimed
They see a huge whirlpool ahead everyone gasped and screamed as they were carried in.
"Lincoln what do we do?!" shouted Leni.
"Get this Boat out of here!" added Vito.
"We're not gonna make it!" Judy exclaimed.
"Save us Lincoln!" Flip added.
Then Lincoln went to the Bow of the ark and prayed, "Lord help us, please? Maybe a little help here?!"
Then a huge wave formed and they saw the head of a man as a figure formed facing the right starboard side of the Ark. It was a water spirit, the Berunan River God, and everyone gasped at the sight. He was sent by Aslan to help as he grabbed the starboard of the ark, everyone screamed as they held on as the River God picked up the ark out of the whirlpool.
Once out of the whirlpool, the River God gave them a push from the stern as the Ark continued to float above the waters.
"Quick everyone inside!" Lincoln told everyone. "Below deck, on the double!"
"Aye Aye, Captain Lincoln!" replied Clyde.
Soon everyone entered through the Hold doors of the Ark while the two Loud Brothers were discussing with Leonard.
"Are you sure we're going the right way?!" said Lance.
"Of course, we are, my son Lincoln knows." Lynn Sr. replied.
"But what if we crashed into something?" Lance exclaimed.
"Come on boys, Don't be childish," Leonard told his sons. "There's nothing to crash into but… Water?"
They see a giant wave coming towards them.
"We're gonna need a Bigger Boat!" Carlos said in fright.
Inside the Ark, Everyone was rolling back along with some animals like a Fox Squirrel, a Chilean Flamingo, an Asian fairy bluebird, a Masai Giraffe, an Eastern Screech Owl, a Fomosan Black Bear, a White Release Dove, a Toco Toucan, a Pygmy Hippopotamus, a Wild Yak, a Green Anaconda, and a Masai Ostrich.
Flip who had recovered from having an elephant crash into him, screamed when a pile of animals landed on him including the African Bush Elephant, an Indian Elephant, a Reticulated Giraffe, a Common Hippopotamus, a South-central Black Rhinoceros, A Mallard Duck, a Geoffrey's Spider Monkey, a Canadian Beaver, a Mountain Goat, Southern Ostrich, a pair of Brazilian Three-banded Armadillos, a Gentoo Penguin, a Masai Lion, a Vietnamese Pot-Bellied Pig, a Polar Bear, a Pacific Walrus, and a Nile Crocodile, as his muffled voiced was heard, "Ouch."
"Quick!" shouted Albert. "Everybody to the front!"
"Up here To the Bow, There's too much room on one side!" Mr. Bolhofner added.
Everyone hurried and walked slowly to the front of the Ark so their weight could help balance the ark once it went over the Giant Wave. Meanwhile, Lincoln was outside as he called out to God.
"Lord, is this it?!" Lincoln asked.
In the clouds, Aslan's voice was heard
"Yes, It is Lincoln, This is only the beginning, Soon the flood would be big enough and deep enough to drown the whole world, and see the power of the lord god almighty!" Aslan proclaimed.
Then Lincoln was the last to enter the hold as he closed the door shouting "Brace yourselves!"
The ark rode the wave up and once it reached the highest part of the crest because of everyone on the front of the ark. The Wooden Vessel managed to rise and make it over the crest as it floated down the wave and slowly sank before floating back up. Now the worst was over.
Everyone was breathing heavily and lying down on the floor. Lily who was on top of her mom pulled up her face as she exclaimed, "Is everybody okay?!"
"Don't worry honey we're fine!" Lynn Sr. replied as Lori got off of Leni and Luna while Lynn was on top of Luan, Lucy, and Lisa and the twins Lana and Lola got off each other. Flip managed to squeeze his way from the animal pile gasping for air.
Lincoln groaned as he got up and said to his mother, "We are Mom!"
Then he saw the fairies who were laying on their backs or stomachs as Silvermist got up with her hand raised exclaiming, "Who's alive?!"
"Not me!" Iridessa groaned.
Fawn groaned as she sat up and yelped her leg twisted. She tried to fix it back in place, But it was Rosetta's right leg causing her to shriek, "Yeow!"
"Oh sorry!" Fawn apologized as she fixed it back in.
"Ow!" Rosetta shrieked again when her leg was fixed back in place. Tinkerbell groaned as she got up along with Vidia. The family saw how scared everyone was from the Wild Ride they had.
"At least we made it," said Vidia.
"I don't think, I can walk right for a while." sighed Rosetta.
"True, but you hear that?" asked Tinkerbell. "There are no screams instead it's the wind, that means Lincoln, his family, the village, all these Animals, and us? We are all that's left alive!"
" Let's head for the community room, and get blankets for these people!" Lincoln told everyone.
Once everyone was in the community room, Lincoln stood on a ladder and spoke "Listen everyone as you can see what Aslan told me was true. He told me to build this ark to save everyone, Not only you have me to thank, But also him for saving us. But the good news is, we have survived this calamity together and we're gonna be together for some time and we're all that's left of our world. Now Judgement has come and It is Done!"
Then it was Lucy's turn for she had prepared a Funeral Speech to those wicked people who drowned in the flood she began, "People of the village, We have gathered here in the ark for a Sad Time. We honor the loss of those who have passed within the great flood even if they were sinners they were still people. People, who did not deserve to be treated as though they were scum, and now so grieve for them as well as the Lord God loves them as well as we are all his children. So we give them a good farewell, to the afterlife, by the good will of the father god Aslan."
Everyone clapped and they made wreaths that had flowers with the help of Rosetta and threw them out of the window of the ark as they floated in the waves of the Flood.
Everyone felt better as they knew Lincoln and Aslan had saved them. Then everyone prayed. "Thank you, Lord, for saving us from the flood and protecting us for we will serve you Gratefully!"

Everything on dry land that had the breath of life in its nostrils died. Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; people and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark.
In the community room, Everyone was sleeping for the night. Lincoln turned to his sisters, his parents, his friends, and Casagrnades sleeping on his left and he looked down on his right seeing the fairies including Tinkerbell sleeping as he smiled and went back to sleep.
In the other parts of the ark. The animals were in their berths, stalls, and cages in the low-lit light atmosphere. the birds, reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates on the First Deck, the small and medium animals on the Second Deck, and the Large Animals on the Third Deck.
As the Great Floor raged on, only Lincoln Noah, his family, his friends, his community, and the animals on the ark were all that survived.
