Chapter 84: Trouble on Murcott Island
Hello everyone, this chapter will focus on the group reaching Murcott Island so that Tracey can observe the bug type Pokémon that live there. The group also run into Team Snagem again who try to steal the Pokémon. Sorry for the late upload and I hope you all enjoy the chapter.
The chapter begins one day after the last one ended as we see the group still riding on Lapras's back. Lapras continues to happily swim forward until Leaf notices something up ahead and speaks.
"I see an island!" Leaf says causing the others to look as they also see the Island too. The group have smiles on their faces as Tracey speaks.
"There it is Murcott Island home to the many bug type Pokémon" Tracey says while having an excited look on his face as Misty speaks.
"Yay bug types…." Misty says unenthusiastically as Ash speaks.
"Okay Lapras full speed ahead!" Ash says with the mon nodding as she begins to swim faster. A couple minutes later the group make it to the shore, Ash tells Lapras thank you and returns her to her Pokeball. After that the group head towards the nearest Pokémon Center where Ash, Misty, and Leaf switch out their Pokémon. Once they're done with that Tracey speaks.
"So, are you guys ready?" Tracey asks with the 3 kids nodding as Ash speaks.
"Yeah! Let's go see some bug types!" "And find some that are shiny too!" Ash and Leaf say while having stars in their eyes while Misty sighs Tracey speaks.
"Okay then let's go!" Tracey says with the group nodding as they head out of the Pokémon Center and start walking towards a forest. Meanwhile, on the other side of the island a small boat stops on the shore. In the boat contains 3 people 2 bald men and a muscular woman. The 3 of them get out of the boat and step on the beach they look at the island as one of the men speaks.
"So, this is Murcott Island home to many bug type Pokémon" The man says as the woman speaks.
"How should we go about stealing the bugs Biden sir?" The woman asks while looking at Biden as he speaks.
"The answer's simple Lonia just like with all of our missions we use force" Biden says with Lona and the other man (named Colas) agreeing with him. After that they then hear a buzzing sound, they look forward and see a Scyther as Colas speaks.
"So, the first bug we come across is a Scyther" Colas says as Lonia speaks.
"It looks pretty old" Lonia says as Biden speaks.
"It may be old, but it probably has a lot of experience when it comes to battle Colas test it out" Biden says with Colas nodding as he walks forward pulls out a Pokeball and speaks.
"Go! Tyranitar!" Colas says as he throws the ball forward sending out the mon who lets out a mighty roar creating a shockwave which almost blows the old Scyther away, but it stands its ground. The old Scyther looks at Tyranitar and sees that it's covered in a shadowy aura. Scyther can feel an immense power from Tyranitar, but it won't back down as it gets into a battle stance Biden speaks.
"Hmm even though it can feel Tyranitar's immense power it still won't back down" Biden says as Colas speaks.
"Heh well that just makes things easier for me. Tyranitar end this fast with Fire Blast!" Colas calls as the mon covers its mouth in fire and fires a big blast of fire that heads for Scyther. Scyther easily dodges the attack by moving to the right then flies forward heading for Tyranitar as Colas speaks.
"Tyranitar use Ice Beam when it gets close!" Colas calls Tyranitar nods as it waits for Scyther to get closer. Tyranitar continues to wait until once Scyther gets close enough Tyranitar fires the icy beam that goes to hit Scyther, Scyther manages to narrowly avoid the attack and goes under it. Scyther continues to fly forward and covers its scythes in red energy (using Fury Cutter) and slashes Tyranitar's left leg causing super effective damage. Tyranitar groans in pain as it gets on one knee then looks over at Scyther who's barely broken a sweat (but does pant a little) Biden along with Lonia are impressed as Colas speaks.
"Why you!" Colas says as he's about to call for his next command Biden speaks.
"Colas that's enough stand down!" Biden says with Colas nodding as he immediately returns Tyranitar back to its Pokeball then stands next to Lonia. Biden walks a couple feet forward then stops and stares at Scyther. Biden continues to stare at the old mantis then speaks.
"I must say even though you were out matched when it came to power you still managed to find a way to deal damage to Tyranitar who's a shadow Pokémon I've to say I'm impressed" Biden says while Scyther continues to look at him Biden then takes out a Pokeball and speaks.
"So, I've made my decision join me and I'll grant you more power than you already have" Biden says while holding a Pokeball forward. The old Scyther looks at Biden he can tell that he's serious about wanting him to join him and that shadowy power the Tyranitar had was impressive. But Scyther gets the feeling that if he went with Biden, he wouldn't be happy. Scyther looks at Biden and shakes his head no saying that he won't join him as Biden speaks.
"You're declining my offer to join me? Well, I must say I'm pretty sad about that because now I'll have to give you a proper burial" Biden says as he pulls out an Ultra Ball and speaks.
"Come out!" Biden says as he throws the ball high in the air. The moment the ball opens up appears a big Steelix who lets out a big roar creating a shockwave that pushes the old Scyther back a few feet away. Once Scyther's able to stop itself it looks at the Steelix, the mantis can see that the mon also has a shadowy aura and feels that it's a lot stronger than the Tyranitar that came before it. Scyther gets a little nervous but manages to calm itself down and gets into a battle stance as Biden speaks.
"Even though you're scared to battle Steelix you won't give up heh you're making me like you more and more but unfortunately since you declined my offer the only thing that you deserve now is death." Biden says as he calls for a command.
"Stone Edge!" Biden calls Steelix roars and fires multiple sharp stones at the old Scyther. Scyther flies in the air and begins to not only dodge the sharp stones but also manages to cut them. As Scyther continues to dodge Steelix has its tail ready as Biden speaks.
"Iron Tail!" Biden calls Steelix covers its tail in steel energy and goes to hit Scyther. Scyther sees the tail coming and quickly brings up its scythes to block the attack. Scyther's doing its best to block but the tail is too strong as it knocks the mantis hard on the ground creating a dust cloud. Once the dust clears Scyther's standing it has some scratches on its body and is panting heavily. Scyther then looks at Steelix and is still ready to continue as Biden speaks.
"You really are a brave Scyther it almost makes me feel bad for ending you, but I don't care. Steelix end it with Flash Cannon!" Biden calls Steelix covers its mouth in steel energy and fires it at Scyther. Scyther doesn't have time to dodge as the beam consumes the mantis making it cry out in pain, a couple seconds later there's an explosion that sends Scyther high in the air and makes it fall on another part of the island as Biden speaks.
"So, it managed to get away" Biden says as Lonia speaks.
"Do you want us to go after it sir?" Lonia asks as Biden returns Steelix, looks at Lonia and speaks.
"No there's no need to as I doubt it'll provide a challenge for us and besides our mission is to collect every Pokémon on this island it's not to focus on a single Scyther. But if I we do find that Scyther again I'll catch it. Now let's move out" Biden says as he begins walking forward with Colas and Lonia walking behind him. We now go over to where the old Scyther landed, the mon has scratches all over its body and is groaning in pain. Scyther wants to go back and continue battling but it knows that its body can't move right now as it's too tired/injured. Scyther then closes its eyes and goes asleep as we now cut over to the group. We see the group walking through the forest as Leaf speaks.
"It's been 5 minutes so far and we haven't seen a single bug type yet" Leaf says while looking around with her binoculars as Misty speaks.
"Hopefully they don't just suddenly appear" Misty says in a scared tone while hiding behind Ash as Tracey speaks.
"Alright I think it's time for these two!" Tracey says as he pulls out 2 Pokeball's and speaks.
"Venonat, Marill Come out!" Tracey says he throws the 2 balls forward and sends out the 2 mons. The 2 mons look at Tracey as he speaks.
"Would you two be able to help us find some bug type Pokémon?" Tracey asks with the 2-mons nodding as Venonat uses its radar eyes and Marill uses its ears. The 2 mons concentrate for a few seconds then begin to run forward as Tracey speaks.
"Looks like they found something come on!" Tracey says with Ash and Leaf running as they begin to run forward Misty speaks.
"Hey! Wait for me!" Misty exclaims as she begins to run after them. 30 seconds later Venonat along with Marill stop causing the group to stop as well the 2 mons point forward. Once they do the group look forward and see multiple Caterpie walking around on the ground. The group look at the mons and have smiles on their faces as Leaf speaks.
"I've never seen so many Caterpie in one spot before" Leaf says as Tracey speaks.
"They also come in many shapes and sizes" Tracey says as he begins to sketch the mons Ash speaks.
"You know seeing these Caterpie reminds me of my own Butterfree when he was a Caterpie. I hope he along with his wife are doing well" Ash says with Pikachu and Misty nodding. Misty then hears something buzzing she turns left and sees a Beedrill flying towards her. Misty gets a scared look on her face and yells.
"AHHH!" Misty yells as she quickly hides behind Ash's back as the Beedrill flies pass the group Ash looks at Misty and speaks.
"Misty the Beedrill's gone you can let go now" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"No way I'm staying right here there's no telling what other bug types will suddenly appear" Misty responds as Ash speaks.
"But aren't you supposed to try and get over your fear of bug types?" Ash asks but the red head doesn't respond as she continues to hide behind him causing Tracey and Leaf to chuckle. After that the group notice more bug type Pokémon appearing consisting of the Caterpie line, Weedle line, Paris line, and many other bug types the group haven't seen before. Ash, Leaf, and Tracey look around having smiles on their faces while Misty's completely terrified as Ash speaks.
"Look at all of these bug types" Ash says as Leaf speaks.
"There are some I recognize and some I haven't seen before" Leaf says as she looks at a Yanma, Sewaddle, Venepede, and a Dottler as Tracey speaks.
"Yeah, usually you're only able to find some of these bug types in their respective regions. But with this island it consists of different bug types from around the world which is why I wanted to come here." Tracey says with the group nodding as he continues to speak.
"Oh, that's right I got to make sure I sketch them before they leave" Tracey says as he begins to sketch the bug types as Ash speaks.
"Hey, we should have our bug types interact with them" Ash suggests with Leaf nodding as they pull out their Pokeball's and speak.
"Scyther, Heracross I choose you!" "Okay Beedrill, Butterfree, Scizor, and Ribombee come out!" Both Ash and Leaf say as they throw their Pokeball's forward and send out the 6 mons. Once they appear they begin to happily interact with the other bug types Ash's Heracross meets a group of Heracross once the introductions are done, they all go to a nearby tree and begin to suck on the sap. Ash's Scyther and Leaf's Scizor meet a group of Scyther and Scizor and begin to train with them. Leaf's Beedrill, Butterfree, and Ribombee find groups of their kind and begin to happily fly with them. Ash's Pikachu along with Tracey's Venonat and Marill also happily interact with some of the bug types and begin to play with them as Ash speaks.
"Looks like they're all having a good time" Ash says with Leaf nodding. Leaf then notices that Misty isn't behind him anymore then speaks.
"Hey Ash, where'd Misty go?" Leaf asks but Ash doesn't know the 2 kids look around then manage to find Misty who's hiding behind her Golisopod as a group of bug type Pokémon are surrounding them as Misty speaks.
"Golisopod make sure that they don't come anywhere close to me!" Misty says with the bug samurai nodding while Ash and Leaf let out a chuckle. Misty glares at the 2 kids then feels something crawling up her leg, Misty looks down and sees a young Wimpod on her leg. Misty gets a terrified look on her face and is about to ask Golisopod why he isn't protecting her. But Misty stops herself as she sees Golisopod happily interacting with multiple Wimpod's and Golisopod's. Even though Golisopod wasn't friends with its own kind back in the Alola region it did miss interacting with them and these ones seemed friendly, so it didn't feel the need to protect Misty. Misty then looks down at the young Wimpod and remembers when her Golisopod used to be a Wimpod. Misty smiles bends down, looks at the mon and speaks.
"I've forgotten just how cute Wimpod can be" Misty says as she begins to gently pet the mon on the head making it smile. Suddenly some other bug types walk over to her, Misty's scared at them at first but smiles and begins to pet them as well as she doesn't sense that they're going to hurt her. Ash, Leaf, and Tracey look at Misty playing with the bug types as Leaf speaks.
"Slowly but surely, she's starting to warm up to bug types" Leaf says with the 2 boys nodding. After that they continue to play with the bug types until Tracey's Marill and Venonat hear/see something up ahead and begin running towards it as Tracey speaks.
"Marill, Venonat wait!" Tracey says as he along with the group begin chasing after them, they continue to run until they catch up to the 2 mons who stopped as Tracey looks at them and speaks.
"Why'd you two run off like that?" Tracey asks as the 2 mons look at him and point forward. Once they do, Tracey along with the group look forward and see the old Scyther that appeared earlier in the chapter laying on its stomach and is injured. The group have surprised looks on their faces as Ash speaks.
"A Scyther? and it's injured!" "Who could've done this?" Ash and Misty wonder as Tracey speaks.
"For now, we should take it to the Pokémon Center" Tracey says with the others nodding as they begin to slowly walk towards Scyther the mon looks at them gets angry and fires an Air Slash towards them. Just when the slashes of wind are going to hit the 4 humans Ash's Scyther and Heracross, Leaf's Scizor, and Misty's Golisopod manage to easily knock away the slashes of wind as the 3 trainers speak.
"Thank you" The 3 trainers say with the 4-mons nodding as they look back at the old Scyther who's now standing back up and gets in a battle stance with the groups Pokémon doing the same as Ash speaks.
"Looks like we're going to have to battle it" Ash says as Tracey speaks.
"Hold on would you guys let me handle this?" Tracey asks with the others nodding as they stand down. Tracey along with Venonat then look forward as Tracey speaks.
"Okay Venonat let's do this!" Tracey says with Venonat nodding as the old Scyther's scythes glow and begins swinging them sending out multiple slashes of wind as Tracey speaks.
"Venonat use Psychic to send them back!" Tracey calls with Venonat nodding as its eyes glow sending out the waves of psychic energy and grabs all of the slashes of wind. Venonat then sends them back at the mantis. Scyther sees the slashes of wind coming and begins to easily dodge them. Once Scyther dodges the last one Venonat suddenly appears in front of Scyther as Tracey speaks.
"Now use Sleep Powder!" Tracey calls as Venonat sends out a sleepy powder that hits Scyther as the mon falls back on the ground and is starting to get sleepy. Scyther tries to keep its eyes opened but it's too tired as it then closes its eyes and goes asleep. Venonat then lands back on the ground and looks at Tracey with the boy nodding as he pulls out a Pokeball and speaks.
"Go! Pokeball!" Tracey says he throws the ball forward that hits the mon and sucks it inside. The ball only shakes once then dings confirming the capture, Venonat then uses Psychic on the ball and gives it to Tracey. Tracey thanks Venonat looks at the group and speaks.
"Come on let's hurry to the Pokemon Center!" Tracey says with the others nodding as they return their Pokémon (other than Pikachu and Togepi) then begin running towards the Pokémon Center. Once the group is out of sight the bug types that they were with hear something as they turn around and see the 3 Team Snagem members that appeared earlier in the chapter as Biden speaks.
"Hmmm I could've sworn that old Scyther fell here" Biden says as Colas speaks.
"But look at all of these other bug types" Colas says as Biden looks forward and sees multiple bug type Pokémon. He then smiles and speaks.
"They may not be the old Scyther but I'm sure it'll come once it hears friends' in trouble. I'll let you 2 handle the capture of these Pokémon" Biden says with Colas and Lonia nodding as they both pull out a Pokeball and speak.
"Go! Tyranitar!" "Go! Walrein!" The 2 of them say as they throw the 2 balls forward sending out the mons. Once they appear they both have a shadowy aura covering their bodies then let out a mighty roar creating a big shockwave that blows back some of the bug types. Once they stop roaring, they look at the bug types making them scared but a few Golisopod, Scyther, Scizor, Accelgor, Galvantula, and Beedrill stand protectively in front of the other bug types as Lonia speaks.
"Looks like they want to protect their friends" Lonia says as Colas speaks.
"Then they'll be the first to fall" Colas says with Lonia nodding as they both call for commands.
"Tyranitar Hyper Beam!" "Walrein use Blizzard!" The grunts say as they fire their moves. Tyranitar's Hyper Beam easily knocks out a lot of bug types and destroys some trees while Walrein's Blizzard freezes a lot of bug types. A few bug types begin trying to run away but Colas and Lonia fire net guns that send out nets that capture the mons. The 2 grunts continue their assault on the Pokémon while Biden looks on and has a smile on his face. Meanwhile we cut over to the group who've made it to the Pokémon Center, Tracey hands Scyther's Pokeball to Nurse Joy as she along with Chansey begin to treat it. 10 minutes pass with the group waiting for Scyther's treatment to be done a couple seconds later they hear a ding as Nurse Joy speaks.
"We're done" Nurse Joy says as she along with Chansey walk over to the group and have Scyther on a big tray with bandages all over its body as Tracey speaks.
"How's Scyther Nurse Joy?" Tracey asks as the woman speaks.
"Most of its injuries have been treated now all it needs is a good day's rest and it'll be all better" Nurse Joy says making the group happy as Tracey looks at Scyther and speaks.
"Isn't that great Scyther?!" Tracey says as the mantis looks at Tracey then turns its head away from him making the boy confused as Misty speaks.
"Looks like Scyther still doesn't like you" Misty says with Tracey nodding as Leaf speaks.
"You know I wonder how Scyther got all damaged?" Leaf says as Nurse Joy speaks.
"It could be that this Scyther lost its boss position to a young Scyther during a battle" The woman says with Ash, Misty, and Leaf nodding as Tracey speaks.
"No, I don't think that's it" Tracey says as Ash speaks.
"What do you mean?" Ash asks as Tracey speaks.
"Well while I also thought Scyther losing to a young Scyther was a possibility since battles between Scyther's can be pretty brutal too. I just get the feeling that it wasn't another Scyther that did this" Tracey answers as Leaf speaks.
"Do you think that it was another bug type?" Leaf asks as Tracey speaks.
"No, I don't think that either it just feels like a different Pokémon entirely is the one responsible for Scyther's injuries" Tracey responds with the group nodding. As they continue to think on what possibly hurt Scyther, the mantis can feel that something's happening in the forest and needs to go help. Scyther then stands back up flies forward and goes through a window surprising the group as they go after the mon. Once they're outside they see Scyther flying away as Leaf speaks.
"It's going back to the forest!" Leaf says as Ash speaks.
"I wonder why?" Ash questions with Tracey and Leaf wondering too. Misty then sees some black smoke in the distance and speaks.
"Look there's some black smoke coming from over there!" Misty says while pointing at the forest making the group look as they see it too and get surprised looks on their faces as Leaf speaks.
"It's faint but I can hear the wild Pokémon calling for help" Leaf says as Ash speaks.
"So, that's why Scyther left its going to go try and save its friends" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"But whatever's attacking the bug types will probably be too much for Scyther as it's still weak" Misty says as Tracey speaks.
"In that case I'm going to go help it" Tracey says as he gets a determined look on his face and begins running forward as the 3 kids speak.
"Wait for us!" The 3 kids say as they tell Nurse Joy thank you and begin running after Tracey. We then look at Nurse Joy who has a worried look on her face then speaks.
"I hope that they're going to be okay" The woman says to herself as she quickly runs back in the Center and begins to call Officer Jenny. We now cut back to the forest we see Colas's Tyranitar along with Lonia's Walrein continue to defeat multiple bug types while their trainers lock them up in nets/cages. Once they defeat a few more and put them in a cage Colas speaks.
"That should be all of the bug types in this area" Colas says with Lonia nodding as Biden speaks.
"I was hoping to see that old Scyther again but oh well come on let's go to the next area" Biden says with the 2 grunts nodding as they're about to walk away they hear a voice.
"Scyther!" The voice says as suddenly some of the nets/cages that were holding the bug types come apart. The 3 humans along with their Pokémon are surprised wondering who did that, they then look forward and see the old Scyther again. Scyther tells the other bug types to quickly leave with the mons nodding as they begin to run away Lonia speaks.
"They're getting away Walrein use Ice Beam!" Lonia calls Walrein fires the icy beam that goes to hit the bugs, but Scyther easily destroys it with Rock Smash. Scyther then glares at the 3 Team Snagem members as Lonia speaks.
"Darn bug" Lonia says in annoyance as Biden looks at Scyther and speaks.
"So, you've finally shown yourself have you reconsidered my offer of joining me?" Biden asks as Scyther gives him a look saying that it's not joining him. Biden lets out a disappointed sigh and speaks.
"I see in that case we'll take you by force. Colas, Lonia!" Biden says with the 2 trainers nodding as Colas calls for a command.
"Tyranitar use Stone Edge!" Colas calls Tyranitar roars as it creates multiple large stones around it and fires them at Scyther. Scyther flies in the air and begins to easily dodge the sharp stones as Lonia speaks.
"Ice Beam Walrein!" Lonia calls and Walrein fires the icy beam. After Scyther dodges the last Stone Edge, it sees the icy beam coming and goes to dodge. But when Scyther goes to dodge it begins to pant as it still hasn't fully recovered, the icy beam then hits Scyther's chest causing super effective damage and knocking it out of the air as it lands on the ground. Scyther's groaning in pain as Colas and Lonia speak.
"Now Tyranitar use Hyper Beam!" "Walrein use Hydro Pump!" The 2 trainers say as the two-mons fire their moves that combine into one and go to hit Scyther as they then hear a voice.
"Pikachu use Thunder!" The voice says as suddenly a large electric bolt comes out of nowhere it collides with the combined blast and creates an explosion as Colas speaks.
"Great who's it now?!" The man says in annoyance as the 3 of them look forward. When the dust cloud disappears, they see the group standing protectively over Scyther with Pikachu glaring at Tyranitar and Walrein while sparking his cheeks as the 2-mons glare at it. Tracey then looks at Scyther and speaks.
"Scyther are you okay?" Tracey asks as the mantis looks at him then nods making Tracey smile. The group then look around and see multiple bug Pokémon in cages. They then look at the 3 adults in front of them as Ash speaks.
"Are you the ones that did this!?" Ash asks as Colas speaks.
"And what if we did? Why does it matter to you?" Colas says as Misty speaks.
"It matters to us because you're hurting innocent Pokémon!" Misty says with the group nodding as Colas smirks and speaks.
"Hey, we're just doing our job it'd be the same for you" Colas says as Leaf speaks.
"Except that at least we wouldn't go out of our way to hurt Pokémon!" Leaf responds, making Colas annoyed as he speaks.
"Annoying brats" Colas says. Tracey then takes a closer look at Tyranitar and Walrein and sees a shadowy aura around them then speaks.
"That shadowy aura around Tyranitar and Walrein you guys are from Team Snagem aren't you!" Tracey says surprising the group as they then take a closer look at the 2 mons Misty speaks.
"Tracey's right they do have a shadowy aura around them" Misty says as Lonia speaks.
"Looks like they've heard of us" Lonia says as Biden speaks.
"Now that I think about it, I remember Agrev and Wakin mentioning that they've run into a group of kids that stopped them during their missions" Biden says as Lonia speaks.
"These must be the kids that they were talking about" Lonia says as Colas speaks.
"Which gives us more of a reason to crush them" Colas says while having an excited look on his face as Biden takes a couple steps forward looks at the group and speaks.
"I've heard that you've gotten in Biden's and Wakin's way before during their missions" Biden says as Ash speaks.
"Yeah! That's right and we'll do the same to you!" Ash says as he along with the others get their Pokeball's ready Biden smiles and speaks.
"You know I was originally going to have my two colleagues here take care of you themselves but now I also have the urge to crush you. Now Come Out!" Biden says as he throws a Pokeball up in the air that opens and sends out his shadow Steelix. Once the mon appears it lands on the ground, shakes it and lets out a mighty roar creating a big shockwave that almost blows the group back. Once Steelix is done roaring it stands next to the shadow Tyranitar and Walrein as they glare at the group with the group looking at the 3 mons as Leaf speaks.
"That Steelix is also a shadow Pokémon" Leaf says as Misty speaks.
"This isn't going to be easy facing 3 shadow Pokémon" Misty says as Ash speaks.
"I agree but we have to try and save those Pokémon!" Ash says with his friends nodding as they throw their Pokeball's high in the air and speak.
"Come Out!" The 4 trainers say as their Pokeball's open up revealing their Pokémon. Tracey sends out Smeargle, Marill, and Venonat. Leaf sends out Beedrill, Butterfree, Ribombee, Scizor, Flamigo and Hitmonlee. Misty sends out Vaporeon, Golisopod, Arctovish, Dewgong, Psyduck and Carracosta. Ash sends out Scyther, Heracross, Boldore, Noctowl and Tyrantrum. They all stand next to Pikachu and let out a loud roar creating a shockwave of their own. They then look at the 3 mons with the 3-mons looking at them, the old Scyther looks at Biden's Steelix and begins struggling to stand up as it wants to join the battle too and defeat Steelix. Tracey notices this as he looks at Scyther and speaks.
"Scyther you can't fight right now you need to rest" Tracey says but the mon declines and pushes Tracey away. As the mon continues to try standing up Ash's Scyther walks over to the mon and speaks.
"Scy, Scyther, Scy" Ash's Scyther tells the mon that it'll only get in their way if it battles. The old Scyther knows that Ash's Scyther's right, but it wants to save its teammates, so it won't stay down. The 2 Scyther's glare at each other as Tracey walks over to the old Scyther bends down and speaks.
"Hey Scyther, I know that you want to join in on the battle but you're too injured right now and I don't want you getting hurt" Tracey says as the mantis glares at him about to say something, but Tracey speaks.
"So, instead of joining in right away why not just wait to strike? We'll do our best to tire Steelix as much as we can, and you can deliver the final blow how does that sound?" Tracey asks as the old Scyther begins to think. It's not a fan of letting others battle for it but it knows that in its current condition it can't defeat Steelix, so it'll have to trust the group. Scyther looks at Tracey and nods agreeing with the plan making Tracey happy as he speaks.
"Thanks, Scyther! I'll let you know when it's time to strike. For now, just rest" Tracey says with the mantis nodding as Tracey along with Ash's Scyther stand next to the others and are ready to battle as Biden speaks.
"Now then I believe it's time we begin" Biden says as he along with Colas call for their commands.
"Use Stone Edge!" The 2 men call as Steelix along with Tyranitar create multiple sharp stones around them and send them towards the group as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu use Nasty Plot then Surf!" Ash calls Pikachu quickly sharply raises his special attack power gains a blue outline and yells.
"Pika!" Pikachu yells creating a giant wave of water that easily manages to destroy the sharp stones and begins heading for Steelix and Tyranitar as Lonia speaks.
"Walrein freeze it with Blizzard!" Lonia calls Walrein roars as it summons a big blizzard that manages to easily freeze the large wave of water as Ash speaks.
"Tyrantrum use Fire Fang on Steelix!" Ash calls Tyrantrum roars as the T-Rex runs forward and easily breaks through the frozen Surf. Tyrantrum heats up his mouth and goes to bite Steelix as Biden speaks.
"Dodge Steelix then use Iron Tail!" Biden calls when Tyrantrum goes to bite Steelix the iron snake moves to the right easily dodging the attack. Steelix then covers its tail in steel energy and slaps it across Tyrantrum's face causing super effective damage. Tyrantrum's sent sliding a few feet away then sees Tyranitar charging up a Hyper Beam as Colas speaks.
"Fire Tyranitar!" Colas calls as Leaf speaks.
"I don't think so! Hitmonlee use High Jump Kick and Flamigo use Liquidation!" Leaf calls just when Tyranitar's about to fire the blast Leaf's Hitmonlee along with Flamigo appear in front of Tyranitar and kick it hard in the chest forcing the mon to cancel the beam. Tyranitar's sent sliding a few feet away and looks back at Hitmonlee and Flamigo as Leaf speaks.
"Darn it looks like it barely did any damage" Leaf says as Colas speaks.
"You're right about that now Tyranitar use Hyper Beam!" Colas calls Tyranitar roars and fires a big beam that heads for the 2-mons as Leaf speaks.
"Butterfree, Ribombee use Protect!" Leaf calls just when the beam's about to hit the 2-mons Butterfree along with Ribombee appear and summon a protective barrier that manages to block the beam. As the 2-mons continue to block the beam they notice that the barrier's starting to crack as Colas speaks.
"That's it Tyranitar just a little bit more!" Colas says with Tyranitar nodding as it begins to increase the power of its beam and is about to destroy the barrier as Leaf speaks.
"Okay Scizor use Metal Claw!" Leaf calls Scizor appears under Tyranitar then jumps upward. Scizor's left pincer glows in steel energy and upper cuts Tyranitar forcing it to stop using Hyper Beam. Tyranitar then looks at Scizor and has its teeth ready as Colas speaks.
"Fire Fang Tyranitar!" "Dodge Scizor!" Both trainers call Tyranitar heats up its mouth and goes to bite Scizor but the steel bug manages to easily back away. Meanwhile up in the air Leaf's Beedrill is pointing its stingers forward as Leaf speaks.
"Okay Beedrill use Pin Missile!" Leaf calls Beedrill's stingers glow white as it begins firing multiple pin like missiles that hit Tyranitar creating multiple explosions and a dust cloud as Leaf speaks.
"Did that do anything?" Leaf questions as once the dust cloud clears Tyranitar appears and lets out a roar showcasing that it can still battle as Colas speaks.
"Heh you'll need a lot more than that to take down my Tyranitar." Colas says while having a confident look on his face. Leaf along with her Pokémon grit their teeth as Leaf looks back at the group and speaks.
"My Pokémon and I will take care of this guy and his Tyranitar!" Leaf says with the group nodding. Leaf then continues her battle with Colas as Biden looks at the group and speaks.
"Should you really be looking away? Steelix Flash Cannon!" Biden calls Steelix fires a big steel beam that heads for Ash's Tyrantrum as Ash speaks.
"Tyrantrum dodge then use Stone Edge!" Ash calls Tyrantrum moves to the right and avoids the steel beam. Tyrantrum then creates a large sharp stone and sends it towards Steelix as Biden speaks.
"That won't work on Steelix! Steelix destroy it with your tail!" Biden calls Steelix swings its tail and manages to easily destroy the sharp stone. Once it does Ash's Scyther along with Heracross are in front of the mon and have their fists/scythes ready as Ash smiles and speaks.
"That Stone Edge was a distraction. Okay Scyther use Rock Smash and Heracross use Focus Punch!" Ash calls before Biden can tell Steelix to dodge Scyther's left scythe glows red while Heracross's right fist glows blue the 2-mons then manage to upper cut Steelix causing some damage to the mon as Lonia speaks.
"Walrein get rid of them with Blizzard!" Lonia calls Walrein roars and fires a big Blizzard that heads for the 2-mons as Misty speaks.
"Arctovish, Dewgong counter with your Blizzard!" Misty calls Arctovish along with Dewgong roar as they summon their own Blizzard that clashes with Walrein's. The 2 moves go back and forth for a little while then manage to cancel each other out as Misty speaks.
"You're dealing with us!" Misty says with her Pokémon staring at Lonia and Walrein making the 2 of them annoyed as Misty then looks at Ash and Tracey and speaks.
"My Pokémon and I will deal with her! You 2 take care of that Steelix!" Misty says with Ash and Tracey nodding as Misty then looks at Lonia and the 2 of them continue to battle as Biden speaks.
"So, it's just you 2 facing me don't you think that's unfair?" Biden asks as Ash speaks.
"Like you or anyone in your gang care about what's "fair!"" Ash says with his Pokémon and Tracey agreeing making Biden smile as he speaks.
"You have a point there and now I'll crush you. Steelix use Flash Cannon!" Biden calls Steelix fires the big steel beam that heads for Ash and Tracey's Pokémon as both trainers speak.
"Send it back with Psychic!" Ash and Tracey call as Ash's Noctowl along with Tracey's Venonat fire the waves of psychic energy that manage to catch the blast and sends it right back at Steelix as Biden speaks.
"Destroy it with Crunch Steelix!" Biden calls Steelix covers its teeth in dark energy and bites down on the Flash Cannon easily destroying it. When that happens Ash's Tyrantrum appears in front of the mon and has his teeth covered in fire as Ash speaks.
"Now Tyrantrum use Fire Fang!" "Steelix dodge then use Flash Cannon to blow it away!" Both trainers' call. Tyrantrum goes to bite Steelix, but the iron snake manages to back away in time and fires the steel beam as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu use Thunder and Boldore use Flash Cannon!" Ash calls Pikachu along with Boldore quickly fire their moves that combine together and collides with the Flash Cannon causing both moves to explode. When the explosion clears Steelix sees Tracey's Marill along with Smeargle taking deep breaths as Tracey speaks.
"Now Hydro Pump!" "Dodge Steelix!" Both trainers call Marill along with Smeargle fire their big streams of water that combine into one. Steelix's about to dodge the attack as Ash and Tracey speak.
"Hold it in place with Psychic!" Both trainers' call. Ash's Noctowl along with Tracey's Venonat fire the waves of Psychic energy that hit Steelix and manage to hold it in place. Now that Steelix can't move the combined Hydro Pump hits it causing damage to the mon as Ash speaks.
"Okay Pikachu use Surf!" Ash calls Pikachu roars as he summons a large wave of water that crashes down on Steelix causing major damage. Once the Hydro Pump and Surf disappear Steelix groans in pain then sees Ash's Scyther and Heracross in front of it as Ash speaks.
"Okay Scyther use Rock Smash and Heracross Focus Punch!" "Knock them away with Iron Tail!" Both trainers' call. Scyther along with Heracross go to hit Steelix while the iron snake covers its tail in steel energy and goes to knock them away as Ash speaks.
"Now Dodge!" Ash calls with Scyther and Heracross nodding as they quickly fly upward dodging Steelix's attack making the mon miss. Steelix then sees Tyrantrum in front of it and has its teeth covered in fire as Ash speaks.
"Now Tyrantrum use Fire Fang!" Ash calls before Biden could tell Steelix to dodge Tyrantrum bites down hard on Steelix's body making the mon groan in pain. The fire in Tyrantrum's mouth then begins to spread all over Steelix's body making the iron snake cry out in pain as Ash speaks.
"Yeah! Keep going Tyrantrum!" Ash along with his Pokémon, Tracey and his Pokémon cheer. Back to the battle Tyrantrum begins to bite down on Steelix harder making the iron snake groan in pain as Steelix then has its mouth ready as Biden speaks.
"Now use Crunch!" "Dodge Tyrantrum!" Both trainers call Steelix covers its teeth in dark energy and goes to bite Tyrantrum, but the T-Rex manages to dodge as Biden speaks.
"Now use Iron Head!" Biden calls Steelix covers its head in steel energy shoots forward and hits Tyrantrum causing damage. Tyrantrum then sees Steelix charging up a beam as Biden speaks.
"Now Flash Cannon!" "Tyrantrum quick dodge!" Both trainers' call. Unfortunately, Tyrantrum's unable to dodge because the Iron Head caused it to flinch. Steelix then fires a big Flash Cannon that consumes Tyrantrum and sends it flying. Tyrantrum's sent crashing through multiple trees until he manages to stop as Ash speaks.
"Tyrantrum are you okay?!" Ash asks as the T-rex stands back up and nods showcasing that it can continue. But Tyrantrum does groan in pain as the Flash Cannon did do a lot of damage as Tracey speaks.
"This Steelix has a lot of power" Tracey says as Ash speaks.
"True but we have a lot of power of our own!" Ash says with Tracey and their Pokémon agreeing with him as Biden smirks and speaks.
"Okay then show me your "power"" Biden says as Ash speaks.
"Alright then here we come!" Ash says as his Pokémon along with Tracey's Pokémon charge forward and continue their battle with the shadow Steelix. We now come over to Misty's battle against Lonia we see 2 ice beams clash then cancel each other out as Misty speaks.
"Okay Dewgong use Aqua Jet!" Misty calls Dewgong covers its body in water and shoots forward heading for Walrein as Lonia speaks.
"Knock it away with Iron Tail!" Lonia calls Walrein covers its tail in steel energy and collides with Dewgong. Dewgong tries its best to knock away Walrein's tail, but the mon is too powerful, Walrein then manages to hit Dewgong and send it flying making the mon crash into a nearby tree as Misty speaks.
"Dewgong!" Misty calls in worry while Dewgong groans in pain. Misty then returns the mon back to its Pokeball and tells Dewgong thank you. Misty then looks forward and sees Lonia having a smile on her face as Misty begins to think.
"Just like the shadow Pokémon we've faced so far it's strong" Misty says to herself as Lonia speaks.
"Walrein use Rollout!" Lonia calls Walrein curls in a ball and begins rolling towards Misty's Pokémon as Misty speaks.
"Carracosta counter with your Rollout and Arctovish use Waterfall!" Misty calls Carracosta curls into a ball while Arctovish covers its body in water, the 2 mons then shoot forward and collide with Walrein. The 3 mons go back and forth trying to knock their opponent away. Just when Carracosta and Arctovish are about to knock Walrein away Lonia speaks.
"Now Walrein use Shadow Rush!" Lonia calls as Walrein roars it covers its body in shadow energy and manages to easily knock Carracosta and Arctovish a few feet away. The 2-mons aren't giving up yet as Misty speaks.
"Carracosta use Stone Edge and Arctovish use Hydro Pump!" Misty calls the 2-mons roar and fire their moves that go to hit Walrein as Lonia speaks.
"Walrein use Iron Tail!" Lonia calls Walrein covers its tail in water spins around and easily destroys the 2 moves. When that happens, Misty's Golisopod appears in front of it and has its claws ready as Misty speaks.
"Use Poison Jab then Liquidation!" Misty calls Golisopod covers its right claws in poison and jabs Walrein hard in the stomach causing damage. Golisopod then summons a long water sword in its left hand and slashes Walrein sending the mon sliding back a few feet away. Walrein groans in pain then looks at Golisopod as Lonia speaks.
"Walrein use Shadow Rush!" "Vaporeon use Quick Attack then Aqua Tail!" Both trainers call just when Walrein's about to use its move Vaporeon shoots forward hits Walrein covers its tail in water and slaps Walrein hard across the face as Lonia speaks.
"Walrein use Ice Fang!" "Dodge Vaporeon!" Both trainers' call. Walrein covers its teeth in ice and goes to bite Vaporeon, but the mon manages to back away in time and lands next to the rest of Misty's Pokémon. Walrein then looks forward and sees Misty's Togepi swaying its fingers that're glowing as Misty speaks.
"Okay Togepi Metronome!" Misty calls Togepi stops swaying his fingers as they glow. Once the glowing stops Togepi then shoots out a small Ember that hits Walrein and does no damage to the mon as Lonia speaks.
"Hah! That did nothing!" Lonia says while Misty's disappointed that an Ember came out instead, she then gets a serious look on her face and speaks.
"Okay let's keep going!" Misty says with her Pokémon agreeing with her as they continue to battle Walrein. We now cut over to Leaf's battle against Colas we see her Scizor punch Tyranitar in the face with Metal Claw Tyranitar then looks at Scizor and covers its right fist in fire as Colas speaks.
"Use Fire Punch!" "Scizor dodge and Beedrill use Twin Needle!" Both trainers' call. Tyranitar goes to punch Scizor, but the steel bug manages to dodge in time. Beedrill appears on Tyranitar's left side and hits it across the face with its needles causing damage to the mon. When Beedrill goes to fly in the air Tyranitar looks at Beedrill and opens its mouth as Colas speaks.
"Now use Hyper Beam!" Colas calls Tyranitar fires a giant beam that goes to hit Beedrill as Leaf speaks.
"Butterfree, Ribombee quick use Protect!" Leaf calls the 2 mons quickly appear in front of the blast summon a protective barrier and begin to block it. As they're blocking the Hyper Beam manages to easily destroy the barrier and goes to hit the 2-mons. Before it does Beedrill manages to knock Butterfree and Ribombee away as it takes the Hyper Beam head on creating an explosion as Leaf yells.
"Beedrill!" Leaf calls in worry as out of the smoke appears Beedrill it falls on the ground and is knocked out. Leaf returns Beedrill back to its Pokeball and tells the mon thank you as Colas speaks.
"I'm not done yet! Tyranitar use Fire Blast on Butterfree and Ribombee!" Colas calls just when Tyranitar's about to fire the move Leaf speaks.
"I don't think so! Hitmonlee use Low Kick then High Jump Kick!" Leaf calls Hitmonlee shoots forward and kicks Tyranitar's left leg with its right foot. Tyranitar's now starting to fall down but before it does Hitmonlee covers its left knee in red energy shoots upwards and knees Tyranitar's chin. Tyranitar groans in pain from the attack as Colas speaks.
"Now that Hitmonlee's close use Hyper Beam!" "Hitmonlee use Detect!" Both trainers call when Tyranitar fires the beam Hitmonlee's right eye glows as it manages to quickly move to the right and dodges the attack. Colas's annoyed that Hitmonlee managed to dodge but doesn't stay that way for long as Scizor along with Flamigo appear and are ready to attack Tyranitar as Leaf speaks.
"Okay Scizor use X Scissor and Flamigo use Close Combat/Liquidation!" "Tyranitar blow them away with Shadow Rush!" Both trainers call before Tyranitar can use Shadow Rush Scizor crosses its arms into an X shape and hits Tyranitar in the face causing it to stop. Flamigo then covers its feet in water and begins to continuously hit Tyranitar with its legs causing super effective damage. Each hit that Flamigo lands hurts more than the last, Flamigo then hits Tyranitar one more time and sends the mon sliding a few feet back as Colas speaks.
"Why you! Tyranitar use Shadow Rush!" "Dodge Flamigo!" Both trainers call Tyranitar roars it covers its body in shadow energy and goes to hit Flamigo. But Flamigo manages to quickly jump in the air and dodges the attack. When that happens Ribombee appears in front of Tyranitar as Leaf speaks.
"Now Ribombee use Pollen Puff!" Leaf calls Ribombee creates a big ball of Pollen and throws it at Tyranitar hitting the mon causing super effective damage and creating an explosion. When the explosion clears Tyranitar's groaning/panting it then looks at Ribombee as Colas speaks.
"Use Fire Blast Tyranitar!" "Butterfree quick use Sleep Powder!" Both trainers call Tyranitar's about to fire the move, but Butterfree fires a sleep powder that connects with Tyranitar. Tyranitar tries to fight through it but can't as it then closes its eyes and goes asleep surprising Colas as he yells.
"Tyranitar what're you doing?! Wake up right now!" Colas yells but Tyranitar's in a deep sleep making Colas angry as Leaf speaks.
"Okay it's time we finish this! Hitmonlee, Flamigo use Close Combat and Scizor use Flash Cannon!" Leaf calls Hitmonlee and Flamigo shoot forward they reach Tyranitar and begin to repeatedly kick the mon while Scizor's charging the Flash Cannon. When Scizor's done charging it tells Hitmonlee and Flamigo to move out of the way with the 2-mons nodding as they do Leaf then speaks.
"Fire Scizor!" "Tyranitar dodge!" Both trainers call Tyranitar can't dodge as it's still asleep and Scizor fires the Flash Cannon. The move consumes Tyranitar causing super effective damage and sends the mon flying as it crashes into a few trees. Tyranitar crashes into one more tree then lands on its back as Colas speaks.
"Tyranitar!" Colas calls he looks at Tyranitar and sees that the mon is knocked out. Colas has a surprised look on his face while Leaf smiles and speaks.
"We Won!" Leaf cheers along with her Pokémon while Colas is shocked as he speaks.
"How did I lose?" Colas says to himself as he then returns Tyranitar back to its Pokeball. We now go over to Lonia; she sees that Colas lost and is a little surprised as Misty speaks.
"You're going down too!" Misty says as Lonia speaks.
"Heh, I doubt it now Walrein use Hydro Pump!" "Vaporeon, Arctovish counter with your Hydro Pump!" Both trainers call Walrein fires a big stream of water while Vaporeon and Arctovish fire their own and clash with Walrein's. The Hydro Pumps go back and forth with Walrein starting to slowly beat Vaporeon's and Arctovish's as Misty speaks.
"Now Carracosta use Stone Edge!" Misty calls Carracosta summons a large sharp stone and throws it towards Walrein as Lonia speaks.
"Destroy it with Aqua Tail Walrein!" Lonia calls Walrein covers its tail in water spins around and easily destroys the move. Once the Stone Edge is gone Walrein looks in the air and sees Golisopod falling towards it while holding a water blade with both hands as Misty speaks.
"Golisopod use Liquidation!" "Walrein freeze it with Blizzard!" Both trainers call as Golisopod's getting closer Walrein's about to fire the move as Misty speaks.
"Psyduck hold Walrein in place with Psychic!" Misty calls as Psyduck quickly fires the waves of psychic energy and connects with Walrein to keep it still. Now that Walrein can't move Golisopod slams its water blade down hard on Walrein's head causing damage to the mon as Lonia speaks.
"Walrein use Ice Fang!" "Dodge Golisopod!" Both trainers call Walrein covers its teeth in ice and goes to bite Golisopod but the bug samurai manages to dodge. Once Golisopod dodges Walrein sees Vaporeon and Arctovish taking in deep breaths as Misty speaks.
"Now Hydro Pump!" Misty calls Vaporeon and Arctovish roar as they fire 2 big Hydro Pumps that combine into one and hit Walrein causing some damage to the mon and pushing it back as Lonia speaks.
"Destroy it Walrein!" Lonia calls Walrein roars as it bites down on the move and easily destroys it. When that happens Togepi uses Calm Mind and raises his special attack power sharply. Togepi then begins to swing his fingers back and forth as Misty speaks.
"Okay Togepi use Metronome!" Misty calls Togepi stops swaying his fingers as they glow Togepi then roars to the sky as a giant electric bolt heads for Walrein making Misty smile as she speaks.
"Nice it's a Thunder!" Misty says happily as Lonia speaks.
"Walrein use Protect!" Lonia calls when the Thunder goes to hit Walrein the mon quickly summons a protective barrier that successfully blocks the attack as Lonia speaks.
"Hah! Looks like your plan failed!" Lonia says as Misty smiles and speaks.
"No, I don't think so Carracosta use Stone Edge and Golisopod use Pin Missile!" Misty calls the 2-mons roar as they fire their moves that connect with the barrier. Once they do they begin to easily crack the barrier which surprises Lonia and Walrein as Misty speaks.
"That's it keep going!" Misty calls Carracosta and Golisopod roar as they increase the power of their moves and manage to destroy the barrier. Lonia along with Walrein have surprised looks on their faces, Lonia then breaks out of her shock and sees the Thunder heading for Walrein as she speaks.
"Walrein dodge!" Lonia calls but Walrein's unable to dodge in time as the Thunder connects and begins to shock the mon. Inside the Thunder Walrein cries out in pain until there's an explosion, when the explosion clears Walrein's laying on the ground knocked out as Lonia speaks.
"No way…." Lonia says in surprise as Misty smiles and speaks.
"We Did It!" Misty cheers along with her Pokémon as Lonia then returns Walrein back to its Pokeball. We now cut over to the battle between Ash and Tracey vs Biden. Biden looks at Colas and Lonia and sees that they lost then speaks.
"Disappointing" Biden says as Ash speaks.
"You're the only one left and we're taking you down!" Ash says with his Pokémon and Tracey agreeing with him as Biden looks at him and speaks.
"Let's see you try. Steelix use Stone Edge!" Biden calls Steelix roars as it summons multiple sharp stones from the ground that go to hit Ash and Traacey's Pokémon as Ash speaks.
"Tyrantrum counter with your Stone Edge!" "Marill, Smeargle use Hydro Pump!" Ash and Tracey call. Tyrantrum roars as it also summons multiple large sharp stones from the ground that connect with Steelix's creating an explosion. After that Tracey's Marill along with Smeargle fire a combined Hydro Pump at Steelix as Biden speaks.
"Dodge Steelix then use Flash Cannon!" Biden calls Steelix moves to the right and easily dodges the move. Steelix covers its mouth in steel energy and is about to fire the steel beam as Ash and Tracey speak.
"Use Psychic!" Both trainers' call. Noctowl along with Venonat quickly fire the waves of psychic energy and manage to connect with Steelix and hold it in place. While Steelix's being held in place it sees Scyther and Heracross flying towards it as Ash speaks.
"Scyther use Rock Smash and Heracross use Focus Punch!" "Steelix use Crunch then Iron Tail!" Both trainers call when Scyther and Heracross go to hit Steelix, the iron snake covers its mouth in dark energy and bites the psychic easily destroying it. Steelix quickly covers its tail in steel energy and goes to slam it on Scyther and Heracross as Ash speaks.
"Quick block!" Ash calls the 2-mons quickly bring up their arms as Steelix slams its tail on them making both mons crash back on the ground creating a dust cloud. When the dust clears Scyther and Heracross are laying on the ground groaning in pain as Biden speaks.
"Now Steelix use Shadow Rush!" Biden calls Steelix roars it covers its body in shadow energy and begins charging at the 2 mons as Ash speaks.
"Quick dodge!" Ash calls Heracross's about to dodge but notices that Scyther's still trying to stand back up. Heracross doesn't want Scyther to get hurt, so he looks back at Steelix and readies himself. Steelix then connects with Heracross and begins trying to push the beetle away, but Heracross is standing strong as Ash speaks.
"Great job Heracross!" Ash along with his other Pokémon, Tracey and his Pokémon cheer. Heracross smiles and continues to keep Steelix back and begins to slowly push the mon which surprises Biden as he speaks.
"Steelix what are you doing?! Knock that Heracross away!" Biden calls with Steelix nodding as it increases its power and begins to slowly push Heracross back too, but the beetle continues to fight. The 2-mons continue going back and forth until Ash's Scyther stands back up as Ash speaks.
"You ready to continue Scyther?" Ash asks with the mantis nodding making Ash smile as he speaks.
"Okay fly in the air with Noctowl!" Ash says with Scyther nodding as he quickly flies in the air and is now next to Noctowl. Back on the ground Steelix and Heracross continue trying to push each other as Ash speaks.
"Okay Heracross move out of the way and Boldore use Flash Cannon!" "Smeargle use Sketch on Flash Cannon and use it too!" Ash and Tracey call. Boldore fires the steel beam while Smeargle quickly sketches the move and fires it as well causing the 2 moves to combine. Heracross sees the combined Flash Cannon getting closer and once it gets close enough Heracross quickly jumps in the air avoiding the move and lets it hit Steelix instead creating an explosion. Steelix groans a little in pain and feels its special defense decrease as Ash speaks.
"Now Scyther, Noctowl use Air Slash!" Ash calls before Biden can call for a command Scyther along with Noctowl begin firing multiple slashes of wind at Steelix and hit the mon causing damage to it as Biden speaks.
"Steelix use Stone Edge on them!" "Marill use Hydro Pump to blow those Stone Edges away" Both trainers call Steelix roars as it creates multiple sharp stones and sends them at Scyther and Noctowl. Before the sharp stones could hit them Tracey's Marill fires a big stream of water from her mouth that manages to easily destroy the sharp stones. Ash looks at Tracey and tells him thank you with Tracey nodding as Ash speaks.
"Okay Scyther, Noctowl that's enough and Tyrantrum use Fire Fang!" Ash calls Scyther and Noctowl nod as they stop using Air Slash. Tyrantrum then heats up his mouth with fire and begins running towards Steelix as Biden speaks.
"If you think I'm going to have Steelix just stand there then you're mistaken! Steelix dodge then use Iron Tail!" Biden calls when Steelix goes to dodge it can't as it's flinching. Biden has a surprised look on his face as he then remembers that sometimes Air Slash can cause a Pokémon to flinch, Biden looks over at Ash who has a smirk on his face then speaks.
"Do it Tyrantrum!" Ash calls Tyrantrum roars as he bites down hard on Steelix. The fire from Tyrantrum's mouth begins to cover Steelix's entire body making the iron snake roar in pain from the super effective attack as Biden speaks.
"Steelix knock it away with Iron Tail!" Tyrantrum quick dodge!" Both trainers call Steelix covers its tail in steel energy and goes to hit Tyrantrum, but the T-Rex manages to quickly back away in time. Once Tyrantrum's gone Steelix then bursts into flames making it roar in pain as Biden speaks.
"It's burned?!" Biden says while having a surprised look on his face as Ash speaks.
"Yep, and now's time to finish this Pikachu use Surf!" Ash calls Pikachu gains a blue outline then roars as he summons a large wave of water that goes to hit Steelix as Biden speaks.
"Steelix quick dodge!" "Venonat quick use Psychic!" Both trainers call when Steelix goes to dodge Tracey's Venonat quickly fires the waves of psychic energy that stop Steelix in its tracks. Now that Steelix can't move the mon looks forward and sees the Surf getting closer as Biden speaks.
"Steelix use Crunch to break free!" Biden says as Ash speaks.
"It's too late! Go! Pikachu!" Ash says as Pikachu let's out a "Pika!" and the Surf comes crashing down on Steelix. Inside the Surf Steelix roars in pain as a few seconds later the Surf disappears and Steelix is laying on the ground seemingly knocked out as Ash speaks.
"We Did It!" Ash along with his Pokémon, Tracey and his Pokémon cheer. Misty along with Leaf and their Pokémon cheer as well, the old Scyther looks at the group and is impressed by their skill/teamwork in taking down Team Snagem's Pokémon. While the group continues to celebrate the old Scyther looks at Steelix and sees it slowly moving its body. The old Scyther gets a concerned look on its face then yells.
"SCYTHER!" The old Scyther yells telling the group to move but was too late as Biden speaks.
"Stone Edge!" Biden calls Steelix roars as it fires multiple sharp stones everywhere which hit Ash and Tracey's Pokémon causing damage to them and creating a dust cloud. When the dust clears Ash and Tracey look forward as they see that their Pokémon have suffered damage. Ash sees that his Noctowl is knocked out and returns him back to his Pokéball telling the mon thank you. Tracey sees that Smeargle and Marill are knocked out too. He also notices that Venonat didn't take any damage and believes that Smeargle and Marill protected him. Tracey then returns Smeargle and Marill back to their Pokeball's and tells them thank you as Biden speaks.
"Hehehehe you made a mistake letting your guard down against me" Biden says while chuckling making Ash, Tracey and their Pokémon mad as their Pokémon stand back up and are ready to continue as Biden speaks.
"Now it's time for you to perish Steelix use Flash Cannon!" Biden calls Steelix roars and fires the big steel beam as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu use Thunderbolt and Boldore use Flash Cannon!" Ash calls Pikachu along with Boldore fire their moves that collide with the Flash Cannon creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Steelix it's in front of Pikachu and Boldore and has its teeth ready as Biden speaks.
"Now use Crunch!" "Pikachu, Boldore use Protect!" Ash calls when Steelix goes to bite the 2-mons Pikachu and Boldore quickly summon a protective barrier and block the attack. Steelix isn't blown back and continues to bite down on the barrier causing it to crack as Ash speaks.
"Heracross use Megahorn!" Ash calls Heracross flies forward his horn glows in green bug energy and hits Steelix's left cheek hard causing the mon to stop biting the Protect and slide back a few feet away as Biden speaks.
"Steelix knock it away with Iron Tail!" "Heracross block!" Both trainers call Steelix covers its tail in steel energy and goes to hit Heracross. Heracross quickly brings up his arms and blocks the attack as he's then sent flying crashing through multiple trees. Heracross then hits one more tree and lays on the ground panting heavily as Biden speaks.
"Now Steelix use Flash Cannon on Heracross!" "Scyther use Rock Smash!" Both trainers call Steelix's about to fire the Flash Cannon, but Ash's Scyther comes out of nowhere and uppercuts the mon with its left scythe. Steelix groans in pain then looks at Scyther as Ash speaks.
"Now use Air Slash!" "Iron Tail Steelix!" Both trainers call Scyther's about to use Air Slash, but Steelix was faster as it quickly covers its tail in steel energy and hits Scyther making the mantis go flying as it crashes next to the old Scyther. Ash asks Scyther if he's okay with the mon nodding as he stands back up Ash then looks forward and speaks.
"Tyrantrum use Head Smash!" Ash calls Tyrantrum roars he covers his body in blue energy and begins running towards Steelix as Biden speaks.
"Counter with Iron Head!" Biden calls Steelix roars it covers its head in steel energy shoots forward and collides its head with Tyrantrum's. Once the 2-mons clash, they create a big shockwave and begin pushing each other back and forth. As they're doing that Steelix suffers some burn damage as Ash speaks.
"Okay Tyrantrum now knock it away!" Ash calls Tyrantrum roars as he puts more power into his Head Smash and manages to knock Steelix away. But Steelix isn't done yet as it has its tail ready Biden speaks.
"Now use Iron Tail!" Biden calls Steelix covers its tail in steel energy spins around and slaps Tyrantrum hard across the face with its tail causing super effective damage and lowering Tyrantrum's physical defense as Biden speaks.
"Now use Shadow Rush!" "Dodge Tyrantrum!" Both trainers call before Tyrantrum can dodge Steelix covers its body in shadow energy shoots forward and rams its head into Tyrantrum sending the T-Rex flying. Tyrantrum crashes through multiple trees until he eventually stops and lays on the ground groaning in pain as Biden speaks.
"Now it's time to defeat the rest of your Pokémon Steelix use Earthquake!" Biden calls Steelix roars and slams its tail hard on the ground causing it to shake as Ash and Tracey speak.
"Pikachu quick jump in the air and Scyther pick up Boldore!" "Venonat use Protect!" Both trainers call when the Earthquakes about to connect Pikachu quickly jumps in the air, Scyther flies forward picks up Boldore and flies in the air while Tracey's Venonat summons a protective barrier. Ash and Tracey's Pokémon have successfully dodged the Earthquake causing the two boys to let out a relief sigh as Biden speaks.
"Now use Crunch!" Biden calls Steelix appears in front of Pikachu and is about to bite the mouse as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu use Double Team to dodge and Scyther throw Boldore towards Steelix!" Ash calls when Steelix goes to bite Pikachu the yellow mouse quickly summons multiple clones of itself and dodges the attack causing Steelix to bite nothing. Scyther then throws Boldore towards Steelix as Ash speaks.
"Boldore use Body Press!" Ash calls Boldore continues flying towards Steelix then rams his body hard into Steelix's face causing super effective damage and making the steel snake groan in pain as Biden speaks.
"Iron Tail Steelix!" Biden calls Steelix covers its tail in steel energy and hits Boldore sending the ore Pokémon flying as it crashes into a tree a few feet away as Ash speaks.
"Boldore!" Ash calls in worry. Steelix then goes after Pikachu as Biden speaks.
"Now use Iron Tail on Pikachu!" "Pikachu counter with your Iron Tail!" Both trainers call Steelix covers its tail in steel energy with Pikachu doing the same. The 2-mons then collide and begin pushing each other back and forth. Steelix suffers from burn damage making it much easier for Pikachu to push Steelix's tail, but Pikachu then sees Steelix open its mouth as Biden speaks.
"Now Flash Cannon!" "Pikachu look out!" Both trainers call before Pikachu can dodge Steelix fires a point-blank Flash Cannon that consumes Pikachu sending the yellow mouse crashing back on the battlefield as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu!" Ash calls in worry when the dust clears Pikachu's laying on the ground groaning in pain then sees Steelix looking at it as Biden speaks.
"Now use Crunch!" "Scyther quick use Rock Smash!" "Steelix knock it away with Stone Edge!" Both trainers call when Steelix goes to use Crunch on Pikachu its sees Scyther flying towards it and going to hit it. Steelix then quickly summons a large sharp stone and throws it at Scyther. Scyther manages to easily cut the large stone in half and once he does, he sees Steelix's tail in front of it as Biden speaks.
"Now Iron Tail!" "Block Scyther!" Both trainers call Steelix covers its tail in steel energy while Scyther quickly brings up his arms and blocks the attack. Scyther's then sent crashing next to the old Scyther again and lands on his back as Ash speaks.
"Are you okay Scyther?!" Ash asks as Scyther groans in pain Biden speaks.
"Should you really be worrying about your Scyther?!" Biden says forcing Ash to look forward as he sees Steelix standing over Pikachu and having its mouth ready as Biden speaks.
"Now Flash Cannon!" "Pikachu look out!" "Venonat quick use Protect!" The 3 trainers call Steelix fires a big Flash Cannon that goes to hit Pikachu, but Venonat appears in front of the yellow mouse and summons a protective barrier that blocks the attack as Tracey speaks.
"Great job Venonat!" Tracey says happily with Venonat nodding as Biden speaks.
"Steelix increase the power of your Flash Cannon!" Biden calls Steelix roars as it increases the strength of the move and begins to crack the Protect barrier. Venonat's having a hard time keeping the barrier stable as Tracey speaks.
"Venonat don't give up I believe in you!" Tracy yells with Venonat nodding. Even though Venonat's having a hard time keeping the barrier up just like with what Smeargle and Marill did for him Venonat will protect Pikachu. Venonat then gets a determined look on his face and yells.
"VENO!" Venonat yells and begins to glow in a bright light that surprises everyone as Ash speaks.
"Venonat's evolving!" Ash says while Tracey looks forward. Everyone continues to look at Venonat his body begins to change resembling a moth and grows wings. Once the evolution stops what was once a Venonat is now a Venomoth, Venomoth looks at the cracks in the barrier and manages to reform it as the Flash Cannon ends. Venomoth then gets rid of the barrier and asks Pikachu if he's alright with Pikachu saying he is as Ash speaks.
"In order to protect Pikachu Venonat evolved into a Venomoth isn't that cool Tracey?!" Ash says while looking at Tracey who has a surprised look on his face. Tracey continues to look at Venomoth as he smiles and speaks.
"Yeah, it is" Tracey says with Ash nodding as Biden speaks.
"Just because your Venonat evolved means nothing! Steelix use Iron Tail!" Biden calls Steelix roars and goes to swing its tail on Venomoth and Pikachu. Before Ash and Tracey can say anything Ash's Scyther along with the old Scyther shoot forward. Ash's Scyther scythes glow red and swings them easily knocking the Iron Tail away. Meanwhile the old Scyther uses Aerial Ace on Steelix's chest and sends the iron snake sliding back a few feet away. Biden's surprised then sees the 2 Scyther's standing next to each other as he speaks.
"So, you intend on getting in my way too" Biden says while looking at the old Scyther who glares at him. Meanwhile back to Ash and Tracey they're surprised that the 2 Scyther's shoot forward as Ash speaks.
"Looks like my Scyther and your Scyther want to work together" Ash says as Tracey looks at the old Scyther and speaks.
"Is that true Scyther? Are you fine with taking orders from me?" Tracey asks while looking at the old mantis who looks at him and nods making Tracey happy as he smiles and speaks.
"Okay Scyther let's work together!" Tracey says with the old mantis nodding as it then looks forward as Biden speaks.
"It doesn't matter how many Pokémon you have you won't defeat my Steelix! Now use Stone Edge!" Biden calls Steelix roars it creates multiple sharp stones and sends them at the 2 Scyther's as Tracey speaks.
"Venomoth use Psychic to send those back!" Tracey calls Venomoth's eyes glow he fires the waves of psychic energy grabs the sharp stones and begins sending them back towards Steelix as Biden speaks.
"Knock those away Steelix!" Biden calls Steelix swings its tail and manages to easily knock the sharp stones away as Ash and Tracey speak.
"Fly forward Scyther and use Swords Dance!" The 2 boys say Ash's Scyther looks at the old Scyther and tells it to keep up while the old Scyther smirks. After that the 2 mantises begin flying forward and sharply increase their attack power as Biden speaks.
"So, you're coming toward me well that makes things easier! Steelix use Flash Cannon!" Biden calls when Steelix's about to use the move Ash speaks.
"Pikachu use Extreme Speed then Iron Tail!" Ash calls Pikachu shoots forward at blinding speed, covers his tail in steel energy and slams it hard into Steelix's face causing the mon to stop. Steelix can feel its physical defense decrease as Biden speaks.
"Steelix use Crunch!" Pikachu Double Team!" Both trainers call Steelix covers its teeth in dark energy and goes to bite Pikachu, but the yellow mouse quickly creates multiple clones and dodges the attack. When that happens Steelix sees the 2 Scyther's in front of it as Ash and Tracey speak.
"Use Rock Smash!" Both boys call as the 2 Scyther's roar and hit Steelix causing super effective damage as Biden speaks.
"Stone Edge Steelix!" "Dodge!" The 3 trainers call Steelix suffers from burn damage then roars as it fires multiple sharp stones at the 2 Scyther's. The 2 mantises easily dodge all of the sharp stones as Biden speaks.
"Now use Shadow Rush!" Biden calls Steelix roars as it covers its body in shadow energy and goes to hit the 2 Scyther's as Tracey speaks.
"Venomoth use Psychic to stop it!" Tracey calls Venomoth quickly fires the waves of psychic energy that connect to Steelix and stop it in place as Biden speaks.
"Steelix break out of there with Crunch this is an order!" Biden yells with Steelix nodding as it goes to use Crunch it becomes covered in flames again causing the mon to stop and making Biden grit his teeth as Ash and Tracey speak.
"Now use Rock Smash!" Both trainers call the 2 Scyther's fly forward with their scythes glowing red. As they're getting closer Steelix manages to use Crunch and break out of the Psychic hold as Biden speaks.
"Now knock those 2 Scyther's away with Iron Tail!" Biden calls Steelix covers its tail in steel energy and goes to hit the 2 mons. As the tail's getting closer Ash's Scyther is about to dodge but then looks to his left and sees the old Scyther panting. Not wanting the old Scyther to get hurt Ash's Scyther kicks the old Scyther away which shocks the mon as it looks at Ash's Scyther who has a smile on his face then speaks.
"Scyther!" Ash's Scyther tells the old Scyther to win as he then gets hit by Steelix's tail and is sent crashing back on the ground. The old Scyther's surprised that Ash's Scyther did that but then loses its shocked looked as it looks at Steelix and begins flying towards it as Biden speaks.
"That's as far as you go Steelix use Stone Edge!" Biden calls Steelix's about to use the move as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu Extreme Speed then Iron Tail!" Ash calls suddenly Pikachu appears on Steelix's left side and slams his tail hard into Steelix's face causing more damage to the Iron snake and lowering its defense. When Steelix goes to hit Pikachu, Tracey speaks.
"Now Venomoth use Air Slash then Psychic!" Tracey calls Venomoth fires multiple slashes of wind at Steelix that hit the mon causing damage. Venomoth's eyes then glow as he fires the psychic waves that connect with Steelix and hold it in place as Biden speaks.
"This won't work Steelix use Crunch!" Biden calls but Steelix doesn't use the move as it's flinching because of the Air Slash. Biden has a surprised look on his face then sees the old Scyther flying towards Steelix and has it's scythes ready as Tracey speaks.
"LET'S END THIS SCYTHER USE ROCK SMASHHHHH!" STEELIX DODGE!" Tracey and Biden yell. Steelix tries to dodge but can't as it's not only flinching, but Venomoth's Psychic is still holding it in place. The old Scyther then reaches Steelix and looks at it. Its right scythe glows a bright crimson then yells.
"SCYTHERRRR!" The old Scyther yells as it slashes Steelix's neck and appears right behind the mon panting heavily. Steelix groans in pain then falls forward laying on its stomach as Biden speaks.
"Steelix!" Biden calls as he along with everyone else can see that Steelix is knocked out. Biden has a surprised look on his face as Tracey speaks.
"Did we win?" Tracey asks as he looks at Ash who smiles making Tracey smile too as he speaks.
"WE WON!" Tracey lets out a big cheer with his Venomoth and the old Scyther cheering too. Ash, Misty, Leaf and their Pokémon cheer as well. Meanwhile Colas along with Lonia are shocked that Biden lost they look at the man who has a surprised look on his face too as he speaks.
"I lost? No that can't be!" Biden says to himself while having an angry look on his face he then returns Steelix to its Pokeball looks at Colas and Lonia then speaks.
"What're you idiots doing?! Hurry up and grab the Pokémon we captured!" Biden yells which breaks Colas and Lonia out of their shock. When they're about to go grab the captured bug types Misty speaks.
"You mean these Pokémon?" Misty asks as the 3 adults see her along with Leaf and their Pokémon standing next to the now free bug type Pokémon. The 3 adults have surprised looks on their faces as Lonia speaks.
"But when?" Lonia says as Leaf speaks.
"When you were watching Ash and Tracey battle your friend we went around and managed to free all of the bug types that you captured." Leaf responds making the 3 adults mad Colas then hears something and speaks.
"What's that noise?" Colas says making Biden and Lonia confused as out of the trees appears an Officer Jenny riding on a Motorcycle (Nurse Joy is sitting behind her) and a few Policemen in cars. Once they make it Nurse Joy looks at the group and speaks.
"Are you kids, okay?!" Nurse Joy asks with the group nodding making Joy happy as Jenny looks at Team Snagem and speaks.
"Team Snagem you're hereby under arrest for hurting and stealing Pokémon!" Jenny says making the 3 adults mad as Lonia looks at Biden and speaks.
"What should we do Biden sir?" Lonia asks as Colas speaks.
"I say we stay and fight!" Colas says while punching his fists together. Biden thinks for a little bit as much as he wants to teach the group a lesson and steal back those bug types, he knows that the 3 of them can't do it as they're outnumbered. Biden then lets out a sigh and speaks.
"We're leaving" Biden says with Lonia nodding Colas was about to disagree but the look on Biden's face told him not to say anything as he then nods as well. Biden then looks at the group and speaks.
"You kids won today but don't get too confident because soon your luck will run out" Biden says as he along with Lonia and Colas pull out smoke bombs and throw them on the ground creating a smokescreen that covers the entire area and causing everyone to cough. Once the smoke disappears everyone can see that the 3 adults are gone as Jenny speaks.
"They shouldn't have gotten far fan out and find them!" Jenny says with the other police officers nodding as they begin to go search for Team Snagem Ash then speaks.
"We can help search too!" Ash says with his friends agreeing with him as Jenny speaks.
"I appreciate that, but you kids should get your Pokémon healed and don't worry we'll find them" Jenny says with the group nodding. Nurse Joy then gets off Jenny's motorcycle as the woman then begins to drive forward and begins searching for Team Snagem as well. Once Jenny's gone Nurse Joy looks at the group along with the injured bug types and speaks.
"Now let's get you all patched up" Nurse Joy says as suddenly a few Chansey's appear too and are caring bandage supplies and potions. The group smile and speak.
"Thank you!" The group say making Joy and the Chansey's smile as they then begin to heal the groups Pokémon along with the bug types. 1 hour passes during this time Nurse Joy along with the Chansey's managed to bandage up and heal the groups Pokémon along with the wild bug types. Once they were done the wild bug types tell the group along with their Pokémon thank you then go back to their homes. The group wave them goodbye until they can't see them anymore. Once the bug types are gone Leaf speaks.
"Looks like they're all gone" Leaf says as Misty speaks.
"I'm glad that we were able to save them" Misty says with the group nodding as Ash speaks.
"Not only that but Tracey your Venonat evolved and thanks for helping my Pokémon take down Steelix" Ash says with his Pokémon nodding making Tracey smile as he speaks.
"You're welcome and yeah, I'm happy that my Venonat evolved as I knew it was going to happen soon. And I should say thank you to him too" Tracey says while looking at the old Scyther who's staring into the distance. Tracey walks over to the mon and once he gets close enough Scyther looks at Tracey as the boy begins to speak.
"Hey Scyther, I just wanted to say thank you for helping us defeat Team Snagem and I'm sorry for forcibly capturing you earlier. You were very injured, and you weren't coming with us willingly." Tracey says with Scyther nodding as it tells Tracey sorry too, Tracey then pulls out Scyther's Pokeball and speaks.
"Anyway, Scyther I believe it's time I release you back to the wild" Tracey says surprising the group as Ash speaks.
"You're releasing it?" Ash asks as Tracey speaks.
"Yes, like I said earlier even though it was to help it I forcibly captured Scyther against his will and while I would want to keep him it would be best for Scyther to stay here on the island with its friends and family." Tracey responds with the group nodding as Tracey looks at the old Scyther and speaks.
"Again, thank you Scyther and I hope you continue to have a peaceful life here" Tracey says Scyther looks at Tracey and while it's true that he forcibly caught him Scyther did enjoy being with Tracey and battling alongside the groups Pokémon. Just when Tracey's about to press the release button on Scyther's Pokeball the mon speaks.
"Scyther!" The mon says telling Tracey to stop as Tracey speaks.
"What is it Scyther?" Tracey asks as Scyther begins to tell Tracey that it doesn't want to stay on the island anymore and wants to be with Tracey. Once Scyther's done Tracey has a confused look on his face as Misty speaks.
"I think Scyther's telling you that it wants you to capture it" Misty says as Tracey speaks.
"Really?" Tracey asks as Leaf speaks.
"Well, you're a Pokémon Watcher so you should be able to tell when a Pokémon wants to join you" Leaf says with Tracey nodding. Tracey looks at Scyther then speaks.
"Are what my friends saying true Scyther you want to stay with me?" Tracey asks as Scyther smiles and nods making Tracey happy as he speaks.
"Thank you Scyther! We're going to have lots of adventures together now return" Tracey says with Scyther nodding as it goes back in its Pokeball. Once Scyther's back inside Tracey smiles as he speaks.
"I just caught a Scyther!" Tracey cheers and does a pose with Smeargle, Marill, and Venomoth cheering too. The group then walk over to Tracey and congratulate him making Tracey happy too as Ash speaks.
"I'm happy that you caught Scyther Tracey but if I've one complaint your catching pose needs some work" Ash says making Tracey confused as he speaks.
"What do you mean?" Tracey asks as Ash speaks.
"Here I'll show you" Ash says as he does his pose and tells Tracey to copy him with Tracey doing so. The two boys continue practicing with Misty, Leaf, along with their Pokémon looking at them. As Ash and Tracey continue to pose Ash's Scyther sees something shine in the spot he fell into earlier. Scyther goes over to the hole and begins to dig. Once Scyther's done digging it looks at the object then goes to touch it but stops itself as it feels like it'll change if it does. Scyther then looks back at Ash and speaks.
"Scyther!" Scyther says catching the group's attention as they run over to the mon. Once they make it to where Scyther is Ash looks at the mon and speaks.
"What is it Scyther?" Ash asks as Scyther points in the hole. The group looks inside the hole and see a small glossy black stone with a sharp edge. The 4 kids have confused looks on their faces as Misty speaks.
"What is that?" Misty asks as Leaf speaks.
"It sort of looks like a stone do you know Tracey?" Leaf asks as Tracey speaks.
"I've never seen that kind of stone before" Tracey responds with Leaf nodding as Ash speaks.
"Maybe Prof. Oak knows let's take it and show it to him" Ash says with the group nodding as Ash then picks up the stone. They then return their Pokémon other than Pikachu and Togepi to their Pokeballs and begin heading back to the Pokémon Center. Once they're back they're now at a video phone and dial the number. The phone rings 3 times until it stops, and someone answers the phone. On the screen appears Daisy, she looks at the group smiles and speaks.
"Oh, hello everyone!" Daisy says happily with the group saying hi too as Daisy speaks.
"So, what can I help with you guys today?" Daisy asks as Ash speaks.
"We were wondering if either you or Prof. Oak knew what this was" Ash says as he pulls out the black stone from earlier. Daisy looks at the stone and has a curious look on her face as Leaf speaks.
"Anything coming to mind Ms. Daisy?" Leaf asks as Daisy speaks.
"Hmmm honestly I'm not sure what kind of stone that is hold on let me go get Grandpa" Daisy says with the group nodding. A few seconds later Daisy appears with Oak he says hi to the group with them saying hi back as Oak speaks.
"Daisy told me that you found a mysterious stone?" Oak asks with the group nodding as Ash shows him the stone. Oak looks at the stone and has a curious look on his face too then speaks.
"I don't know what that is either" Oak says with the group nodding as Daisy speaks.
"Where did you guys find it?" Daisy asks as Ash speaks.
"Well in a hole that my Scyther fell into earlier he found this stone and was very interested in it" Ash responds with the 2 Oaks nodding as Prof. Oak then remembers something and speaks.
"Wait you said that your Scyther was very interested in it yes? I believe I read about that in the Hisuian book Daisy will you go grab it for me?" Oak asks with Daisy nodding as she goes to grab the book. 10 minutes later Daisy appears she had a hard time looking for the book and asked Ash's Hisuian Arcanine to help her find it. She hands the book to her grandpa who begins to turn the pages of the book, once Prof. Oak finds the page he stops and speaks.
"I knew I saw that stone before it's called a "Black Augurite"" Oak says while showing a picture of the stone to the group as they speak.
"A Black Augurite?" The group say with Oak nodding as Ash speaks.
"Does it say what it's for and why Scyther's interested?" Ash asks as Oak speaks.
"Let's see in the book it says that in the ancient Hisui region it is said that when a Scyther touches the Black Augurite they'll gain a new power." Oak says as Misty speaks.
"So, does that mean that it'll make Ash's Scyther either evolve or learn a new move?" Misty asks as Oak speaks.
"I'm not sure as it seems like the next page after is gone" Oak says with the group nodding as Tracey speaks.
"Looks like that's all we can go by" Tracey says as Leaf speaks.
"I've to say I'm kind of happy that we don't know as it'll make the moment that we do learn about it all the better" Leaf says with the group nodding as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, I agree so Prof. Oak and Ms. Daisy do you want me to send it to you so you can study it?" Ash asks as Oak speaks.
"As much as I would like to study it the Meltan are still keeping us busy as 30 more appeared today out of that Mystery box" Oak says as Daisy speaks.
"Not only that but we still have to take care of yours along with Leaf's Pokémon and we haven't even begun to work on the GS Ball yet." Daisy says with the group nodding as Ash speaks.
"I see well in that case I'll just keep it with me for the time being and give it to you when I come back to Pallet Town" Ash says with the 2 Oaks nodding as Oak speaks.
"Sounds good Ash and is there anything else you want us to do for you?" Oak asks as Ash thinks for a little bit then speaks.
"Oh, there's one more thing can I switch out my Pokémon? I want to give the ones I've with me a break as they worked hard today" Ash responds with the 2 Oaks nodding as Daisy speaks.
"That's fine with us Ash so who do you want?" Daisy asks as Ash speaks.
"I'll take Bisharp, Charcadet, Meowscarada, Hitmonlee, and Gabite. And I'll send over Tyrantrum, Scyther, Noctowl, Boldore and Heracross." Ash says with Daisy nodding as she speaks.
"Okay I'll go get Bisharp, Charcadet, Hitmonlee and Gabite ready but you'll have to contact your mom for Meowscarada as she's currently helping your mom and Mr. Mime with the garden." Daisy says with Ash nodding. After that Ash contacts his mother requesting Meowscarada to be sent to him. Delia agrees as she wants to have Ash's Heracross taste a new honey recipe that she's been working on. They then begin the transfer, Ash sends Heracross over to Delia while she sends over Meowscarada once the transfer's complete they both show that they got the Pokeball's. Ash tells his mother thank you and just when he's about to end the video call Delia reminds Ash to make sure to change his underwear everyday which causes Ash to blush in embarrassment while the others chuckle. After that Ash calls Prof. Oak's lab again where Daisy appears on screen telling Ash that she has the 4 Pokeball's ready with Ash saying the same thing. They then make the transfer and a few seconds later it's complete as Daisy appears on the screen and speaks.
"I received Tyrantrum's, Scyther's, Noctowl's, and Boldore's Pokeball's" Daisy says with Ash saying that he received Bisharp's, Charcadet's, HItmonlee's, and Gabite's Pokeball's. Ash is then about to end the video call but he along with the others hear music coming from Daisy's side as he speaks.
"Hey Ms. Daisy, are you guys having a party over there?" Ash asks as Daisy speaks.
"Oh, that you see when you sent Blastoise over earlier today your Pokémon were happy to see that he evolved. Your Krookodile then challenged your Blastoise to a rap battle and during the day they've been having rap battles nonstop." Daisy says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"I'm glad to hear that they're having fun and thank you for transferring my Pokémon" Ash says with Daisy nodding as she speaks.
"No problem, Ash and Leaf do you want to switch out your Pokémon too?" Daisy asks with Leaf nodding as she then tells Daisy what Pokémon she wants to switch out (Misty also calls her sisters and switches out her Pokémon). Once Leaf and Misty are done the group tell Daisy along with Prof. Oak goodbye and end the video call. They then walk out of the Pokémon Center and walk back to the shore of the island. When they make it Ash sends Lapras back out she allows the group to get on her back and begins to swim forward. As Lapras's swimming forward Leaf speaks.
"Well, that was a pretty exhausting day" Leaf says with the others nodding as Tracey speaks.
"Yeah, a day that was supposed to be looking at bug types turned into one where we had to battle Team Snagem again." Tracy says as Ash speaks.
"True but in the end your Venonat evolved, and you captured a Scyther. While I found something that could potentially help my Scyther in the future, so it wasn't all bad." Ash says with Tracey and Leaf nodding as Leaf then looks at Misty and speaks.
"What about you Misty were you able to get over your fear of bug types?" Leaf asks as Misty speaks.
"Well, I'll admit I'm still a little bit scared of them but not as much as before so I'm not quite over my fear yet but I'm slowly getting there" Misty says with the group nodding as Ash speaks.
"Anyway, onward to a new adventure!" "Pika!" Ash and Pikachu say with the group nodding as Lapras continues to swim forward. We now cut away from the group as we see Biden along with Colas and Lonia enter the Team Sagem base. When they enter, they begin walking towards Gonzap's room once they make it, they enter inside and see the man who speaks.
"Oh, Biden you along with Colas and Lonia are back you 3 were gone for a long time this must mean that you captured all of the Pokémon on Murcott Island, right?" Gonzap asks as Biden speaks.
"Well sir about that" Biden says as he begins to explain what happened on the island. Once Biden's done explaining Gonzap gets an angry look on his face he slams his right fist on the table (almost breaking it) and yells.
"THOSE BRATS!" Gonzap yells in anger as Biden speaks.
"What do you want me to do now sir should we go back to Murcott Island to try stealing those bug type Pokémon again?" Biden asks as Gonzap calms himself down and speaks.
"No there are other islands that have bug type Pokémon we can steal from for now take a rest and I'll contact you for your next mission." Gonzap says with Biden nodding once he along with Colas and Lonia are about to leave Gonzap speaks.
"And Biden don't worry about those kids because the next time they get in the way of one of our missions again I'll take care of them" Gonzap says making Biden get an evil smile on his face as he along with Colas and Lonia walk out of the room. Meanwhile secretly hiding nearby we see the disguised Looker, Jessie, James, and Meowth they heard everything that Gonzap and Biden were talking about as James speaks.
"So, the rumors about the Twerp and his friends defeating Agrev and Wakin were true" James says as Jessie speaks.
"And now that they've defeated Biden it seems like Gonzap will make his move soon" Jessie says as Meowth speaks.
"What should we do now?" Meowth asks while looking at Looker as he speaks.
"For now, it doesn't seem like they're tracking Ash and his friends so they should be safe for the time being meaning that we can continue our mission." Looker says with the 3 nodding as he speaks.
"But I get the feeling that we should put an end to Team Snagem soon. I was hoping to do it once we learned of their connection to Cipher but looks like we can't wait any longer as the Pokémon they've here are suffering more and more every day, and I can't take seeing that anymore." Looker says with the 3 nodding as James speaks.
"So, what's our plan?" James asks as Looker speaks.
"For now, I'll ask for reinforcements and while we're waiting for them, we'll continue doing our undercover job." Looker says with the 3 nodding. Looker then pulls out his Pokegear presses a few buttons that sends a signal requesting for reinforcements. Once that's done, they then hear a voice.
"There you 4 idiots are! I've been looking all over for you!" The voice says, which shocks the 4 of them as they turn around and see Wakin glaring at them as they speak.
"Mr. Wakin!?" The 4 say in shock as Wakin speaks.
"That's right when I went to check on you before I noticed that you weren't doing your job of cleaning the cafeteria now hurry up and get to it before I get angrier!" Wakin says with the 4 nodding as they salute then begin running back towards the cafeteria. As they're running Looker begins to think.
"Ash, I hope you and your friends stay safe" Looker says to himself as he along with Jessie, James, and Meowth continue to as run the chapter comes to an end.

Now you're all probably thinking I'll have Ash's Scyther use the stone soon but similar to Ash's Rainbow wing I won't have Scyther use it until we get to Johto. Also, it looks like Gonzap's slowly reaching his breaking point and Looker has now called for reinforcements to help stop Team Snagem.
Next chapter will come out next week it'll focus on the group reaching another island where Ash enters two competitions that can help his Bisharp and Charcadet grow stronger. The group will also reunite with Nemona too who's also competing I hope you all look forward to it.
